Abstract

Description

本发明涉及热塑性塑料制造的宽颈桶,该桶有一个在桶口下方形成的、径向朝外突出的、用来安置一个桶盖的夹紧环的凸缘。本发明也涉及这种宽颈桶的制造方法。
DE2544491C2所述的这类用作一次性使用和多次性使用桶的宽颈桶,为便于运输和存放是可互相堆垛的,由于占地面积大和由此而引起的高的运输费用,因此空载运输不合乎经济要求。
上述已知宽颈桶的另一个缺点是,在陆路运输装满东西的桶时,有这种危险,即在承载面由于传递给桶的行驶晃动和振动及由于运输工具刹车时作用在桶上的惯性力而发生扭转时,并排竖放的各桶的密封盖夹紧环互相推挤,并使各桶彼此重叠向上爬动;在船舶运输时,由于船只左右摇晃也会如此。这种爬动效应会导致夹紧环破损,桶盖不密封,从而尤其在运输危险品时,会发生后果不堪设想的运输事故。
本发明的任务是基于对所属种类的宽颈桶加以改进,使其在空载运输时占用面积最小,运输安全性最高,并改进这种桶的制造方法,使其具有经济性高而相应制造成本低的特色。
按照本发明,该任务是通过这样的宽颈桶来解决的:该桶用热塑性塑料制成,在桶口下方形成一个径向朝外突出的、用来安置一个桶盖的夹紧环的凸缘,并有一个为了使多个宽颈桶能够互相堆垛而设计成向下渐缩的、在下面的圆锥形的桶壳段,在桶凸缘下方一定距离处、在圆筒状桶壳段上设置有一个径向朝外突出的增强和承载保险环,以及一个形 成在桶底上的径向朝外突出的脚环。此外,该任务也通过下述的制造热塑性塑料宽颈桶的方法来解决。
第一种方法由如下步骤组成:
a)在吹制模中将一个挤出成形的软管状预成形坯件吹制成一个封闭的双桶体,该双桶体上有一个设计成空心型环的中间环、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘的环状桶壳段、两个在桶凸缘下方一定距离的圆筒状桶壳段和两个朝双桶体的底部渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳段;
b)将双桶体脱模;
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆的吹孔的中间环,将双桶体分成两个桶;以及
d)将从双桶体上割下的中间环作为承载保险环热套在两个桶中之一的圆筒状桶壳段上,或者热套在前一步工序中已吹成的桶的圆筒状桶壳段上,此时中间环套过桶底和圆锥形桶壳段推到在桶凸缘下面形成在桶上的环肩的止挡部位上。
第二种方法由下列步骤组成:
a)在吹制模中将一个挤出成形的软管状预成形坯件吹制成一个封闭的双桶体,该双桶体上有一个中间环、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘的环状桶壳段、两个在桶凸缘下方一定距离的圆筒状桶壳段和两个朝双桶体的底部渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳段,并且在距桶凸缘一定距离处、在圆筒状桶壳段的部位、分别在吹制模中嵌入一个主要用再生塑料颗粒注塑成形的增强和承载保险环进行吹制;
b)将双桶体脱模;以及
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆的吹孔的中间环,将双桶体分成两个桶。
这种宽颈桶的进一步改进在于,承载保险环设计成在桶凸缘下面的 空心型环。其更进一步改进在于,承载保险环具有梯形截面。其再进一步改进在于,承载保险环上具有加强筋。
本发明的宽颈桶以下列优点为其特色:
由于桶壳呈圆锥形,空桶可互相堆垛,因而运输费用和存放费用因占地面积大大减小而比已知的圆筒状宽颈桶显著降低。径向突出于密封盖夹紧环外的增强和承载保险环阻止运输过程中桶的爬升和密封盖变松,防止夹紧环和桶盖在运输中损坏,并提高纵向冲顶压力强度和桶壳上段的径向刚度。径向朝外突出的脚环增强底部区域,并最大程度地阻止桶在运输过程中在桶壳下部相对倾倒。最后,桶凸缘下面的增强和承载保险环和增强底部区域的脚环使桶壳壁厚能比传统宽颈桶减薄,从而节省材料,降低制造成本。
下面借助示意图详细阐明本发明的宽颈桶及其制造方法。

