Abstract

本发明涉及一种制造研磨砂轮的方法,其包含下列步骤:提供盖;提供研磨部;将所述盖放置于所述研磨部上以形成组合件;固持所述组合件并将塑料注入所述盖与所述研磨部之间的空间及所述研磨部内,以将所述盖与所述研磨部粘结。本发明还揭示有一种依上述方法所制造的研磨砂轮。

Description

研磨砂轮的制造方法及研磨砂轮
技术领域
本发明涉及一种研磨砂轮的制造方法及由此方法所制造的研磨砂轮,更特别的是,本发明利用射出成型来制造研磨砂轮。
背景技术
研磨砂轮是装置于抛光/研磨工具上的耗材,通过抛光/研磨工具的高速旋转,使砂轮周边与工件的表面接触摩擦,而实现使工件表面光滑的目的。
习知研磨砂轮包含盖及研磨部,所述盖通常为圆碟形塑料件,研磨部则为将如纸、布或纤维胶合的圆盘,其中间具有穿孔。所述盖的一端即套入所述研磨部中心孔内,并通过粘胶将两者结合在一起。
但是此种以胶合粘结方式制成的研磨砂轮,在用于以高速旋转(如10,000转/分钟(rpm))的抛光/研磨工具时,很容易破裂。此外,此种胶合粘结的方式需要准备许多辅助工具,等待粘胶凝固的时间较长。再者,由于粘胶的分布不均匀,使得研磨砂轮的重量分布不均匀,因而造成研磨砂轮旋转时的振动。
因此,需要有一种研磨砂轮的制造方法,制造方法简单、快速,所制造的研磨砂轮在高速旋转时不易破裂,且重量分布均匀,而使研磨砂轮旋转时的振动减少。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种制造研磨砂轮的方法,其利用射出成型来粘结盖及研磨部,制造方法简单、快速。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种研磨砂轮,其在高速旋转时不易破裂,且重量分布均匀,而使研磨砂轮旋转时的振动减少。
为实现上述目的,本发明揭示一种制造研磨砂轮的方法,包含下列步骤:提供盖;提供研磨部;将所述盖放置于所述研磨部上以形成组合件;固持所述组合件并将塑料注入所述盖与所述研磨部之间的空间及所述研磨部内,以将所述盖与所述研磨部粘结。
本发明还揭示有一种研磨砂轮,包含:研磨部;盖,其设置于所述研磨部上;其中,所述盖与所述研磨部通过将塑料注入所述盖与所述研磨部之间的空间及所述研磨部内而粘结。

具体实施方式
如图1及图2所示,根据本发明制造研磨砂轮的方法的优选实施例,首先提供盖1,盖1包含大致碟形盖体10,盖体10具有穿孔11,盖体10的底部向下延伸有环周壁13及外周缘14。环周壁13包围穿孔11,环周壁13上形成有第一对径向相对槽15、15及第二对径向相对槽17、17,其大致与第一对相对槽15、15呈正交设置。在此实施例中,第一对相对槽15、15的长度大于第二对相对槽17、17的长度。外周缘14具有底侧141。
如图1所示,盖1进一步包含两个导壁19、19,两个导壁19、19分别沿着第一对相对槽15、15的外侧而从盖体10的底部延伸。每一导壁19具有底侧191。两个导壁19、19的底侧191、191至少与外周缘14的底侧141齐平。如图2所示,在本实施例中,两个导壁19、19的底侧191、191延伸超过外周缘14的底侧141。
如图2所示,在此实施例中,盖1由箭头A处注入塑料以射出成型方式一体制成,但盖1也可由其它方式及/或其它材料制成。
其次,提供研磨部3,研磨部3大致呈碟形,并具有中心孔31及顶表面33。在此实施例中,研磨部31由无纺布制成,但是也可由其它材料制成,如纸、布或纤维等。
接着,将盖1的环周壁13套入研磨部3的中心孔31中,此时,盖1底部的外周缘14底侧141与研磨部3的顶表面33接触,两个导壁19、19的底侧191、191则至少与研磨部3的顶表面33接触。如图3所示,在本实施例中,底侧191、191被直接压入研磨部31内。借此,盖1与研磨部3形成组合件5。
如图4所示,将组合件5置入模具(图未示)内,再由箭头B的方向注入塑料。如图5所示,在此实施例中,共有三个注入孔51。
塑料用以固持盖1与研磨部3。由于内含固化塑料的研磨部3并无法实现研磨工件的功能,因此,必须对于塑料的流动加以控制,以免塑料流到研磨部3的外侧区域,缩短研磨部3的使用寿命。如图4所示,在此实施例中,因为模具的设计,注入的塑料先填入盖1与研磨部3之间的空间内,再流经第一对相对槽15、15及第二对相对槽17、17。由于盖1的外周缘14的设置,使外周缘14底侧141与研磨部3的顶表面31接触,塑料无法流出盖1之外,而只能渗入研磨部3内。此外,第一对相对槽15、15的长度大于第二相对槽17、17的长度,因此,为避免流过第一相对槽15、15的塑料过多,造成塑料的分布不均匀,在第一相对槽15、15外侧的导壁19、19,通过其底侧191、191至少与研磨部3的顶表面33接触,使塑料只能沿导壁19、19流动,因此能引导流经第一相对槽15、15的塑料向第二对相对槽17、17的方向流过去。借此,塑料可均匀分布于研磨部3的特定区域内。
如图4所示,在注入的塑料固化后,盖1与研磨部3形成粘结,如此而形成研磨砂轮7。在此研磨砂轮7中,塑料于盖1与研磨部3之间形成固持部53,固持部53具有轴孔55,用以将研磨砂轮7固定于抛光/研磨工具的轴上。
本发明的制造方法简单、快速,所制造的研磨砂轮在高速旋转时不易破裂(至少15,000转/分钟(rpm)都不会破裂),且重量分布均匀,而使研磨砂轮旋转时的振动减少。
以上所述为本发明的优选实施例,但本发明也可有其它设计,如轴孔55上可设有螺纹,以配合旋入抛光/研磨工具具有相配合螺纹的轴上。此外,也可将第一相对槽的长度设计成与第二相对槽的长度相同,如图6及图7所示,借此,可视需要决定导壁的设置与否。
本发明的技术内容及技术特点已揭示如上,然而所属领域的技术人员仍可能基于本发明的教示及揭示内容而作种种不背离本发明精神的替换及修改。因此本发明的涵盖范围应不限于实施例所揭示的内容,而应包括各种不背离本发明的替换与修改,并以上述权利要求书为准。

