Abstract

本发明公开了一种用于两种气源的燃气阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有阀芯,阀芯上连接有转轴,阀体上安装有喷咀,所述阀体内设置有燃气进口及补偿燃气通道,所述补偿燃气通道与燃气进口连通,在补偿燃气通道上安装有控制补偿燃气通道开启或关闭的封堵装置,所述阀芯内设置有气源通道,阀芯上设置有与气源通道连通的主气孔及补偿气孔,其特征在于所述阀体及封堵装置上设置有控制封堵装置开启程度的限位机构;本发明可限制封堵装置的开启程度,从而解决封堵装置从补偿燃气通道内脱落的问题,并且便于补偿燃气的流量控制。

Description

一种用于两种气源的燃气阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃气阀,特别是一种可供两种气源共用的燃气阀。
背景技术
因为不同的燃气有着不同的特性,其热负荷、燃烧势、华白数......等参数均有不同,因此不同的燃气须采用不同的燃气阀门,以使燃气充分燃烧,从而最大限度地利用燃气的热能。由于传统的燃气阀门只能用于一种气源,如果遇到改变气源的情况,则必须重新更换阀门,或更换阀门内部的部件,以达到使另一种气源在同一台燃烧器上稳定燃烧的目的,然而,这样的操作会令到生产商和用户感到非常不便,同时造成资源的极大浪费,如果由用户自行更换,则又存在一定的危险性,容易导至灾难性事故的发生;为解决这一问题,目前出现了一种在阀体内设置补偿燃气通道的燃气阀,在补偿燃气通道内安装有封堵装置,通过调节封堵装置控制补偿燃气通道的开启和关闭。这种燃气阀的阀体及封堵装置上没有设置限位机构,因此在补偿燃气通道开启调节过程中封堵装置可能会从补偿燃气通道内脱落,并且这种燃气阀也不便于补偿燃气的流量控制。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种供两种气源共用的燃气阀,该燃气阀可防止封堵装置从补偿燃气通道内脱落,并且便于补偿燃气的流量控制。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种用于两种气源的燃气阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有阀芯,阀芯上连接有转轴,阀体上安装有喷咀,所述阀体内设置有燃气进口及补偿燃气通道,所述补偿燃气通道与燃气进口连通,在补偿燃气通道上安装有控制补偿燃气通道开启或关闭的封堵装置,所述阀芯内设置有气源通道,阀芯上设置有与气源通道连通的主气孔及补偿气孔,其特征在于所述阀体及封堵装置上设置有控制封堵装置开启程度的限位机构,封堵装置为一安装在阀体内的堵栓及安装在补偿燃气通道内的套筒,所述堵栓的一端设置有插入套筒内的圆柱体,圆柱体的一端可堵塞补偿燃气通道,套筒与堵栓之间安装有密封圈,套筒的外侧壁上设置有环形凹槽,环形凹槽的底部设置有通孔,环形凹槽与补偿燃气通道相通。
作为本发明优选的实施方式,所述限位机构为斜向设置在阀体上的条形槽及穿插在条形槽内且一端固定在堵栓侧壁上的定位杆。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明在阀体及封堵装置上设置有限位机构,限位机构可限制封堵装置的开启程度,因而解决了封堵装置从补偿燃气通道内脱落的问题,并且由于限位机构限制了封堵装置的开启程度,相应地限制了补偿燃气通道的通道面积,从而便于补偿燃气的流量控制。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图7,本发明公开的一种用于两种气源的燃气阀,包括阀体1,阀体1上安装有阀盖3,在阀体1内安装有阀芯2,阀芯2上连接有转轴4,通过转轴4可控制阀芯2转动,阀体1上安装有喷咀5。
如图所示,在阀体1内设置有燃气进口11及补偿燃气通道12,其中补偿燃气通道12的一端与燃气进口11连通,补偿燃气通道12上安装有控制补偿燃气通道12开启或关闭的封堵装置6;阀芯2内设置有气源通道21,气源通道21的一端与喷咀5相通,在阀芯2上设置有与气源通道21连通的主气孔22及补偿气孔23,其中主气孔22可直接与燃气进口11相通,补偿气孔23与补偿燃气通道12相通,在阀体1及封堵装置上设置有控制封堵装置开启程度的限位机构7。
参照图2、图4,在本实施方式中采用的封堵装置6为一安装在阀体1内的堵栓61及安装在补偿燃气通道12内的套筒62,其中堵栓61的一端设置有插入套筒62内的圆柱体611,圆柱体611的一端设置有锥形体612,当需切断补偿燃气通道时,转动堵栓,锥形体612可插入补偿燃气通道内,从而堵塞补偿燃气通道。套筒62与堵栓61之间安装有密封圈63,套筒62的外侧壁上设置有环形凹槽621,环形凹槽621与补偿燃气通道12相通,环形凹槽621的底部设置有通孔622。当旋紧堵栓时,该锥形体612可插入补偿燃气通道,从而将补偿燃气通道切断,使补偿燃气通道处于关闭状态;当需要开启补偿燃气通道时,旋松堵栓,使堵栓从套筒内移出一定距离,这时锥形体612从补偿燃气通道内移出,补偿燃气通道导通,一部分燃气流经补偿燃气通道后从补偿气孔进入气源通道与主气孔流出的燃气汇合,再经喷咀喷出至燃烧器燃烧。
如图1、图4所示,本发明采用的限位机构7为斜向设置在阀体1上的条形槽71及穿插在条形槽71内且一端固定在堵栓61侧壁上的定位杆72,条形槽71具有一定的长度,当转动堵栓使定位杆从条形槽的一端向条形槽的另一端运动时,圆柱体的侧壁在完全封堵该通孔至部分封堵该通孔之间变化,从而使补偿燃气通道的燃气流量在零流量与最大流量之间变化,因此便于补偿燃气的流量控制,并且受定位杆的限制,堵栓不会从补偿燃气通道内脱落。
如图所示,在阀体1内设置有旁路点火通道8,在阀芯3上设置有与点火通道8相通的点火气孔24。

1.一种用于两种气源的燃气阀,包括阀体,阀体内安装有阀芯,阀芯上连接有转轴,阀体上安装有喷咀,所述阀体内设置有燃气进口及补偿燃气通道,所述补偿燃气通道与燃气进口连通,在补偿燃气通道上安装有控制补偿燃气通道开启或关闭的封堵装置,所述阀芯内设置有气源通道,阀芯上设置有均与气源通道连通的主气孔及补偿气孔,其特征在于所述阀体及封堵装置上设置有控制封堵装置开启程度的限位机构,其中所述封堵装置为一安装在阀体内的堵栓及安装在补偿燃气通道内的套筒,所述堵栓的一端设置有插入套筒内的圆柱体,圆柱体的一端可堵塞补偿燃气通道,套筒与堵栓之间安装有密封圈,套筒的外侧壁上设置有环形凹槽,环形凹槽的底部设置有通孔,环形凹槽与补偿燃气通道相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于两种气源的燃气阀,其特征在于所述限位机构为斜向设置在阀体上的条形槽及穿插在条形槽内且一端固定在堵栓侧壁上的定位杆。
