Abstract

本发明的铝电线用压装端子(10)具有压装连接在铝电线(20)的芯线(21)上的压装部(12),在该压装部(12)的内表面(13a、14a)上形成齿面部(15),其中,通过基部(13)和一体形成于该基部(13)的左右两侧的一对压装片(14、14)呈大致U字形地形成压装部(12),在基部(13)的内表面(13a)和一对压装片(14、14)的各自内表面(14a)上连续地形成在与芯线(21)的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个齿面部(15),而且,在该一对压装片(14、14)的各自外表面(14b)的末端(14c)侧形成在与芯线(21)的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个齿面部(16)。

Description

铝电线用压装端子
技术领域
本发明涉及适合用于与粗体(大径)的铝电线进行连接的铝电线用压装端子。
背景技术
作为这种铝电线用压装端子,有如图1以及图2所示的形式。该技术公开于日本专利公报日本特开2007-173215号公报(专利文献1)的图1中。作为上述技术以外的先行技术,存在公开于日本专利公报日本特开2003-249284号公报(专利文献2)的图7中的形式。
该铝电线用压装端子1如图1所示那样,具有:形成有能够供未图示的螺栓等紧固机构贯通的贯通孔2a的紧固部2;压装连接在铝电线5的通过捻拧多根铝单丝6a而成的芯线6上的大致U字形的压装部3。在该压装部3的内表面3a,形成在与芯线6的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个齿面部4。
并且,如图2所示那样,当在铝电线用压装端子1的压装部3上通过加紧而压装铝电线5的芯线6时,由多个齿面部4的槽破坏芯线6的铝单丝6a的表面的氧化覆膜,露出新表面(质地),从而使得铝电线5的芯线6与铝电线用压装端子1的压装部3电连接。
然而,在上述现有的铝电线用压装端子1中,在对增加了铝单丝6a的根数的粗体(大径)的铝电线5进行连接的情况下,由于难以破坏到芯线6的位于中心部(中央)的铝单丝6a的表面的氧化覆膜,所以电流仅在芯线6的位于外侧的铝单丝6a流过,容易产生集中电阻。由于该电阻,产生了芯线6的温度上升或导通不良等的不良状况。
发明内容
本发明是为了解决上述问题而做出的,其目的在于提供一种能够可靠地破坏掉位于中心部的芯线的表面的氧化覆膜来获得良好电连接的铝电线用压装端子。
为了达成上述目的,本发明的第一方面的铝电线用压装端子,包括:压装连接在铝电线的芯线上的压装部、以及形成在所述压装部的内表面上的齿面部,在上述构成中,在所述压装部的外表面上进一步形成齿面部。
因此,根据本发明的第一方面,通过在压装部的外表面进一步形成齿面部,能够可靠地破坏掉位于中心部的芯线的表面的氧化覆膜来获得良好的电连接。
本发明的从属于第一方面的第二方面的铝电线用压装端子,其中,所述压装部通过基部和形成于该基部的两侧的一对压装片形成为大致U字形;在所述基部的内表面和所述一对压装片的各自内表面上,在与所述芯线的长度方向正交的方向上延伸地形成多个所述齿面部;以及,在所述一对压装片的各自外表面的至少末端侧,形成在与所述芯线的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个所述齿面部。
因此,根据本发明的第二方面,由基部和形成于该基部的两侧的一对压装片形成大致U字形的压装部,在基部的内表面和一对压装片各自的内表面上,形成在与芯线的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个齿面部,而且,在该一对压装片各自的外表面的至少末端侧,形成在与芯线的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个齿面部,由此,通过形成在压装部的基部的内表面和一对压装片各自的内表面上的多个齿面部的凹凸来破坏位于外侧的芯线的表面的氧化覆膜,而且,通过形成在一对压装片各自的外表面上的多个齿面部的凹凸来破坏位于中心部的芯线的表面的氧化覆膜,从而能够获得良好的电连接。

