Abstract

本发明涉及一种切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,由于切缝一般按照具有1mm左右的细小宽度的方式形成,故在实际行驶时,其间距变窄,难以发挥所希望的性能。本发明的特征在于,由突条形成的分隔件按照X字状交叉的方式形成于切缝的两内壁上,在行驶时,切缝的两壁面具有间隔,可防止轮胎的抓地性能的降低。

Description

切缝改进的汽车用轮胎
技术领域
本发明涉及切缝改进的汽车用轮胎。更具体地说,本发明涉及下述的切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,即,由突条形成的分隔件按照X字状交叉的方式形成于切缝的两内壁上,在行驶时,切缝的两壁面具有间隔,可防止轮胎的抓地性能的降低。
背景技术
为了提高牵引性(Traction)和制动力,在汽车用轮胎的触地面上形成切缝(Kerf)。但是,由于这样的切缝一般按照具有1mm左右的细小宽度的方式形成,故在实际行驶时,通过细小宽度间隔开的两侧壁相互接触的可能性高。于是,难以维持在设计时考虑的切缝的侧壁间的间隔。
于是,为了即使在行驶中切缝仍照原样维持间隔开的宽度,而提供在切缝的内壁上设置由突条形成的分隔件(Separator)的轮胎,在这种情况下,本发明人对在切缝的内壁上形成突出部的以往的轮胎进行检索,其结果是,发现了下述的已有技术。
在韩国专利KR10-2006-0131499A号文献中,为了提供用于形成切缝的切缝成形用片,公开有下述的切缝片,其特征在于,其是具有规定厚度的板状的四边形,在一个侧面上形成第1槽,按照与上述第1槽相垂直,并且与其连通的方式形成第2槽。但是,其属于切缝片本身弯曲的类型,不能够实现在行驶时使切缝的宽度一定的本发明的目的。即,在上述公开专利中,由于两侧壁相互具有一定的间距,平行地形成,故承受牵引性或制动应力时,切缝的两侧壁相互接触的担心大。
另外,在韩国专利KR10-2006-0102015A号文献中公开了下述的轮胎,其中,在切缝的一侧壁上形成突出的半球突起,在另一侧壁上形成半球槽座,在于一侧进行转弯时,在按压切缝时,半球突起插入到半球座槽中,抓地力(Grip force)提高,即使在应力沿横向作用于切缝中的情况下,由于块和块仍不分离,成一体地运动,因此,块的刚性没有弱化。但是,同样对于该轮胎,由于两侧壁相互具有一定的间距,平行地形成,故如果承受牵引,或承受制动应力,则切缝的两侧壁相互接触的担心大。
在美国专利US2007-281747A号文献中,在切缝的底部,形成锁定部(Locking Region),由此,锁定部产生切缝上部壁之间的间隔。但是,在此场合,如果轮胎磨耗,锁定部在表面上露出,则切缝消失,反倒存在切缝的性能大大降低的缺点。
发明内容
于是,本发明的目的在于提供下述的切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,其按照在行驶中,形成于轮胎中的切缝的两壁不相互接触的方式进行设计,实现所希望的性能,特别是在磨耗后期,切缝仍可实现所希望的性能。
另外,本发明的目的在于提供一种切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,其中,可防止在行驶中,块的运动剧烈,通过切缝分割的两壁之间扭转的情况。
为了实现上述这样的目的,本发明提供一种轮胎,其中,在切缝的内壁上,设置从上段朝向下方而较长地形成的突条。另外,本发明提供下述的轮胎,其中,在相对的两壁上分别设置上述突条,但是,相对的两壁的突条不沿轴向即垂直方向,而沿倾斜方向形成。另外,本发明提供下述的轮胎,其中,设置于两壁上的突条按照倾斜方向不同,所接触的突条呈X字状交叉。
本发明提供一种轮胎,其中,按照上述各突条越朝向下方移动,其突出程度越小的方式逐渐地减小突条的直径。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图,更具体地对本发明进行说明,其内容如下所述。
本发明的汽车用轮胎由胎面部和胎面两侧的侧壁部与侧壁部两端的球状部构成,在胎面部的触地面上形成块1,在该块1上形成切缝2。另外,在切缝2的壁面上形成倾斜突条3,4。
在本发明中,形成于切缝2的壁面上的倾斜突条3,4在切缝2的两壁面21,22上,从切缝2的上段开始,不沿轴向或垂直方向,而沿朝下的倾斜方向分别突出地形成。
另外,在本发明中,设置于相对的两壁面21,22上的上述倾斜突条3,4可按照倾斜方向相互不同,呈X字状交叉的方式形成。
此外,在本发明中,可按照上述各倾斜突条3,4越向下方移动,其突出程度越小的方式,逐渐地减少倾斜突条3,4的直径。
上述这样的本发明的轮胎具有下述的效果,即,在轮胎与路面接触时,形成于切缝的两壁面上的突条之间相互接触,将切缝两侧壁间的距离维持一定。另外,本发明具有下述的效果,即,形成于切缝的两壁面上的突条相互啮合,由此可防止块的扭转。形成于两壁面上的突条越向切缝的下方移动,其半径越小,伴随轮胎的磨耗,突条的尺寸逐渐地减小,但是,具有切缝的两壁间的间距确保量逐渐地提高。

Claims (3)

1.一种切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,其特征在于,其由胎面部,胎面两侧的侧壁部与侧壁部两端的球状部构成,在胎面部的触地面上形成有块(1),在该块(1)上形成有切缝(2),在该切缝(2)的壁面上形成有突条,其中,形成于上述切缝(2)的两壁面(21,22)上的突条为,从上述切缝(2)的上段沿向下的倾斜方向分别突出地形成的倾斜突条(3,4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,其特征在于,上述倾斜突条(3,4)按照倾斜方向相互不同,呈X字状交叉的方式形成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的切缝改进的汽车用轮胎,其特征在于,各倾斜突条(3,4)按照其直径逐渐减小,以致越向下方移动,其突出程度越小的方式形成。
