Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于分配瓶帽，优选为用于饮料、啤酒等生产的单次使用的一次性瓶帽的设备，所述设备用于与自动食品售卖机结合使用。
背景技术
如本说明书所使用的，术语“瓶帽”应理解为：表示和限定出具有环形边缘的圆柱形或基本截头圆锥形的封套。
现在，在市场上越来越多地找到自动食品售卖机，其中这种售卖机器使用包含食品的瓶帽，以简单且容易地按购买者的要求分配瓶帽或者生产饮料。
对于售卖机使用瓶帽的第一种上述模式，本领域已知瓶帽分配器，其中包括多个隔室的旋转拾取装置从贮藏在容器中的瓶帽堆中提取出瓶帽。使以这种方式拾取的瓶帽简单地落下，即允许瓶帽下落至输送器上，输送器朝向购买者能够捡取瓶帽的机器位置传送瓶帽。
然而，在瓶帽相反地用于生产饮料的情况中，不能使用上述类型的瓶帽分配器，其原因在于，酿造单元或者至少制备饮料的单元必须将瓶帽容纳至其准确限定的方位，以便不仅防止售卖机不希望有地产生阻塞或者相似的危险，而且确保正确地酿造包含在瓶帽中的产品。
发明内容
因此，为了这些应用，需要提供有效的分配设备，这种分配设备能够从贮藏容器中拾取瓶帽，并沿着瓶帽的明确限定的方位朝向使用位置输送瓶帽。
从结构观点和分配器施加给瓶帽的运动类型来看，分配器的复杂性主要在于，瓶帽本身贮藏在售卖机中的这种方式。在瓶帽散装地贮藏在容器，即宽松地地贮藏在容器中的情况中，分配器必须具有复杂的定向装置，当分配器拾取瓶帽时，定向装置根据酿造单元所采取的正确方向来有效地处理瓶帽。在瓶帽相反地以诸如彼此堆叠的预定次序贮藏在贮藏容器的情况中，以下是不够的，即瓶帽由拾取装置拾取，然后自由地落在酿造单元上，诸如上述类型的分配器中发生的一样。

根据本发明，在一种用于自动食品售卖机的瓶帽分配设备中达到上述这些目的，这种瓶帽分配设备包含权利要求1所述的特征。通过如下的、通过参考附图的非限制性示例给出的说明，将至少更加容易地理解本发明的特征和优点，其中：

