已知上述类型的燃气旋塞,其设置有圆顶状轴承衬套以引导致动轴的旋转并且同时起到了用于中空旋塞主体的盖的功能。燃气旋塞安装在前控制面板中,且致动轴穿过炊具中的外部控制面板,而旋塞主体安置在炊具内部,与燃气供应管或管接头相连。致动轴的外部自由端和插入致动轴中的旋转控制旋钮装配在一起。可以通过从致动轴拨出控制旋钮而将其卸下。旋塞的中空主体自身具有燃气出口管道,该燃气出口管道连接至相应的炊具燃烧器。

发明内容

调节机件6可以随着轴7沿两个方向中的任一方向旋转角度“A”,即从与阀关闭状态相对应的初始角“OFF”位置开始旋转大于180°并且小于360°的角度A。OFF位置是旋转行程“A”的初始端,其由轴上的径向销13形成。盖12具有用于径向销13的滑动表面,该滑动表面沿旋转弧“A3”延伸终止在盖的凹部12a中,该凹部12a用作针对径向销13的旋转的止动部。
图2和3示出了在此描述的炊具的两个实施方式1A和1B中使用的旋转阀3的实施例。截头圆锥形调节机件6从角位置OFF起沿顺时针方向旋转,可按照旋转角度“A”的函数而调节不同燃气流的供应,即,最大流量“Qmax”、最小流量“Qmin”以及Qmax与Qmin之间的中间流量“Qint”。当在功率相同的情况下向相应燃烧器供气时,天然气的恒定最小流量“Qmin”必须高于液化气的恒定最小流量“Qmin”。
根据向炊具提供的是天然气还是液化气,通过与控制旋钮9成一体的附件14来区别要装配在致动轴7上的控制旋钮。图1上呈现的在安装在炊具1A上之前要被选择以接合至每一个阀旋转轴的第一种控制旋钮9适于供应天然气,由此,该控制旋钮9设置有从旋钮基部9a面向面板2突出的突出部或附件14。第二种控制旋钮9缺少突出部14(图中未示出),因而,选择用于提供液化气的选择方案以被安装在炊具1A上,用于提供液化气。在这种情况下,可以将控制旋钮9旋转到角“A3”,该角“A3”大于针对设置有突出部14的旋钮单元9的极限位置A2。图3中描绘的针对调节机件6的位置的角极限A3是通过止靠在阀盖12中的所述凹部12a的所述径向销13而施加的。
参照图2和3,调节机件6旋转至角位置A1=90°,以在两种类型的炊具1上提供最大流量“Qmax”的天然气或液化石油气。在这个角位置A1中,入流Qmax是通过调节机件中的通孔16面对入口管道4而调节成的。如果进一步旋转调节机件6,则通过呈面积渐减的凹槽形式的下一流量开口17而提供中间流量“Qint”。“Qint”流量随旋转的角度A而减少,大大低于Qmax,直到针对“Qmin”流量的通孔18在对应角位置A2=210度处面对入口管道4为止。针对供应Qmin的天然气而校准该孔18的直径D1。
在天然气类型炊具上,设置有附件14的类型的旋钮不能转动大于A2的角。外部控制面板2(图4)具有旋钮9的所述附件14沿着行进的圆环形凹槽20。其角的大小A2=210度对控制调节机件6的角行程进行限制,即从OFF位置起到通过孔18流出Qmin流量的天然气的出口。
安装在面板2上后,选择来供应LPG的旋钮单元9缺少所述附件14或任何其它限制旋转角“A”的元件。由此,调节机件6可以旋转至A3=270度的角位置,与先前位置“A2”相比定位成更加远离初始OFF位置,直到第二通孔19与入口管道4对准。针对供应预定“Qmin”流量的液化石油气而校准该孔19的直径D2。
因为阀主体是根据对致动轴7、13的旋转已经施加了A3=270度的限制的现有模型构造的,因此优选的是,控制旋钮9按钮施加比通过致动轴7、13施加的端位置A3小的旋转端位置A2。在此,角度值是作为实施例示出的。类似的是,调节阀3及其旋转调节机件6可构造成具有叠合至阀的出口管道5(而不是如图2所示的入口管道4)以调节流量“Q”的通孔16-19。
