固定销
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将紧固构件紧固在一部件上、特别是紧固在车身部件上的固定销(Haltedübel),其中,该固定销能够装入和锁定到所述部件的开口中,并具有用于所述紧固构件的容纳部。
背景技术
固定销在汽车制造中以各种形式使用,以将紧固构件(例如螺栓,利用该螺栓将汽车部件保持在车身部件上)紧固在车身部件上。固定销装入和固定到车身部件的开口中,接着紧固构件装入到设置在该固定销上的容纳部中。为了防止例如污物或湿气通过所述开口进入,固定销具有密封件,所述密封件在固定销的装配状态下贴靠在所述开口的边缘上并由此密封该开口。
发明内容
本发明提供一种固定销,其与现有技术相比能够实现对车身部件中开口的更好密封。
为此,根据本发明提供一种用于将紧固构件紧固在一部件上、特别是紧固在车身部件上的固定销,其中该固定销能够装入和锁定到所述部件的开口中,并具有用于所述紧固构件的容纳部。该固定销具有由硬质材料制成的基体和由柔性塑料制成的密封元件,所述基体伸到所述开口中并能够将该固定销固定在所述开口中,所述密封元件具有环绕的密封唇边,所述密封唇边在该固定销的装配状态下贴靠在所述部件上并密封所述部件的开口。所述密封元件至少部分地由在热效应下与所述部件形成材料接合式连接的材料所制成。该固定销被如此程度地插入到开口中,直到环绕的密封唇部贴靠在开口的边缘上并密封该开口。接着,将贴靠在部件上的密封元件加热到超过其熔点,从而密封唇边在冷却时便与部件形成材料接合式连接。该固定销以密封元件面状地与开口的边缘粘合,并完全密封该开口。通过该粘合以及使用柔性材料用于密封元件,即使在出现机械应力的情况下,例如在紧固所述紧固构件时或者在振动时,该开口依然被可靠地密封。此外,固定销通过该粘合还附加地在开口中得以固定,从而确保可靠地保持紧固构件。
所述密封元件还可由在热效应下不可逆地膨胀的塑料制成。该密封元件可以在膨胀时使部件中的不平坦或缺陷点得到弥补,从而,根据本发明的固定销提供了一种更好的密封效果。此外,例如即使对于具有不同材料厚度的部件,依然可使用该固定销。
该固定销的基体优选具有第一部分和法兰,所述第一部分伸到所述开口中,所述法兰贴靠在所述部件的外侧。用于容纳紧固构件的凹部设置在所述法兰的背离所述部件的一侧,并且通过所述法兰延伸到所述第一部分中。紧固构件(例如螺栓)因此完全保持在固定销内。在固定销中不存在如下所述的那种开口,通过该开口螺栓可伸到部件的内部,或者该开口可导致固定销的另外的不紧密性。
在所述容纳部的内侧可例如设置一个或多个沿插入方向延伸的凹槽,通过所述凹槽,该固定销获得了更大的弹性并因而可以更灵活地使用。
在所述固定销的基体上优选设置有保持元件,所述保持元件作用于所述开口的边缘上并将所述部件固定在所述开口中。
所述保持元件优选具有止动元件,所述止动元件嵌接在所述开口的后侧。固定销以第一部分被如此程度地插入到部件的开口中,直到止动元件嵌接在部件的后侧,并因而将该固定销固定在开口中。止动元件提供的优点在于,可在没有工具的情况下将固定销装配在部件上。
此外,在所述基体上可设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件将该固定销在所述开口内定心。弹性元件可补偿开口的不同直径,从而固定销可用于各种大小的开口。弹性元件例如对称地设置,并在固定销的装配状态下朝开口的边缘偏压,从而使固定销居中地在开口内定心。
所述密封元件优选径向包围所述法兰,从而密封元件以尽可能大的周界贴靠在部件的开口上。
为了使基体与密封元件形成可靠的连接,所述基体优选具有凹部,所述密封元件伸到所述凹部中。
所述凹部可例如为径向环绕的槽,该槽构造在基体上。
为了能够将固定销在开口内定心或者说定位对准,所述基体具有例如用于工具的容纳部。
此外,还提供一种用于装配根据本发明的固定销的方法,该方法具有如下步骤:
-将所述固定销装入和固定到部件的开口中;
-将所述密封元件加热到超过该密封元件的熔点;
-将所述密封元件冷却,从而使该密封元件与所述部件形成材料接合式连接,并密封所述部件的开口。
在装入所述固定销之后,可将涂层或漆涂敷到所述部件上。
涂层或漆在汽车工业中大多是要通过将漆加热而烤到部件上。所述涂层或漆优选在涂敷到所述部件上之后被加热,其中所述密封元件同样被加热到超过熔点。因此,不必在额外的工作步骤中对密封元件进行加热和冷却。这一点可以在烤漆时实现,从而可大大缩短部件的制造时间。