Claims (23)

1.一种制造研磨砂轮的方法,其包含下列步骤:
提供盖;
提供研磨部;
将所述盖放置于所述研磨部上以形成组合件;
固持所述组合件并将塑料注入所述盖与所述研磨部之间的空间及所述研磨部内,以将所述盖与所述研磨部粘结。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述盖由射出成型制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述研磨部由无纺布制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述研磨部呈碟形,并具有中心孔,且其中所述盖包含具有穿孔的碟形盖体,及环周壁从所述盖体的底部延伸且包围所述穿孔,所述环周壁上有第一对相对槽,以使得当所述盖放置于所述研磨部上时,所述环周壁套入所述研磨部的中心孔,且所述塑料经注射穿过所述穿孔及所述槽,而散布于所述盖与所述研磨部的接触区域及所述研磨部内,以粘结所述盖与所述研磨部。
5.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述盖进一步包含外周缘,其向下延伸并具有底侧,及两个导壁,每一所述导壁沿着所述第一对相对槽的每一对应槽的外侧从所述盖体的底部延伸,每一所述导壁具有底侧,所述两个导壁的底侧至少与所述外周缘的底侧齐平,以使得当所述盖放置于所述研磨部上时,所述外周缘的底侧接触所述研磨部的顶表面,且所述两个导壁的底侧至少接触所述研磨部的顶表面。
6.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中所述环周壁进一步具有第二对相对槽,以供塑料穿过。
7.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中,在注射塑料以将所述盖与所述研磨部粘结的步骤之后,所述塑料于所述盖与所述研磨部之间形成固持部,所述固持部具有轴孔。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中所述轴孔具有螺纹。
9.根据权利要求4所述的方法,其中,在注射塑料以将所述盖与所述研磨部粘结的步骤之后,所述塑料于所述盖与所述研磨部之间形成固持部,所述固持部具有轴孔。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中所述轴孔具有螺纹。
11.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中所述第一对相对槽的长度与所述第二对相对槽的长度大致相同。
12.一种研磨砂轮,其包含:
研磨部;
盖,其设置于所述研磨部上;
其中,所述盖与所述研磨部通过将塑料注入所述盖与所述研磨部之间的空间及所述研磨部内而粘结。
13.根据权利要求12所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述盖由射出成型制成。
14.根据权利要求12所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述研磨部由无纺布制成。
15.根据权利要求12所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述研磨部呈碟形,并具有中心孔,且其中所述盖包含具有穿孔的碟形盖体,及环周壁从所述盖体的底部延伸且包围所述穿孔,所述环周壁上有第一对相对槽,所述环周壁套入所述研磨部的中心孔,且所述塑料经注射穿过所述穿孔及所述槽,而散布于所述盖与所述研磨部的接触区域及所述研磨部内,以粘结所述盖与所述研磨部。
16.根据权利要求15所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述盖进一步包含外周缘,其向下延伸并具有底侧,及两个导壁,每一所述导壁沿着所述第一对相对槽的每一对应槽的外侧从所述盖体的底部延伸,每一所述导壁具有底侧,所述两个导壁的底侧至少与所述外周缘的底侧齐平,所述外周缘的底侧接触所述研磨部的顶表面,且所述两个导壁的底侧至少接触所述研磨部的顶表面。
17.根据权利要求15所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述环周壁进一步具有第二对相对槽,以供塑料穿过。
18.根据权利要求14所述的研磨砂轮,其中,所述塑料于所述盖与所述研磨部之间形成固持部,所述固持部具有轴孔。
19.根据权利要求18所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述轴孔具有螺纹。
20.根据权利要求15所述的研磨砂轮,其中,所述塑料于所述盖与所述研磨部之间形成固持部,所述固持部具有轴孔。
21.根据权利要求20所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述轴孔具有螺纹。
22.根据权利要求17所述的研磨砂轮,其中所述第一对相对槽的长度与所述第二对相对槽的长度大致相同。
23.一种由权利要求1到11中任一权利要求所述的方法所制造的研磨砂轮。
