Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插入壁体、特别是车身上的壁体的开孔中的销钉,包括材料成分在插入状态下延伸穿过开孔的杆部和与该杆部邻接并且由第一材料成分制成的凸缘,以及用第二材料成分制成的密封部分。
背景技术
根据德国专利文件DE 102 31 274 A1可公知一种相关种类的销钉。其密封部分被做成环状并被安装在面对壁体的凸缘的底面上。该密封部分由一种能够通过加热而形成自由流动状态的粘合剂制成。安装销钉后,设置有销钉的这种构件会通过燃烧舱,由此粘合剂被激活,销钉因此与壁体粘性结合而被密封。
发明内容
本发明提供一种销钉,其不同之处在于具有特别优良的在密封装置。
根据本发明,这可以通过上述类型的销钉来实现:第二材料成分是一种塑性材料,它在温度升高时膨胀,在膨胀状态下紧紧封闭住开孔。尤其是,根据本发明的两成分销钉中,第一材料成分由硬质材料构成,第二材料成分由软材料构成,这样的两成分销钉在对相关车身部分进行喷漆或KTL涂覆(KTL表示阴极浸涂)之前已被插入到开孔中。第二材料成分在喷漆或涂覆之后通过烘干车间时,在存在于烘干车间的温度下膨胀,因此能够提供对开孔可靠的密封。比如O形环或整体注模TPE密封(TPE就是热塑弹性体)这样的额外的密封构件就不需要了。同传统的粘合剂相比,在膨胀时,膨胀材料具有这样的优点,即,在膨胀时,其完全填充在销钉和开孔之间存在的任何缝隙,因而能真正紧密封闭住开孔。而且,由于材料的膨胀,能够弥补制造公差。
优选地,整个销钉被构造成整块部件。尤其是,密封部分与杆部整体地实现。同由多个单独构件构成的销钉相比,这具有更容易和更快捷的可管理性的优点。销钉能作为一个整体在单一工序中插入壁体开孔。
优选地,开孔的内边缘和壁体的背离凸缘的侧面,因而壁体相对于销钉插入方向的内侧面在膨胀状态下被塑性材料密封。因此就获得一种特别好的、液体不透的密封。
而且,可以得到的是,在膨胀状态下,塑性材料将销钉胶粘地粘结在壁体上。由于这种另外的粘性效果,可以在圆形孔中使用销钉,在通过将例如保险杠胶合地粘结到壁体的金属板上而将该保险杠安装在车身部件上时,避免销钉进行旋转。
在一个优选实施方式中,密封部分在凸缘之下环绕杆部,因而至少部分是在开孔区域和凸缘开口背离凸缘的侧面环绕杆部。
为了允许将例如保险杠安装到车身部件上,凸缘和杆部具有用于螺钉的孔,尤其是用于塑料螺钉的孔。
而且,在与凸缘相反的杆部的端部,杆部可具有一个中心尖端,该中心尖端例如构造成具有圆锥、截头圆锥、棱锥或截棱锥,这便于将销钉插入到开孔中。
在一个优选实施方式中,至少在开孔区域内销钉具有矩形的,尤其是方形的截面,因而尤其适合被插入到方形开孔中。然而,前面已经提到,尤其是在对螺钉采用较低拧入扭矩的情况下,也能在圆形开孔中使用销钉。
被构造成弹性凸耳的多个锁定元件可以设置在杆部上。尤其是,设置两个互相相对的锁定元件。
优选地,锁定元件向凸缘延伸,也就是说,锁定元件的自由端指向凸缘。在膨胀状态下,这些自由端靠在壁体的底面上,因而用来在第二材料成分膨胀前将销钉固定在开孔中。为了防止销钉从开孔中被拉出来,锁定元件斜向向外延伸,因而与销钉的纵轴线形成一个锐角。
按照优选实施方式,锁定元件在外侧至少部分地覆盖密封部分。因而,密封部分“径向地”位于锁定突出部内,这提供了优点:在第二材料成分膨胀时,可以说,锁定突出部在其延伸位置处被锁定。因此,有效地防止了销钉逆着插入方向被拉出来。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了整块的销钉10,其插入到形成车身一部分的壁体14上的开孔12中。销钉10这里用来将例如保险杠液体不透地安装到车身部件上。销钉10具有在插入状态下延伸穿过开孔12的杆部16,该杆部与圆形凸缘18邻接,该圆形凸缘设置在壁体14上的相对于销钉10的插入方向E的外侧面19上凸缘。杆部16与凸缘18由作为硬质材料的第一材料成分整体制造而成。在开孔12的区域内,销钉10具有尤其是适合插入方形孔的方形截面。
