Abstract

本发明涉及内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,一种容器内收容的液状内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器的技术。本发明的液体分配器结构是,喷管头上构成的内容物吐出手段的内容物开闭阀构件的内容物开闭板受内容物吐出压力而自动开闭,从而提高密封效果,改善内容物活塞泵的结构,有效防止内容物不必要的流出,而且球阀支架使球阀的动作顺畅,防止内容物压缩活塞因上升而造成脱离。

技术领域
本发明是关于安装在收容各种液体化妆品的容器内,使内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器的发明。
背景技术
在液体化妆品中,为更加容易地吐出收容在容器内的化妆品,安装能够依靠泵的作用吐出的液体分配器。
依靠泵作用吐出液体内容物的液体分配器的结构非常多样,喷管头升降型液体分配器的使用也较为普遍,这种类型具有两种结构,一种结构是垂直或水平状态的喷管头受人为的外部压力,在垂直或水平状态下压缩与喷管头连接的内容物活塞泵,使内容物吐出,然后在回位弹簧的作用下恢复原位,并将内容物吸入气缸内;另一种结构是,喷管头在真空密封状态下下降,内容物压缩活塞下降至容器内的内容物定量吐出。
前者的情况是,内容物吐出后外界空气就会流入到容器内,释放容器内的压力;后者的情况是,内容物吐出后外界空气概不能流入到容器内部,因此始终能够保持真空状态。
前者因为容器内总是残存有外界流入的空气(尤其是氧气),内容物容易酸败,因此不适合装入高纯度提取物或含维生素类的内容物。
后者主要适用于含防腐剂极为受限的高功能性化妆品,以防止其发生酸败或腐败等变质。本发明属于后者,内容物吐出后喷管头和内容物压缩活塞就会阶段性地下降。
在以往的喷管头下降型液体分配器中,本申请人发明注册的专利产品有两种,一种是大韩民国专利注册第10-0525455号“喷管头下降式真空型化妆品容器的定量吐出结构”(以下称为以往技术1);另一种是韩国公开专利公布公开编号1999-0066973号“液体或膏状物体吐出装置及安装方法”(以下称为以往技术2)。
此外,还有提高喷管头喷管空气密封状态的德国专利文献DE295066826U″Abgabepumpe aus Kunststoff fūr pastenartige stoffe″(以下称为以往技术3),以及PCT国际专利申请公告WO 2006-116312 A2″DISPENSER HAVINGAIR TIGHT SPOUT″中所述的喷管孔安装有弹性构件的技术内容(以下称为以往技术4)。
上述以往技术1所存在的问题是,内容物集液室与容器外壳之间没有切断内容物的功能,因此不能防止内容物逆流,即集液室的内容物不能定量吐出,重新流入容器外壳内。尤其是,如果内容物为低粘度液体,从容器外壳的底面充填内容物后,使用下部容器封盖时,因为容器外壳内产生压力,导致内容物逆流,液体从喷管孔流出。
上述以往技术2所存在的结构问题是,因为其结构为根据挤压喷管的压力一次性吐出内容物的结构,所以不能定量吐出内容物,而且当内容物为低粘度液体时,内容物从喷管孔逆流而泄漏,同时又因为其结构为吐出内容物的喷管头的喷管孔入口始终处于开启状态的结构,空气会从喷管孔流入泵内,导致内容物与外界空气接触而发生固化,引起内容物吐出不顺畅。
上述以往技术3所存在的结构问题是,因为其结构为喷管头的喷管孔上设有塞子状吐出阀,而吐出阀由弹性构件构成,以此开闭内容物,但因吐出阀的前端大部分通过喷管孔外露,因此会受到外部压力,或在泵内与泵外产生压力时,吐出阀和阀孔之间产生缝隙,外界的异物或空气容易渗入,或由于泵内的内容物强制压迫吐出阀,使液体泄漏出。
此外,还存在的问题是,因为主要起到吐出泵内内容物的阀门作用,所以不易控制内容物的流量及流速,当吐出低粘度的内容物时,内容物的喷雾呈放射状,沿着喷管头流淌,而且吐出阀与喷管孔本应按照液体的流向连接,但吐出阀沿斜线方向连接,所以在低粘度内容物的情况下,向不固定的一个方向吐出,导致不便于使用。
上述以往技术4的结构所存在的问题是,喷嘴的内容物吐出孔呈现出向左右裂开的狭缝(SLIT)形状,所以无法持续保持吐出孔的密封状态,尤其是长期使用会造成吐出孔的弹性低下而处于裂开的状态,而且吐出孔部的裂开部位应受一定的压力而保持密着状态,但在压力不均匀时,吐出压力导致内容物的吐出状态不稳定,向一边倾斜或吐出方向不固定。
发明内容
发明所要实现的技术课题
本发明正是为有效解决上述以往技术中存在的问题而提出的,即,通过提高整体结构的真空密封功能,在处于内容物最后吐出阶段的构成于喷管头上的内容物吐出手段中的构成中,使内容物开闭阀构件的内容物开闭板能够自动开闭,通过改善吸入压送内容物的活塞泵的结构,防止内容物不必要的逆流或流出,同时开发出安装于阀杆下部的球阀支架结构,改进泵筒与容器一起倾斜时,或使用高粘度内容物时容易产生的球阀动作的不良状态。
发明的构成
公知的结构由如下部分构成:收容液体状内容物的容器10;被安装在上述容器10的上部,前方带有内容物吐出手段安装孔21的喷管头20;被内装在容器10内,下部设有内容物压缩活塞30,中央部位设有泵筒31,泵筒上部盖有泵筒盖32;设置于上述泵筒31下部中央的内容物1次流入孔33;开闭上述内容物1次流入孔33的球阀34;设置于上述泵筒31下部内壁的球阀支架支撑突起35;设置在上述喷管头20和上述泵筒盖32之间的喷管头回位弹簧40;固定在内壁中央,下部具备活塞泵托51的活塞泵支架50;固定在上述活塞泵支架50下部的活塞泵下侧接触面61;内容物2次流入孔62;球阀支架导杆插孔63;设有穿孔的阀杆60;插入于上述阀杆60,外侧固定在上述泵筒31内部的内容物压缩筋71;内侧插入上述阀杆60,能够上下滑动的插入部72;具有开闭面73的活塞泵70。本发明的内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器的特征是,在上述公知结构的基础上,进一步包括:安装于上述喷管头20的内容物吐出手段安装孔21的内容物吐出手段100;设置于上述阀杆60下部的球阀支架200;设置于上述容器10内壁上部的压缩活塞支撑突起300。
上述内容物吐出手段100包括如下部分:阀构件支持凸起110,它与上述喷管头20一体构成,位于上述内容物吐出手段安装孔21的中心;阀构件盖体120,它插入上述内容物吐出手段安装孔21并固定,在前端中央部带有内容物吐出孔121;内容物开闭阀构件130,它插入于上述阀构件盖体120,内侧面支撑于上述阀构件支持凸起110。
上述阀构件盖体120内壁上带有间隔一定距离的多条筋122,在上述筋122之间构成多个内容物流通槽123。
上述内容物开闭阀构件130在前端带有开闭上述阀构件盖体120的内容物吐出孔121,在后端带有支撑于上述阀构件支持凸起110的支撑板132。
其中,上述活塞泵70的插入部72截面以″)(″弯曲形状构成,中间部位为内容物1次流出防止面701,上面部位为内容物2次流出防止面702。

