Abstract
本发明涉及一种定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器。本发明提供了一种定量吐出收容于内容物收容容器内的液体状内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器。本发明的泵分配器的结构是,位于喷嘴头的内容物吐出部的喷嘴受内容物吐出压力而自动开闭,从而提高密封效果,改善内容物活塞泵的结构,有效防止内容物的不必要的流出,而且球阀支架使球阀的动作顺畅,防止内容物压缩活塞因上升而造成脱离。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,该喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器安装在收容各种液体化妆品、即内容物的容器内,定量吐出内容物。
背景技术
通常,在液体化妆品中,为了容易吐出收容在内容物收容容器内的化妆品,而安装能够依靠泵作用吐出收容物的泵分配器(pump dispenser)。
众所周知,依靠泵作用吐出液体内容物的泵分配器的结构非常多样,喷嘴头升降型泵分配器的使用也较为普遍,这种喷嘴头升降型泵分配器具有两种结构,一种结构是处于垂直或水平状态的喷嘴头受人为的外部压力,在垂直或水平状态下压缩与喷嘴头连接的内容物活塞泵,吐出内容物,然后在复位弹簧的作用下恢复原位,并将内容物吸入气缸内;另一种结构是,喷嘴头在真空密封状态下下降,收容于内容物收容容器内的内容物压缩活塞下降与内容物的吐出量对应的程度。
在前者的情况下,内容物吐出后外部空气就会流入到内容物收容容器内,解除容器内的负压;在后者的情况下,内容物吐出后外部空气一概不能流入到内容物收容容器内部,因此始终保持真空状态。
前者因为内容物收容容器内始终残存有从外部流入的空气(尤其是氧气),内容物容易酸败,因此,不适合装入含高纯度提取物或维生素类的内容物。
后者主要用于装入防腐剂等的使用极为有限的高功能性化妆品,以防止化妆品发生酸败或腐败等变质。本发明属于后者的情况,每当吐出内容物后,喷嘴头和内容物压缩活塞就会阶段性地下降。
在以往的喷嘴头下降型泵分配器中,已知有本申请人发明注册的大韩民国专利注册第10-0525455号“喷嘴头下降式真空型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构”(以下称为现有技术1);以及韩国公开专利公报:公开号1999-0066973号“液体或膏状物体吐出装置及其安装方法”(以下称为现有技术2)。
此外,还有提高喷嘴头的喷嘴空气密封状态的德国专利文献DE295066826U“Abgabepumpe aus Kunststoff für pastenartige stoffe”(以下称为现有技术3),以及PCT国际专利申请公告WO 2006-116312 A2“DISPENSER HAVING AIR TIGHT SPOUT”中所述的喷嘴孔上安装有弹性构件的技术内容(以下称为现有技术4)。
上述现有技术1所存在的问题是,内容物集液室与容器外壳之间没有遮蔽内容物的功能,因此不能防止内容物逆流,即集液室的内容物重新逆流到容器外壳内,不能定量吐出。尤其是在内容物的粘度较低的情况下,从容器外壳的底面充填内容物后,使用下部容器封盖时,容器外壳内产生压力,导致内容物逆流,因此液体从喷嘴孔流出。
上述现有技术2所存在的问题是,由于具备在挤压喷嘴的压力作用下一次性吐出内容物的结构,所以不能定量吐出内容物;而且,当内容物的粘度较低时,内容物从喷嘴孔逆流而泄漏;同时又因为构成为吐出内容物的喷嘴头的喷嘴孔入口始终处于开启状态,空气会从喷嘴孔流入泵内,导致内容物与外部空气接触而发生固化,引起内容物吐出不顺畅。
上述现有技术3所存在的结构问题是,因为其构成为喷嘴头的喷嘴孔上设有塞子(plug)状吐出阀,而吐出阀由弹性材质构成,以此开闭内容物,但由于在吐出阀的结构上,吐出阀的前端大部分通过喷嘴孔外露,因此,在受到外部压力或在泵内气压与泵外气压之间产生压力差时,吐出阀和阀孔之间产生缝隙,外部的异物或空气容易渗入,或由于泵内部的内容物强制压迫吐出阀,使液体泄漏。