具体实施方式
在图1和图2中示出的固定销10具有由硬质塑料制成的基体12,该基体具有第一部分14和法兰16,由柔性塑料制成的密封元件18紧固在该法兰上。固定销能够以第一部分14沿插入方向R插入到部件22的开口20中,并固定在开口20中(也见图3)。在固定销10的背离部件22的前侧24设置有容纳部26,紧固构件可紧固在该容纳部中。
特别是如由图4可见,第一部分14在此具有正方形横截面,该第一部分沿插入方向R呈锥形地渐缩收尾。通过正方形横截面,固定销10可靠地固定在优选矩形的开口20中,从而防止例如在装入紧固构件时发生扭转。但固定销10或基体12也可具有其他形式的横截面。
用于紧固构件的容纳部26在此是设置在固定销10的前侧24,并通过法兰16延伸到基体12的第一部分14中。在容纳部26的内侧可设置例如螺纹,螺栓可旋入到该螺纹中。但紧固构件也可以其他方式紧固在容纳部26中。但例如也可设想到,在容纳部26的内侧设置一个或多个止动元件。
在此,在容纳部26的内侧设置多个沿插入方向R延伸的凹槽27。通过这些凹槽,固定销获得了更大的弹性,从而固定销可以更灵活地使用。此外,该凹槽在此构造为使得其形成用于工具(在此用于螺丝刀)的容纳部。因此,固定销可在开口20中定位对准,或者说在装配紧固构件期间得以保持。
在每个角部中设置一保持元件28,在所述保持元件上相应地紧固有一止动元件30。止动元件30弹性地支承在保持元件28上,并可在基体12上的隙口32中摆转。止动元件30分别沿插入方向R具有一斜坡状的部分34,该斜坡状的部分在将固定销10插入到开口20中时与开口的边缘贴靠,并受开口20的边缘挤压,从而将止动元件30挤压到隙口32中。在进一步插入固定销10时,止动元件30可从基体12弹开,从而使该止动元件嵌接在部件22的后侧并将固定销10固定在部件22上。
密封元件18在此以环形区域36紧固在固定销10的法兰16上。法兰16为此具有构造为径向环绕的槽的凹部37,密封元件18伸到该凹部中(图5)。密封元件18此外还具有密封唇边38,该密封唇边在固定销10的装配状态下绕开口20环绕地贴靠在部件22上并因而密封开口20。
密封元件18在此由可热膨胀的热塑性塑料制成。固定销10在装入到开口20中之后被加热到超过密封元件18的熔点。接着可冷却该固定销。在此,塑料与部件建立了一种材料接合式连接,并因而形成对开口的可靠密封。由于密封元件18由柔性材料制成,因此该密封也能承受得住例如由于紧固构件的装配或由于振动而引起的机械应力。图6示出固定销的另一剖视图。
为了进一步改善密封,还可设想到,密封元件18由在热效应下膨胀的材料制成。由此,除了材料接合式连接以外,还可以使部件22中的不平坦得到弥补。密封元件也不必完全由热塑性材料制成。还可设想到,仅仅密封元件18的贴靠在部件22上的区域由热塑性或膨胀性材料制成。
密封元件18优选是注射成型到基体18上,但还可设想到,以其他方式将密封元件18紧固在基体12上。特别是,基体不必具有槽。
在固定销10装入之前或之后,部件22还可被上漆。如果部件22在装入固定销10之后上漆,则例如可能的是,密封元件18在涂层或漆的烘烤过程中被加热,从而不再需要额外的用于加热密封元件18的工作步骤。
此外,固定销10还可具有弹性元件,所述弹性元件在固定销10的装配状态下贴靠在开口20的边缘上,并可将固定销10在开口内予以固定或者定心。

Claims (13)

1.用于将紧固构件紧固在一部件(22)上的固定销(10),其中,该固定销(10)能够装入和锁定到所述部件(22)的开口(20)中并具有用于所述紧固构件的容纳部(26),该固定销包括由硬质材料制成的基体(12)和由柔性塑料制成的密封元件(18),所述基体伸到所述开口(20)中并能够将该固定销(10)固定在所述开口(20)中,所述密封元件具有环绕的密封唇边(38),所述密封唇边在该固定销(10)的装配状态下贴靠在所述部件(22)上并密封所述部件(22)的开口(20),其特征在于,所述密封元件(18)至少部分地由在热效应下与所述部件(22)形成材料接合式连接的材料所制成,在所述容纳部(26)的内侧设置有一个或多个沿插入方向(R)延伸的凹槽(27),在所述基体(12)上设置有弹性元件,所述弹性元件将该固定销(10)在所述开口(20)内定心。

3.按照权利要求1或2所述的固定销,其特征在于,所述基体(12)具有第一部分(14)和法兰(16),所述第一部分伸到所述开口(20)中,所述法兰贴靠在所述部件(22)的外侧,其中,用于所述紧固构件的容纳部(26)是设置在所述法兰(16)的背离所述部件(22)的一侧,并通过所述法兰(16)延伸到所述第一部分(14)中。

-将所述固定销(10)装入和固定到部件(22)的开口(20)中;
-将所述密封元件(18)加热到超过该密封元件的熔点;
-将所述密封元件(18)冷却,从而使该密封元件(18)与所述部件(22)形成材料接合式连接,并密封所述部件(22)的开口(20)。
12.按照权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,在装入所述固定销(10)之后,将涂层或漆涂敷到所述部件(22)上。
13.按照权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述涂层或漆在涂敷到所述部件(22)上之后受到加热,其中,所述密封元件(18)被加热到超过熔点。
