本发明公开一种流量控制组件,流量控制组件包括进水管,进水管的中间设有一隔板,隔板上设有多个孔径大小不同的过水孔,进水管内孔中装有第一转动块,第一转动块的两端分别设有分水口和过水口,第一转动块的中间设有连通分水口和过水口的第一过水通道,所述分水口偏心设置且贴近隔板;进水管的外部套有一调整套,进水管的外侧面设有一径向弧形孔,一根拨动销穿过所述弧形孔一端连接第一转动块、另一端连接调整套,调整套通过拨动销带动第一转动块转动,使得所述分水口有选择连通所述过水孔。本发明还公开一种装有上述流量控制组件的花洒。本流量控制组件方便控制进水管的过水流量,适合装在手持花洒上,使得花洒方便调节出水流量。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴设备制造技术领域,尤其是一种流量控制组件及花洒。
背景技术
在卫浴设备制造技术领域,常见的出水装置如花洒,其出水流量的大小通常由混水开关直接控制,但是通过混水开关调节花洒的出水流量较为不方便。为了解决花洒流量控制较为不便的问题,人们开始设计能够直接装置在花洒上的流量控制装置,如2016年07月06日就公开一项专利号为ZL201521123106.7、名称为“手持花洒的流量控制机构”的中国发明专利,这种手持花洒的流量控制机构,是在手持花洒的握持部内设有一具有进水通道的阀芯,该流量控制机构设于握持部及阀芯的进水通道上,且包括一阀轴、一轴杆及一拨钮,所述阀芯的侧壁设有一连通至进水通道的开口,该握持部对应阀芯开口的位置设有一缺口,所述阀轴设于该阀芯的开口内,该阀轴的上部具有一倾斜开设的导向槽,该阀轴于导向槽的下方设有一由阀轴内缩形成的环状水流进出口,所述轴杆设于该阀轴的导向槽内且活动固定在拨钮的底部,通过该轴杆使阀轴与拨钮连接,该拨钮大于该握持部的缺口而置于该缺口上。这种流量控制机构虽然可单手操作控制花洒的出水流量,但结构和制造都较为复杂。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种流量控制组件,其能较方便控制进水管的过水流量,且能方便应用于手持花洒上。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种流量控制组件,包括进水管,进水管的中间设有一隔板,隔板上设有多个孔径大小不同的过水孔,进水管内孔中装有第一转动块,第一转动块的中间设有第一过水通道,第一转动块的一端的端面上设有分水口、另一端的端面上设有过水口,分水口和过水口通过第一过水通道相连通,第一转动块的分水口在其端面上偏心设置,第一转动块的分水口贴近隔板设置;进水管的外部套有一调整套,进水管的外侧面设有一径向弧形孔,一根拨动销穿过所述弧形孔一端连接第一转动块、另一端连接调整套,调整套通过拨动销带动第一转动块转动,使得第一转动块的分水口连通其中的一个所述过水孔或连通其中的多个所述过水孔或与所有所述过水孔都不连通。
进一步改进,所述调整套的内侧面设有拨动槽,所述拨动销的一端插入第一转动块、另一端卡接在所述拨动槽上;所述第一转动块与进水管的内侧面之间设有至少一个密封圈。这样既方便安装,也增强密封性能。
进一步改进,所述进水管和调整套之间还设有第一定位机构,第一定位机构包括设置在进水管外侧面上的第一径向凹孔和自内向外依次装在第一径向凹孔上的第一压簧和第一定位柱,所述调整套内周面设有多个第一定位槽,随着调整套转动所述第一定位柱分别与不同的第一定位槽相配合。通过第一定位机构可以较方便确定第一转动块与进水管的相对位置。
进一步改进,所述进水管的外部还套有显示环和壳体,显示环上设有多个指示标识,壳体上设有显示窗,显示环带有指示标识部分伸入壳体内,所述调整套可拆卸固连显示环或调整套与显示环连成一体,调整套带动显示环转动,多个所述指示标识可依次在显示窗上出现。这样可以直观的看出进水管的过水流量。