图1所示用热塑性塑料制成的宽颈桶1有一个圆锥形桶壳段2,其下端被桶底3封闭,并且向桶口方向经过一个圆锥形环形段4过渡成一个圆筒状桶壳段5,该桶壳段5经过环肩6连接一个向桶口方向略呈锥形扩大的桶壳段7和圆筒状桶颈8,离桶口边缘9下方一定距离在桶颈8上形成径向朝外突出的实心凸缘10。
在宽颈桶1的圆筒状桶壳段5上设置一个设计成空心型环的径向朝外超出桶凸缘10的增强和承载保险环11,该环具有梯形截面12并在整个 圆周范围上设有径向突出的加强筋13。
在桶底3上成形有一个径向朝外突出的实心脚环14。
宽颈桶1用一个塑料注塑成的盖15来封闭,该盖有一个包围桶颈8的外缘16和一个深入桶颈8内侧的内缘17,该内缘17经过位于桶口之下的盖底18进入桶空间内。盖15的外缘16和内缘17构成一个环状空间19,从该空间的底部纵向突出一个环形隔板20。环形隔板20用一种双组分密封材料21、例如含固化剂的聚氨酯灌注。
当用夹紧环22封闭盖15时,夹紧环从上面夹住在盖外缘16下方形成的环形凸缘23和从下面夹住桶凸缘10,在密封材料21分成两个密封环24的情况下,环状隔板20被压到桶颈8的桶口边缘9上,并且这两个密封环24压在桶口边缘9上。当夹紧环22闭合时,盖15的凸缘23与桶凸缘10并不接触,使作用在盖15上的纵向力可靠地直接传递到桶颈8和桶体上。
取下盖15后,可按图2所示,将多个空桶通过其圆锥形桶壳段2互相堆垛起来,此时一个桶1总是通过其圆锥形环形段4座落在容纳圆锥桶壳段2的桶1的桶口边缘9上。
为了用一种热塑性塑料制造图1所示的宽颈桶1,采用了挤吹法,在该方法的第一步工序中通过吹塑成形机25的软管挤出头26有节奏地挤出软管27,该软管的下端在用闭合工具闭合后,通过经软管挤出头26中的喷嘴28导入的吹制空气对预成形坯件29进行预吹。
紧接着,在借助一个闭合装置将预成形坯件29的上端挤合,并在可分开的吹制模30的两个半模30a和30b合上之后,在第二步工序中用经由一根封闭在软管状预成形坯件29的中间部位的注入吹气杆31导入的吹制空气将预成形坯件29吹制成一个双桶体32,该双桶体有一个设计成空心型环的中间环33,有两个邻接该中间环两侧的、带有桶凸缘10的环状桶壳段34,并有两个向双桶体底部3呈圆锥形渐缩的桶壳段2,同时,将 桶凸缘10和脚环14顶压成形。
经短时间冷却后,打开吹制模30,并将仍是热的、但形状已稳定的双桶体32从吹制模中取出来。
然后,通过割掉中间环33将双桶体32分成两个同样大小的桶1,该中间环带有对双桶体32进行主吹制时用的注入吹气杆31的吹孔35。
最后,将从双桶体上割下的仍是热的中间环33作为承载保险环11,从下面通过在前一步工序中吹成并已冷却的桶1的桶底3和圆锥形桶壳段2推到圆筒状桶壳段5上的环肩6的止挡部位上,承载保险环11在冷却时就箍紧在桶1的圆筒状桶壳段5上。
在改动上述制造方法时,存在这样的可能性,即吹制有两个相同的、设计成空心型环的中间环33的双桶体32,然后通过割掉这两个中间环33,将双桶体32分成两个桶1,使得在一个工序中吹成的两个桶1各有一个承载保险环11可用。
上述双体吹制法使在距离凸缘下面一定距离处带有增强和承载保险环的宽颈桶能合理而成本低地大量生产,而且由于用将双桶体分割成两个桶时通常作为废料的中间环作为增强和承载保险环而使材料成本降低,并且由于充分利用中间环中所含的吹制模的剩余热能将中间环作为承载保险环热套在已冷却的桶上,而节省能量费用。
在图1所示宽颈桶的另一种改动的制造方法中,将设置在桶凸缘10下面的增强和承载保险环11作为塑料注塑件制出。在吹制一个双桶体32时,将两个承载保险环11分别吹在后来成单个的桶1上。注塑承载保险环11所用的塑料颗粒主要回收自废塑料件,例如回收自分割双桶体32时产生的中间环33。

