(1)上。
Description
本发明涉及热塑性塑料制造的宽颈桶,该桶有一个在桶口下方形成、径向朝外突出、用来安置一个桶盖夹紧环的凸缘。本发明也涉及这种宽颈桶的制造方法。
DE2544491C2所述的按分类用作一次性使用和多次性使用桶的宽颈桶,为便于运输和存放是可互相堆叠的,由于占地面积大和由此而引起的运输费用高,因此空载运输不合乎经济要求。
上述已知宽颈桶的另一个缺点是,在陆路运输装满东西的桶时,有这种危险,即在承载面由于传递给桶的行驶晃动和振动及由于运输工具刹车时作用在桶上的惯性力发生扭转时,使并排竖放的各桶的密封盖夹紧环互相推挤,并使各桶彼此重叠向上爬动,在船舶运输时,由于船只左右摇晃也会如此。这种爬动效应会导致夹紧环破损,桶盖不密封,从而尤其在运输危险品时,会发生后果不堪设想的运输事故。
本发明的任务是基于对所属种类的宽颈桶加以改进,使其在空载运输时占用面积最小,运输安全性最高,并改进这种桶的制造方法,使其具有经济性高而相应制造成本低的特色。
按照本发明,该任务是通过这样的宽颈桶来解决的:该桶用热塑性塑料制成,在桶口下方形成一个径向朝外突出用来安置一个桶盖夹紧环的凸缘,其特征在于,该桶有一个为了多个桶互相堆叠而呈圆锥形的桶壳截面(2),一个距桶凸缘(10)下方一定距离安置在圆筒状桶壳截面(5)上、径向朝外突出于桶凸缘(10)外的增强和承载保险环(11),以及一个在桶底(3)上形成的径向朝外突出的脚环(14)。此外,该任务也通过制造热塑性塑料宽颈桶的下述方法来解决。
第一种方法由如下工序组成:
a)在吹制模(30)中将一个挤出成形的软管状预塑塑坯(29)吹制成一个封闭的双桶体(32),该双桶体上有一个形成空心断面环的中间环(33)、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘(10)的环状桶壳截面(34)和两个向双桶体(32)底部(3)渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳截面(2);
b)将双桶体(32)脱模;
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆(31)的吹孔(35)的中间环(33),将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1);以及
d)将从双桶体(32)上割下的中间环(33)作为承载保险环(11)热套在两个桶(1)中的一个之上,或者热套在前一步工序中已吹成的桶(1)上,此时中间环(33)径由桶底(3)和圆锥形桶壳截面(2)推到在桶凸缘(10)下面的桶(1)上形成的环肩(6)止挡部位。
第二种方法由下列工序组成:
a)在吹制模(30)中将一个挤出成形的软管状预塑塑坯(29)吹制成一个封闭的双桶体(32),该双桶体上有一个中间环(33)、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘(10)的环状桶壳截面(34)和两个向双桶体(32)底部(3)渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳截面(2),并且距桶凸缘(10)一定距离,在环状桶壳(34)上,在吹制模(30)中各吹制一个主要用再生塑料颗粒注塑成形的增强和承载保险环(11);
b)将双桶体(32)脱模;以及
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆(31)的吹孔(35)的中间环(33),将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1)。
这种宽颈桶的进一步改进在于,承载保险环(11)在桶凸缘(10)下面形成空心断面环。其更进一步改进在于,承载保险环(11)呈梯形断面。其再进一步改进在于,承载保险环(11)上有加强筋(13)。
