背景技术
在医学中,当物体(栓子,多个栓子)从身体的一个部分迁移(通过循环)并引起身体的另一个部分中血管的阻塞时发生栓塞。血凝块形成通常的拴子材料。其它可能的栓子材料包括脂肪球(脂肪栓塞),气泡(空气栓塞),脓毒性栓子(包含脓和细菌),或者羊水。当栓子在身体中没有富余血供的所谓“末梢循环”区域中出现时,诸如脑部、心脏、和肺,它们通常具有更严重的后果。假设是正常的循环,在全身静脉中形成的血栓或者其他栓子将总是在经过心脏的右侧之后挤入肺中。这形成肺栓塞,其可以是深部静脉血栓的并发症。
栓塞可以与“血栓”对照,“血栓”是在血管中形成的凝块,而不是从其它地方带来的。血栓,或者血凝块,是止血中凝血步骤的最终产物。它通过形成血小板栓的血小板聚集、以及体液凝固系统(即凝血因子)的启动而实现。血栓在受伤的情况下是生理性的,但是在血栓症的情况下是病理性的。在大血管中的血栓会降低通过该血管的血流。在小血管中,可能会完全切断血流,导致由该血管供应的组织的死亡。如果血栓离开原位并变为自由漂浮,则它成为栓子。
形成血凝块的一些情况包括心房纤维颤动(心脏心律失常的一种形式),心脏瓣膜置换,近期心脏病发作,长时间不活动(参见深静脉血栓症)以及遗传或者与疾病相关的凝血能力的缺陷。
防止血凝块降低了中风、心脏病发作和肺栓塞的风险。通常使用肝素和华发林来抑制已有的血凝块的形成和成长,从而允许身体通过通常的方法缩小并溶解血凝块(参见抗凝血剂)。通过导管调节液体流动可以有助于使栓塞和与其相关联的健康风险最小化。
发明内容

本公开内容的一个方面涉及用于与医疗装置一起使用的压力启动阀的装置和系统。具体的,本公开内容计划将狭口阀设置在诸如导管的医疗装置内,用于通过该导管并在患者中选择性注入和吸出流体。

如图6所示,在一个实施例中,可以在阀80的远端90上提供至少一个近端致动的狭口阀125。该近端致动的狭口阀125可以构造成响应第二压力差(例如,高于或等于大约2psi)在近端方向致动,其中第二压力差高于第一压力差。如图7所示,通过阀80的流体的输注引起远端致动阀80变位。在一个实施例中,阀80在远端方向的变位封闭了近端致动阀125。当压力梯度反向时(例如进行吸出),近端致动阀125被封闭。在另一个方面,可以将多个近端致动的狭口95设置在阀90的近端上,取向为近似十字形。因此,阀80的近端90由狭口阀分为扇形体。在本发明的一个方面,可以在阀80的每个扇形体上形成沟道120。此外,可以用阀80的沟道120设置近端致动的狭口125。在另一实施例中,构造阀80使得十字形的中心100与阀80的圆形近端85的中心近似共线。在另一实施例中,每个扇形体的弧长130的和等于阀80的近端85的周长。例如,如果一个扇形体的弧长130等于0.5英寸,那么阀80的近端85的周长大约是2英寸。
现在参照图8到图10,在一个实施例中,公开了一种用于调节流体流动的医疗装置,包括构造成与导管的近端连接的阀壳150。该医疗装置还包括其中设置了至少一个双向狭口阀160的膜片155,其中该膜片近似拱顶结构165。狭口阀160可以具有线性或者非线性的取向。阀壳150还构造成在膜片155的周边部分170处固定该膜片155。膜片155的中央部分175相对于膜片155的周边部分170定位,使得当周边部分170由阀壳150固定时,作用在周边部分170上的压缩力产生将狭口阀160偏压到中性位置的力矩。尽管有将狭口阀160偏压到中性位置的力矩,狭口阀160构造成响应压力(例如,重力引起的液压)在远端方向弯曲。在一个实施例中,膜片的周边部分170的高度为膜片155的转折部171的宽度的至少两倍。在另一个实施例中,周边部分170的高度大致为周边部分的宽度的两倍。在还有另一个实施例中,周边部分170被阀壳压缩大约5-15%。在一个实施例中,膜片155的周边部分170的高度范围从大约0.005英寸到0.075英寸,膜片155的中央部分175的厚度范围从大约0.001英寸到0.003英寸。
总体参考图1和8到12,在一个实施例中,阀壳150包括具有中空部分190的远端185,该中空部分构造成连接导管组件10的第一部分的近端,导管组件10的第一部分15的远端20构造用于放入患者20的脉管系统中。阀壳150还包括具有中空部分200的近端部195,该中空部分200构造成连接到导管10的第二部分40的远端41。导管组件10的第二部分40的近端42构造成连接到流体源43并且还连接到流体去除和流体注入位置44。阀壳150的远端部185和近端部195在互补的切除区域205处相配,将模片155固定在其间。根据所需的从周边部分170的压缩得到的力矩,可以由阀壳150固定膜片155的周边部分170的全部或者一部分。阀壳155的远端部185和近端部195可以通过任何适当的方法(例如粘合或者焊接)固定在一起。在一个实施例中,如同图8中所示,膜片155固定,使得其垂直于通过阀壳150的流体流。膜片155可以为大致圆形,椭圆形,矩形,或者任何其他适合的形状。
