已知上述类型的燃气旋塞,其设置有圆顶状轴承衬套以引导致动轴的旋转并且同时起到了用于中空旋塞主体的盖的功能。燃气旋塞安装在前控制面板中,且致动轴穿过炊具中的外部控制面板,而旋塞主体安置在炊具内部,与燃气供应管或管接头相连。致动轴的外部自由端和插入致动轴中的旋转控制旋钮装配在一起。可以通过从致动轴拨出控制旋钮而将其卸下。旋塞的中空主体自身具有燃气出口管道,该燃气出口管道连接至相应的炊具燃烧器。

参照图1-4,诸如烤架的燃气炊具1的第一实施方式具有外部控制面板2,在该外部控制面板2上安装有一个或更多个现有一般类型的旋转燃气阀。就通过阀主体3a中的阀入口管道4从外部源(燃气进入)提供的燃气种类、即天然气(NG)或液化石油气(LPG)而言,炊具1可分为两种类型。安装在面板2上的阀3中的每个阀都始终为单一类型,所有的阀都具有相同的阀主体3a和相同的截头圆锥形调节机件6。入流“Q”被传送至调节机件6中的与阀主体3a内的出口管道5相连通的内腔8中。调节机件6在轴7的致动下绕中心轴线10旋转,以提供流动“Q”,该流动“Q”被引向炊具上的具体适于天然气或液化石油气的燃烧器(未示出)。
阀主体3a具有细长形状,该细长形状具有类似的截头圆锥形中央容纳腔15,其中弹簧11推压调节机件6,以进行紧密的密封。致动轴7的自由端安装成穿过炊具面板2中的孔2a,此后,用户将该致动轴7与控制旋钮9装配,该控制旋钮9是从控制旋钮9的两种不同单元中选择的,这两种不同单元都随同每一阀单元3提供给了用户。保护容纳腔15的盖12具有用于引导致动轴7旋转的管状部12b。
调节机件6可以随着轴7沿两个方向中的任一方向旋转角度“A”,即从与阀关闭状态相对应的初始角“OFF”位置开始旋转大于180°并且小于360°的角度A。OFF位置是旋转行程“A”的初始端,其由轴上的径向销13形成。盖12具有用于径向销13的滑动表面,该滑动表面沿旋转弧“A3”延伸终止在盖的凹部12a中,该凹部12a用作针对径向销13的旋转的止动部。
图2和3示出了在此描述的炊具的两个实施方式1A和1B中使用的旋转阀3的实施例。截头圆锥形调节机件6从角位置OFF起沿顺时针方向旋转,可按照旋转角度“A”的函数而调节不同燃气流的供应,即,最大流量“Qmax”、最小流量“Qmin”以及Qmax与Qmin之间的中间流量“Qint”。当在功率相同的情况下向相应燃烧器供气时,天然气的恒定最小流量“Qmin”必须高于液化气的恒定最小流量“Qmin”。
根据向炊具提供的是天然气还是液化气,通过与控制旋钮9成一体的突出部14来区别要装配在致动轴7上的控制旋钮。图1上呈现的在安装在炊具1A上之前要被选择以接合至每一个阀旋转轴的第一种控制旋钮9适于供应天然气,由此,该控制旋钮9设置有从旋钮基部9a面向面板2突出的突出部14。第二种控制旋钮9缺少突出部14(图中未示出),因而,选择用于提供液化气的选择方案以被安装在炊具1A上,用于提供液化气。在这种情况下,可以将控制旋钮9旋转到角“A3”,该角“A3”大于针对设置有突出部14的旋钮单元9的极限位置A2。图3中描绘的针对调节机件6的位置的角极限A3是通过止靠在阀盖12中的所述凹部12a的所述径向销13而施加的。
参照图2和3,调节机件6旋转至角位置A1=90°,以在两种类型的炊具1上提供最大流量“Qmax”的天然气或液化石油气。在这个角位置A1中,入流Qmax是通过调节机件中的通孔16面对入口管道4而调节成的。如果进一步旋转调节机件6,则通过呈面积渐减的凹槽形式的下一流量开口17而提供中间流量“Qint”。“Qint”流量随旋转的角度A而减少,大大低于Qmax,直到针对“Qmin”流量的通孔18在对应角位置A2=210度处面对入口管道4为止。针对供应Qmin的天然气而校准该孔18的直径D1。
在天然气类型炊具上,设置有突出部14的类型的旋钮不能转动大于A2的角。外部控制面板2(图4)具有旋钮9的所述突出部14沿着行进的圆环形凹槽20。其角的大小A2=210度对控制调节机件6的角行程进行限制,即从OFF位置起到通过孔18流出Qmin流量的天然气的出口。
安装在面板2上后,选择来供应LPG的旋钮单元9缺少所述突出部14或任何其它限制旋转角“A”的元件。由此,调节机件6可以旋转至A3=270度的角位置,与先前位置“A2”相比定位成更加远离初始OFF位置,直到第二通孔19与入口管道4对准。针对供应预定“Qmin”流量的液化石油气而校准该孔19的直径D2。