本流量控制组件通过拨动调整套带动第一转动块转动,第一转动块的分水口就能连通其中的一个所述过水孔或连通其中的多个所述过水孔或与所有所述过水孔都不连通。这样就能方便控制进水管的过水流量。本流量控制组件结构较为简单,又由于流量控制组件可直接装置在进水管上的,因此其能方便应用于手持花洒上。
本发明解决的另一技术问题是提供一种花洒,其可以方便调节出水流量,具有较好的节水效果。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种花洒,包括具有手持部的壳体,壳体的一端装有出水组件,出水组件设有多路出水通道,壳体上安装有上述的流量控制组件,流量控制组件的进水管通过安装在壳体上的切换水阀连通出水组件上的出水通道。
优选所述切换水阀包括阀体和第二转动块,阀体具有一凹腔,凹腔的底部设有多个出水孔,每个出水孔连通所述出水组件上的一路出水通道;
第二转动块的一端插入所述凹腔,第二转动块的另一端插入所述流量控制组件上的进水管,第二转动块的中间设有第二过水通道,第二转动块插入所述凹腔的一端端面上嵌有一密封塞并设置一个偏心的出水口,第二转动块插入所述进水管的另一端端面上设有进水口,出水口与进水口通过第二过水通道相连通,出水口连通所述进水管内孔;
第二转动块的中部设有一滚轮,滚轮部分突出于所述壳体外,拨动滚轮可带动第二转动块转动,随着第二转动块的转动,第二转动块的一端的出水口有选择连通阀体上的所述出水孔或都不连通阀体上的所述出水孔,所述密封塞有选择密封阀体上的所述出水孔或都不密封阀体上的所述出水孔。
进一步改进,所述第二转动块与阀体之间设有第二定位机构,第二定位机构包括设置在第二转动块外表面上的第二径向凹孔和自内向外依次装在第二径向凹孔上的第二压簧和第二定位柱,阀体凹槽的内表面上设有多个第二定位槽,随着第二转动块的转动所述第二定位柱可分别与不同的第二定位槽相配合。通过第二定位机构可以较方便确定第二转动块的位置。
进一步改进,所述进水管靠近第二转动块的一端上卡接一个第一U形卡扣,进水管通过第一U形卡扣与所述壳体形成轴向定位,所述第二转动块靠近阀体的一端上卡接一个第二U形卡扣,第二转动块通过第二U形卡扣与阀体形成轴向定位,第二转动块外侧面与进水管内侧面之间设有密封圈,第二转动块外侧面与所述凹腔的内侧面之间也设有密封圈。这样既方便装配,也增强密封效果。
优选所述出水组件包括相互连接在一起的出水座和出水板,出水组件上的多路所述出水通道设置在出水座上,出水座与所述阀体连成一体,出水板上对应设有多组喷水孔或出水板和出水座上对应设有多组喷水孔,每组喷水孔对应出水座上一路出水通道,出水座上的多路出水通道分别与阀体上的多个出水孔相连通,出水板上还套有一面盖。
再进一步改进,所述面盖的两侧向后各延伸有至少一个凸缘,凸缘上设有插接孔,出水座的后面装有两个可相向移动的卡板,每个卡板上设有插接凸起,两个卡板相远离移动时,每个所述插接凸起与一个所述插接孔相配合,两个卡板相靠近移动时,所述插接凸起脱离所述插接孔;
壳体装有出水组件一端的两侧分别装有一个按钮,每个所述卡板与所述出水座之间还装有复位压簧;按压两个按钮可驱使两个所述卡板相靠近移动,放松两个按钮两个所述卡板在两个所述复位压簧的作用下相远离移动;所述出水座后面设有导轨引导两个所述卡板相向移动。这样通过按压按钮就能拆装面盖,便于清洗维护。
本花洒由于在壳体上安装有上述的流量控制组件,通过花洒本身就可以方便调节出水流量,又由于出水流量控制方便,出水流量可随需求改变,这样就能起到较好的节水效果。

