Claims (1)
- アルミ電線の複数本のアルミ素線を撚って成る撚り芯線に圧着して接続される圧着部を有し、この圧着部の内面に前記撚り芯線の長さ方向に対して直交する方向に延びるセレーションを形成したアルミ電線用圧着端子において、
前記圧着部をベースと該ベースの両側に形成された一対の圧着片とで略U字状に形成して2本のアルミ電線の各撚り芯線を圧着し、前記ベースの内面の中央と前記一対の圧着片の各内面に、該ベースの内面の中央を境にして互い違いに位置をずらして前記各撚り芯線の長さ方向に対して直交する方向に延びる左右一対のセレーションを形成して、前記2本のアルミ電線の各撚り芯線を圧着する際に、前記圧着部に対して該2本のアルミ電線の一方の撚り芯線と他方の撚り芯線とが互いに逆方向に擦れて凝着が起きるようにしたことを特徴とするアルミ電線用圧着端子。
