[0045]如上所述,本发明提供一种用于车辆座椅的高度调整装置,通过该装置可使用齿条和小齿轮调整座椅的高度,并且在发生正面碰撞的时候保持所述齿条和小齿轮的啮合,从而将座椅固定于所需的高度,并且保证乘客的安全。
[0046]尽管出于说明的目的已公开了本发明的优选实施例,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,各种修改、增加和删减是可能的,并不脱离所附权利要求中所限定的本发明的范围和精神。
Claims (8)
1、一种用于车辆座椅的高度调整装置,包括:
座椅支架,其配置为将座椅安装于车辆上;
底部框架,其配置为能够滑动地安装于所述座椅支架上;
座椅侧面框架,其设置在座椅的座椅部分的两个侧面端部,用于支承座椅部分,每一个该座椅侧面框架通过前连接件和后连接件而连接于座椅支架上;
支承杆,其用于使所述座椅侧面框架彼此连接;
小齿轮,其设置在相关座椅侧面框架上,用于调整座椅部分的高度;
齿条连接件,该齿条连接件在其第一端部上具有齿条,该齿条与小齿轮的上端部相啮合,并且该齿条连接件在其第二端部连接于前连接件的铰链,该铰链位于所述底部框架上,从而,当小齿轮被驱动的时候,齿条连接件向后拉动座椅侧面框架从而将其提升;以及
支承销,其设置在座椅侧面框架上,从而位于齿条上方,并且保持齿条与小齿轮的啮合。
2、如权利要求1所述的高度调整装置,其中制动突出部设置在齿条的端部,且通过支承销而制动,从而避免齿条在座椅部分的下降状态下移走。
3、一种用于车辆座椅的高度调整装置,包括:
座椅支架,其配置为将座椅安装于车辆上;
底部框架,其配置为能够滑动地安装于所述座椅支架;
座椅侧面框架,其设置在座椅的座椅部分的两个横向侧面上以支承所述座椅部分;
前连接件,其枢转地连接所述底部框架的前部和所述座椅侧面框架的前部;
至少一个后连接件,其枢转地连接所述底部框架的后部和所述座椅侧面框架的后部;
支承杆,其枢转地连接两个座椅侧面框架的后部;
小齿轮,其设置在一个所述座椅侧面框架上,用于调整所述座椅部分的高度;
齿条连接件,其中所述齿条连接件的第一端部与所述小齿轮的上部相啮合,且所述齿条连接件的第二端部共轴连接于所述前连接件的下部,所述前连接件的下部连接于所述底部框架;以及
支承销,其设置在座椅侧面框架上,所述支承销在竖直方向上位于齿条的上方,在水平方向上位于所述前连接件的下端部和所述小齿轮之间,且保持所述齿条与所述小齿轮的啮合。
4、如权利要求3所述的高度调整装置,其中所述齿条连接件具有“S”形的形状,并且在所述座椅部分的下降状态时,所述齿条的纵向方向在所述底部框架的纵向方向上基本为直线的。
5、如权利要求3所述的高度调整装置,其中分别连接于座椅侧面框架的两个前连接件的上方部分通过支承杆彼此连接。
6、如权利要求3所述的高度调整装置,其中制动突出部设置在齿条的远端部分上,且通过支承销而制动,从而避免齿条在座椅部分的降低状态下移走。
7、如权利要求3所述的高度调整装置,其中所述小齿轮连接于由控制器所控制的电动机,从而调节小齿轮的转动方向以及位移。
8、如权利要求3所述的高度调整装置,其中所述小齿轮和齿条连接件的齿条由保护外壳所覆盖,其中所述保护外壳由支承销所支承,且至少一个连接销设置在座椅侧面框架上。
