Abstract

技术领域

本发明建议借助于这样一种解决方案,即平台和剪式支承装置结合在框架中,该框架安装成可绕在底盘的前端处的水平轴线运动,该框架由设置在底盘上的垂直可调节的支承座(德文:Auflager)支承,并且底盘在其后端设有开口,该开口从底板向上延伸,比所述底盘的前端区域宽且比框架的宽度A宽。
第一个优点在于,该剪式升降小车可以节省空间的方式与相同的小车叠套。
另一个优点在于,在底盘后端延伸的开口用于叠套剪式升降小车。

具体实施方式
图1示出处于垂直调节位置的带有框架18、平台6以及剪式支承装置17的剪式升降小车1的立体图。平台6借助于升降装置19抬升到该位置,所述升降装置19包括机动升降缸14、16并设有保护器15。升降装置19设置在底盘5的后端20,并固定地连接到框架18。升降装置19由电气装置10以已知方式驱动,所述电气装置10设置在固定滚子9的轮架12上。平台6连接至两个剪式支承装置17,这两个支承装置固定地连接至平台6的下侧23并可动地安装在框架18的内侧21上。底盘5在其后端20设有从底板向上延伸的开口28。该开口28比底盘5的前端区域27和框架18的宽度A都要宽。在剪式升降小车1的篮子4中设有独立的能量供应装置13。用于控制电气装置10的控制装置3(未示出)固定地设置在剪式升降小车1的推动装置2上。垂直可调节的支承座11(在该图中未示出)固定地设置在底盘5上并在叠套过程中支承框架18。

1.一种可手动移动的剪式升降小车(1),该小车包括底盘(5)、推动装置(2)以及用于装载负荷的平台(6),其中,所述平台(6)设置成可借助于机动剪式支承装置(17)来垂直调节,其特征在于,所述平台(6)和所述剪式支承装置(17)结合在框架(18)中,所述框架(18)安装成可绕在所述底盘(5)的前端(26)处的水平轴线(29)运动,所述框架(18)由设置在所述底盘(5)上的垂直可调节的支承座(11)支承,并且所述底盘(5)在其后端(20)设有开口(28),该开口(28)从底板向上延伸,比所述底盘(5)的前端区域(27)宽且比所述框架(18)的宽度A宽。
2.如权利要求1所述的可手动移动的剪式升降小车,其特征在于,所述垂直可调节的支承座(11)固定地设置在所述底盘(5)的长侧(22)上。
3.如权利要求1所述的可手动移动的剪式升降小车,其特征在于,所述垂直可调节的支承座(11)借助于电气装置(10)来驱动。
