Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft einen von Hand bewegbaren Scherenhub wagen (1), mit einem Fahrgestell (5), mit einer Schiebeeinrichtung (2) und mit einer Plattform (6) zum Tragen von Lasten, wobei die Plattform (6) mittels einer kraftbetriebenen scherenartigen Stützvomchtung (17) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass die Plattform (6) und die scherenartige Stützvorrichtung (17) in einen Rahmen (18) eingebunden sind, der an der Stirnseite (26) des Falirgestelles (5) um eine horizontale Achse (29) bewegbar gelagert ist, dass der Rahmen (18) von höhenverstellbaren Auflagern (11) gestützt ist, die am Fahrgestell (5) angeordnet sind und dass das Fahrgestell (5) an der Rückseile (20) eine vom Fußboden nach oben sich erstreckende Öffnung (28) aufweist, die breiter ist als der vordere Bereich (27) des Fahrgestelles (5) und breiter ist als die Breite A des Rahmens (18).
Description
Scherenliubwagen
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen von Hand bewegbaren Scherenhubwagen, mit einem Fahrgestell, mit einer Schiebeeinrichtung und mit einer Plattform zum Tragen von Lasten, wobei die Plattform mittels einer kraftbetriebenen scherenartigen Stützvorrichtung höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist.
Zum Stand der Technik zählt ein Scheren-Hubwagen wie er beispielsweise von der Fa. Fechtel Transportgeräte GmbH hergestellt wird. Dieser Scheren-Hubwagen dient üblicherweise zur Beförderung von Paletten und weist zweckmäßigerweise eine höhenveränderliche Abstelleinrichtung auf, die mittels einer Hubvorrichtung, die durch ein Fußpedal zu bedienen ist, hö- henveränderlich ist. Durch zwei scherenartige Abstützungen gewinnt die Abstelleinrichtung an Stabilität. Weiterhin weist diese Art von Scheren- Hubwagen zwei Lenkrollen und eine an der Rückseite des Scheren- Hubwagens angeordnete Schiebeeinrichtung auf.
Der Nachteil dieses Scherenhubwagens besteht darin, dass die Möglichkeit der Stapelbarkeit mit gleichen Wagen nicht gegeben ist.
Die Aufgabe der Erfindung besteht darin, einen Scherenhubwagen der eingangs genannten Art so weiterzuentwickeln, dass dieser in einen gleich ge- stalteten Scherenhubwagen Platz sparend einschiebbar ist.
Als Lösung wird vorgeschlagen, dass die Plattform und die scherenartige Stützvorrichtung in einen Rahmen eingebunden sind, der an der Stirnseite des Fahrgestelles um eine horizontale Achse bewegbar gelagert ist, dass der
Rahmen von höhenverstellbaren Auflagern gestützt ist, die am Fahrgestell angeordnet sind und dass das Fahrgestell an der Rückseite eine vom Fußboden nach oben sich erstreckende Öffnung aufweist, die breiter ist als der vordere Bereich des Fahrgestelles und breiter ist als die Breite A des Rah- mens.
Ein erster Vorteil liegt darin, dass der Scherenhubwagen in gleiche Wagen Platz sparend stapelbar ist.
Ein weiterer Vorteil liegt darin, dass die an der Rückseite des Fahrgestells sich erstreckende Öffnung, für das Ineinanderstapeln der Scherenhubwagen genutzt ist.
Die Erfindung wird anhand von Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert. Es zeigt
Fig. 1 einen Scherenhubwagen in 3-D-Darstellung mit einem Rahmen, einer Plattform und scherenartigen Stützvorrichtungen in höhenveränderter Position; Fig. 2 einen Scherenhubwagen in 3 -D-Darstellung mit einem Rahmen, einer Plattform und scherenartigen Stützvorrichtungen in Grandposition;
Fig. 3 einen Scherenhubwagen in 3-D-Darstellung Platz sparend gestapelt in einen gleichen Wagen sowie Fig. 4 einen Scherenhubwagen in Seitenansicht Platz sparend gestapelt in einen gleichen Wagen.