本发明宽颈桶以下列优点为特色:
由于桶壳呈圆锥形空桶可互相堆叠,故而运输费用和存放费用因占地面积大大减少而比已知的圆筒状宽颈桶显著降低。径向突出于密封盖夹紧环外的增强和承载保险环阻止运输过程中桶的爬动和密封盖变松,防止夹紧环和桶盖在运输中损坏,并提高纵向动态压力强度和桶壳上部截面上桶的径向刚度。径向朝外突出的脚环增强底部区域,并最大程度地阻止运输过程中桶以桶壳下部互相倾倒。最后,桶凸缘下面的增强和承载保险环和增强底部区域的脚环使桶壳壁厚能比传统宽颈桶减薄,从而节省材料,降低制造成本。
下面借助示意图详细阐明本发明宽颈桶及其制造方法。
图1示出宽颈桶纵剖面。
图2示出图1所示的多个宽颈桶堆叠状态。
图3示出在挤出及预吹制预塑塑坯时具有能分开吹制模的吹塑机。
图4示出在主吹制双桶体时具有能闭合吹制模的吹塑机。
图5示出脱模后的双桶体。
图1所示用热塑性塑料制成的宽颈桶1有一个圆锥形桶壳截面2,其下端被桶底3封闭,并且沿向桶口方向经过一个圆锥形环截面4变成一个圆筒状桶壳截面5,该截面5经过环肩6沿向桶口方向接上圆锥形稍扩大的桶壳截面7和圆筒状桶颈8,离桶口边缘9下方一定距离在桶颈8上形成径向朝外突出的坚固凸缘10。
在宽颈桶1的圆筒状桶壳5上安置一个形成空心断面环的径向朝外超出桶凸缘10的增强和承载保险环11,该环具有梯形断面12并在整个范围内设置径向突出的加强筋13。
在桶底3上形成一个径向朝外突出的坚固脚环14。
宽颈桶1用一个塑料注塑成的盖15来封闭,该盖有一个包围桶颈8的外缘16和一个插入桶颈8内侧的内缘17,该内缘17经过位于桶口之下的盖底18进入桶空间。盖15的外缘16和内缘17构成一个环状空间19,从该空间的底部纵向突出一个环形隔板20。一种双组分密封材料,例如含硬化剂的聚氨酯从外部注入环形隔板20。
当用夹紧环22封闭盖15时,夹紧环从上面夹住环绕盖外缘16下方形成的法兰23,从下面夹住桶凸缘10,在密封材料21分成两个密封环24的情况下,环状隔板20被压到桶颈8的桶口边缘9上,并且这两个密封环24盖在桶口边缘9上方。当夹紧环22闭合时,盖15的法兰23与桶凸缘10并不接触,以致于作用在盖15上的纵向力可靠地直接传递到桶颈8和桶体上。
取下盖15后,可按图2所示将多个空桶1借助圆锥形桶壳截面2互相堆叠起来,此时一个桶1总是借助圆锥形环截面4平放在容纳圆锥桶壳截面2的那个桶1的桶口边缘9上。
为了用一种热塑性塑料制造图1所示的宽颈桶1,采用了挤吹法,在该方法的第一步工序中通过吹制成形机25的软管头26有节奏地挤出软管27,该软管的下端在用封闭模具闭合后,借助经软管头26中喷嘴28导入的吹塑空气预吹制成预塑塑坯29。
紧接着,在借助一个闭合单元将预塑塑坯29的上端挤合,并在可分开吹制模30的两个半模30a和30b合上之后,在第二步工序中用径由一根封闭在软管状预塑塑坯29的中间部位的注入吹杆31导入的吹塑空气,将预塑塑坯29吹塑成一个双桶体32,该双桶体有一个形成空心断面环的中间环33,有两个邻接该中间环两侧、带有桶凸缘10的环状桶壳截面34,并有两个向双桶体底部3呈圆锥形渐缩的桶壳截面2。同时,将桶凸缘10和脚环14压平。
经短时间冷却后,打开吹制模30,并将仍热、但形状已稳定的双桶体32从吹制模中取出来。
然后,通过割掉中间环33将双桶体32分成两个桶1,该中间环带有供主吹塑双桶体32用的注入吹气杆31的吹孔35。
最后,将从双桶体上割下的仍热的中间环33作为承载保险环11,从下面经过在前一步操作中已吹成并已冷却的桶1的桶底3和圆锥形桶壳截面2推到圆筒状桶壳截面5上的环肩6止挡部位,承载保险环11在冷却时就热套在桶1的圆筒状桶壳截面5上。
在改动上述制造方法时,存在这样的可能性,即吹制有两个相同的、形成空心断面环的中间环33,然后通过割掉这两个中间环33,将双桶体32分成两个桶1,以致于在一次操作中吹成的两个桶1各有一个承载保险环11可用。