在另一个实施例中,膜片155还包括至少一个臂或者突出210。该突出210可以位于膜片155的近端以帮助狭口阀160在吸取之后回到中性位置。当狭口阀160在吸取期间打开时,突出210接触阀壳150,从而形成与接触方向相反的力矩以帮助狭口阀160在吸取之后回到中性位置。在不同的实施例中,可以在膜片155的远端和/或近端两者上添加多个突出以优化阀功能。
在另一个实施例中,构造膜片155使得膜片的近端与狭口阀相接的部分薄于膜片的相邻部分。狭口阀160附近较薄的区域215在通过膜片155的液流的重力流动期间帮助狭口阀160的致动以及狭口阀性能。在膜片较薄的区域中,可以如图9所示地加固膜片。加固的区域220通过分配来自突起210的力矩帮助将狭口阀160返回到中性位置。此外,加固的区域220在狭口阀160不能回到中性位置的情况下,为相对的阀面230提供二次密封表面(secondary sealing surface)225。在另一个方面,构造膜片155使得阀转折部171薄于膜片155的相邻部分。阀转折部171附近的较薄区域促进了转折部在较低压力(例如重力引起的压力)下的活动。
如同图11和图12中所示,在一个实施例中,膜片155包括多个单向的狭口阀。膜片155可以具有设置在膜片155的中心位置的远端致动的狭口阀240以及设置在膜片155的横向部分上的至少一个近端致动的狭口阀245。远端致动的狭口阀240响应输注引起的压力弯曲而在吸取期间保持封闭。该至少一个近端致动的狭口阀245响应吸取引起的压力弯曲而在输注期间保持封闭。
参照图13和图14,在本发明的一个实施例中,公开了其中设置了至少一个双向狭口阀255的膜片250。该膜片250近似拱顶结构260。该膜片250还包括外接该拱顶结构260的环形构件265。在一个实施例中,环形构件265以其顶点270在近端方向取向。在另一个实施例中,环形构件265以其顶点275在远端方向取向。
现在参照图1和15到17,在一个实施例中,公开了一种阀组件,包括构造成在膜片305的周边部分310处固定膜片305的阀壳300。膜片305具有设置在其中的至少一个狭口阀315,并且在阀壳300内以相对于通过该阀壳300的流体流的方向成一钝角的方向取向。该阀壳300包括具有中空部分325的远端320,所述中空部分325构造成连接导管组件10的第一部分15的近端30。导管组件10的第一部分15的远端20构造用于放入患者25的脉管系统12中。阀壳300还包括具有中空部分335的近部330,所述中空部分335构造成连接导管组件10的第二部分40的远端41。导管组件10的第二部分40的近端42构造用于连接到流体源43以及还连接到流体去除和流体注入位置44。阀壳300的远端部320和近端部330在互补的切除区域340处相配,将模片305固定在其间。根据所需的从周边部分310的压缩得到的力矩,可以由阀壳300固定膜片305的周边部分310的全部或者一部分。膜片305可以为大致圆形,大致椭圆形,大致矩形,或者任何其他适合的形状,并且也可以近似拱顶结构。阀壳300的远端部320和近端部330可以通过任何适当的方法(例如粘合或者焊接)固定在一起。在另一个实施例中,受到压力致动(例如不与阀壳300的任何部分接触)的膜片305的表面积在膜片305的近端上大于膜片305的远端。设置在膜片305中的狭口阀315受到压力致动的量(例如不与阀壳300的任何部分接触)在膜片315的近端和远端上相等。这可以通过变化阀壳300的远端部320和近端部330的形状或大小来实现。
现在参照图18和19,在另一实施例中,膜片从膜片305的横向部分345到膜片305的相反的横向部分350变窄。在另一个实施例中,膜片305具有设置在膜片305的相反侧上的两个狭口阀355。每个狭口阀355都是单向的。第一阀构造成响应输注引起的压力差在远端方向致动。第二阀构造成响应吸取引起的压力差在近端方向致动。膜片305的横向部分的相对厚度控制狭口阀355的致动压力。