密封部分20设置成几乎直接地位于凸缘18(参见附图中的表示)之下,该密封部分以特定的高度完全周向地环绕着杆部16,并且部分地位于开孔12内,部分地位于开孔12下。在密封部分20的区域内,杆部16的横截面与邻近区域相比随密封部分20的厚度而减小。密封部分20实现为与杆部16成整块部件,该密封部分由第二材料成分构成,也就是在温度升高时膨胀、在膨胀状态下紧密地封闭开孔12的塑性材料。附图中示出了被构造成软材料的第二材料成分的非膨胀状态。
凸缘18和杆部16具有容纳螺钉23的中心孔22,该中心孔沿着销钉纵轴线A延伸,通过螺钉23可以将保险杠例如安装到壁体14上。图2示意性地示出了螺钉23的一部分。在位于与凸缘18相反的那一端,杆部16具有中心尖端24,该中心尖端在该配置中构造成具有截头圆锥的形状。
在凸缘18与中心尖端24之间大约一半高度处,在杆部16上设置多个(在该情况中为两个)锁定元件26,该锁定元件被构造成弹性凸耳,并且沿着朝向凸缘18的方向向外倾斜延伸。在销钉10的插入状态下,彼此相对的锁定元件的自由端28靠在壁体14的内侧面30上。从图可明显地看到,锁定元件26在密封部分20从开孔12中突出的那部分的整个高度上延伸,这意味着,锁定元件26在两侧面在外部大部分地覆盖密封部分20。位于锁定元件内部的密封部分20具有面向锁定元件26的倾斜外表面32。
在对由壁体14形成的车身部分进行喷漆或KTL涂覆之前,销钉10已经插入到开孔12中并且被锁定元件26锁定就位。车身部分进行喷漆或涂覆后,通过烘干车间,形成密封部分20的第二材料成分由于烘干车间中存在的温度而膨胀,因而密封开孔12的内边缘34和凸缘壁体14的背离凸缘18的内侧面30。取决于第二材料成分的选择,可以得到用于膨胀的不同的温度范围。另外,在膨胀状态下,密封部分20的塑性材料将销钉10胶粘地粘结在壁体14上。此外,由于密封部分20的膨胀作用,锁定元件26被“锁住”,因而防止了旋转运动。这种方式下,就实现了销钉10在壁体14上的液体不透连接。随后,保险杠能够例如被螺纹连接到销钉10上。
由于是在膨胀时进行胶粘粘结,因此也能在圆形孔中使用销钉10,至少是在对螺钉采用较低的拧入扭矩的情况下。
Claims (9)
1.一种用于插入到车身上壁体(14)的开孔(12)中的销钉,包括:
在插入状态下延伸穿过开孔(12)的杆部(16),和与该杆部邻接并且由第一材料成分制成的凸缘(18),以及
由第二材料成分制成的密封部分(20),
其特征在于,第二材料成分是塑性材料,该塑性材料在温度升高时膨胀,在膨胀状态下紧密地封闭开孔(12),在杆部(16)上设置有多个构造成弹性凸耳的锁定元件(26),锁定元件(26)在外侧至少部分地覆盖密封部分(20)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的销钉,其特征在于,密封部分(20)构造成与杆部(16)成整块的部件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的销钉,其特征在于,在膨胀状态下,塑性材料密封开孔(12)的内边缘(34)和壁体(14)背离凸缘(18)的侧面(30)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的销钉,其特征在于,在膨胀状态下,塑性材料将销钉(10)胶粘地粘合在壁体(14)上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的销钉,其特征在于,密封部分(20)在凸缘(18)之下环绕杆部(16)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的销钉,其特征在于,凸缘(18)和杆部(16)具有用于螺钉(23)的孔(22)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的销钉,其特征在于,杆部(16)在与凸缘(18)相反的其端部上具有中心尖端(24)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的销钉,其特征在于,至少在开孔(12)区域内,销钉(10)具有矩形的截面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的销钉,其特征在于,锁定元件(26)朝向凸缘(18)延伸。
