Abstract
本发明公开了杏鲍菇的培植方法,目的是为了提供一种操作简单,成本低,生产环境无污染的杏鲍菇培育方法。杏鲍菇的培植方法,包括以下步骤:(1)原料准备:玉米芯75%,麸皮16%,玉米面7%,石灰粉1%,石膏粉1%,将个组分混匀,加入原料重量1.2倍的自来水,拌匀;(2)菌袋生产:将加原料装入聚乙烯袋,在100oC恒温保持12小时灭菌,冷却后常规方法接种培养至菌丝体成熟;(3)播种培养:将菌丝体成熟的菌袋脱去聚乙烯塑料袋后,菌棒按照3厘米的间隔横卧埋入林地内浅坑,菌棒上覆盖3厘米厚的林地土壤后,在土壤上再覆盖一层2厘米后的树叶,然后用水灌溉至土坑内不见干土;(4)管理出菇。本发明操作简单,成本低,易于推广,林且生长环境无污染。

[0002] 杏鲍菇又名刺芹侧耳,是近年广泛栽培的珍稀食用菌,杏鲍菇菌肉肥厚,质地脆 嫩,特别是菌柄组织致密、结实、乳白,可全部食用,且菌柄比菌盖更脆滑、爽口,被称为“平 菇王”、“干贝菇”,具有愉快的杏仁香味和如鲍鱼的口感,适合保鲜、加工,深得人们的喜爱, 很受市场欢迎,发展空间很大。
[0003] 为了进一步提高杏鲍菇的商品价值,急需研发一种方法简单,成本低,生产环境无 污染的培育方法。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明的目的是为了提供一种操作简单,成本低,生产环境无污染的杏鲍菇培育 方法,而提供一种杏鲍菇的培植方法。
[0005] 本发明是通过下列步骤实现的: 杏鲍菇的培植方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)原料准备:
所需原料包括下列质量百分比的各组分,
玉米芯75%,麸皮16%,玉米面7%,石灰粉1%,石膏粉1%,
将个组分混勻,加入原料重量1.2倍的自来水,拌勻;
(2)菌袋生产:
将加水拌勻的原料装入17X37X0. 045厘米的聚乙烯袋,在100° C恒温保持12小时灭
菌,冷却后常规方法接种培养至菌丝体成熟;
(3)播种培养:
在中国北方地区一般在3-5月份和9-11月份,南方则在11-3月份,在七林地内挖深 20厘米、宽30厘米的浅坑,将菌丝体成熟的菌袋脱去聚乙烯塑料袋后,菌棒按照3厘米的 间隔横卧埋入浅坑,菌棒上覆盖3厘米厚的林地土壤后,在土壤上再覆盖一层2厘米后的树 叶,然后用水灌溉至土坑内不见干土;
(4)管理出菇:
地膜下土层内地温在15°C以下时,杏鲍菇子实体长出伸长到树叶上面时,在子实体处 将地膜撕开,子实体伸出地膜继续长大直到成熟采摘;如果地膜下土层内地温在15°C以上 时则将地膜完全揭去,让杏鲍菇子实体伸长到树叶上面继续长大直到成熟采摘。
[0006] 所述的75%的玉米芯,可以由50%的棉籽壳和25%的木屑代替。
[0007] 所述的75%的玉米芯,可以由40%的棉籽壳和35%的玉米芯代替。
[0008] 所述步骤(3),最后在树叶上面再覆盖一层地膜,地膜四周用小土块压住,防止 大风吹走地膜。[0009] 与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)林地内野外培植,不用搭建蘑菇棚等设施,可减少投资,有利于贫困山区推广;
(2)在城市近郊林地内野外培植,可供人们旅游度假,休闲采摘,可促进旅游事业的发
展;
(3)林地内培植花鲍菇,菇林共生,互惠互利,菇类菌丝体不但分解残枝落叶,为林海提 供养分,而且菇类菌丝体的培养料也为树林提供了养分,蘑菇的浇水灌溉也有利于树林发 生长发育,可促进树林的生长;
(4)林地内野外培植花鲍菇,绿色林海既为蘑菇遮阳,又为花鲍菇的生长发育提供了 肥沃的培植床和新鲜的氧气。林地内土质肥沃,为蘑菇生长提供了充足的养分,一般较人工 室内栽培可提高50%的产量;
(5)林地内天然条件下培植花鲍菇,低温干燥、昼夜温差大,可形成独特的花菇,而且菇 质肥厚,味道鲜美,可以打造成一个新的珍稀食用菌品牌,促进市场繁荣;
(6 )林地内天然条件下培植花鲍菇,生长环境无任何污染,是纯粹的有机食品。
具体实施方式

- 4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的的杏鲍菇的培植方法,其特征是所述步骤(3),最 后在树叶上面再覆盖一层地膜。