Claims (7)

1、一种热塑性塑料制成的宽颈桶,该桶有一个在桶口下方形成的、径向朝外突出的、用来安置一个桶盖的夹紧环的凸缘,并且有一个为了使多个宽颈桶能够互相堆垛而设计成向下渐缩的、在下面的圆锥形的桶壳段,其特征在于,在桶凸缘(10)下方一定距离处、在圆筒状桶壳段(5)上设置有一个径向朝外突出的增强和承载保险环(11),以及一个形成在桶底(3)上的、径向朝外突出的脚环(14)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的宽颈桶,其特征在于,承载保险环(11)设计成在桶凸缘(10)下面的空心型环。
3、按照权利要求2所述的宽颈桶,其特征在于,承载保险环(11)具有梯形截面(12)。
4、按照权利要求2和3所述的宽颈桶,其特征在于,承载保险环(11)具有加强筋(13)。
5、制造权利要求1至4所述热塑性塑料宽颈桶的方法,其特征在于,该方法由下列步骤组成:
a)在吹制模(30)中将一个挤出成形的软管状予成形坯件(29)吹制成一个封闭的双桶体(32),该双桶体上有一个设计成空心型环的中间环(33)、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘(10)的环状桶壳段(34)、两个在桶凸缘(10)下方一定距离的圆筒状桶壳段(5)和两个朝双桶体(32)的底部(3)渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳段(2);
b)将双桶体脱模;
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆(31)的吹孔(35)的中间环(33),将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1);以及
d)将从双桶体(32)上割下的中间环(33)作为承载保险环(11)热套在两个桶(1)中之一的圆筒状桶壳段(5)上,或者热套在前一步工序中已吹制成的桶(1)的圆筒状桶壳段(5)上,此时中间环(33)套过桶底(3)和圆锥形桶壳段(2)推到在桶凸缘(10)下面形成在桶(1)上的环肩(6)的止挡部位上。
6、按照权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,吹制带有两个设计成一样的空心型环的中间环(33)的双桶体(32),并通过割掉这两个中间环(33)将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1)。
7、制造权利要求1至4所述热塑性塑料宽颈桶的方法,其特征在于,该方法由下列步骤组成:
a)在吹制模(30)中将一个挤出成形的软管状预成形坯件(29)吹制成一个封闭的双桶体(32),该双桶体上有一个中间环(33)、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘(10)的环状桶壳段(34)、两个在桶凸缘(10)下方一定距离的圆筒状桶壳段(5)和两个朝双桶体(32)的底部(3)渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳段(2),并且在距桶凸缘(10)一定距离处、在圆筒状桶壳段(5)的部位、分别在吹制模(30)中嵌入一个主要用再生塑料颗粒注塑成形的增强和承载保险环(11)进行吹制;
b)将双桶体(32)脱模;以及
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆(31)的吹孔(35)的中间环(33),将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1)。