图1至图7所示,一种流量控制组件,包括进水管1,进水管1的中间设有一隔板1a,隔板1a上设有三个孔径大小不同的过水孔1b,进水管1内孔中装有第一转动块2,第一转动块2的中间设有第一过水通道2a,第一转动块2的一端的端面上设有分水口2b、另一端的端面上设有过水口2c,分水口2b和过水口2c通过第一过水通道2a相连通,第一转动块2的分水口2b在其端面上偏心设置,第一转动块2的分水口2b贴近隔板1a设置;进水管1的外部套有一调整套3,进水管1的外侧面设有一径向弧形孔1c,所述调整套3的内侧面设有拨动槽3a,一根拨动销4穿过所述弧形孔1c一端插入第一转动块2、另一端卡接在调整套3的所述拨动槽3a上,调整套3通过拨动销4带动第一转动块2转动,使得第一转动块2的分水口2b连通其中的一个所述过水孔1b或连通其中的多个所述过水孔1b或与所有所述过水孔1b都不连通。
所述第一转动块2外侧面与进水管1的内侧面之间设有两个密封圈5。
所述进水管1和调整套3之间还设有第一定位机构6,第一定位机构6包括设置在进水管1外侧面上的第一径向凹孔61和自内向外依次装在第一径向凹孔61上的第一压簧62和第一定位柱63,所述调整套3内周面设有三个第一定位槽64,随着调整套3转动所述第一定位柱63分别与不同的第一定位槽64相配合。
所述进水管1的外部还套有显示环7和壳体10,显示环7上设有多个指示标识7a,指示标识7a可为流量值指示标识,壳体10上设有显示窗10a,显示环7带有指示标识7a部分伸入壳体10内,所述调整套3可拆卸固连显示环7或调整套3与显示环7连成一体,本实施例的显示环7的一端延伸一连接凸起7b,调整套3的内侧面上设有配合槽3b,连接凸起7b与配合槽3b相配合使得调整套3可带动显示环7转动,调整套3带动显示环7转动时,多个所述指示标识7a可依次在显示窗10a上出现。这样可以方便看出进水管1的过水流量。
进水管1的一端设有连接螺纹1d,第一转动块2的第一过水通道2a内还可安装流量阀(图中未示出),以更好控制进水流量。
图8至图14所示,一种花洒,包括具有手持部的壳体10,壳体10的一端装有出水组件20,出水组件20设有三路出水通道,壳体10上安装有流量控制组件30,流量控制组件30为上述实施例所述的流量控制组件。
流量控制组件30的进水管1通过安装在壳体10上的切换水阀40连通出水组件20上的出水通道。
所述切换水阀40包括阀体41和第二转动块42,阀体41具有一凹腔411,凹腔411的底部设有三个出水孔412,每个出水孔412连通所述出水组件20上的一路出水通道;第二转动块42的一端插入所述凹腔411,第二转动块42的另一端插入所述流量控制组件30上的进水管1,第二转动块42的中间设有第二过水通道421,第二转动块42的一端端面嵌有一密封塞43并设置一个偏心的出水口422,第二转动块42的另一端端面上设有进水口423,出水口422与进水口423通过第二过水通道421相连通,出水口422连通所述进水管1内孔;
第二转动块42的中部设有一滚轮44,滚轮44部分突出于所述壳体10外,滚轮44通过自身的键槽441和设置在第二转动块42上的键424相配合,以使滚轮44与第二转动块42在周向形成固连,这样拨动滚轮44可带动第二转动块42转动,随着第二转动块42的转动,第二转动块42的一端的出水口422有选择连通阀体41上的所述出水孔412或都不连通阀体41上的所述出水孔412,所述密封塞43有选择密封阀体41上的所述出水孔412或都不密封阀体41上的所述出水孔412。这样就能使出水组件形成多种出水状态或不出水。
所述第二转动块42与阀体41之间设有第二定位机构45,第二定位机构45包括设置在第二转动块42外表面上的第二径向凹孔425和自内向外依次装在第二径向凹孔425上的第二压簧451和第二定位柱452,阀体41凹槽的内表面上设有四个第二定位槽413,随着第二转动块42的转动所述第二定位柱452可分别与不同的第二定位槽413相配合。