Fig. 1 zeigt in 3-D-Darstellung einen Scherenhub wagen 1 mit einem Rahmen 18, einer Plattform 6 und scherenartigen Stützvorrichtung 17 in höhenveränderter Position. In diese Position ist die Plattform 6 mittels der Hubvorrichtung 19 gehoben worden, die aus einem kraftbetriebenem Hubzylin- der 14, 16 besteht und mit einem Schutz 15 versehen. Die Hub Vorrichtung 19 ist an der Rückseite 20 des Fahrgestelles 5 vorgesehen und ortsfest mit dem Rahmen 18 verbunden. Die Hubvorrichtung 19 ist in bekannter Weise durch einen elektrischen Antrieb 10 angetrieben, der auf der Radhalterung 12 der Bockrolle 9 angeordnet ist. Die Plattform 6 ist verbunden mit zwei scherenartigen Stützvoπichtungen 17, die ortsfest mit der Unterseite 23 der Plattform 6 verbunden sind und beweglich an der Innenseite 21 des Rahmens 18 gelagert sind. Das Fahrgestell 5 weist an der Rückseite 20 eine vom Fußboden nach oben hin sich erstreckende Öffnung 28 auf. Die Öffnung 28 ist sowohl breiter als der vordere Bereich 27 des Fahrgestelles 5 als auch als die Breite A des Rahmens 18. Im Korb 4 des Scherenhub wagens 1 ist eine separate Energiezufuhr 13 vorgesehen. An der Schiebeeinrichtung 2 des Scherenhub wagens 1 ist eine nicht dargestellte Steuerungs Vorrichtung 3 für die Steuerung des elektrischen Antriebs 10 ortsfest vorgesehen. Am Fahrgestell 5 sind in dieser Zeichnung nicht dargestellte höhenverstellbare Auflager 11 ortsfest angeordnet, die den Rahmen 18 während des Stapeins stützen.
Fig. 2 zeigt einen Scherenhubwagen 1 in 3-D-Darstellung mit einem Rahmen 18, einer Plattform 6 und scherenartigen Stützvorrichtungen 17 in Grundposition. Die Plattform 6 ist sich in waagrechter Lage. Die Hubvorrichtung 19 ist mit einem Schutz 15 verdeckt. Die Plattform 6 liegt auf den scherenartigen Stützvorrichtungen 17 auf und ist auch in dieser Position zum Abstellen von nicht dargestellter Ware 7 nutzbar.
Die Fig. 3 und 4 zeigen in 3-D-Darstelhmg bzw. Seitenansicht einen Sche- renhubwagen 1 gestapelt in einen gleichen Wagen 1 '. Jeder Scherenhubwa- gen 1 bzw. 1 ' weist vier Lenkrollen 8 und eine Bockrolle 9 auf. Der Rahmen 18 ist an der Stirnseite 26 des Fahrgestells 5 um eine horizontale Achse 29 bewegbar gelagert. Zum Ineinanderstapeln ist die Plattform 6 zur Stirnseite 26 geneigt. Das Fahrgestell 5 weist eine Öffnung 28 auf, die breiter ist als der vordere Bereich 27 des Fahrgestelles 5. Der Rahmen 18 ist von zwei höhenverstellbaren Auflagern 11 gestützt, die ortsfest an den langen Seiten 22 des Fahrgestell 5 angeordnet sind. Die Auflager 11 sind mit dem elektri- sehen Antrieb 10 verbunden und mittels der nicht dargestellten Steuerungsvorrichtung 3, der an der Schiebeeinrichtung 2 des Scherenhubwagens 1 bzw. 1 ' vorgesehen ist, steuerbar. Die Halterungen 24 des zweiten Transportwagens 1 ' liegen auf Auflagern 25 des ersten Transportwagens 1 auf. Der obere Teil 30 der Halterungen 24 gibt die Höhe vor, in die die Platt- form 6 mittels der Auflager 11 zu heben ist, um eine optimale Stapelung zu gewährleisten.
Claims
1. Von Hand bewegbarer Scherenhubwagen (1), mit einem Fahrgestell (5), mit einer Schiebeeinrichtung (2) und mit einer Plattform (6) zum
Tragen von Lasten, wobei die Plattform (6) mittels einer kraftbetrie- benen scherenartigen Stützvorrichtung (17) höhenverstellbar angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Plattform (6) und die scherenartige Stützvorrichtung (17) in einen Rahmen (18) eingebun- den sind, der an der Stirnseite (26) des Fahrgestelles (5) um eine horizontale Achse (29) bewegbar gelagert ist, dass der Rahmen (18) von höhenverstellbaren Auflagern (11) gestützt ist, die am Fahrgestell (5) angeordnet sind und dass das Fahrgestell (5) an der Rückseite (20) eine vom Fußboden nach oben sich erstreckende Öffnung (28) aufweist, die breiter ist als der vordere Bereich (27) des Fahrgestelles (5) und breiter ist als die Breite A des Rahmens (18).
2. Von Hand bewegbarer Scherenhubwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die höhenverstellbaren Auflager (11) an den langen Seiten (22) des Fahrgestells (5) ortsfest angeordnet sind.
3. Von Hand bewegbarer Scherenhubwagen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die höhenverstellbaren Auflager (11) mittels eines elektronischen Antriebs (10) angetrieben sind.
