Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导向器的固定装置,包括一个把固定装置安装在支座上的固定部分,和一个用于支撑导向器的支撑部分。
背景技术
现在已知有各种各样的固定装置来固定导向器,比如以电缆或电缆线方式固定在支座上,特别是固定在车辆的车身上的液压导向器或电动导向器。导向器例如可以安装在轨道上,该轨道通过相邻的夹装部分夹紧在车辆车身的边缘。电缆固定在两个部分中是已知的,其包括一个轨道和一个基体部分。为了用电缆把轨道固定在车辆车身上,基体部分被接合入车辆车身的孔内。但是,这种两部分的固定装置通常的不足之处是必须最先进行装配。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一个导向器的固定装置,该固定装置易于操作,价格合适并且便于安装在支座上。
本发明的目的通过上面提及的那种类型的固定装置实现,其中本发明至少包括一个附加的夹持部分,其从支撑部分延伸以用来把固定装置预先安装在导向器中。本发明基于这样一种发现,即当固定装置预先安装在导向器上时,用机械方式把导向器固定在支座上的操作更加快捷和简单。按照本发明,附加提供的夹持部分使得固定装置在固定在支座上之前能以一种简单的方式暂时安装在导向器上。如果需要,可以在固定装置最终将其固定部分安装在支座上之前,固定装置在导向器上的位置可以进行校正。如果需要,除了通过夹持部分安装外,导向器可以用另外一种方式连接至固定装置。
根据本发明的优选实施例,提供了两个沿相反方向延伸的夹持部分。这使导向器上的安装更加稳定。
结构使得导向器夹持在支撑部分和夹持部分之间的夹持部分不需要另外的辅助方式也能实现一种特别简单的预先安装。这种预先安装同样可以很容易地拆卸。
夹持部分优选的具有一个在导向器上横向延伸的夹持托架。该夹持托架可以通过沿导向器方向延伸的臂与支撑部分连接起来。当使用粘性胶带或类似物把导向器安全安装在固定装置上时,该臂可以被用作导向器的固定轨道和导轨。
为了使固定装置在导向器上的简单操作和稳定,提供了一种弹性可变形的夹持部分。
为了防止固定装置在导向器上不期望的滑动,支撑部分设有一些肋条来作为防止移位的安全件。

具体实施方式
附图1和2中所示的固定装置10由塑料制成并且具有支撑部份12,其固定于用于导向器的支座上。装置10还包括一个固定部分14和两个夹持部分16。固定部分14从支撑部分12的一侧背向导向器延伸并且用来把固定装置10固定在支座中。根据所提供的固定方式(在孔内,在螺栓上,在金属板材的边缘等等),固定装置14可以有不同的构造方式。
支撑部分12相对于横向方向X弯曲,并且在背离固定装置14的一侧上具有一个用于导向器的凹形支撑表面。在下面的实施例中,支撑表面由几个平行布置的肋条18组成,这些肋条沿横向方向X延伸。
两个夹持部分16沿支撑部分12的直径端的相反方向延伸。夹持部分16分别由弹性可变形的(柔性的)相对于横向方向X弯曲的伸长臂20和托架22组成,托架22的弯曲方向与支撑部分12的弯曲方向相反。尤其从附图2可以看出,臂20相对于与横向方向X垂直的纵向方向Y朝固定部分14倾斜(即按照附图2所示向下的方向)。支撑部分12的最低点与托架22的较低端部之间的高度差在附图2中用附图标记d表示。
为了将导向器固定在支座上,固定装置10先预安装在导向器上。要做到这样,导向器沿纵向方向Y放置在支撑表面18上,同时两个夹持托架22根据它们的弯曲方向放置在导向器上。由于伸长臂20的倾斜度,在托架22和支撑部分12之间的夹持力就施加在导向器上,因此固定装置10安装在导向器上。夹持力主要由高度差d确定。支撑部分12的肋条18阻止了固定装置10在导向器上沿纵向方向Y的滑动。但是,固定装置10的位置仍然可以在预安装之后根据需要改变,因为这种预安装可以毫无困难地拆卸。为了导向器在支座上的最终固定,固定装置10利用固定部分14安装在支座上。如果夹持部分16的夹持力不够或者需要额外的保护,导向器还可通过电缆连接器、电缆夹子、粘性带或者利用在案中作为轨道的臂20的另外一种方式来进行连接。
本发明所述的固定装置10的优点在于能通过注塑模具的方式来制成一个单一零件。该固定装置10不但能用在汽车领域,尤其还能应用在诸如冰箱、烤箱、洗衣机、洗碗机、干燥机等(即所说的大型家用电器)的电气设备中。
Claims (7)
1.一种用于导向器的固定装置(10),包括:
固定部分(14),用于把固定装置(10)安装在支座上;和
用于导向器的支撑部分(12);
其特征在于,至少一个附加夹持部分(16)从支撑部分(12)延伸以用于将固定装置(10)预安装在导向器上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:包括两个在相反方向延伸的夹持部分(16)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:夹持部分(16)构造为导向器能夹紧在支撑部分(12)和夹持部分(16)之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:夹持部分(16)包括在导向器上横向延伸的夹持托架(22)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的固定装置,其特征在于:夹持托架(22)通过沿导向器延伸的臂(20)与支撑部分(12)连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:夹持部分(16)是弹性可变形的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的固定装置,其特征在于:支撑部分(12)具有一些作为防止移位的安全件的肋条(18)。
