Description

本发明涉及一种电磁阀。
在已知的电磁阀中,在衔铁和用作阀的闭锁件(与阀座配合)的球之间设有连接管。但连接管的直径必须制作的比较准确,以便能将衔铁压到管上使之固定。在靠近球的地方设有多个流通孔,这些孔径向穿透连接管壁,以便能使从衔铁流至阀内的燃料到达阀座。为制作这些流通孔需要增加一些工序。
本发明的目的是提供一种电磁阀及制造该电磁阀的方法,这种电磁阀不仅制造简单,而且装配起来也容易。
本发明电磁阀包括一个铁芯片,一个围绕铁芯的线圈,一个与铁芯相对的衔铁,一个一端与衔铁相连的连接管,和一个与连接管另一端相连的并与固定阀座相配合的阀闭锁件,这与阀的主轴线同轴延伸的连接管在其全长上设有一个狭槽,它穿过管壁。
本发明电磁阀具有制造容易,公差较大的连接管则装配简单,重量轻,刚性好和流通横截面积大等优点。由于狭槽是延伸至整个长度,所以连接管是有弹性的,可挠曲的,同衔铁和阀闭锁件的连接则简便。该管可以用商用薄壁管制造,其中的狭槽可通过锯割、铣削或类似的方式制作;此管也可以用例如矩形金属薄板制作,将其滚压或弯曲成管的形状,在这种方法中、狭槽是在被滚压或弯曲的薄板的纵长边之间留成的。在非磁性材料连接管中的狭槽还可避免产生不希望的涡流。
用滚压或弯曲基本上为矩形的薄金属板毛坯来制作连续管特别有利,以此方式就可得到具有纵向狭槽的管;在管上制作斜槽也是方便的,例如,使用平行四边形的金属板毛坯制作管就可得到。
最好,在管壁上设置若干个流通孔以避免阀内流动状态对喷射的 燃料有不利影响。
下面将通过实施例并参照附图对本发明作详细说明。其中:

参看附图。图1所示为一种电磁阀,作为例子它是一种供混合料压缩点火的内燃机的燃料喷射装置使用的燃料喷射阀。该阀包括一个铁磁材料制的管状金属细纹接套1,其下端装有电磁线圈3,因此该螺纹接套1也起铁芯作用。靠近螺纹接套1的端部2有一个中间件6,该中间件例如通过钎焊或焊接密封地与螺纹接套1相连并与阀的纵轴线4同心。中间件6由非磁性薄金属板深拉制成,并与轴线4同轴延伸,它具有一个第一连接部分47,该部分围绕铁芯端部2并密封地与其相连;一个环状部分48从第一连接部分47径向向外伸展至第二连接部分49。第二连接部分49与轴线4同轴地伸展,并在轴线方向上部分地伸出到管形连接件39上而且例如通过钎焊或焊接密封地与其相连,因而该部分49的直径大于部分47的直径,以便在阀的装配状态,元件39的端面50靠在环状部分48上。为了将阀的外廓尺寸减至最小,使部分47围绕着铁芯端部2的卡紧台阶51,该台阶51的直径小于螺纹套管1的其余部分的直径,而部分49围绕着另件39的卡紧台阶52,同样,台阶52的直径也小于另件39上与其相邻接的部分。
连接件39由铁磁材料制成,在远离端面50的地方设有卡紧孔41,其中例如用螺纹、焊接或钎焊将金属阀座8密封地插入。卡紧孔41通至过渡孔53中,在靠近端面50的地方该孔53与滑孔54相连,一块圆柱形衔铁12伸入孔54中,并由孔54为其导向。因此,卡紧孔41和滑孔54在生产时可一次加工制成,以构成一精密的直孔。衔铁12既不用中间件6也不用另件39的过渡孔53为其导向。滑孔54的轴向长度比衔铁12的轴向长度短,例如约比衔铁短1/15。在螺纹套管1的铁芯端部2上面对衔铁12的地方制有一宽度约为0.2毫米的窄支承环55。
在远离螺纹套管1的地方,阀座件8有一朝向铁芯端部2的固定阀座9。螺纹套管1、中间件6,连接件39和阀座体8组成一个固定连接的金属组件。伸入过渡孔53中的薄壁圆截面连接管36的一端插入衔铁12的阶梯形固定孔13中并与其相连。阀的锁闭件14与朝向阀座9的管36的端部相连,其形状例如可以是球形,半球形或其它合适的形状。
一个恢复弹簧18例如可以用它的一端支靠在管36一个端面上并伸入到衔铁12的孔13中;弹簧18的另一端伸入到螺纹套管1中的流通孔21中,并支靠在调整套管22上。为了调节弹簧的弹力,套管22例如可以用螺纹与通孔21相连或压入其中。
螺纹套管1和线圈3至少有一部分轴向长度被塑料壳24罩住,塑料壳24也至少部分地罩住另件6和管件36。该壳体24可用塑料铸塑成型或注模成型。电插头26用于使电供给线圈3使其激磁,并可同时在壳体24上制成。
线圈3至少由一个传导磁力线的铁磁导向另件28围绕,该铁磁 导向零件在轴向方向上延伸过磁力线圈3的全长。另件28在圆周方向上至少部分包围线圈3,另件28的形状像一个“弓形托架”,中间为拱形部分29,其与线圈的外形轮廓相配合,而在圆周方向上仅有一部分包围线圈3。拱形部分29的(两)端部31径向向里伸展并分别部分包围螺纹套管1和另件39,同时每个端部31在轴向方向上延伸过渡成外壳端部32。图1和图2所示的阀有二个导体另件28。
在管36的壁上置有狭槽37,该狭槽径向穿过管壁并伸展至管的全长。借助这个狭槽,从衔铁12流入管36内通道38的燃料可通过过渡孔53,并从那里流至阀座9。于阀座的下游在阀座体8上至少置有一个喷射孔17,靠这个喷孔燃料就可喷入进气管或内燃机的缸体内。
在图1所示的实施例中,两个导向零件28是彼此相对安置的,如图2所示。由于空间的原因,将插头26布置在转过90°的某一平面上也是适宜的,而该平面与通过导向另件28的平面相垂直。
图3和图4表示连接管36及固定在其一端上的衔铁12和与其另一端相连的阀闭锁件14的视图。将管36与衔铁12和阀闭锁件14连接在一起使用焊接或钎焊是有利的方式。在这一实施例中,狭槽37在通过阀轴线4的某一平面内自管36的一端延伸到另一端。在这种情况下,狭槽37具有一个大面积的液压流通横截面,通过这一横截面,燃料可迅速地从内通道38流入过渡孔53中,然后流至阀座9。这种薄壁管36刚性大而重量轻,在成批生产这种阀时,该管36可根据所需的长度从市场上可买到的管上切下单独部分的方法进行生产,然后用例如铣削、锯割、切削或类似方法加工狭槽37。狭槽37也 可以制成倾斜于轴线4的槽,如图6实施例所示。这种斜槽37可使燃料均匀地流入过渡孔53中。
该连接管36也可用厚度与管壁相等的金属板毛坯55制作,如图5所示。该毛坯例如可用冲压制成矩形,其一边的长度与待制作的管的长度相等;另一边的长度近似等于管的圆周长。毛坯可使用芯棒滚压或弯曲成所需的形状,这时,二个边缘在管36的纵轴方向彼此相隔一定距离地延伸形成狭槽37。
为了避免由于燃料可能不对称地流向阀座9而对喷射到喷口外面的喷射燃料产生不利的影响,最好是给管36设置数个流通孔56,这些孔穿过管壁并近似沿轴向方向对称分布。图5所示的毛坯55在水平方向有3个流通孔56,在垂直方向有5个流通孔。该流通孔56既可通过已经打孔的金属板毛坯制取,也可以在毛坯本身制作同时加工通孔。这些通孔56可按下列方式布置:要使流入过渡孔53的燃料径向流出然后旋转,因此,这些通孔56可沿与阀座9成某一斜度的方向伸展。
为了形成图6所示的斜槽37,原始金属板毛坯的形状可为平行四边形。
用薄金属板毛坯制造连接管36即容易又简单,并允许使用多种材料。由于管36上置有狭槽37,所以管可弹性挠曲,以使对衔铁12的固定孔13,连接管36和阀闭锁件14可选择较大的公差,因为连接管36有弹性,它就可将其一端用力插入孔13中,故装配容易。

Claims (11)

1、一种电磁阀包括一个铁芯,一个围绕该铁芯的线圈、一个面向该铁芯的衔铁、一个一端与衔铁相连的连接管和一个与连接管另一端相连并与该阀的固定阀座相配合的阀闭锁件,该连接管与阀的主轴线同轴伸展,本发明的特征在于,在连接管的全长上设有一个穿透管壁延伸的狭槽。
2、按照权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,这狭槽在通过所述轴线的平面内伸展。
3、按照权利要求1所述的阀,其特征在于,这狭槽在与所述轴线相倾斜的平面内伸展。
4、按照权利要求1至3任一项的阀,其特征在于,该连接管是由薄金属板制作的。
5、按照权利要求1至3任一项的阀,其特征在于,该管置有若干个穿透管壁的流通孔。
6、按照权利要求1至3任一项的阀,其特征在于,这衔铁基本上为圆柱形并具有一容纳卡住管端部的卡孔。

10、一种电磁阀,特别是混合料压缩点火的内燃机的燃油喷射系统用的燃油喷射阀的制造方法,该电磁阀包括:一铁芯,铁芯上卷绕有一电磁线圈;一衔铁,面向着铁芯;和一连接管,有一管壁,与一电磁阀的纵轴线共轴线配置,连接管的一端与衔铁连接,另一端与阀闭锁件连接,阀闭锁件则与阀的固定座相配合;特别是根据权利要求1-9的一个电磁阀;该制造方法的特征在于,在第一工序中,用厚度与管壁相等的金属板制成四角形的金属板毛坯(55),在第二工序中将该金属板毛坯(55)个个卷成筒形,使其纵向各端面彼此相对间隔一段距离形成间隙(37)。
11、根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,金属板采用多孔金属板。