具体实施方式
参考上述附图，本发明的瓶帽分配设备(capsule dispensingapparatus)包括多个盒状构件1，每个盒状构件1都设置成两个基本上相似的半体形式，两个半体以可拆卸的方式、通过插销接头4而彼此装配在一起。每个半体2、3包括壁5和6，壁5和6布置为：当装配两个半体2、3时，壁5和6彼此面对。这些壁5、6限定出多个容纳器7，容纳器7在其端部处开放，且瓶帽8能够以彼此堆叠的布置容纳在容纳器7中。可拆卸盖19封闭每个容纳器7的端部之一。拾取装置9设置在每个这种盒状构件1的基部处，以便能够从容纳器7中一个接一个地提取出堆叠的瓶帽8。每个拾取装置9都为旋转式，其具有绕着其旋转轴线分布的两个或多个隔室10。具体而言，拾取装置9可包括基本呈圆柱形状的旋转构件11，其中隔室10沿着圆柱体的侧表面以螺旋状形式分布。这种优选分布能够使隔室10顺次与相应的容纳器7的基部相对齐。采用这种方法，旋转构件11的旋转每次提取出一个瓶帽8，同时有效且安全地将容纳在另一个容纳器7中的瓶帽8保持为位于参与实际瓶帽提取操作的一个容纳器的附近。通过本领域已知类型的马达装置12来旋转地驱动每个拾取装置9。
然后，如此从容纳器7提取出的瓶帽8被引向包括斜面15的输送器13，输送器13优选为与自动瓶帽释放装置14相合作。瓶帽8沿着斜面15运输，且按照预定定向布置在斜面15上，瓶帽8由瓶帽释放装置14所接纳，然后在释放机构的作用下，将瓶帽8布置至用于购买者捡取瓶帽的输送室或者待制备的饮料的酿造单元中。
分布托盘20布置在输送器13和每个拾取装置9之间，该分布托盘20包括第一弯曲或倾斜壁16和彼此规则地间隔开且基本上垂直于第一壁16布置的多个第二壁17。第一壁16与第二壁17一起限定出引导隔离件18的类型，该引导隔离件18能够从容纳器7提取出瓶帽8，以执行旋转运动。
这些引导隔离件18布置为对应于拾取装置9的隔室10，以便拾取装置9基本上能够从包含在相应容纳器7中的瓶帽堆的基部提取出瓶帽8，并将瓶帽8释放至所述隔离件18中的一个内。鉴于合理布置容纳器7中的用于贮藏瓶帽8的空间，以及防止瓶帽在分配设备内进行运动和处理时被阻塞或者卡住，容纳器7成形为能够以堆叠布置方式接收和容纳瓶帽，以及布置为使其纵向轴线α平行于拾取装置9的旋转轴线。由于这种布置，以及由于设置了所述第一弯曲或倾斜壁16，故引导隔离件18使得瓶帽8下落在其中，以绕着其纵向轴线执行旋转运动。然后当瓶帽8离开引导隔离件18时，瓶帽8由于重力作用而落在输送器13上。当瓶帽8以这种方式落在输送器上时，相同瓶帽8的重心位置使瓶帽进行旋转，该旋转有效地使瓶帽8进入能够容纳瓶帽8的释放装置14所需要的预定方位。
例如，根据本发明的瓶帽分配设备适合于在生产酿造饮料的自动售卖机中使用，或者等同地，适合于在瓶帽将要以密封状态(即为对于购买者根据他/她自身的要求或偏好的随后使用而一体)分配的自动售卖机中使用。
因此，从上述说明完全明显的是，本发明的能力通过提供瓶帽分配设备而有效地达到前述的目的和优点，这种瓶帽分配设备的结构非常简单，且仅需要小的空间。类似地，能够容易地理解根据本发明的瓶帽分配设备如何完全而且最有利地可靠，从而减少了当为了分配而在机器中处理时瓶帽陷入阻塞状态的可能性。
根据本发明的瓶帽分配设备有利地确保了方便的制造，以及可以容易地适合于在现有售卖机中使用。
应注意的是，可以每次选择本发明设备的各个物件的使用材料、形状和尺寸，以便更加适当地满足具体要求或者适合具体的应用。
进入本发明设备的结构中的各种物件和部件当然不会单单且严格地以上述方式具体化，而是能够以许多不同的实施例实现，所有这些实施例都落在本发明的范围内。

Claims (8)

1.用于分配瓶帽，优选为用于饮料、啤酒等生产的单次使用的一次性瓶帽(8)的设备，所述设备用于与自动食品售卖机结合使用，包括：
适合于以堆叠布置方式容纳瓶帽(8)的多个容纳器(7)；
用于从所述容纳器(7)移出所述瓶帽(8)的至少一个旋转式拾取装置(9)，所述拾取装置具有绕其旋转轴线分布的两个或多个隔室(10)；
输送器(13)，
其特征在于：分布托盘(20)布置在所述至少拾取装置(9)和所述输送器(13)之间，分布托盘(20)包括适合于能够使所述瓶帽(8)进行旋转运动的多个引导隔离件(18)。
2.如权利要求1所述的瓶帽分配设备，其中，所述分布托盘(20)包括第一弯曲或倾斜壁(16)和彼此规则地间隔开且基本上垂直于所述第一壁(16)布置的多个第二壁(17)，所述第一壁(16)和所述第二壁(17)联合限定出所述引导隔离件(18)。
3.如权利要求2所述的瓶帽分配设备，其中，所述引导隔离件(18)设置成对应于所述拾取装置(9)的所述隔室(10)。
4.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的瓶帽分配设备，其中，所述旋转运动绕着每个瓶帽(8)的纵向轴线(α)进行。
5.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的瓶帽分配设备，其中，所述输送器(13)包括与自动瓶帽释放装置(14)相连的斜面(15)。
6.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的瓶帽分配设备，其中，所述容纳器(7)成形为以便能够以堆叠布置方式接收和容纳瓶帽(8)，并且所述容纳器(7)布置为以便其纵向轴线(α)平行于所述拾取装置(9)的旋转轴线。
7.如前述权利要求中的任一项所述的瓶帽分配设备，其中，所述拾取装置(9)包括呈基本呈圆柱形状的旋转构件(11)，其中所述隔室(10)沿着所述圆柱形构件(11)的侧表面以螺旋状形式分布。
8.包括根据前述权利要求1至7的瓶帽分配设备的自动食品售卖机。
