技术领域
本发明一般地涉及生产诸如杆和棒之类的较长产品的滚轧机,尤其涉及提供一种改进的组合式滚轧机。
背景技术
已知块型滚轧机,如同例如在美国专利第4537055号、第5152165号、第6134930号和第6546776号中所公开的一样。这些滚轧机主要用作线材滚轧机中的精轧机组,并且在全球广泛使用。块型滚轧机包括一组顺序设置的滚轧机架,来滚轧一交替的椭圆形/圆形通道序列,而圆形滚轧机架的的滚轧轴相对于椭圆形滚轧机架的滚轧轴交错成90°,从而以一无扭曲的方式滚轧产品。
通常,具有圆形和椭圆形滚轧通道的滚轧机架在轧机轧制线的两相对侧上交错,并且机械地联接至由一常用的轧机传动器以不同速度传动的相应的平行动力轴,该轧机传动器由一差动齿轮箱连接至动力轴。其它已知的用于块型轧机的传动设置采用了例如在美国专利第3587277号和第6161412号中公开的单个动力轴以及在美国专利第4129023号中公开的链传动装置。
尽管块型滚轧机能够以高传送速度滚轧产品,例如以120米/秒的速度滚轧5.5mm的线材,但是当从一个产品尺寸变化到另一个产品尺寸时,由于缺乏灵活性而损失了其总效率。
例如,如图4所示,在一通常的滚轧程序中,对于十机架块型滚轧机,当所有的机架运作时,具有17mm直径的馈送尺寸将被滚轧成具有5.5mm的最终产品。为了滚轧具有7.0mm的最终产品,滚轧机架9和10变成不运作(一个通常称为“粗锻”的过程)。逐渐更大的产品尺寸可逐渐由附加的滚轧机架粗锻来滚轧,例如,机架7和8滚轧8.5mm圆钢,机架5和6滚轧10.5mm圆钢等等。因为连续的诸滚轧机架整体地结合在一起,为了实施粗锻,必须移除工作轧机并使用导向器来放回原处。这是一个劳动密集的过程,通常需要20-60分钟来完成,并且每8小时就要发生。保守地说,假如每个粗锻运作假设有30分钟的平均停机时间,则对于一个以60吨/小时的速率每年运作300天的轧机,损失的产量可以上至27000吨/年。
为了实现改进的效率,已经开发了组合式轧机,如同例如在美国专利第5595083号和第6053022号中所公开的一样。这些轧机采用了可拆卸地联接至成对连续滚轧单元的多个传动齿轮箱的电机。每个滚轧单元都包括具有椭圆形和圆形滚轧通道的轧机机架,可互换,并且可迅速移动至和离开轧机轧制线,从而适应滚轧不同的产品尺寸。尽管机械上很稳固并且有利地具有灵活性,但与块型轧机相比,对于购买和后续维护来说,这种组合式设置是相对复杂和昂贵的。
本发明的目的是提供一种改进的组合式滚轧机,该组合式滚轧机克服了或者至少基本减轻了与传统的组合式和块型轧机相关的缺点。
发明内容
根据本发明,一种组合式滚轧机包括沿轧机轧制线设置的多个分开的滚轧单元。每个滚轧单元都包括至少两对工作辊,这两对工作辊限定椭圆形和圆形的滚轧通道,并且支承于相对于彼此交错成90°的辊轴上。滚轧单元包括中间传动系统,该中间传动系统构造成将辊轴连接至平行的输入轴,这些输入轴从相应的滚轧单元向轧制线的第一侧突出。
单个传动动力轴平行于轧制线,并且在轧制线的第一侧上。输出轴由锥齿轮组机械地联接至动力轴。输出轴从动力轴向轧制线横向突出,并且由联轴器连接至滚轧单元的输入轴。联轴器是可分开的,从而适于容易地将滚轧单元移至轧制线的相对的第二侧。
有利地,动力轴细分成诸段,这些段由锥齿轮组联接至输入轴,而离合器结合诸轴段。可选择地可调整离合器来连接或脱开相应的结合轴段。
由于只采用一个动力轴来驱动所有的滚轧单元,因此该动力轴可联接至轧机电机,而不必设置差动齿轮箱。