所述进水管1靠近第二转动块42的一端上卡接一个第一U形卡扣11,进水管1通过第一U形卡扣11与所述壳体10形成轴向定位,所述第二转动块42靠近阀体41的一端上卡接一个第二U形卡扣46,第二转动块42通过第二U形卡扣46与阀体41形成轴向定位,阀体41上设有两个连通凹腔411的通孔414,两个通孔414与第二U形卡扣46相配合;第二转动块42外侧面与进水管1内侧面之间设有密封圈5,第二转动块42外侧面与所述凹腔411的内侧面之间也设有密封圈5。
出水组件20包括相互连接在一起的出水座21和出水板22,出水组件20上的三路所述出水通道设置在出水座21上,出水座21与所述阀体41连成一体,出水板22上设有一组喷水孔23,出水座21上设有两组喷水孔23,每组喷水孔23对应出水座21上一路出水通道,出水座21上的三路出水通道分别与阀体41上的三个出水孔412相连通,出水板22上还套有一面盖24。
所述面盖24的两侧向后各延伸有两个凸缘241,凸缘241上设有插接孔242,出水座21的后面装有两个可相向移动的卡板25,每个卡板25上设有两个插接凸起251,两个卡板25相远离移动时,每个所述插接凸起251与一个所述插接孔242相配合,两个卡板25相靠近移动时,所述插接凸起251脱离所述插接孔242;
壳体10装有出水组件20一端的两侧分别装有一个按钮26,每个所述卡板25与所述出水座21之间还装有复位压簧27;按压两个按钮26可驱使两个所述卡板25相靠近移动,放松两个按钮26两个所述卡板25在两个所述复位压簧27的作用下相远离移动;所述出水座21后面设有导轨引导两个所述卡板25相向移动。
所述壳体10分为前壳101和后壳102,前壳101和后壳102卡接在一起,前壳101上设有显示窗10a,通过显示窗10a可以看出流量控制组件30的过水流量。
本实施例的花洒使用时,通过进水管1的连接螺纹1d连接外部进水管,转动流量控制组件30上的调整套3以选择合适的进水流量,然后拨动切换水阀40上的滚轮44带动第二转动块42转动,选择出水状态,就能从出水组件20输出合适水花。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明,但本发明并不局限于上述的实施例,本领域的技术人员按权利要求作等同的改变都落入本案的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种流量控制组件,包括进水管,其特征在于:进水管的中间设有一隔板,隔板上设有多个孔径大小不同的过水孔,进水管内孔中装有第一转动块,第一转动块的中间设有第一过水通道,第一转动块的一端的端面上设有分水口、另一端的端面上设有过水口,分水口和过水口通过第一过水通道相连通,第一转动块的分水口在其端面上偏心设置,第一转动块的分水口贴近隔板设置;进水管的外部套有一调整套,进水管的外侧面设有一径向弧形孔,一根拨动销穿过所述弧形孔一端连接第一转动块、另一端连接调整套,调整套通过拨动销带动第一转动块转动,使得第一转动块的分水口连通其中的一个所述过水孔或连通其中的多个所述过水孔或与所有所述过水孔都不连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种流量控制组件,其特征在于:所述调整套的内侧面设有拨动槽,所述拨动销的一端插入第一转动块、另一端卡接在所述拨动槽上;所述第一转动块与进水管的内侧面之间设有至少一个密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种流量控制组件,其特征在于:所述进水管和调整套之间还设有第一定位机构,第一定位机构包括设置在进水管外侧面上的第一径向凹孔和自内向外依次装在第一径向凹孔上的第一压簧和第一定位柱,所述调整套内周面设有多个第一定位槽,随着调整套转动所述第一定位柱分别与不同的第一定位槽相配合。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一项所述的一种流量控制组件,其特征在于:所述进水管的外部还套有显示环和壳体,显示环上设有多个指示标识,壳体上设有显示窗,显示环带有指示标识部分伸入壳体内,所述调整套可拆卸固连显示环或调整套与显示环连成一体,调整套带动显示环转动,多个所述指示标识可依次在显示窗上出现。
