Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种按权利要求1前序部分所述的连接件。
DE 198 35 065 A1提出了一种刮水片,在这种刮水片中,在一块顶板的中心纵槽内嵌入一个弹簧条作为支承构件。在该顶板上,装有一个连接件和一个铰接栓,以便刮水片与刮水臂进行铰接。该连接件用其底部紧贴在雨刷胶条的顶板上并通过四个爪进行固定,这些爪一体成型在该底部的对置纵边上并从侧面和下面包带有弹簧条的顶板。这些爪在安装时围绕该顶板弯折并压紧,所以在连接件和顶板之间形成力连接方式的连接。
DE 10 2004 019 157 A1提出了一种用两个弹簧条作为支承构件的刮水片,这种支承构件嵌入雨刷胶条的侧面纵槽中。一个钢卡爪用两个贯通的、布置在对置纵边上的卡爪卡住从纵槽中凸起的弹簧条部分,该钢卡爪具有一个带支承孔的中间腹板。在连接件的底部一体成型的卡爪在安装时围绕弹簧条弯折并牢固压紧。为了提高弹簧条和卡爪之间的摩擦力,在卡爪和弹簧条之间设置有塑料垫块。在另一些实施例中,通过采取弹簧条的不同造型的预防措施,连接件就不可能在刮水片的纵向内移动。
发明内容
根据本发明,连接件具有可局部地提高在底部和雨刷胶条之间的表面压力的机构。通过底部范围内的表面压力的局部提高可达到连接件在刮水片上的牢固的、即使经过较长运行时间后也不松动的定位。所以总是给定连接件在刮水片纵向的固定位置上,这对刮水片的刮水性能和振荡性能都是意义重大的。如果卡爪直接支撑在弹簧条上,则尤其保证不了连接件的可靠定位。在这类情况中,特别有利的是通过在底部和邻接的雨刷胶条之间的较大的表面压力来改善连接件的纵向固定。
但对带有一个中心弹簧条的刮水片来说有利的是局部提高底部范围的表面压力。虽然卡爪脚强烈地压进雨刷胶条顶条的下部,但为了在底部侧面产生适当的表面压力,卡爪的压力势必大大地提高,以至导致雨刷胶条损坏。而通过在底部范围内的表面压力的局部提高则可把固定力分布到雨刷胶条的多个作用点上,所以不用担心在某一部位发生超载。
根据本发明的一种方案,建议在垂直于连接件纵向的侧壁内可旋转地支承一个带一凸块和杠杆的卡紧件。该凸块可借助该杠杆调动锁定位置,在这个位置内,该凸块通过底部的一个窗口压到雨刷胶条上。该杠杆被固定在这个位置内。通过该凸块的高度可改变这个区域内的表面压力。该杠杆在其自由端有一个槽,该槽中设置有至少一个止动凸起,用以锁定该杠杆。这个止动凸起与成型在底部上的板上的刻槽共同作用。当然也可以是相反的作用方式,这时刻槽设置在杠杆上,而止动凸动则设置在板上。
在本发明的另一种方案中,连接件为压铸件或注塑件,该件在两个纵侧分别具有一个贯通的卡爪。通过这种较长的卡爪可使卡爪范围内的局部表面压力匹配底部范围内的局部表面压力。
根据本发明的又一个方案,底部在其两端构成桥体,在该桥体上成型卡爪。在桥体和雨刷胶条之间设置有卡块,卡块通过楔块对着雨刷胶条施压。通过卡块和楔块的形状可改变局部表面压力的值。楔块宜在其终端位置予以固定,这样它就不会在运行过程中松动。为此,楔块具有爪,爪在其终端位置卡入桥体的锁定孔中。通过爪往回压即可拆卸楔块和卡块并由此拆卸连接件。
如果底部在其两端之间向雨刷胶条弯曲,则可获得一个特别简单的结构型式。这样,在安装时,卡爪围绕支承构件弯折时,在连接件的中间范围内就产生向雨刷胶条上的增强的表面压力。弯曲部的尺寸和高度主要取决于局部表面压力的数值。所以只要底部在铰接轴线的范围内具有一根垂直于纵向延伸的凹部且该凹部在安装好的状态内压入雨刷胶条中就足够了。
根据另一种结构,底部在其端部设置有爪钩,这些爪钩在安装时向雨刷胶条弯折并用其钩子卡入雨刷胶条中。通过钩子的长度和形状即可改变局部表面压力,使雨刷胶条的固定力和应力之间达到最佳的兼顾。爪钩可在纵向上成型在底部的端部或在底部的端部区域中断开。这两种方案对连接件的制作都只产生很少的附加费用。

具体实施方式
