Description
ばね質量系のこの固有振動数fnは、板バネの剛性を適合させることによってアクチュエーターの往復運動周波数frより低い周波数の大きさとすることができる。アクチュエーターから基礎フレームへの力の伝達の効果的な低減のために、往復運動の周波数と固有振動数との間の比率fr/fnは少なくとも√2であるべきであり、減衰は最小限であるべきである。
Claims (11)
- 基礎フレーム、及び、
該基礎フレームに接続されたアクチュエーターを有し、
該アクチュエーターには駆動部材が備えられ、該アクチュエーターは該駆動部材の所定の往復運動周波数での往復運動に適するように構成されており、
当該家庭用電気器具は、前記アクチュエーターを前記基礎フレームに接続するため、及び前記アクチュエーターが前記駆動部材の運動の方向と反対の方向に動くことを可能にするために、前記駆動部材の運動の方向の延長線上であって且つ前記アクチュエーターの対向する両側に取り付けられた二つの板バネを更に有し、
前記アクチュエーター、前記駆動部材、及び前記板バネは一緒に、固有振動数を有するバネ質量系を形成し、
前記板バネの剛性は、前記固有振動数が前記往復運動周波数よりも小さくなるように構成される、
家庭用電気器具。 - 前記往復運動周波数/前記固有振動数の値が、少なくとも√2である、請求項1記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 前記板バネは屈曲端部を有する、請求項1記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 前記アクチュエーターに接続された前記板バネの前記端部はU字形状を有する、請求項3記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 前記アクチュエーターは弾性部材を介して前記板バネに接続される、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 当該家庭用電気器具は、前記基礎フレームに備えられた貯水部を更に有し、
当該貯水部は第一のフレキシブルチューブを介して前記アクチュエーターに動作的に接続されている、
請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の家庭用電気器具。 - 前記貯水部は、取り外し可能に前記基礎フレームに取り付けられている、請求項6記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 前記第一のフレキシブルチューブは蛇管を有する、請求項6又は請求項7記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 当該家庭用電気器具は、前記基礎フレームに設けられ、水を加熱するため又は蒸気を発生させるためのボイラーを更に有し、
当該ボイラーは第二のフレキシブルチューブを介して前記アクチュエーターに動作的に接続されている、
請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1項記載の家庭用電気器具。 - 前記アクチュエーターは、プランジャーポンプ又はダイアフラムポンプを有する、請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の家庭用電気器具。
- 前記アクチュエーターはプランジャーポンプを有し、前記駆動部材はプランジャーを有する、請求項10記載の家庭用電気器具。