具体实施方式
参见图1,根据本发明的组合式滚轧机包括沿轧机轧制线“P”设置的多个分开的滚轧单元10。滚轧的方向由箭头12表示。每个滚轧单元都具有至少两对工作辊14、14和16、16,这两对工作辊14、14和16、16构造成限定椭圆形和圆形滚轧通道。每对连续的辊以90°交错,来实施对于例如棒、杆等长产品的无扭曲滚轧。
附加地参照图2和3,可以看到,工作辊安装在辊轴18上,而且中间传动系统包含在滚轧单元内,从而将辊轴机械地联接至输入轴20。诸输入轴是平行的,并且向轧制线的第一侧“A”突出。中间传动系统包括与轴26上的互啮合的齿轮24相啮合的辊轴上的齿轮22,而两轴26中的一个由锥齿轮组28连接至轴30。轴30支承了与输入轴20上的齿轮34相啮合的齿轮32。
尽管未作显示,但应该理解,作为这种设置的另一选择,中间传动系统可构造成用分开的输入轴20来传动每对工作辊14、14和16、16。
动力轴36沿着第一侧A以平行于轧制线P的关系延伸。动力轴直接联接至位于轧机入口端的驱动电机38,并由其驱动。
动力轴30可以是连续的,但较佳地它细分成由离合器40结合的段36’。每个动力轴段36’都由锥齿轮组44联接至输出轴42。诸输出轴42是平行的,并且横向地从动力轴向轧制线突出。可选择地,可调整离合器40从而机械地连接或分开相应的动力轴段。
联轴器46将每个输出轴42连接至相应的输入轴20。诸联轴器是可分离的,从而适于将滚轧单元移至轧制线的第二相对侧“B”。B侧上的轨道网48设置成接纳和运输从轧制线上移开的滚轧单元。在从轧制线移开的位置以虚线显示了一滚轧单元10’。
较佳地,滚轧单元10是相同的,因此可易于彼此互换。每个滚轧单元可容易地从轧制线上移开,并用导向器放回原处。导向器可包括防护罩的部分,如同例如在美国专利第5247820号中公开的一样。
根据前述的,现在本领域普通技术人员应该理解,本发明的组合式轧机的概念提供了对于传统块型和组合式轧机而言的显著优点。例如,保守地估计,从轧制线上迅速移开滚轧单元的能力可减少大约67%的轧机停机时间。因此,对于前述的示例性滚轧运作,可每年增加18000吨/年的产量。使用单个驱动的动力轴并且在动力轴和轧机驱动电机之间免除了昂贵的齿轮单元,可显著节省资本投入以及轧机整个使用期限中的后续维护费用。
考虑到维护,重要的是应该注意,中间传动系统的所有齿轮、轴和相关轴承都包含在滚轧单元10中,并因此易于在从轧机轧制线上移除滚轧单元时定期维护,而不用中断轧机的连续运作。同样,粗锻滚轧单元的锥齿轮组44可从动力轴36脱开,并也经受定期维护,而同时轧机的其余部分继续运作。

Claims (4)

1.一种组合式滚轧机,包括:
多个分开的滚轧单元,沿轧机轧制线设置,每个滚轧单元具有:至少两对支承在辊轴上的工作辊;包含在所述滚轧单元内用于将所述辊轴机械地联接至输入轴的中间传动系统;彼此平行并从其相应的滚轧单元向所述轧制线的第一侧突出的所述滚轧单元的输入轴;
一动力轴,平行于所述轧制线并且设置在所述轧制线的第一侧上;
用于驱动所述动力轴的装置;
平行的输出轴,由锥齿轮组机械地联接至所述动力轴,所述输出轴从所述动力轴向所述轧制线横向突出;以及
联接装置,用于将每个所述输出轴连接至所述输入轴中的相应的一个,所述联接装置可分开,从而适于可选择地将所述滚轧单元移至所述轧制线的与所述第一侧相对的第二侧。
2.如权利要求1所述的组合式滚轧机,其特征在于,所述动力轴细分成诸段,这些段由所述锥齿轮组机械地连接至所述输出轴,并且所述动力轴还包括结合所述动力轴段的离合器,选择地可调整所述离合器从而机械地连接或脱开由此结合的所述动力轴段。
