技术领域
本发明大体涉及一种机动车辆座椅,并且更具体地,涉及用于座椅部件(座椅底座、靠背、头枕、扶手)的装饰物的成型。
背景技术
机动车辆座椅装饰物一般是用外罩覆盖的衬垫的形式。衬垫是泡沫块,通常是根据座椅部件所需要的最终形状模制出的。这种块被组装到座椅框架,然后被由皮质或合成物质构成的织物外罩(编织或未经编织)所覆盖。外罩的柔韧性使其能够适合衬垫所提供的形状,尤其能够适合衬垫限定的可能的款式特征。在某些情况下,外罩在其内(不可视)表面上包括泡沫薄层(然后该组件具有一个大约范围在1至5毫米的均匀厚度)。
于是,一种衬垫专用于一种座椅,因为它必须既配合框架,又给部件提供其最终的形状,柔性外罩仅覆盖衬垫。

为了获得全部或部分的这些和其他目的,本发明提供了一种形成用于机动车辆座椅的部件的装饰物的方法,其中:
制备泡沫支撑块以配合框架部件;
通过对喷射在聚丙烯基底上并附接到织物材料的反面的泡沫冷却成型产生外罩部件,以限定座椅部件的可视形状,所述织物材料采用皮质或合成材料的形式;以及
将所述外罩部件附接到支撑块。

图1是机动车辆座椅1的简要侧视图。这样的座椅包括联接到靠背3的座椅底座2,靠背3的顶部通常具有头枕4。座椅底座2、靠背3和头枕4每个包括固定到它们的框架的装饰物,该框架一般由金属构成。座椅底座2的框架6可以通过滑动导轨器械连接到车辆的底盘5。座椅1还可以包括一个或多个扶手(未示出)。

如图3A中所示,在框架41中拉伸旨在形成外罩部件的可视表面的织物构件31(由皮质或合成物质构成)。

使用布置在标准的泡沫块21上的分离的外罩部件22具有多个优点。
首先,相同的支撑泡沫块21可以用于不同系列的、具有不同形状和款式特征的座椅。
进一步地,可以在制备的部件中设置不同的泡沫密度。具体地,现在,由于外罩部件具有相对大的厚度,能够根据该部件的部位给座椅部件装饰物提供不同的密度。该优点增加了制备第一硬度的泡沫块和不同硬度的外罩部件的可能性。
另一优点在于外罩块的预成型使其定位在支撑块上变得更容易。
再一优点在于不需要对支撑块21进行修改以获得最终的式样。外罩部件因而不仅限定了座椅部件的至少一个可视表面(典型地,座椅底座的顶部或者靠背的顶部)的形状,而且还限定了至少该可视表面的表面装饰。

根据该实例,一个或优选地多个形成卡紧系统的第一部分(例如,凹槽)的空心塑料导轨50a压模成形(overmold)在支撑块21a内。在泡沫块上压模成形组件的第一部件的技术本身是已知的。目前,该技术被用来按照下面款式的轨迹将外罩啮合轨迹组合到衬垫的上表面内。在这里,导轨50沿着期望的啮合轨迹(例如,如图4A中所示的两个平行的轨迹)设置在用于获得泡沫支撑块的模子的底部。

Claims (14)
1.一种形成用于机动车辆座椅(1)的部件(2)的装饰物的方法,其中:
制备泡沫支撑块(21)以配合框架部件;
通过对喷射在聚丙烯基底(32)上并附接到织物材料的反面的泡沫(33)冷却成型产生外罩部件(22),以限定座椅部件的可视形状,所述织物材料采用皮质或合成材料(31)的形式;以及
将所述外罩部件附接到支撑块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过自粘装置将外罩部件(22)附接到支撑块(21)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中通过卡件(51,51’)将外罩部件(22a)附接到支撑块(21a),所述卡件容纳在配套的导轨(50)中,所述导轨压模成形在所述支撑块中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中外罩部件(22b)的皮质或合成材料(31)形式的织物材料至少部分地覆盖支撑块(21b)。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其中外罩部件(22)包括具有不同密度和/或硬度的泡沫。
6.用于机动车辆座椅的装饰物,包括:
泡沫支撑块,其用于配合座椅框架部件;以及
外罩部件(22),其限定座椅部件的至少一个可视表面的形状和饰面,所述外罩部件附接到支撑块以及通过对喷射在聚丙烯基底(32)上并设置在织物材料的反面上的泡沫(33)冷却成型而产生,所述织物材料采用皮质或合成材料(31)的形式。
7.根据权利要求6所述的装饰物,其中所述外罩部件包括用于与支撑块所支撑的对应部件接合的固定部件。
8.根据权利要求6所述的装饰物,其中外罩部件(22)具有范围在1mm和50mm之间的不均匀的厚度。
9.根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的装饰物,其中外罩部件(22)包括用于固定到支撑块(21)的自粘装置。
10.根据权利要求6至9中任一项所述的装饰物,其中外罩部件(22a)包括用于与压模成形在支撑块(21a)内的导轨(50)接合的卡件(51,51’)。
11.根据权利要求6至10中任一项所述的装饰物,其中外罩部件(22b)的皮质或合成材料(31)形式的织物材料至少部分地覆盖支撑块(21b)。
12.根据权利要求6至11中任一项所述的装饰物,其中外罩部件(22)包括具有不同密度和/或硬度的泡沫。
13.根据权利要求6至12中任一项所述的装饰物,其中支撑块(21)包括适于多个外罩部件的表面(211),所述多个外罩部件具有不同形状的可视表面(222)。
14.一种包括权利要求6至13中任一项的装饰物的至少一个零件的机动车辆座椅。