此外,还存在的问题是,因为主要起到吐出泵内内容物的阀门作用,所以不易控制内容物的流量及流速,吐出低粘度的内容物时,内容物的喷雾呈放射状,沿着喷嘴头流淌;而且,吐出阀与喷嘴孔本应按照流体的流向连接,但吐出阀沿斜线方向连接,所以在低粘度内容物的情况下,向不确定的一个方向吐出,导致不便于使用。
上述现有技术4所存在的问题是,喷嘴尖(nozzle tip)的内容物吐出孔呈现出向左右裂开(slit)的形状,所以无法持续保持吐出孔的密封状态,尤其是长期使用会造成吐出孔的弹性低下而处于裂开的状态,而且,吐出孔的裂开部位整体应受一定的压力而保持密合状态,但在压力不均匀时,吐出压力作用下的内容物的吐出状态不稳定,向一边倾斜或吐出方向不固定。
发明内容
本发明正是为了有效地解决上述现有技术中存在的问题而提出的,其目的在于,通过提高整体结构的真空密封功能,使位于内容物最后吐出阶段的喷嘴头内容物吐出部的内容物开闭阀构件能够自动开闭,改善吸入压送内容物的内容物活塞泵的结构,从而防止内容物不必要的逆流或流出,并且为了改进泵筒与内容物收容容器一起倾斜时或装入高粘度内容物时容易产生的球阀动作的不良状态,开发出安装于阀杆(stem)下部的球阀支架结构。
本发明的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器具备:收容液体状内容物的内容物收容容器10;安装在上述内容物收容容器10的上部并具备喷嘴安装孔21的喷嘴头20;在上述内容物收容容器10内安装有设置在下部的内容物压缩活塞30和设置在中央部的泵筒31,该泵筒的上部盖有泵筒盖32;设置于上述泵筒31下部中央的内容物一次流入孔33;开闭上述内容物一次流入孔33的球阀34;设置于上述泵筒31下部内壁的球阀支架支撑突起35;设置在上述喷嘴头20和上述泵筒盖32之间的喷嘴头复位弹簧40;固定在上述喷嘴头20的内部中央且下部具备活塞泵保持架51的活塞泵轴50;阀杆60,该阀杆60固定在上述活塞泵轴50的下部,具备活塞泵下侧接触面61,并穿孔有内容物二次流入孔62和球阀支架导杆插孔63;活塞泵70,该活塞泵70插入于上述阀杆60,该活塞泵的外侧具备紧密接触在上述泵筒31内表面的内容物压缩凸缘71,内侧具备插入上述阀杆60并能够上下滑动的插入部72,底面具备内容物开闭面73,所述喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器的特征在于,进一步包括:安装于上述喷嘴头20的喷嘴安装孔21的内容物吐出部100;设置于上述阀杆60下部的球阀支架200;以及设置于上述收容物收容容器10内壁上部的内容物压缩活塞支撑突起300。
其中,上述内容物吐出部100与上述喷嘴头20构成一体,上述内容物吐出部100包括:阀插入体110,该阀插入体110内侧具备阀固定突起111;管状的伸缩阀构件120,该伸缩阀构件120插入于上述阀插入体110;以及伸缩阀构件盖130,该伸缩阀构件盖130插入于上述喷嘴头20的喷嘴安装孔21,并具备内容物吐出孔131。
其中,上述伸缩阀构件120的内侧面设有固定凸缘121,上述伸缩阀构件盖130在上述内容物吐出孔131内壁设有内容物开闭凸出面132。
其中,上述内容物吐出部100包括:阀伸缩空间140,该阀伸缩空间140形成在上述伸缩阀构件120的内表面和阀插入体110的前端外表面部之间;以及内容物吐出通道150,该内容物吐出通道150形成在上述伸缩阀构件120的外表面和上述伸缩阀构件盖130之间。
其中,上述活塞泵70的插入部72的截面形成为″)(″弯曲形状,中间部位为一次流出防止面701,上面部位为二次流出防止面702。

具体实施方式
下面说明由上述结构构成的本发明的作用和效果。
本发明可从根本上防止外部空气或异物的流入,从而防止内容物产生酸败或腐败,此外能够定量吐出内容物,内容物收容容器10内装有内容物压缩活塞30和喷嘴头20,通过开放的内容物收容容器10的底面,充填规定量的内容物,然后对开放的底面进行封盖处理。
