Description

润滑油脂组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油脂组合物,更具体地涉及当在由金属和塑料制成的滑动对偶之间和/或在金属部件之间施加时在这些滑动对偶之间产生优良的润滑性能的润滑油脂组合物。特别地,本发明涉及在由金属部件和玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件制成的滑动对偶之间得到优良润滑性能的润滑油脂组合物。
背景技术
在机动车部件、家用电器、办公自动化器件、视听设备领域中,观察到用塑料部件替代金属部件例如金属齿轮或类似物、特别是滑动部件的工业趋势,以便降低前述商业物体的重量或者降低其成本。这种替代品的实例是在与刮水器电动机有关的减速齿轮或在车辆的转向机构中包含的电力辅助的转向单元中使用的塑料齿轮和金属齿轮的结合物。另一方面,这种机构的负载和滑动速度随小型化的趋势而增加,和滑动条件向较高传动效率变化苛刻。对于这种工业趋势来说,润滑油脂组合物所要求的性能变得更高,且更加难以实现足以满足这种所要求性能的低摩擦性能和耐久性。因此,提出了使用含有特定微细粉化的聚四氟乙烯的油脂组合物。将所提出的组合物形成为在相互作用的部件之间的润滑膜,且甚至在前述苛刻的条件下限制部件的磨损并改进滑动部件的耐久寿命(参见专利参考文献1)。
应当注意,玻璃纤维增强的塑料例如玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺或其他有机树脂拥有优良的拉伸强度、弹性弯曲模量和其他机械性能,且对于这种滑动塑料部件的负载和滑动速度的增加来说,满足前述所要求的性能。然而,即使增强的塑料部件的机械强度优于没有增强的塑料部件,但它们的长期性能不足,和甚至使用常规的油脂组合物不可能保护这些材料避免其机械强度性能随时间而劣化。
专利参考文献2和专利参考文献3公开了含有聚脲和钙皂作为增稠剂以及磷酸三钙和碳酸钙作为极压耐磨添加剂的油脂组合物。专利参考文献4公开了含有磷酸三钙和矿物油化合物的润滑油脂组合物,和专利参考文献5公开了含有磷酸三钙和脲化合物作为增稠剂的润滑油脂组合物。尽管这些润滑油脂组合物显示出施加到金属与金属对偶上的优良的性能,但它们不足以改进塑料部件的滑动性能。更具体地,它们没有显示出充足的性能来改进由玻璃纤维增强的塑料制成的部件的滑动性能。和当滑动对偶由金属部件和塑料部件组成时,这种塑料部件(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件)显著损坏在金属对应物上的滑动表面。前述专利参考文献的润滑油脂组合物不足以解决以上所述的问题。

发明公开
本发明的目的是提供润滑油脂组合物,它可降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久性,即使它们在前述苛刻的条件下使用。本发明的另一目的是提供当施加到由金属和塑料(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料)部件组成的滑动对偶的表面上时将降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久时间的润滑油脂组合物。
在研究解决前述问题之后,本发明人发现可通过使用下述润滑油脂组合物来解决这些问题,所述润滑油脂组合物包含选自磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)、三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)、亚磷酸盐、二亚磷酸盐或次磷酸盐中的至少一种磷化合物和脂肪酸金属盐。
此外,本发明人发现,可通过使用含下述组分的润滑油脂组合物来解决这些问题:(A)基油;(B)5-10wt%脲化合物;(C)0.5-20wt%选自磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)、三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)、亚磷酸盐、二亚磷酸盐和次磷酸盐中的至少一种磷化合物;和(D)0.5-40wt%脂肪酸金属盐。这些发现也导致本发明人完成了本发明。
发明详述
本发明具体地涉及下述:
润滑油脂组合物,它包含:
选自磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)、三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)、亚磷酸盐、二亚磷酸盐和次磷酸盐中的至少一种磷化合物;
和脂肪酸金属盐。
润滑油脂组合物,它包含:
(A)基油;
(B)5-10wt%脲化合物;
(C)0.5-20wt%选自磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)、三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)、亚磷酸盐、二亚磷酸盐和次磷酸盐中的至少一种磷化合物;和
(D)0.5-40wt%脂肪酸金属盐。