因为阀主体是根据对致动轴7、径向销13的旋转已经施加了A3=270度的限制的现有模型构造的,因此优选的是,控制旋钮9按钮施加比通过致动轴7、径向销13施加的端位置A3小的旋转端位置A2。在此,角度值是作为实施例示出的。类似的是,调节阀3及其旋转调节机件6可构造成具有叠合至阀的出口管道5(而不是如图2所示的入口管道4)以调节流量“Q”的通孔16-19。
阀主体的盖12配备有管状部件12b和凹部12a,该管状部件12b用于引导阀的致动轴7,该凹部12a用来限制与液化石油气的Qmin相对应的角行程A3=270度。可以利用模压操作以低成本制成盖12。也可以通过塑料模制廉价地制成用于设置有和没有突出部14的两种不同类型的控制旋钮9的模具。
两个止动装置12a和20分别在炊具1A的阀主体3a中和控制器或组件面板2中的布置与两个角行程A3和A2对应,这两种止动装置中的每一种止动装置都具有预定圆形延展度。角行程A3与A2之间存在的角间隔A3-A2对应于通道18与19的两个孔之间的中间间隔,这两个孔分别是针对恒定Qmin的天然气和液化石油气校准的。由此,同样的阀单元3适于向炊具1A供应两种燃气中的任一种燃气,而无需为了提供另一种燃气而对调节机件6进行任何调整或改变。
下面,参照图5和图6对炊具的第二优选实施方式1B进行说明,在该炊具的外部面板2′上安装有一个或更多个旋转阀3。旋转阀3与上述图1中所示的第一实施方式1A一样,包括具有径向销13的致动轴7、诸如图2和图3中所示的调节器机件的调节器机件6,以及具有基部9a和突出部14的控制旋钮9。在炊具的该第二实施方式1B中,外部元件面板2′被改为包括用于环绕控制旋钮9的玻璃框架盘22的控制面板,该玻璃框架盘22固定至外部控制面板的可见面上的开口2a′。玻璃框架盘22为现有技术中使用的类型,出于装饰目的而具有调节机件6的所述角位置,即OFF、A1、A2、A3的指示器刻度盘,并且形成面板2′的一部分。玻璃框架盘22被相应阀的致动轴7的一端贯穿,具有容纳旋钮的基部9a的中央凹部22a。
玻璃框架盘22设置有针对控制旋钮9的旋转的止动装置24。止动装置24向旋钮的基部9a处的突出部14突出,并且如图6所示,优选地构造成从凹部22a的表面中的切除部分而扳起的舌片24。突出部14在它被旋转至调节器机件6的与供应Qmin流量天然气对应的极限位置“A2”(图3)时碰到舌片24。在阀的“OFF”位置中,突出部14抵靠中央凹部22a中的止挡23,由此从止挡23起到舌片24的间隔即为角行程A2。第二种类型的玻璃框架盘22缺少针对行程阻止“A2”的舌片24(这一情况在附图中未示出)。第二种类型的玻璃框架盘22也被提供给炊具1B的用户,以被选择用于供应“Qmin”流量的液化石油气,据此,仅通过轴7的径向销13施加旋转限制“A”,通过调节器机件6中的校准孔19,直到调节机件6的第二极限位置“A3”为止(图2)。根据第二实施方式1B,不管是供应天然气或液化石油气,用户都组装同一类型的配备有突出部14的控制旋钮9,但是相应采用设置有或者没有设置旋转止动舌片24的玻璃框架盘22。
除了上述实施方式1A和1B以外,本发明的其它实施方式也是可行的。选择那些设置有突出部14的一类控制旋钮9单元的一半,或者选择那些设置有止动装置24的面板元件单元22的一半来组装用于提供天然气的类型的炊具1A或1B,所述突出部14与炊具的固定部件上的止动装置20或22相互作用。另一方面,要被供应液化石油气的炊具将配备有一半缺少突出部14的旋钮单元9,或者配备有一半缺少止动装置24的面板元件单元22。
同样,可以构造轴7的另一旋转引导装置,其不同于在此所述的径向销13,用于通过校准孔19形成Qmin量的液化石油气的供应位置A3,该旋转引导装置与本体3a中的也和这里所述的盖12中的凹部12a不同的行程止动件相互作用。炊具1A、1B始终配备有同样的旋转阀3用于供应天然气或液化石油气,仅需选择控制旋钮9的类型(设置有或没有设置突出部14),或者选择设置有或没有设置旋转止动装置24的面板元件单元22。

Claims (10)

1.一种阀门(3),该阀门(3)能够调节第一种气体燃料或第二种气体燃料通入炊具内的燃烧器的流量,该阀门(3)包括:
阀体(3a),该阀体(3a)具有位于阀门入口(4)和阀门出口(5)之间的可转动的调节机件(6),该调节机件(6)构造成用于改变所述阀门出口(5)处的气体燃料流量,从而使该流量成为所述调节机件(6)的角位置的函数,以及
控制旋钮(9),该控制旋钮(9)用于操纵所述调节机件(6)的角位置,并通过致动轴(7)与所述调节机件(6)相连,
其特征在于,所述调节机件(6)的第一角位置(A2)决定了所述第一种气体燃料的第一最小流量,所述调节机件(6)的第二角位置(A3)相继于第一角位置(A2),该第二角位置(A3)决定了所述第二种气体燃料的第二最小流量,
所述炊具设有可拆卸的面板元件单元(22),所述面板元件单元或所述控制旋钮(9)包括一个止动装置(24),该止动装置能够分别与所述控制旋钮(9)或所述面板元件单元协作,从而阻止所述调节机件(6)转过所述第一角位置(A2),如果缺少该止动装置,所述调节机件(6)可转到所述第二角位置(A3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的阀门,其中所述致动轴(7)与一接合装置(13)相关联,所述接合装置(13)与所述阀门(3)的部件(12a)协作,从而阻止所述调节机件(6)转过所述第二角位置(A3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀门,其中所述控制旋钮(9)包括所述止动装置,所述止动装置为与所述控制旋钮(9)一体并从所述控制旋钮(9)基部突出的突出部(14)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的阀门,其中所述炊具的部件包括槽(20),在转动期间,所述控制旋钮(9)的突出部(14)在所述槽(20)内运动,并且所述槽(20)的一端对应于所述第一角位置(A2)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的阀门,其中所述面板元件单元(22)为玻璃框架盘,并且所述止动装置与所述控制旋钮(9)上的突出部(14)协作。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的阀门,其中所述第一种气体燃料为天然气,所述第二种气体燃料为液化气。
7.一种燃气炊具,该燃气炊具适于为燃烧器供应第一种气体燃料或第二种气体燃料,其特征在于,所述燃气炊具包括至少一个上述任一权利要求所述的阀门(3)。
8.一种用于确定燃气炊具的燃气兼容性的方法,所述燃气炊具具有阀门(3),该阀门(3)能够调节第一种气体燃料或第二种气体燃料通入所述炊具内的燃烧器的流量,该阀门(3)包括阀体(3a),该阀体(3a)具有位于阀门入口(4)和阀门出口(5)之间的可转动的调节机件(6),该调节机件(6)可操作地连接到致动轴(7)并且构造为用于改变所述阀门出口(5)处的气体燃料的流量,从而使该流量成为所述调节机件(6)的角位置的函数,所述调节机件(6)的第一角位置(A2)决定了所述第一种气体燃料的第一最小流量,相继于所述第一角位置(A2)的第二角位置(A3)决定了所述第二种气体燃料的第二最小流量,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
在第一控制旋钮和第二控制旋钮之间选择,以便连接到所述致动轴(7),所述第一控制旋钮和第二控制旋钮用于操纵所述调节机件的角位置,所述第一控制旋钮具有与所述炊具的部件相结合的止动装置,其阻止所述调节机件转过所述第一角位置(A2),从而建立与所述第一类型的气体燃料的燃气兼容性,所述第二控制旋钮不具有与所述炊具的部件相结合的止动装置,因此允许所述调节机件转到所述第二角位置(A3),从而建立与所述第二种气体燃料的燃气兼容性。
将所选择的第一控制旋钮或第二控制旋钮连接到所述致动轴(7)。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其中,所述燃气炊具的用户在所述第一控制旋钮和所述第二控制旋钮之间选择。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的方法,其中所述第一种燃气为天然气,所述第二种燃气为液化气。