因此,其结构为,当收容内容物的状态下吐出内容物时,内容物压缩活塞30和喷嘴头20根据内容物的吐出量下降。
图1是内容物收容容器10内充满内容物的状态,内容物压缩活塞30的上翼部分被内容物压缩活塞支撑突起300顶住,使得内容物压缩活塞30不能继续上升,因此,当从容器外壳的底面向内容物收容容器10充填内容物后,再以下部容器封盖时,容器外壳内产生压力,内容物压缩活塞30上升,复位弹簧40被压缩,活塞泵70的内容物开闭面73开启,从而解决泵筒(pump cylinder)31内的内容物通过内容物二次流入孔62从内容物吐出孔131提前吐出的问题。
上述内容物吐出部100的结构是,向与喷嘴头构成一体的阀插入体110插入管状的伸缩阀构件120,然后在上述伸缩阀构件120上插入伸缩阀构件盖130,使上述伸缩阀构件120能够安全固定,上述伸缩阀构件120内侧面的固定凸缘121插入于上述阀固定突起111和上述伸缩阀构件盖130之间,因此非常紧固,伸缩阀构件120不会游动或脱离。
图1表示在复位弹簧40的弹力作用下使喷嘴头20完全上升的状态,这种状态是活塞轴(shaft)50、上述球阀支架200(导杆210被插入于上述阀杆60的导杆插入孔63)以及活塞泵70上升的状态,球阀34借助自身重量封闭内容物一次流入孔33,插入到上述阀杆60的活塞泵下侧接触面61与活塞泵70的内容物开闭面73紧密接触,从而封闭住内容物二次流入孔62,上述球阀支架200的支撑凸缘220被上述球阀支架支撑突起35支撑住,所以不再继续上升。
图2表示为了吐出内容物而压住喷嘴头20的状态,喷嘴头20下降使活塞轴50下降,复位弹簧40收缩,活塞轴50下部的活塞泵保持架(holder)51下降,与活塞泵70的插入部72上侧的内容物二次流出防止面702紧密接触,受施加于上述内容物二次流出防止面702的压力,截面呈“)(”弯曲状的内容物一次流出防止面701向阀杆60的外壁按箭头T1方向收缩,与阀杆60的外壁紧密接触,内容物二次流出防止面702的结构是向外侧扩展的状态,朝外侧向箭头T2的方向扩展,与活塞轴50的保持架51内侧紧密接触,上述阀杆60的活塞泵下侧接触面61与活塞泵70底面的内容物开闭面73隔离,使内容物流入,插入穿孔于上述阀杆60的导杆插入孔63的球阀支架的导杆210借助导杆插入孔63的摩擦力,顺着阀杆60下降,持续压住球阀34,安全地封闭内容物一次流入孔33。
上述泵筒31内的内容物通过阀杆60的内容物二次流入孔62,压送到喷嘴头20的喷嘴开闭部100,被压送的内容物流入到伸缩阀构件120与伸缩阀构件盖130之间的内容物吐出通道150,向伸缩阀构件120施加压力,伸缩阀构件120受内容物吐出压力,如图6所示状态收缩,内容物通过伸缩阀构件盖130的内容物吐出孔131吐出。在喷嘴头20最后下降的状态下,球阀支架200强力压住球阀34,阻止内容物流出内容物收容容器10。
内容物吐出后,放开下降的喷嘴头20,则在复位弹簧40的作用下喷嘴头20上升,喷嘴头20的上升又使球阀支架200上升,从而封闭内容物一次流入孔33的球阀34开启,依靠活塞泵70的吸入压力,流入内容物一次流入孔的内容物通过球阀支架200的支撑凸缘220之间的内容物通道230,流入泵筒内,在活塞泵70的内容物压缩凸缘71与泵筒31内面的摩擦压力下,阀杆60开始上升时,在活塞泵70停止的状态下,阀杆60的活塞泵下侧接触面61紧密接触在活塞泵70的底面内容物开闭面73,从而阻止内容物的流入,内容物收容容器10的内容物向泵筒31内流入,则内容物压缩活塞30下降。
本发明的伸缩阀构件120的弹性和复原力非常优秀,始终保持紧闭状态,因此能够从根本上阻止外部的空气或异物流入,预防内容物的酸败或腐败或变质等。尤其本发明的伸缩阀构件120和活塞泵70的耐久性和伸缩性及复原力极强,材料优选采用环境荷尔蒙发生率极低的医疗用橡胶。
本发明具有上述结构和作用及效果,能够有效改善内容物活塞泵的结构,防止内容物不必要的流出,而且内容物吐出喷嘴部位由特殊结构构成,从而可从根本上防止外部空气或异物流入,通过球阀支架使球阀的开闭动作准确顺畅。