通过本发明提供的润滑油脂组合物使得可降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久时间,即使它们在苛刻的条件下使用。此外,本发明的润滑油脂组合物使得可提供当施加到由金属和塑料(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料)部件组成的滑动对偶表面上时将降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久时间的润滑油脂组合物。
实施本发明的最佳模式
(A)基油:
对在本发明的油脂组合物中使用的基油没有特别限制,和没有特别限定该基油的种类。其实例包括烷属烃类矿物油,二酯,多元醇酯,或类似的酯类合成油;聚-α-烯烃、乙烯和α-烯烃的共低聚物,聚丁烯,或类似的合成烃油;亚烷基二苯醚,聚亚烷基醚,或类似的醚类合成油;二酯和多元醇酯,或类似的酯类油;和聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚甲基苯基硅氧烷,或类似的硅氧烷油。最优选的上述油是合成烃油,它可降低对塑料部件的冲击传输,拥有优良的耐热性能,产生低温平衡,并保护塑料材料避免应力龟裂。聚亚烷基醚、多元醇醚和聚甲基苯基硅氧烷也适合于保护塑料材料避免应力龟裂。可结合两种或更多种来使用这些基油。进一步优选一类或多类基油在40℃下的动态粘度范围为5-500mm2/s。
(B)脲化合物
在本发明的润滑油脂组合物内包含的脲化合物用作基油的增稠剂。推荐这一组分用以得到优良的抗高温氧化劣化性并延长润滑的部件(其中包括由塑料制成的那些)的耐久时间。前述脲化合物的具体实例是下述:二脲化合物、三脲化合物和四脲化合物、(除了所述二脲化合物、三脲化合物、四脲化合物以外的)多脲化合物、或类似的脲化合物;和脲-氨基甲酸酯化合物、二氨基甲酸酯化合物或其他氨基甲酸酯化合物、或前述化合物的混合物。优选使用二脲化合物、脲-氨基甲酸酯化合物、二氨基甲酸酯化合物、或上述化合物的混合物。
最优选的脲化合物可包括二氨基甲酸酯化合物、脲-氨基甲酸酯化合物、和用下式(1)表示的二脲化合物:

其中A和B可以相同或不同,且独立地表示用下式表示的基团:-NHR1、-NR2R3或-OR4,其中R1、R2、R3和R4可以相同或不同,且独立地表示具有6-20个碳原子的烃基。用R1、R2、R3和R4表示的烃基可例如用下述基团表示:具有直链或支链分子结构的6-20个碳原子的烷基,具有直链或支链分子结构的链烯基,环烷基,烷基环烷基,芳基,烷芳基,芳烷基等。优选的是具有6-20个碳原子的直链或支链烷基,环烷基或烷芳基,和最优选十八烷基,环己烯基或甲苯甲酰基。
在前述式(1)中,R表示二价烃基。这种二价烃基例举直链或支链亚烷基、直链或支链亚链烯基,亚环烷基,亚芳基,烷基亚芳基,芳基亚烷基等。推荐用R表示的二价烃基含有6-20个碳原子,优选6-15个碳原子。用R表示的二价烃基的具体实例是下述:亚乙基、2,2-二甲基-4-甲基亚己基、或用下式(2)-(11)表示的基团,其中最优选用式(3)和式(5)表示的二价烃基。