上述双模吹塑法使在距桶凸缘下面一定距离有增强和承载保险环的宽颈桶能合理而成本低地大量生产,而且由于用将双桶体分割成两个桶时通常作为废物产生的中间环作为增强和承载保险环而使材料成本降低,并且由于充分利用中间环中所含的吹制模的残余热能将中间环作为承载保险环热套在已冷却的桶上,而节省能量费用。
在另一种改动的图1所示宽颈桶的制造方法中,将安置在桶凸缘10下面的增强和承载保险环11加工成注塑件。在吹塑一个双桶体32时,将两个承载保险环11分别吹制在后来的单个桶1上。注塑承载保险环11所用的塑料颗粒主要回收自废塑料部件,例如回收自分割双桶体32时产生的中间环33。
Claims (7)
1、热塑性塑料制的宽颈桶,该桶有一个在桶口下方形成、径向朝外突出,用来安置一个桶盖夹紧环的凸缘,其特征在于,该桶有一个为了多个宽颈桶(1)互相堆叠而呈圆锥形的桶壳截面(2),一个距桶凸缘(10)下方一定距离安置在圆筒状桶壳截面(5)上、径向朝外突出于凸缘(10)外的增强和承载保险环(11),以及一个在桶底(3)上形成的、径向朝外突出的脚环(14)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的宽颈桶,其特征在于,承载保险环(11)在桶凸缘(10)下方形成空心断面环。
3、按照权利要求2所述的宽颈桶,其特征在于,承载保险环(11)具有梯形断面(12)。
4、按照权利要求2和3所述的宽颈桶,其特征在于,承载保险环(11)具有加强筋(13)。
5、权利要求1至4所述热塑性塑料宽颈桶的制造方法,其特征在于,该方法由下列工序组成;
a)在吹制模(30)中将一个挤出成形的软管状预塑塑坯(29)吹制成一个封闭的双桶体(32),该双桶体上有一个形成空心断面环的中间环(33)、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘(10)的环状桶壳截面(34)和两个向双桶体(32)底部(3)渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳截面(2);
b)将双桶体脱模;
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆(31)的吹孔(35)的中间环(33),将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1);以及
d)将从双桶体(32)上割下的中间环(33)作为承载保险环(11)热套在两个桶(1)中的一个之上,或者热套在前一步工序中已吹制成的桶(1)上,此时中间环(33)经由桶底(3)和圆锥形桶壳截面(2)推到在桶凸缘(10)下面的桶(1)上形成的环肩(6)止挡部位。
6、按照权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,吹制带有两个形成相同空心断面环的中间环(33)的双桶体(32),并通过割掉这两个中间环(33)将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1)。
7、权利要求1至4所述热塑性塑料宽颈桶的制造方法,其特征在于,该方法由下列工序组成:
a)在吹制模(30)中将一个挤出成形的软管状预塑塑坯(29)吹制成一个封闭的双桶体(32),该双桶体上有一个中间环(33)、两个邻接该中间环两侧并有桶凸缘(10)的环状桶壳截面(34)和两个向双桶体(32)底部(3)渐缩成圆锥形的桶壳截面(2),并且距桶凸缘(10)一定距离,在环状桶壳截面(34)上,在吹制模中各吹制一个主要用再生塑料颗粒注塑成形的增强和承载保险环(11);
b)将双桶体(32)脱模,以及
c)通过割掉带有注入吹气杆(31)的吹孔(35)的中间环(33),将双桶体(32)分成两个桶(1)。