5.一种花洒,包括具有手持部的壳体,壳体的一端装有出水组件,出水组件设有多路出水通道,其特征在于:壳体上安装有权利要求1至4任一项所述的流量控制组件,流量控制组件的进水管通过安装在壳体上的切换水阀连通出水组件上的出水通道。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述切换水阀包括阀体和第二转动块,阀体具有一凹腔,凹腔的底部设有多个出水孔,每个出水孔连通所述出水组件上的一路出水通道;
第二转动块的一端插入所述凹腔,第二转动块的另一端插入所述流量控制组件上的进水管,第二转动块的中间设有第二过水通道,第二转动块插入所述凹腔的一端端面上嵌有一密封塞并设置一个偏心的出水口,第二转动块插入所述进水管的另一端端面上设有进水口,出水口与进水口通过第二过水通道相连通,出水口连通所述进水管内孔;
第二转动块的中部设有一滚轮,滚轮部分突出于所述壳体外,拨动滚轮可带动第二转动块转动,随着第二转动块的转动,第二转动块的一端的出水口有选择连通阀体上的所述出水孔或都不连通阀体上的所述出水孔,所述密封塞有选择密封阀体上的所述出水孔或都不密封阀体上的所述出水孔。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述第二转动块与阀体之间设有第二定位机构,第二定位机构包括设置在第二转动块外表面上的第二径向凹孔和自内向外依次装在第二径向凹孔上的第二压簧和第二定位柱,阀体凹槽的内表面上设有多个第二定位槽,随着第二转动块的转动所述第二定位柱可分别与不同的第二定位槽相配合。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述进水管靠近第二转动块的一端上卡接一个第一U形卡扣,进水管通过第一U形卡扣与所述壳体形成轴向定位,所述第二转动块靠近阀体的一端上卡接一个第二U形卡扣,第二转动块通过第二U形卡扣与阀体形成轴向定位,第二转动块外侧面与进水管内侧面之间设有密封圈,第二转动块外侧面与所述凹腔的内侧面之间也设有密封圈。
9.根据权利要求5至8任一项所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述出水组件包括相互连接在一起的出水座和出水板,出水组件上的多路所述出水通道设置在出水座上,出水座与所述阀体连成一体,出水板上对应设有多组喷水孔或出水板和出水座上对应设有多组喷水孔,每组喷水孔对应出水座上一路出水通道,出水座上的多路出水通道分别与阀体上的多个出水孔相连通,出水板上还套有一面盖。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种花洒,其特征在于:所述面盖的两侧向后各延伸有至少一个凸缘,凸缘上设有插接孔,出水座的后面装有两个可相向移动的卡板,每个卡板上设有插接凸起,两个卡板相远离移动时,每个所述插接凸起与一个所述插接孔相配合,两个卡板相靠近移动时,所述插接凸起脱离所述插接孔;
壳体装有出水组件一端的两侧分别装有一个按钮,每个所述卡板与所述出水座之间还装有复位压簧;按压两个按钮可驱使两个所述卡板相靠近移动,放松两个按钮两个所述卡板在两个所述复位压簧的作用下相远离移动;所述出水座后面设有导轨引导两个所述卡板相向移动。