带有一个雨刷胶条12的刮水片10具有两个弹簧条14,该条用支承构件并嵌入雨刷胶条12的纵槽中。具有一个底部18并在其上成型侧壁24的连接件16安装在刮水片10上。在底部18的纵向两侧成型卡爪22,卡爪在从雨刷胶条12突出的部分卡住弹簧条14。
侧壁24通过一个铰链套筒(Gelenknabe)26相互连接,而该铰链套筒则与刮水臂的一个未示出的铰接栓构成一个带有铰接轴线27的铰链。原则上,铰链套筒26和铰接栓的工作方式是可以颠倒的,所以侧壁24通过一个铰接栓相互连接,且铰链套筒26设置在刮水臂上。
与铰链套筒26平行的卡件28通过支承栓柱30可旋转地支承在侧壁24上。卡件28包括一个凸块32和杠杆34。凸块32的凸部大致垂直于杠杆34延伸。通过杠杆34的旋转可使凸块32经底部18的一个窗口20向雨刷胶条12运动并压入该胶条中。凸块32的高度和形状使相对于雨刷胶条12产生局部增加的表面压力。杠杆34固定在其终端位置。为此,在其自由端面有一个凹槽36,该槽中设置有两个对置的止动凸起38。这些止动凸起与设置在板42上的刻槽40共同作用。板42在底部18的延伸部上成型在该底部上并在侧壁24的方向上弯折。
图3的连接件44与图1和图2的连接件16的区别在于,其用压铸或压注制成并在两个纵侧上具有贯通的卡爪46。连接件44在纵向上被推到刮水片10上并通过卡件28进行固定。侧壁24和板48以及底部18和卡爪46是在唯一的一道工序中制成的。
图4的连接件50有一个底部56,其在两端上构成桥体54,在桥体上成型卡爪52。在桥体54和支承构件14或雨刷胶条12之间设置有卡块58,卡块与楔块60共同作用。楔块支撑在桥体54的内侧并朝雨刷胶条12压住卡块58,从而产生局部较高的表面压力。楔块60在纵向上通过爪64予以固定,后者则在楔块60的终端位置卡入桥体54止动孔62内。通过卡块58和楔块60的造型可改变对雨刷胶条12的压力。
图7的连接件66具有一个底部68,该底部在其两端之间朝雨刷胶条12弯曲。弯曲半径的大小和弯曲的高度决定局部表面压力的大小。如果卡爪22在安装时围绕弹簧条14弯曲并压紧,则底部68的弯曲部分压入雨刷胶条12中。在图8的方案中,底部70在铰接轴线27的范围内具有一根垂直于刮水片10延伸的凹部72。与图7结构相比,图8结构的压力集中到凹部72的较窄的范围内。
图9至图11的连接件74和80分别在底部18上具有成型爪钩76、82。这些爪钩在安装前稍微弯折,所以连接件74、80可在纵向上在刮水片10上移动。在连接件74、80的最终位置内,爪钩76、82被压到雨刷胶条12上,它们的钩子78、84嵌入雨刷胶条12并在纵向上固定连接件74、80。连接件74与连接件80的区别在于,爪钩76从底部18的端侧开始指向外面并分别具有两个平行设置的钩子78,而连接件80则在每一端都有一个分别带一个钩子84的爪钩82,它们从底部18断开(ausgeklinkt)并指向铰链套筒26。通过钩子78、84的长度和造型可改变对雨刷胶条12的局部表面压力并可使固定力适配于需求。
Claims (11)
1.连接件(16,44,50,66,74,80),用于将具有作为支承构件的至少一个弹簧条(14)的刮水片(10)与刮水臂铰接,这种连接件(16,44,50,66,74,80)具有卡爪(22,46,52),卡爪在底部(18)两侧成型并在安装状态下包围和保持弹簧条(14),方式是底部(18)支撑在位于弹簧条(14)和底部(18,56,68,70)之间的雨刷胶条(12)的部分上,其特征为,连接件(16,44,50,66,74,80)具有局部增加底部(18,56,68,70)和雨刷胶条(12)之间的表面压力的机构(28,58,60,68,72,76,78,82,84)。
2.按权利要求1的连接件(16),其特征为,带有凸块(32)和杠杆(34)的卡件(28)可旋转地支承在垂直于连接件(16)纵向的侧壁(24)上,其中凸块(32)借助杠杆(34)可移入锁定位置,在锁定位置,该凸块通过底部(18)窗口(20)压到雨刷胶条(12)上,而且杠杆(34)固定在这个位置上。
