Abstract

LAMINADOR DE ROLAGEM MODULAR. A presente invenção refere-se a um laminador de rolagem modular, que compreende uma pluralidade de unidades de rolagem separadas dispostas ao longo de uma linha de passada de laminador. Cada unidade de rolagem inclui pelo menos dois pares de rolos de trabalho que definem as passadas de rolos ovais e redondas e carregados sobre eixos de rolo que estão deslocados de 90<198> uns em relação aos outros. As unidades de rolagem contém trens de acionamento intermediários configurados para conectar os eixos de rolo em eixos de entrada paralelos que projetam-se para um primeiro lado da linha de passada das respectivas unidades de rolagem. Um único eixo de linha acionado é paralelo ao e no primeiro lado da linha de passada. Os eixos de saída estão mecanicamente acoplados no eixo de linha por conjuntos de engrenagens cónicas. Os eixos de saída projetam-se lateralmente do eixo de linha na direção da linha de passada e estão conectados por acoplamentos separáveis nos eixos de entrada das unidades de rolagem.