Claims (6)
1、一种定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,该定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器具备:收容液体状内容物的内容物收容容器(10);安装在所述内容物收容容器(10)的上部并具备喷嘴安装孔(21)的喷嘴头(20);在所述内容物收容容器(10)内部安装有设置在下部的内容物压缩活塞(30)和设置在中央部的泵筒(31),该泵筒的上部盖有泵筒盖(32);设置于所述泵筒(31)下部中央的内容物一次流入孔(33);开闭所述内容物一次流入孔(33)的球阀(34);设置于所述泵筒(31)下部内壁的球阀支架支撑突起(35);设置在所述喷嘴头(20)和所述泵筒盖(32)之间的喷嘴头复位弹簧(40);固定在所述喷嘴头(20)的内部中央且下部具备活塞泵保持架(51)的活塞泵轴(50);阀杆(60),该阀杆固定在所述活塞泵轴(50)的下部,具备活塞泵下侧接触面(61),并穿孔有内容物二次流入孔(62)和球阀支架导杆插孔(63);活塞泵(70),该活塞泵插入于所述阀杆(60),该活塞泵的外侧具备紧密接触在所述泵筒(31)内表面的内容物压缩凸缘(71),内侧具备插入所述阀杆(60)并能够上下滑动的插入部(72),底面具备内容物开闭面(73),所述喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器的特征在于,进一步包括:安装于所述喷嘴头(20)的喷嘴安装孔(21)的内容物吐出部(100);设置于所述阀杆(60)下部的球阀支架(200);以及设置于所述内容物收容容器(10)内壁上部的内容物压缩活塞支撑突起(300)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,其特征在于,所述内容物吐出部(100)与所述喷嘴头(20)构成一体,所述内容物吐出部(100)包括:阀插入体(110),该阀插入体(110)内侧具备阀固定突起(111);管状的伸缩阀构件(120),该伸缩阀构件(120)插入于所述阀插入体(110);以及伸缩阀构件盖(130),该伸缩阀构件盖(130)插入于所述喷嘴头(20)的喷嘴安装孔(21),并具备内容物吐出孔(131)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,其特征在于,所述伸缩阀构件(120)的内侧面设有固定凸缘(121),所述伸缩阀构件盖(130)在内容物吐出孔(131)内壁设有内容物开闭凸出面(132)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,其特征在于,所述内容物吐出部(100)包括:阀伸缩空间(140),该阀伸缩空间(140)形成在所述伸缩阀构件(120)的内表面和所述阀插入体(110)的前端外表面部之间;以及内容物吐出通道(150),该内容物吐出通道(150)形成在所述伸缩阀构件(120)的外表面和所述伸缩阀构件盖(130)之间。
5、根据权利要求1所述的定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,其特征在于,所述活塞泵(70)的插入部(72)的截面形成为″)(″弯曲形状,中间部位为一次流出防止面(701),上面部位为二次流出防止面(702)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的定量吐出内容物的喷嘴头下降型真空密封泵分配器,其特征在于,所述球阀支架(200)包括:导杆(210),该导杆(210)位于所述球阀支架(200)的上部,并插入于所述阀杆(60)的球阀支架导杆插孔(63);多个球阀支架支撑凸缘(220),所述球阀支架支撑凸缘(220)形成在所述导杆(210)的下部;以及内容物通道(230),该内容物通道(230)形成在所述球阀支架支撑凸缘(220)之间。