具体实施方式
下面,基于附图对本发明的一个实施方式进行说明。
如图3所示那样,铝电线用压装端子10具有:铜制的紧固部11,该紧固部11形成有能够供未图示的螺栓等紧固机构贯通的贯通孔11a;压装部12,该压装部12与该紧固部11形成为一体,压装连接在铝电线20的通过捻拧多根铝单丝21a而成的芯线21上。该压装部12通过基部13和一体形成在该基部13的左右两侧的一对压装片14、14形成为大致U字形。
并且,如图3以及图4所示那样,在基部13的内表面13a和一对压装片14、14的各自内表面14a上,连续地形成在与芯线21的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个长尺寸的齿面部15。另外,在一对压装片14、14的各自外表面14b的末端14c侧,形成在与芯线21的长度方向正交的方向上延伸的多个短尺寸的齿面部16。
另外,如图3所示那样,铝电线20由芯线21和绝缘覆层22构成,该芯线21捻合有铝制或铝合金制的多根铝单丝21a,该绝缘覆层22覆盖该芯线21。
根据以上实施方式的铝电线用压装端子10,如图4、图5所示那样,对铝电线用压装端子10的压装部12的一对压装片14、14进行加紧而将其压装在该铝电线20的芯线21上,使得该一对压装片14的各自末端14c进入到铝电线20的芯线21的中心部,此时,通过由连续形成在压装部12的基部13的内表面13a和一对压装片14、14的各内表面14a上的多个长尺寸的齿面部15的槽和各个内表面13a、14a构成的凹凸,将芯线21的位于外侧的铝单丝21a的表面的氧化覆膜破坏掉,使其新表面(质地)露出,而且,通过由形成在一对压装片14、14的各外表面14b的末端14c侧的多个短尺寸的齿面部16的槽和外表面14b构成的凹凸,将芯线21的位于中心部的铝单丝21a的表面的氧化覆膜破坏掉,使其新表面(质地)露出,从而将铝电线20的芯线21与铝电线用压装端子10的压装部12以良好的状态电连接。
即,在将在铝单丝21a的表面上具有氧化覆膜的铝电线20的芯线21加紧到铜制的铝电线用压装端子10的压装部12上时,如图6所示那样,芯线21的位于中心部的铝单丝21a强力磨蹭地安装在各压装片14的外表面14b的齿面部16的槽并如图6中的箭头F所示那样进行移动(滑动),而且,该铝单丝21a的齿面部16的附近部分如图6中的箭头F’所示那样进行移动(滑动),与铝电线用压装端子10的压装部12磨蹭而形成固着。由于该固着现象,通过将芯线21的位于中心部的铝单丝21a的表面的氧化覆膜可靠地破坏掉而露出的新表面(质地)与由铜形成的铝电线用压装端子10的压装部12接触导通,而且固着并电连接。其结果,由被捻拧的多根铝单丝21a构成的芯线21的位于中央部的铝单丝21a的电接触电阻变小,另外,能够在芯线21的所有铝单丝21a流过均匀的电流,所以,即使在铝电线20的芯线21为粗体(大径)的情况下也能够可靠地降低温度上升。
进而,能够可靠地防止铝电线20的芯线21从铝电线用压装端子10的压装部12脱落,还能够提高机械连接性。
另外,根据上述实施方式,就对捻拧多根铝单丝形成芯线的铝电线进行压装的情况进行了说明,但是当然也可以将上述实施方式适用于对将未捻拧的铝单丝成束而形成芯线的铝电线进行压装的情况。
本发明并不限于上述的发明实施方式的说明,除了上述方式以外,通过适当变更而能够以其他各种方式得以实施。

Claims (1)

1.一种铝电线用压装端子,包括:压装连接在铝电线的芯线上的压装部、以及形成在所述压装部的内表面上的齿面部,其特征在于,
所述压装部通过基部和形成于该基部的两侧的一对压装片形成为大致U字形;
在所述基部的内表面和所述一对压装片的各自内表面上,在与所述芯线的长度方向正交的方向上延伸地形成多个所述齿面部;
在所述一对压装片的各自外表面的至少末端侧,在与所述芯线的长度方向正交的方向上延伸地形成多个齿面部;以及
所述铝电线为捻拧多根铝单丝形成芯线的铝电线、或将未捻拧的铝单丝成束形成芯线的铝电线;
当进行加紧而使得所述压装部的末端进入到所述铝电线的中心部时,所述一对压装片的末端侧相互背离,形成在所述一对压装片的各外表面的至少末端侧的齿面部,通过该齿面部的槽和各外表面,磨蹭所述铝电线的芯线的位于中心部的铝单丝,从而将所述铝电线的位于中心部的铝单丝的氧化覆膜破坏掉而使其新表面露出。