具体实施方式
下面说明由上述结构构成的本发明的作用和效果。
本发明可从根本上防止外界空气或异物的流入,从而防止内容物产生酸败或腐败,此外内容物能够定量吐出,容器10内装有内容物压缩活塞30和喷管头20,通过开放的容器10的底面,充填规定量的内容物,然后对开放的底面进行封盖处理。
因此,其结构为,当收容内容物的状态下吐出内容物时,压缩活塞30和喷管头20根据内容物的吐出量下降。
图1是容器10内充满内容物的状态,内容物压缩活塞30的上翼部分被内容物活塞支撑突起300顶住,使得内容物压缩活塞30不能继续上升,因此,当通过容器外壳的底面向容器10内充填容纳的内容物后,再以下部容器封盖时,容器外壳内产生压力,内容物压缩活塞30上升,回位弹簧40被压缩,活塞泵70的内容物开闭面73开启,从而解决内容物通过2次流入孔62从吐出孔121提前吐出的问题。
上述内容物吐出手段100形成有阀构件支持凸起110,阀构件支持凸起110与喷管头20一体构成,位于上述内容物吐出手段安装孔21的中心部,如果把插入了上述内容物开闭阀构件130的上述阀构件盖体120插入上述内容物吐出手段安装孔21,上述内容物吐出手段则会被牢固固定,构成于上述内容物开闭阀构件130后侧的支撑板132则支撑于上述阀构件支持凸起110,内容物开闭阀构件被安全固定,不会晃动或脱离。
图1是由于回位弹簧40的弹力,喷管头20完全上升的状态,这种状态是活塞支架50、导杆210被插入于上述阀杆60的导杆插入孔63的球阀支架200以及活塞泵70上升的状态,球阀34以自身重量封闭内容物1次流入孔33,插入到上述阀杆60的活塞泵下侧接触面61与活塞泵70的内容物开闭面73紧贴,从而封闭住内容物2次流入孔62,上述球阀支架200支撑筋220被上述球阀支架支撑突起35支撑住,所以不再继续上升。

