技术领域

背景技术
易于分配流体药物和依从给药说明是所有患者的主要关注点。特别地,不含防腐剂的分配瓶(比如眼科挤压式分配器)由于密封分配喷嘴以防止细菌进入和污染的阀机构而通常需要较大的致动力。这样的系统需要更高的压力来操作,因此需要更大的挤压力。另外,现有技术的分配瓶仅以上下颠倒取向进行分配,这需要不方便的头部操作,并且连同需要较高的致动力进一步增加了不便性。

发明内容

分配系统100包括通气管126,该通气管被配置成在从该装置分配流体时均衡容器102内部的压力。通气管126的开口134在装置被保持所处的任何取向上都延伸至流体液位132上方。通气管126可以经由0.22微米过滤器128连接,以确保进入装置的空气是无菌的。

图2A至图2B展示了分配系统104对振荡的响应。马达的振动引起分配系统104的本体的振荡,这进而由于流体与腔室108的固体结构的动力学相互作用而在腔室内产生流体动量。这种现象通常被称为固体-流体相互作用(SFI)。移动的流体的动量所施加的力使孔板110在箭头206a和箭头206b所指示的方向上向外挠曲,从而使孔板110与球形构件114脱离接合,由此打开如箭头208a和箭头208b所指示的流体流动通路并且喷射流体微滴210。
分配装置100由柔性梁122或允许该分配装置如通过运动偏移202和204示意性地示出的自由振荡的其他结构实施例支撑。优选地,梁122的弹簧常数为0.05N/mm至0.5N/mm。例如,梁122可以通过在支撑结构120中制造出槽124而形成,使得所产生的梁122的厚度适于提供如上所述的弹簧常数。
图3展示了示例性振动马达302。此示例的DC马达302具有直径为4mm并且总长度为17mm的圆柱形本体。偏心飞轮118附接至马达轴。飞轮的质量为1.7克,质心距旋转中心约0.7mm。马达接收4.5VDC-12VDC并且以6000RPM-12000RPM旋转,在8000RPM的旋转速度下产生0.3N的离心力。可以使用产生0.1N-1N的离心力并且旋转速度为1000RPM-50000RPM的其他DC马达。马达可以由定时器电路控制,该定时器电路被设定成根据需要提供接通时间以递送8微升-12微升的剂量。致动接通时间为60ms-200ms,这取决于使用中的流体的流变学。可以使用结合555定时器IC或基于微处理器的定时器与12伏电池(比如A23碱性电池)的定时器电路。

装置400包括止回阀,该止回阀具有孔板406,该孔板具有延伸穿过该孔板的厚度的圆锥形孔116。止回阀进一步包括球形构件114,该球形构件与圆锥形孔116的入口开口切线地接合。在此示例中,止回阀还包括压缩弹簧408,该压缩弹簧被配置成迫使孔板406抵靠球形构件114。以此方式,沿着接合线114a形成紧密的密封件,因此形成紧密和气密的封闭件。
球形构件114可以部分地覆盖有抗微生物涂层,具体地在球形构件114的不与腔室中的流体接触的区域中。因此,有涂层的区域在接合线114a与圆锥形孔的出口之间(即,在图4C上向114a的左侧)延伸。抗微生物涂层的示例包括金属形式的银、银合金或含有银的非金属材料(包括氯化银和磺胺嘧啶银的盐)。其他可选材料包括双胍类衍生物、二乙酸氯己定和二葡萄糖酸氯己定。

Claims (15)