阀主体的盖12配备有管状部件12b和凹部12a,该管状部件12b用于引导阀的致动轴7,该凹部12a用来限制与液化石油气的Qmin相对应的角行程A3=270度。可以利用模压操作以低成本制成盖12。也可以通过塑料模制廉价地制成用于设置有和没有引导装置14的两种不同类型的控制旋钮9的模具。
两个止动装置12a和20分别在炊具1A的阀主体3a中和控制器或组件面板2中的布置与两个角行程A3和A2对应,这两种止动装置中的每一种止动装置都具有预定圆形延展度。角行程A3与A2之间存在的角间隔A3-A2对应于通道18与19的两个孔之间的中间间隔,这两个孔分别是针对恒定Qmin的天然气和液化石油气校准的。由此,同样的阀单元3适于向炊具1A供应两种燃气中的任一种燃气,而无需为了提供另一种燃气而对调节机件6进行任何调整或改变。
下面,参照图5和图6对炊具的第二优选实施方式1B进行说明,在该炊具的外部面板2′上安装有一个或更多个旋转阀3。旋转阀3与上述图1中所示的第一实施方式1A一样,包括具有径向销13的致动轴7、诸如图2和图3中所示的调节器机件的调节器机件6,以及具有基部9a和引导装置或附件14的控制旋钮9。在炊具的该第二实施方式1B中,外部元件面板2′被改为包括用于环绕控制旋钮9的玻璃框架盘22的控制面板,该玻璃框架盘22固定至外部控制面板的可见面上的开口2a′。玻璃框架盘22为现有技术中使用的类型,出于装饰目的而具有调节机件6的所述角位置,即OFF、A1、A2、A3的指示器刻度盘,并且形成面板2′的一部分。玻璃框架盘22被相应阀的致动轴7的一端贯穿,具有容纳旋钮的基部9a的中央凹部22a。
玻璃框架盘22设置有针对控制旋钮9的旋转的止动装置24。止动装置24向旋钮的基部9a处的引导装置14突出,并且如图6所示,优选地构造成从凹部22a的表面中的切除部分而扳起的舌片24。旋转引导装置14在它被旋转至调节器机件6的与供应Qmin流量天然气对应的极限位置“A2”(图3)时碰到舌片24。在阀的“OFF”位置中,附件14抵靠中央凹部22a中的止挡23,由此从止挡23起到舌片24的间隔即为角行程A2。第二种类型的玻璃框架盘22缺少针对行程阻止“A2”的舌片24(这一情况在附图中未示出)。第二种类型的玻璃框架盘22也被提供给炊具1B的用户,以被选择用于供应“Qmin”流量的液化石油气,据此,仅通过轴7的径向销13施加旋转限制“A”,通过调节器机件6中的校准孔19,直到调节机件6的第二极限位置“A3”为止(图2)。根据第二实施方式1B,不管是供应天然气或液化石油气,用户都组装同一类型的配备有附件14的控制旋钮9,但是相应采用设置有或者没有设置旋转止动舌片24的玻璃框架盘22。
除了上述实施方式1A和1B以外,本发明的其它实施方式也是可行的。选择那些设置有旋转引导装置14的一类控制旋钮9单元的一半,或者选择那些设置有止动装置24的面板元件单元22的一半来组装用于提供天然气的类型的炊具1A或1B,所述引导装置14与炊具的固定部件上的止动装置20或22相互作用。另一方面,要被供应液化石油气的炊具将配备有一半缺少旋转引导装置14的旋钮单元9,或者配备有一半缺少止动装置24的面板元件单元22。
同样,可以构造轴7的另一旋转引导装置,其不同于在此所述的径向销13,用于通过校准孔19形成Qmin量的液化石油气的供应位置A3,该旋转引导装置与本体3a中的也和这里所述的盖12中的凹部12a不同的行程止动件相互作用。炊具1A、1B始终配备有同样的旋转阀3用于供应天然气或液化石油气,仅需选择控制旋钮9的类型(设置有或没有设置旋转引导装置14),或者选择设置有或没有设置旋转止动装置24的面板元件单元22。

Claims (9)

1、一种适用于不同种类的气体燃料,即天然气(NG)或液化石油气(LPG)供应的燃气炊具,该燃气炊具配备有旋转调节器机件(6)型的一个或更多个调节阀(3),该燃气炊具包括:
-外部控制面板(2,2′),该外部控制面板处于所述炊具(1A,1B)中用于在其中安装所述调节阀(3),
-所述调节阀(3)具有阀主体(3a)、入口管道(4)和出口管道(5)、中央腔(8)、致动轴(7)以及可互换控制旋钮(9),所述阀主体设置有用于所述调节器机件(6)的壳体,所述中央腔与所述入口管道和所述出口管道连通,所述致动轴安装成从所述炊具(1A,1B)上的控制面板(2)突出,而所述可互换控制旋钮结合在所述致动轴的自由端上,用于调节引向所述阀的所述出口管道的NG或LPG种类的燃气流量“Q”,
-所述旋转调节器机件(6)设置有回转外周表面和多种外周贯通开口(16-19),所述贯通开口通过所述控制旋钮的旋转而与所述中央腔连通,根据所述调节器机件(6)从初始阀关闭“OFF”位置开始的各角位置A1,A2,A3而相继叠合对准所述入口管道/出口管道,
-其中,根据所述调节机件的所述角位置A1,A2,A3中的每一个角位置,与面对所述入口管道/出口管道的所述贯通开口(16-19)的横截面积相对应地向所述出口管道提供三种不同的可能流量,即,恒定最大流量“Qmax”、中间流量“Qint”以及恒定最小流量“Qmin”,
所述燃气炊具的特征在于
-所述可互换控制旋钮(9)设置有一体的旋转引导装置(14),所述一体的旋转引导装置与所述炊具的所述外部面板(2,2′)中的旋转止动装置(20)相互作用以限制所述调节机件(6)的角行程A,并且确定针对所述控制旋钮的极限位置A2,而且
-所述致动轴(7)设置有旋转引导装置(13),所述旋转引导装置与所述阀主体中的用于所述控制旋钮的角行程“A”的旋转止动装置(12a)相互作用,所述旋转止动装置确定与前述极限位置A2相邻的第二极限位置A3,在两个极限位置A2,A3中,相应开(18,19)面对所述出口管道/入口管道,所述开口通过用于恒定供应Qmin的一种燃气NG或另一种LPG的贯通截面而彼此区别地校准。
2、根据权利要求1所述的燃气炊具,其中,所述控制旋钮上的所述旋转引导装置(14)包括位于旋钮基部(9a)上面对所述控制面板(2)的、用于确定前述极限位置A2的行程范围的一体突出部或附件(14),而所述致动轴(7)上的所述旋转引导装置(13)包括径向销(13),该径向销与所述阀主体(3a)的所述盖上的凹部(12a)相互作用,该凹部在所述第二极限位置A3上施加行程阻止。
3、根据权利要求1所述的燃气炊具,其中,所述控制旋钮(9)上的所述引导装置(14)包括位于该控制旋钮的基部(9a)上面对所述控制面板(2)的、在前述极限位置A2处确定旋转阻止以供应Qmin的NG燃气的突出部或附件(14),其中,分别根据要供应至所述炊具(1)的燃气种类是NG还是LPG而从设置有所述附件(14)或没有设置所述附件(14)的两种不同可用单元来选择要装配在所述致动轴(7)上的控制旋钮(9)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的燃气炊具,其中,所述控制旋钮(9)上的所述引导装置(14)包括位于该控制旋钮的基部(9a)上面对所述控制面板(2)的突出部或附件(14),所述控制面板设置有在前述极限位置A2处确定有旋转阻止以供应Qmin的NG燃气流的圆形滑槽(20),其中,分别根据要供应至所述炊具(1)的燃气种类是NG还是LPG而从设置有所述附件(14)或没有设置所述附件(14)的两种不同可用单元来选择装配在所述致动轴(7)上的控制旋钮(9)。
5、根据权利要求1所述的燃气炊具,其中,所述控制旋钮(9)上的所述引导装置(14)包括位于所述旋钮基部(9a)上面对所述外部面板(2)的突出部或附件(14),并且所述外部面板具有附连在其上的玻璃框架盘(22),该玻璃框架盘配备有针对所述旋钮附件(14)的角行程的旋转止动装置(24),该旋转止动装置确定用于供应流量Qmin的NG的前述极限位置A2,其中,分别根据供应至所述炊具(1)的气体种类,NG或LPG而从设置有或没有设置所述止动装置(24)的两种不同可用单元来选择所述控制面板(2)上的所述玻璃框架盘(22)。
