Abstract
【解決手段】底板13と、底板13の両側に延設されて底板13の内面上に配された電線Wの導体Waを包むように加締められる一対の導体加締片14とで断面略U字状に形成され、導体Waの端末に圧着して接続される導体圧着部12と、導体圧着部12の内面に、同一半径の円筒凹部からなる複数のセレーション16とを備えた圧着端子10に対して、底板13の先端側内面に形成されたセレーション16の深さよりも、導体加締片14の後端側内面に形成されたセレーション16の深さを浅く設定する。

Claims (3)
- 底板と、該底板の両側に延設されて該底板の内面上に配された電線の導体を包むように加締められる一対の導体加締片とで断面略U字状に形成され、
該導体の端末に圧着して接続される導体圧着部と、
該導体圧着部の内面に、同一半径の円筒凹部からなる複数のセレーションと、
該底板の先端に、先端側連結部を介して一体に形成され、相手側端子と電気的に接続される電気接続部と、
該底板の後端に、後端側連結部を介して一体に形成され、該電線の被覆付の部分を加締める被覆加締部とを備え、
該底板の先端側内面に形成されたセレーションの深さよりも、該導体加締片の後端側内面に形成されたセレーションの深さの方が浅く設定されたことを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項1に記載の圧着端子であって、
前記底板の内面に形成されるセレーションの深さよりも、前記導体加締片の内面に形成されるセレーションの深さの方が浅く設定されたことを特徴とする圧着端子。 - 請求項1に記載の圧着端子であって、
該導体圧着部が、先端側に位置する先端側圧着部と、後端側に位置する後端側圧着部とからなり、
該先端側圧着部の内面に形成されるセレーションの深さよりも、該後端側圧着部の内面に形成されるセレーションの深さの方が浅く設定されたことを特徴とする圧着端子。