可通过在100℃-200℃的温度下在基油内使式OCN-R-NCO表示的二异氰酸酯与式R1NH2、R2R3NH和R4OH表示的化合物或其混合物反应,获得用式(1)表示的脲化合物。其中R1、R2、R3和R4表示与以上定义相同的基团。
在本发明的润滑油脂组合物内包含的脲化合物的用量可以是任意的。优选含有用量为润滑油脂组合物总量的0-20wt%的脲化合物。然而,为了特别延长润滑的塑料部件(特别是由玻璃纤维增强的塑料制成的部件)的耐久寿命,推荐含有用量为5-10wt%的脲化合物。若脲化合物的使用量超过推荐上限,则该润滑油脂组合物可能变得太硬,且不可能得到充足的润滑能力。
本发明的润滑油脂组合物的特征在于含有选自磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)、三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)、亚磷酸盐、二亚磷酸盐或次磷酸盐中的至少一种磷化合物(C);和具有8-24个碳原子的脂肪酸金属盐(D)。通过本发明提供的润滑油脂组合物使得可降低在由塑料(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料)制成的润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久时间。
推荐包含相对于润滑油脂组合物的总量用量为0.5-20wt%的前述组分(C),用量为0.5-40wt%的组分(D)。更优选,包含用量为1-15wt%的组分(C),和用量为1-30wt%的组分(D)。含前述组分(C)和(D)的这种润滑油脂组合物使得可降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久寿命,即使它们在苛刻的条件下使用。此外,本发明的润滑油脂组合物使得可提供当施加到由金属和塑料(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料)部件组成的滑动对偶表面上时将降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并延长这些部件的耐久时间的润滑油脂组合物。以下给出了组分(C)和(D)的更详细的说明。
组分(C)是选自磷酸盐、偏磷酸盐、二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)、三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)、亚磷酸盐、二亚磷酸盐和次磷酸盐中的至少一种磷化合物。添加这种组分(C)和组分(D)到润滑油脂组合物中将赋予该组合物固体润滑剂的功能并因此延长降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数和延长其耐久寿命的效果。
磷酸盐的具体实例是具有用PO4 3-表示的对阴离子的金属盐。优选的盐用下式表示:Na3PO4、Ca3(PO4)2、AlPO4、Zn3(PO4)2、FePO4、Fe3(PO4)2、Sn3(PO4)2、Pb3(PO4)2等。不特别限定磷酸盐为本发明以上例举的种类。偏磷酸盐的具体实例是具有用PO3-、P3O9 3-、P4O12 4-表示的对阴离子的金属盐或类似的金属盐。最优选(NaPO3)n、K3P3O9、K2Na2(P4O12)等。然而,不特别限定偏磷酸盐为本发明以上例举的种类。二磷酸盐(焦磷酸盐)的具体实例是具有用P2O7 4-表示的对阴离子的金属盐。最优选下述焦磷酸盐:Ca2P2O7、Pb2P2O7、Fe4(P2O7)3、Zn2P2O7、Sn2P2O7等。然而,不特别限定焦磷酸盐为本发明以上例举的种类。三磷酸盐(三聚磷酸盐)的具体实例是具有用P3O10 5-表示的对阴离子的金属盐。最优选下述三聚磷酸盐:Zn5(P3O10)、Na5P3O10等。然而,不特别限定三磷酸盐为本发明以上例举的种类。亚磷酸盐可例举具有用PHO2-表示的对阴离子的金属盐。最优选下式的亚磷酸盐:ZnHPO3、PbHPO3等。然而,不特别限定亚磷酸盐为本发明以上例举的种类。二亚磷酸盐(焦亚磷酸盐)可例举具有用P2H2O5 2-表示的对阴离子的金属盐。最优选Na2P2H2O5。然而,可能的焦亚磷酸盐不限于这一化合物。次磷酸盐可例举具有用PH2O2 -表示的对阴离子的金属盐。最优选NaPH2O2或类似物。然而,可能的次磷酸盐不限于这一化合物。为了在润滑油脂组合物内提供更加均匀的分散并延长降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数的有效时间段,推荐可使用粉化形式、特别是微细粉化形式的组分(C)。磷化合物更优选用作微细粉化形式的组分(C),和最优选的是如下所述例举的:化学式为Zn2P2O7的焦磷酸锌,化学式为Ca3(PO4)2的磷酸三钙,和化学式为AlPO4的磷酸铝。可单独或结合使用这些化合物。