6、一种适用于不同种类的气体燃料,即天然气(NG)或液化石油气(LPG)供应的燃气炊具,该燃气炊具配备有旋转调节器机件(6)型的一个或更多个调节阀(3),该燃气炊具包括:
-外部控制面板(2,2′),该外部控制面板处于所述炊具(1A,1B)中用于在其中安装所述调节阀(3),
-所述调节阀(3)具有阀主体(3a)、入口管道(4)和出口管道(5)、中央腔(8)、致动轴(7)以及可互换控制旋钮(9),所述阀主体设置有用于所述调节器机件(6)的壳体,所述中央腔与所述入口管道和所述出口管道连通,所述致动轴安装成从所述炊具(1A,1B)上的控制面板(2)突出,而所述可互换控制旋钮结合在所述致动轴的自由端上,用于调节引向所述阀的所述出口管道的NG或LPG种类的燃气流“Q”,
-所述旋转调节器机件(6)设置有回转外周表面和多种外周贯通开口(16-19),所述贯通开口通过所述控制旋钮的旋转而与所述中央腔连通,根据所述调节器机件(6)从初始阀关闭“OFF”位置开始的各角位置A1,A2,A3而相继叠合对准所述入口管道/出口管道,
-其中,根据所述调节机件的所述角位置A1,A2,A3中的每一个角位置,与面对所述阀的所述入口管道/出口管道的所述贯通开口(16-19)的横截面面积对应地向所述出口管道提供三种不同的可能流量,即,恒定最大流量“Qmax”、中间流量“Qint”以及恒定最小流量“Qmin”,
所述燃气炊具的特征在于
-所述可互换控制旋钮(9)设置有一体的旋转引导装置(14),所述一体的旋转引导装置与所述炊具的所述外部面板(2,2′)中的旋转止动装置(20)相互作用以限制所述调节机件(6)的角行程A,所述旋转止动装置确定针对所述控制旋钮的极限位置A2,以通过所述外周开口(16-19)中的用针对燃气类型NG的槽形截面校准的一个开口(18)来提供恒定燃气流Qmin,
-其中,根据通过所述旋转阀供应的NG或LPG的燃气种类,从控制旋钮(9)或面板元件单元(22)的两种不同可用单元中选择具有安装在所述致动轴上的、设置有或者没有设置所述旋转引导装置(14)的控制旋钮(9)的单元,或者选择用于结合在所述炊具上的所述外部面板上的、设置有或没有设置针对所述旋钮的旋转的止动装置(24)的面板元件单元(22)。
7、根据权利要求6所述的燃气炊具,其中,所述控制旋钮(9)上的所述引导装置(14)包括位于该控制旋钮的基部(9a)上面对所述控制面板(2)的突出部或附件(14),所述控制面板设置有在前述极限位置A2处确定有所述控制旋钮的旋转阻止以供应流量Qmin的NG燃气的圆形滑槽(20)。
8、根据权利要求6所述的燃气炊具,其中,所述控制旋钮(9)上的所述引导装置(14)包括位于该控制旋钮的基部(9a)上面对所述控制面板(2)的突出部或附件(14),并且所述控制面板包括固定在其上的用于所述控制旋钮的玻璃框架盘(22),该玻璃框架盘配备有针对所述旋钮附件(14)的角行程A的止动装置(24),该止动装置在供应Qmin的NG燃气的第一极限位置A2处确定所述旋转阻止。
9、根据权利要求6所述的燃气炊具,其中,设置有旋转引导装置(13)的所述致动轴(7)与所述阀主体中的针对所述控制旋钮的角行程“A”的旋转止动装置(12a)相互作用,该旋转止动装置确定所述调节器机件中的所述角位置A1,A2,A3中的第二极限位置A3,该第二极限位置A3与前述极限位置A2相邻,在两个极限位置A2,A3中,相应开口(18,19)面对所述出口管道/入口管道,所述开口通过用于恒定供应Qmin的一种燃气NG或另一种LPG的贯通截面而彼此区别地校准。