现在参照图20,在另一个方面中,公开了一种用于调节流体流动的医疗装置,包括具有封闭的远端375和开放的近端380的通常圆柱形构件370。近端380还包括肩部件385,肩部件385构造成至少部分由阀壳固定。圆柱形构件370具有设置在其中并且平行于圆柱形构件370的纵轴线取向的至少一个狭口阀390。在另一个方面,圆柱形构件370还包括设置在圆柱形构件370上的多个狭口阀390。
总体参照图21到26,公开了其中设置了至少一个狭口阀405的用于调节流体流动的膜片400。膜片400可以在膜片的周边部分410处固定在阀壳中。在该实施例中,膜片400的近端表面415基本平坦。同样,膜片400的远端表面420基本平坦。膜片400的中央部分420薄于膜片400的外围区域425。在另一个实施例中,膜片400的远端表面430基本平坦而近端表面435基本圆锥形435。在另一个实施例中,膜片400的近端表面440基本平坦而膜片400的远端表面近似球冠445。在另一个实施例中,膜片400的远端表面450近似球冠而膜片400的近端表面455也近似球冠。膜片400的相对的球冠的虚拟中心可以共线。远端表面455上的球冠可以小于近端表面450上的球冠。在还有另一个实施例中,膜片400的近端表面460基本圆锥形。膜片400的远端表面465也基本圆锥形。

Claims (13)

1.一种用于调节流体流动的医疗装置,包括:
膜片,具有设置在其中的至少一个狭口阀,所述膜片包括拱顶形中央部分和外接中央部分的环形周边部分,且所述狭口阀构造成响应流体引起的压力而致动;以及
阀壳,构造成在所述膜片的周边部分处固定膜片;
其中构造所述膜片,使得膜片的中央部分相对于膜片的周边部分定位,使得当周边部分被阀壳固定时,作用在膜片的周边部分上的压缩力产生将所述狭口阀偏压到中性位置的力矩,所述周边部分的高度为所述周边部分和所述中央部分之间的转折部的宽度的至少两倍。
2.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述膜片的外部的厚度不同于膜片的内部的厚度。
3.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述膜片的外部厚于膜片的内部。
4.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述狭口阀包括中央远端致动狭口,在第一侧上位于周边部分附近的第一近端致动狭口,和在与第一侧相对的第二侧上位于周边部分附近的第二近端致动狭口。
5.如权利要求4所述的医疗装置,其中所述膜片还包括外接该拱顶形中央部分的凹环形构件。
6.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述膜片还包括加固的区域。
7.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述膜片还包括至少一个狭口阀二次密封表面。
8.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述狭口阀设置在膜片的中央位置,该狭口阀构造成仅在远端方向致动。
9.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中至少一个狭口阀设置在所述膜片的横向部分上,该横向部分上的所述狭口阀构造成仅在近端方向致动。
10.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述膜片受到流体压力的近端部分的表面积大于该膜片受到流体压力的远端部分的表面积。
11.如权利要求1所述的医疗装置,其中所述狭口阀是中央狭口阀,其设置在膜片的中央部分,并且其中在中央狭口阀的第一侧附近的膜片的第一横向区域上设置第一横向狭口阀,并且在中央狭口阀的第二侧附近的膜片的第二横向区域上设置第二横向狭口阀。
12.如权利要求11所述的医疗装置,其中所述中央狭口阀、第一横向狭口阀和第二横向狭口阀基本上彼此平行。
13.一种压力启动阀,用于调节通过伸长的管状构件的流体流动,所述阀包括:
阀部件,用于响应第一压力差在一个方向上以及响应第二压力差在第二方向上选择性调节流体流动,所述阀部件具有当受到压缩力时将该阀部件偏压到中性位置的环形周边部分,和拱顶形中央部分;以及
阀壳,构造成固定所述阀部件的周边部分,
其中所述周边部分的高度为所述周边部分和所述中央部分之间的转折部的宽度的至少两倍。
