Abstract

本发明有关于一种射出成型机射料管定位结构,于机台上设有活动模组前进合模于固定模组,且以射料管推送原料进行射出成型,其中该射料管嵌组于机台料管承载座中,且以射料管管径弧度而设的定位座对应抵挚盖合,藉此,让射料管的组装定位可达到精确的水平,不会有管距过长造成倾斜问题,使射料管可准确对应模组的射料口来进行射出动作。

射出成型机射料管定位结构
技术领域
本发明有关于一种射出成型机射料管定位结构。
背景技术
按一般的射出成型机射料管的组装,是于射出成型机台上设有一倒锥形座,再于射料管上对应倒锥形座处设有一锥形座,以锥形座对应抵撑倒锥形座而达稳固定位;然上述结构,以单点式抵挚一具有长度的射料管,其定位效果不佳,容易使射料管另一端的射出嘴处失去水平,而无法对应于模组的射料口。
而因有上述缺失,以致衍生专利公告第M257953号一种射出成型机的料管取卸机构,含括有机台一侧与固定模壁之间为架设以基座缸体,来作为内具有送料螺杆的射料管加以方位结合;其特征是在:基座缸体中间段落为形成上、下对半设置,以搭配内具有送料螺杆的射料管其入力端贯穿入一端动力驱控组,再使邻靠入力端该截管段能伏设在下半段弧凹区域,随及在以上半段盖体将射料管平稳覆设于基座缸体中央弧凹区域,并藉数只螺固元件将盖体与下半段相应基座缸体中间段落加以方位限制成一体;据此组成的定位射料管的基座缸体组成在进行取卸更换射料管时,只需将上半段盖体作松卸螺固元件,以利快速将盖体取下,一并能简便拆卸出射料管,及更换上所需规格的射料管,并以盖体再度作覆设及方位限制的便捷实施。
然而,上述结构仅利用上、下半段弧凹区域来定位射料管,并无法有效地达到良好的定位效果,所以,使用上不尽理想。
缘是,设计人有鉴于此,秉持多年该相关行业的丰富设计开发及实际制作经验,针对现有的结构及缺失予以研究改良,提供一种射出成型机射料管定位结构,利用简易的方式,完全改善现有的缺失。
发明内容
本发明主要提供一种射出成型机射料管定位结构,其定位更为稳定,能使射料管对应射料口保持水平并可准确射料。
为实现上述目的,本发明采如下方案:一种射出成型机射料管定位结构,包括有射料管和料管承载座,于机台上设有活动模组前进合模于固定模组,且以射料管推送原料进行射出成型,该射料管对应组装于机台料管承载座的动力驱动端外壁具设有阶级段,于阶级段中央设有入料口;而机台的料管承载座上对应射料管的阶级段底部设有阶级弧槽,而于射料管的阶级段顶部对应组设一具阶级弧槽的定位座,且定位座对应射料管入料口处设有入料口,同时,该料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽的径度对应射料管而设,并以螺设件定位料管承载座与定位座。
上述射料管的阶级段具前、后凸缘,料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽也是以前、后凹槽的形式与射料管阶级段中的前、后凸缘相互匹配设置。
爰是,采用上述方案,本发明于机台上设有活动模组前进合模于固定模组,以射料管推送原料进行射出成型;该射料管嵌组于机台料管承载座中,且以射料管管径弧度而设的定位座对应抵挚盖合,藉此,以径弧相对及凹凸卡合的定位方式,让射料管的定位效果更佳,使射料管水平定位,且不会有管距过长造成倾斜的问题,令射料管可准确对应模组的射料口来进行射出动作。

首先,请参阅图1所示,为本发明一种射出成型机射料管定位结构的立体分解示意图,于机台1上设有活动模组前进合模于固定模组,且以射料管2推送原料进行射出成型,其中:
该射料管2对应组装于机台1料管承载座3的动力驱动端外壁具设有阶级段21,于阶级段21中央设有入料口22;
而机台1的料管承载座3上对应射料管2的阶级段21底部设有阶级弧槽31,而于射料管2的阶级段21顶部对应组设一具有阶级弧槽41的定位座4,且定位座4对应射料管2入料口22处亦设有入料口42,同时,该料管承载座3与定位座4的阶级弧槽31、41的径度对应射料管2而设,再藉以螺设件5定位料管承载座3与定位座4。
请一并参阅图2、图3所示,为本发明一种射出成型机射料管定位结构的纵、横向剖视示意图,于组装射料管2时,将射料管2的阶级段21对应机台1料管承载座3上的阶级弧槽31,而于此图所示的射料管2阶级段21于射料管2外壁上设有前、后凸缘211、212,其所对应的料管承载座3上的阶级弧槽31对应前、后凸缘211、212而设有前、后凹槽311、312,以前、后凸缘211、212对应前、后凹槽311、312而达嵌入卡设定位;续当射料管2嵌入后,其该定位座4的阶级弧槽41对应射料管2的阶级段21而盖合,即为于定位座4的阶级弧槽41设为前、后凹槽411、412,以前、后凹槽411、412对应前、后凸缘211、212而抵挚限位,再以螺设件5穿设螺固料管承载座3与定位座4而达稳固的水平定位(请一并参阅图4所示)。
藉由上述,让射料管2的组装定位可达到精确的水平,不会有管距过长造成倾斜问题,使射料管2可准确对应模组的射料口来进行射出动作。
前述的实施例或图示并非限定本发明的结构样态或尺寸,任何所属技术领域中具有通常知识者的适当变化或修饰,皆应视为不脱离本发明的专利范畴。
藉由上述可知,本发明射出成型机射料管定位结构相较于习知技术确实具有诸多优点,其详述如下:
1、本发明射出成型机射料管定位结构,藉由利用射料管上的阶级段对应料管承载座与定位座的阶级孤槽,达到以适当管距长度及凹凸卡合的定位方式,让射料管的组装具有精确的水平效果,不会有管距过长造成倾斜问题,使射料管可准确对应模组的射料口来进行射出动作。
2、本发明射出成型机射料管定位结构,藉由利用射料管上的阶级段对应料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽,及料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽的径度对应射料管而设,达到以径孤相对及凹凸卡合的定位方式,让射料管的定位效果更佳。
3、本发明射出成型机射料管定位结构,其射料管上的阶级段对应料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽的设置,可呈现任一种凹凸对应,达到相对的定位效果。
综上所述,本发明实施例确能达到所预期的使用功效。

1.一种射出成型机射料管定位结构,包括有射料管和料管承载座,于机台上设有活动模组前进合模于固定模组,且以射料管推送原料进行射出成型,其特征在于:
该射料管对应组装于机台料管承载座的动力驱动端外壁具设有阶级段,于阶级段中央设有入料口;
而机台的料管承载座上对应射料管的阶级段底部设有阶级弧槽,而于射料管的阶级段顶部对应组设一具阶级弧槽的定位座,且定位座对应射料管入料口处设有入料口,同时,该料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽的径度对应射料管而设,以螺设件定位料管承载座与定位座;
该射料管的阶级段具前、后凸缘,料管承载座与定位座的阶级弧槽也是以前、后凹槽的形式与射料管阶级段中的前、后凸缘相互匹配设置。
