Abstract

本发明涉及石油加工,特别涉及用于船舶推进装置中的中速柴油机的轻油燃料组合物。本发明的燃料包含4-10%质量的残留燃料、2-10%质量的焦油、10-30%质量的轻催化裂解瓦斯油、5-10%质量的重催化裂解瓦斯油、8-10%质量的直油燃料以及等于或小于100%质量的重油馏分减粘裂化渣油。本发明对组分的组合进行了选择,使燃料运输和储藏稳定性的增加成为可能,使扩展和增加高品质燃料的产量和有效使用炼油厂的低品质产品成为可能。

Description

轻油燃料
本发明涉及石油加工,特别涉及用于船舶推进装置中的中速柴油机的轻油燃料组合物。
本发明的轻油燃料可以以直馏馏分和渣油以及二级产物和其混合物为基础制造。
船用油燃料已众所周知,其含有36-42%质量的直馏残留燃料(straightdistilled residual fuel)、42-48%质量直馏柴油机燃料(straight distilled dieselfuel)、10-22%质量焦化瓦斯油(coking gas oil)或催化裂化瓦斯油(catalyticcracking gas-oil)(Fuel and Oil Chemistry and Technology,1978,No.3,pp.28-30(燃料及石油化工技术,1978,第3期,28-30页))。
但是,这类燃料的特点在于储存时的不稳定的凝固点和馏分部分高达70%质量的不合理的高含量。
公知的还有另一类船舶动力系统燃料,其具有5-30%质量的焦油、达25%质量的260-510℃的宽真空馏分、或宽减粘裂化渣油和260-510℃的宽真空馏分、20-25%质量的轻催化裂化瓦斯油、15-40%质量的氢化柴油机燃料、达0.05%质量的降凝剂以及加至100%质量的直残留燃料(RU2155211,C10L 1/04,2000)。
高含量(达40%质量)氢化柴油机燃料和具有高品质燃料的直残留燃料限制了其应用。
具有以下百分质量组分的船用油燃料与本发明最为接近:
焦油                10-15
轻催化裂解瓦斯油    15-30
重催化裂解瓦斯油    10-20
氢化柴油机燃料      19-30
油燃料渣油    加至100

但是,这种燃料未表现出高稳定性,导致在运输和储存过程中船用燃料分离;此外,这种燃料含有大量的氢化柴油机燃料和直残留燃料。
本发明的目的是增加燃料的稳定性,扩大其品种,并增加用于船舶能量系统的高品质燃料的产量。
作为这个问题的解决方案,本发明提供具有下列百分质量组分的轻油燃料:
油燃料渣油              4-10
焦油                    2-10
轻催化裂解瓦斯油        10-30
重催化裂解瓦斯油        5-10
直馏柴油燃料            8-10
重油馏分减粘裂化渣油    加至100
同时,在某些情况下,该燃料可以含有含有达5%质量的轻焦化瓦斯油和0.02-0.1%质量的基于乙烯和乙烯-醋酸共聚物的降凝剂。
本发明提出的技术方案的特别之处在于,本发明的燃料中,最大限度地以先进石油加工的残留产物代替直馏渣油,并且用直馏柴油燃料代替氢化燃料。
提供的组分的组合及可使燃料运输和存储时的稳定性增加,可使高品质燃料名单扩展,并增加产量,有效利用炼油厂的低品质产品。
该燃料通过混合其组分的方式制备。
为了说明该技术方案的本质,制备五种燃料样品。
用于燃料中的组分的特性列于表1中。焦油减粘裂化渣油或焦油和残留燃料的混合物用作提供的燃料的基础。
制备的组合物样品和质量指标列于表2中。
表2中列出的数据表明,提供的燃料样品完全符合船舶动力系统燃料的GOST标准。

Claims (3)

1.一种轻油燃料,含有残留燃料、焦油、轻催化裂解瓦斯油、重催化裂解瓦斯油,其特征在于,其含有直馏柴油燃料和重油馏分减粘裂化渣油组分,其具有以下百分质量的组分的组合:
油燃料渣油              4-10
焦油                    2-10
轻催化裂解瓦斯油        10-30
重催化裂解瓦斯油        5-10
直馏柴油燃料            8-10
重油馏分减粘裂化渣油    加至100
2.根据权利要求1所述的轻油燃料,其特征在于其还含有附加的达5%质量的轻焦化瓦斯油。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的轻油燃料,其特征在于其还含有附加的0.02-0.1%质量的基于乙烯和乙烯-醋酸共聚物的降凝剂。