推荐在润滑油脂组合物内包含用量为0.5-20wt%,优选1-15wt%,和最优选2-10wt%的组分(C)。若组分(C)的使用量低于推荐下限,则甚至与组分(D)混合时,不可能得到充足的润滑能力。添加超过推荐上限用量的组分(C)不可能改进该效果,相反使得所得油脂较硬和在本发明中使用不那么有效。
组分(D)是脂肪酸的金属盐。该组分的功能是作为基油的增稠剂。在本发明中,这一组分与组分(C)的组合使得可长期降低在润滑的部件上的摩擦系数并显著延长其耐久时间。特别地,在油脂组合物内的组分(C)和(D)的这种组合延长由金属和塑料(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料)部件组成的润滑的部件的耐久时间,且容易通过摩擦加热。此外,组分(D)是基油的增稠剂。然而,为了防止油脂组合物的滴点下降,推荐使用组分(B)一起作为基油增稠剂。
脂肪酸的金属盐的具体实例是单羧脂肪酸或羟基单羧脂肪酸的金属盐以及由在生产金属皂中使用的动物油或由植物油例如种子油衍生的脂肪酸的金属盐。优选单羧脂肪酸或羟基单羧脂肪酸的金属盐,特别是具有8-22个碳原子的前述脂肪酸的金属盐。以下是单羧脂肪酸的上述金属盐的具体实例:月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、二十二烷酸、肉豆蔻脑酸、棕榈油酸、油酸或亚油酸的金属盐。以下是羟基单羧酸的金属盐的具体实例:12-羟基硬脂酸、14-羟基硬脂酸、16-羟基硬脂酸、6-羟基硬脂酸或9,10-羟基硬脂酸的金属盐。前述脂肪酸的金属盐可包括选自锂、锌、镁、钠或铝的脂肪酸盐中的一类或多类金属盐。从更加有效地改进由金属和塑料(特别是玻璃纤维增强的塑料)制成的润滑的部件的耐久时间的角度考虑,推荐使用直链单羧脂肪酸或直链羟基单羧脂肪酸的金属盐,特别是锂盐。最优选的金属盐是硬脂酸锂和12-羟基硬脂酸锂。
推荐以本发明的油脂组合物的总量计,包含用量为0.5-40wt%,优选1-30wt%的前述组分(D)。若组分(D)的使用量小于推荐下限,则即使这一组分与组分(C)结合使用,本发明的效果可能不显著。使用超过推荐上限用量的组分(D)不可能得到所需的效果,相反可能增加润滑油脂组合物的粘度,且难以在所述部件的表面上铺展这一润滑剂。
视需要,可结合本发明的润滑油脂组合物与常规使用的添加剂。这种添加剂可包括例如抗氧化剂、极压剂、防锈剂、抗腐蚀抑制剂、金属失活剂、染料、颜色稳定剂、增稠剂、结构稳定剂等。
可通过混合前述组分(A)-(D),制备本发明的润滑油脂组合物。视需要,可通过添加磷酸金属盐、脂肪酸金属盐或其他添加剂到基础油脂中,和搅拌并混合所有组分,制备润滑油脂组合物。视需要,可通过使该混合物穿过辊炼机或类似机器来加工整理这一润滑油脂组合物。当基础油脂含有脂肪酸的金属盐时,可仅仅通过混合基础油脂与磷酸的金属盐和然后使之穿过辊炼机或类似机器来制备该组合物。这一组合物的最优选制备方法是混合含有脲化合物(B)作为增稠剂的基础油脂到具有磷酸的金属盐、脂族酸的金属盐和其他添加剂的基油(A)中,然后通过用辊炼机进行加工整理。另外,存在适合于制备本发明的润滑油脂组合物的另一方法。该制备方法由预混润滑油脂组合物中的基油(A)与脲化合物(B)的原料组成。通过熔融和搅拌前述预混物,脲化合物(B)以在基油内的分散形式制备,然后添加磷酸的金属盐,脂肪酸的金属盐和其他添加剂到该基油中,并搅拌所有组分和通过使所得混合物穿过辊炼机来加工整理。
本发明的润滑油脂组合物在由金属、塑料、陶瓷或其他材料制成的部件的表面上形成润滑膜。这些润滑膜显著改进塑料部件、特别是由玻璃纤维增强的塑料制成的部件的耐久寿命。而且,当本发明的润滑油脂组合物施加到含金属和塑料部件的摩擦对偶上时,它形成长效润滑膜,该润滑膜能延长各部件的耐久寿命,特别是若滑动对偶由金属部件和玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件组成的话。具有EP(即极压)添加剂的常规润滑油脂组合物(例如,在参考文献3-5中提出的那些)能在摩擦生热的作用下产生坚固的润滑膜并因此限制参与滑动运动的金属与金属对偶的磨耗与劣化。然而,当这些油脂施加到含塑料部件(特别是具有优良的热辐射性能的玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件)和金属部件的摩擦对偶上时,含有EP添加剂的这些润滑油脂没有提供充足的润滑性能,因为其表面温度没有升高到足以通过摩擦加热在摩擦对偶上形成润滑膜。与常规的润滑油脂不同,本发明的润滑油脂甚至在金属-塑料摩擦对偶的表面上、特别是在含金属部件和具有优良的热辐射性能的玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件的摩擦对偶的表面上能形成有效的润滑膜。这一润滑油脂使得可限制在金属部件上的磨耗与劣化并延长其耐久寿命。
适合于用本发明的油脂组合物润滑的塑料材料是所有常规的塑料和工程塑料,特别是可用玻璃纤维增强的那些。这种塑料的实例是下述:聚乙烯(PE)、聚丙烯(PP)、ABS树脂(ABS)、酚树脂(PF)、环氧树脂(EP)、聚缩醛(POM)、尼龙(PA)、聚碳酸酯(PC)、聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(PET)、聚对苯二甲酸丁二酯(PBT)、聚苯硫醚(PPS)、聚酰亚胺(PI)、聚醚醚酮(PEEK)等。
