Abstract

Bredhalset fat av kunststoff for å tilveiebringe et minimalt plassbehov ved tungtransport. Fatet har et kjegleformet mantelavsnitt (2) som muliggjør stabling av flere fat i hverandre, såvel som en under fatkanten (3) anordnet forsterknings- og lastsikringsring (11) og en fotrlng (14). De bredhalsede fatene fremstilles ved ekstruderlng av et lukket dobbeltfatlegeme med to kjegleformede mantelavsnitt (2), to fatkanter (10) og en midtring. Etter fjerning av dobbeltfatlegemet fra formen blir dette delt i to fat (1) ved å skjære ut midtringen, og midtringen påkrympes som lastsikringsring (11) på et avkjelt fat (1).