上述泵筒31内的内容物通过阀杆60的内容物2次流入孔62,压送至喷管头20前方构成的内容物吐出手段100一侧,被压送的内容物流入到阀构件盖体120内侧带有的多个内容物流通槽123。在流入的内容物的吐出压力下,如图6所示,原来堵塞阀构件盖体120上构成的内容物吐出孔121的内容物开闭板130被强行打开,从而吐出内容物。在喷管头20最后下降的状态下,球阀支架200强力压住球阀34,防止液体流出容器10。
内容物吐出后,放开下降的喷管头20,则在回位弹簧40的作用下喷管头20上升,喷管头20的上升又使球阀支架200上升,从而封闭内容物1次流入孔33的球阀34开启,依靠活塞泵70的吸入压力,流入内容物1次流入孔的内容物通过球阀支架200支撑筋220之间的内容物通路230,流入泵筒内,在活塞泵70的内容物压缩筋71与泵筒31内面的摩擦压力下,阀杆60开始上升,在活塞泵70停止的状态下,阀杆60活塞泵下侧接触面61紧贴在活塞泵70底面内容物开闭面73,从而阻止内容物的流入,容器10的内容物向泵筒31内流入,则内容物压缩活塞30下降。
本发明的与内容物开闭阀构件130一体构成的内容物开闭板131弹性和复原力非常优秀,在不承受内容物的吐出压力时,始终保持紧闭状态,堵塞内容物吐出孔121,其封闭状态非常良好,可以从根本上切断外界的空气或异物流入,预防内容物的酸败或腐败或变质。尤其本发明的内容物开闭阀构件130和活塞泵70的耐久性和伸缩性及复原力极强,材料应采用环境荷尔蒙发生率极低的医疗用橡胶。
发明效果
本发明具有上述结构和作用及效果,能够有效改善内容物活塞泵的结构,防止内容物不必要的流出,而且内容物吐出喷管部位由特殊结构构成,从而可从根本上防止外界空气或异物流入,球阀支架使球阀的开闭动作准确顺畅。

Claims (7)

1、一种内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,该分配器由如下部分构成:收容液体状内容物的容器(10);被安装在上述容器(10)的上部,具备喷管孔(21)的喷管头(20);被内装在上述容器(10)内,下部设有内容物压缩活塞(30),中央部位设有泵筒(31),泵筒上部盖有泵筒盖(32);设置于上述泵筒(31)下部中央的内容物1次流入孔(33);开闭上述内容物1次流入孔(33)的球阀(34);设置于上述泵筒(31)下部内壁的球阀支架支撑突起(35);设置在上述喷管头(20)和上述泵筒盖(32)之间的喷管头回位弹簧(40);固定在内壁中央,下部具备活塞泵托(51)的活塞泵支架(50);固定在上述活塞泵支架(50)下部的活塞泵下侧接触面(61);内容物2次流入孔(62);球阀支架导杆插孔(63);设有穿孔的阀杆(60);插入于上述阀杆(60),外侧固定在上述泵筒(31)内部的内容物压缩筋(71);内侧插入上述阀杆(60),能够上下滑动的插入部(72);具有开闭面(73)的活塞泵(70),其特征是,该内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器进一步包括:安装于上述喷管头(20)的内容物吐出手段安装孔(21)的内容物吐出手段(100);设置于上述阀杆(60)下部的球阀支架(200);设置于上述容器(10)内壁上部的压缩活塞支撑突起(300)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,其特征是上述内容物吐出手段(100)包括如下几个部分:阀构件支持凸起(110),该阀构件支持凸起与上述喷管头(20)构成一体,位于上述内容物吐出手段安装孔(21)的中心;阀构件盖体(120),该阀构件盖体插入上述内容物吐出手段安装孔(21)并固定,在前方中央部带有内容物吐出孔(121);内容物开闭阀构件(130),该内容物开闭阀构件插入于上述阀构件盖体(120),支撑于上述阀构件支持凸起(110)。
3、根据权利要求1所述的内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,其特征是:上述阀构件盖体(120)在内壁侧面带有多条筋(122),在上述筋(122)之间构成多条内容物流通槽(123)。
4、根据权利要求2所述的内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,其特征是:上述内容物开闭阀构件(130)在前侧带有用于打开、关闭上述阀构件盖体(120)的内容物吐出孔(121),在后侧带有支撑于上述阀构件支持凸起(110)的支撑板(132)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,其特征是:上述活塞泵(70)的插入部(72)截面以″)(″弯曲形状构成,中间部位为内容物1次流出防止面(701),上面部位为内容物2次流出防止面(702)。
6、根据权利要求1所述的内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,其特征是:上述球阀支架(200)包括:插入于上述阀杆(60)球阀支架导杆插入孔(63)的导杆(210);形成在上述导杆(210)下部的多个球阀支架支撑筋(220);形成在上述球阀支架支撑筋(220)之间的内容物通路(230)。
7、一种内容物定量吐出的喷管头下降型真空密封液体分配器,其特征是:当阀杆(60)下降时,在紧密插入导杆插入孔(63)的球阀支架(200)导杆(210)外壁与导杆插入孔(63)内壁的摩擦力作用下,球阀支架(200)下降,与此同时,球阀支架(200)的底面平稳压住球阀(34),封闭内容物1次流入孔(33)。