前述润滑油脂组合物的特征在于优良的摩擦降低效果,它在高的水平下在长的时间段内得以维持。因此,本发明的油脂特别适合于用作润滑均匀速度的齿轮和变速齿轮的油脂,用作润滑球轴承、辊轴承等的油脂,和用作润滑车辆、铁路客车等的轴承用油脂。特别地,本发明的润滑油脂可应用于车辆中用以润滑电驱动的功率辅助转向(EPS)机构的部件、刮水器电动机、车窗调节器或含有由含玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件和金属部件的金属涡轮装置以及轮式起落架组成的摩擦对偶的类似机构。
[实施例]
参考实践例和对比例,进一步描述本发明。然而,要理解本发明不限于前述实践例。
[评价(润滑由金属和塑料部件组成的滑动对偶所使用的)润滑油脂组合物的方法:通过Suzuki型测试仪(1)评价]
由钢S45C(下文称为S45C样品)和内径为20mm、外径为25.6mm和高度为15mm的中空圆柱筒体形式(图1)的30%玻璃增强的尼龙(下文称为PA46GF30样品),制备样品。
在20MPa负载和100mm/s的滑动速度下测试用约0.1g润滑油脂组合物涂布的由PA46GF30样品和S45C样品组成的对偶120分钟。进行耐久寿命试验,直到在离S45C样品的滑动表面约1mm的深度处温度达到160℃,或者当在滑动表面上观察到通过非同寻常的摩擦力引起的擦伤时。当试验时间超过120分钟时,此刻记录最大温度。在试验过程中,在样品的最稳定部分内记录摩擦系数。
[评价润滑油脂组合物(金属与金属对偶的情况):通过Suzuki型测试仪(2)评价]
在20MPa负载和100mm/s的滑动速度下测试用约0.1g润滑油脂组合物涂布的由S45C样品组成的对偶120分钟。当通过该机器的扭矩控制功能使测试仪终止时,此刻记录耐久寿命(分钟)。在离S45C样品的滑动表面约1mm的深度处测量最大温度(℃)。此外,以从试验开始起直到在样品上发生擦伤的时间形式评价时间X(分钟)[下文称为“在X分钟之后擦伤”]。当在试验开始时刻直接发生擦伤时,最大温度(℃)标记为“不可测量”。
[实践例1-6,对比例1,对比例2]
结合由表1所示的基油和脂肪酸金属盐(增稠剂)组成的基础油脂与表1所示的各种添加剂,然后搅拌各组分并使之穿过三辊磨机,以制备日本“tyo-do No.2”(=稠度No.2)等级的润滑油脂组合物(所不同的是对比例1的润滑油脂组合物由基础油脂本身组成,不含任何添加剂)。通过以上所述的方法,使用S45C样品和PA46GF30样品进行试验。评价使用所得组合物在滑动部件上形成的摩擦系数,耐久寿命(分钟)和最大温度(℃)。表1中示出了结果。
[实践例7-14,对比例3-5]
将聚α-烯烃(在40℃下的粘度:47mm2/s)用作普通的基油。将一半重量的基油和胺混合物(环己基胺和硬脂基胺以8:2的摩尔比混合)装载在反应器内,形成混合物(1),然后加热到范围为70-80℃的温度。另一方面,由另一半重量的基油和二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯制备另一混合物(2)。将这一混合物(2)装载到另一反应器内,加热到70-80℃的温度,并搅拌。在反应放热的作用下,这一混合物的温度升高,并在这一条件下搅拌加热的混合物30分钟,然后温度进一步达到170-180℃的范围,并维持内容物在这一温度下30分钟。结果,在聚α-烯烃内合成了二脲化合物。冷却该反应混合物,与表2所示的各种添加剂结合,搅拌,然后使之穿过三辊磨机。结果,制备日本“tyo-do No.2”(=稠度No.2)等级的润滑油脂组合物(所不同的是对比例3的润滑油脂组合物由基础油脂本身组成,不含任何添加剂)。通过以上所述的方法,使用S45C样品和PA46GF30样品进行试验。评价使用所得组合物在滑动部件上形成的摩擦系数,耐久寿命(分钟)和最大温度(℃)。表2中示出了结果。
[实践例15和16]
通过与所述[实践例1-6和对比例1与2]中相同的方法,通过添加表3所示的各种添加剂到由表3所示的基油和脂肪酸金属盐(增稠剂)组成的基础油脂中,制备日本“tyo-do No.2”(=稠度No.2)等级的润滑油脂组合物,搅拌并使之穿过三辊磨机。将所得润滑油脂施加到S45C样品(即金属与金属滑动对偶)的表面上,然后评价该润滑油脂的耐久寿命(分钟)和最大温度(℃)。表3中示出了结果。
[实践例17和对比例6与7]
类似于实践例7-14和对比例3-5,在聚α-烯烃内合成二脲化合物。在冷却反应混合物之后,将其与表3所示的各种添加剂结合,然后搅拌该混合物并使之穿过三辊磨机,以制备日本“tyo-do No.2”(=稠度No.2)等级的润滑油脂组合物(所不同的是对比例6的润滑油脂组合物由基础油脂本身组成,不含任何添加剂)。通过以上所述的方法,使用S45C样品作为滑动对偶,进行试验。评价润滑油脂组合物的耐久寿命(分钟)和最大温度(℃)。表3中示出了结果。

P_Ca:磷酸三钙

在其中涉及实践例1-6的润滑油脂组合物用于润滑由S45C样品(金属部件)和PA46GF30样品(玻璃纤维增强的塑料)组成的摩擦对偶的滑动表面的所有情况下,摩擦系数下降且没有超过0.03。在实践例1-3和6中,耐久寿命长于120分钟。另一方面,当不含硬脂酸锂的对比例1的油脂用作润滑剂时,观察到摩擦系数没有下降,和耐久寿命限于2分钟。即使称为固体润滑剂的粉化聚四氟乙烯树脂(PTFE)用于降低摩擦系数,含用量为5%的PFTE的对比例2的油脂既没有改进摩擦系数也没有改进耐久寿命。

实践例7-14的润滑油脂组合物含有脲化合物作为增稠剂。当这些油脂组合物用于润滑由S45C样品(金属部件)和PA46GF30样品(玻璃纤维增强的塑料)组成的摩擦对偶的滑动表面时,在实践例8-14中,摩擦系数下降小于0.03,和耐久寿命长于120分钟。另一方面,在既不含磷化合物也不含脂肪酸金属盐的对比例3的油脂组合物的情况下,摩擦系数高,和耐久寿命不再超过2分钟。此外,在对比例4和5的情况下,润滑油脂组合物含有仅仅磷化合物或者仅仅脂肪酸金属盐。即使这些添加剂单独添加,也没有观察到摩擦系数下降或者耐久寿命增加。

在涉及实践例15-17的润滑油脂组合物的所有情况下,它们用作S45C样品(金属与金属对偶)的润滑剂,其耐久寿命超过30分钟。在前述实践例中,即使当测试仪中断试验时,在S45C样品上也没有观察到擦伤。另一方面,在不具有添加剂的脲增稠的油脂(对比例6)情况下,几乎在开始时即发生擦伤,和试验不可能继续。关于在脲增稠的油脂中含有单独5wt%焦磷酸锌的对比例7,试验也没有完全进行到所需的结果,因为在试验开始之后4分钟出现擦伤。

Claims (6)

1.润滑油脂组合物,它包含:
(A)基油;
(B)5-10wt%脲化合物;
(C)0.5-20wt%焦磷酸锌;和
(D)0.5-40wt%具有8-22个碳原子的单羧脂肪酸或羟基单羧脂肪酸的金属盐。
2.权利要求1的润滑油脂组合物,其中前述脂肪酸金属盐包括选自锂、镁、钠或铝中的一种或多种金属。
3.权利要求1或2的润滑油脂组合物用于润滑含塑料部件的摩擦对偶的用途。
4.权利要求1或2的润滑油脂组合物用于润滑含玻璃纤维增强的塑料部件的摩擦对偶的用途。
5.权利要求1或2的润滑油脂组合物用于润滑含塑料和金属部件的摩擦对偶的用途。
6.权利要求1或2的润滑油脂组合物用于润滑车辆内的摩擦对偶的用途。
