Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种可调节水流的花洒装置，包括贯通连接的花洒头和花洒手柄，在所述花洒头或者所述花洒手柄上设置有水流控制装置，所述水流控制装置包括一旋纽和与其固定连接的阀芯，在所述阀芯上设置至少一个通孔，当旋转所述旋纽至不同角度时，所述阀芯可控制流过所述花洒手柄的水流大小。本实用新型可调节水流的花洒装置在花洒头部分或者花洒手柄部分设置旋转式水流控制装置，实现了对通过花洒的水流大小的调节，既增加了人们的沐浴乐趣，也可以节约水资源，本实用新型是浴室器材的一大进步。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及浴室器材，具体涉及一种可调节水流的花洒装置。
背景技术
花洒是浴室中不可或缺的沐浴器材，花洒通常包括贯通连接的花洒头和花洒手柄，为了方便人们的使用和节约用水，我们开发这种带有水流控制的花洒装置，使用家能因应不同地方水压不同，做出花洒流量的调整，使淋浴更加舒适，同时减少水能浪费，达到环保原则。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种可调节水流的花洒装置，克服现有技术的花洒不能在花洒部分进行水流调节的缺陷。
本实用新型采用如下的技术方案：
一种可调节水流的花洒，包括贯通连接的花洒头和花洒手柄，在所述花洒头或者所述花洒手柄上设置有水流控制开关，所述水流控制开关包括一旋纽和与其固定连接的阀芯，在所述阀芯上设置至少一个通孔，当旋转所述旋纽至不同角度时，所述阀芯可控制流过所述花洒手柄的水流大小。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中当旋转所述旋纽至第一角度时，流过所述花洒手柄的水流最大。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中当旋转所述旋纽至第二角度时，流过所述花洒手柄的水流减小。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中当旋转所述旋纽至第三角度时，所述花洒手柄无水流通过。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中所述阀芯设为中空的鼓状或桶状。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中所述阀芯上设置大小不同的三个孔。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中所述旋纽与所述阀芯通过螺钉固定连接。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中所述阀芯上套有至少一个封水圈。
所述的可调节水流的花洒，其中所述旋钮内端套有至少一个封水圈。
本实用新型可调节水流的花洒装置在花洒头部分或者花洒手柄颈部分设置旋转式水流控制装置，实现了对通过花洒的水流大小的调节，既增加了人们的沐浴乐趣，也可以节约水资源，本实用新型是浴室器材的一大进步。

具体实施方式
下面根据附图和实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明：
如图1、图2和图3所示，本实用新型可调节水流的花洒装置实施例1包括贯通连接的花洒头和花洒手柄，在花洒手柄上设置有水流控制装置，水流控制装置包括一旋纽12和与其固定连接的阀芯14，在阀芯14上设置至少一个通孔，当旋转旋纽12至不同角度时，阀芯14可控制流过花洒手柄的水流大小。
如图4所示，当旋转旋纽12至与花洒头端面呈-20度角时流过花洒手柄的水流最大。(其功能属渐变式减少流量，随角度转变使流量减少或增加。图上所标的角度，只属参考作用)。
如图5所示，当旋转旋纽12至与花洒头端面呈30度角时流过花洒手柄的水流减小。(其功能属渐变式减少流量，随角度转变使流量减少或增加。图上所标的角度，只属参考作用)。
如图6所示，当旋转旋纽12至与花洒头端面呈90度角时花洒手柄会处于停水或滴水功能。(其功能属渐变式减少流量，随角度转变使流量减少或增加。图上所标的角度，只属参考作用)。
如图3和图7所示，旋纽12与阀芯14通过螺钉15固定连接，阀芯14上套有至少一个封水圈16，旋钮12内端套有至少一个封水圈17。阀芯14设为中空的鼓状或桶状。
在螺钉15的外端设有螺钉盖11，在旋纽12的对端设有开关盖13。
如图8和图9所示，本实用新型可调节水流的花洒装置实施例2是在花洒头上设置水流控制装置。
如图10所示，在实施例2中当旋转旋纽至与花洒头端面的垂线呈90度角时流过花洒手柄的水流最大。(其功能属渐变式减少流量，随角度转变使流量减少或增加。图上所标的角度，只属参考作用)。
如图11所示，在实施例2中当旋转旋纽至与花洒头端面的垂线呈-30度角时流过花洒手柄的水流减小。(其功能属渐变式减少流量，随角度转变使流量减少或增加。图上所标的角度，只属参考作用)。
如图12所示，在实施例2中当旋转旋纽至与花洒头端面呈60度角时花洒手柄无水流通过。(其功能属渐变式减少流量，随角度转变使流量减少或增加。图上所标的角度，只属参考作用)。

1、一种可调节水流的花洒装置，包括贯通连接的花洒头和花洒手柄，在所述花洒头或者所述花洒手柄上设置有水流控制装置，其特征在于：所述水流控制装置包括一旋纽和与其固定连接的阀芯，在所述阀芯上设置至少一个通孔，当旋转所述旋纽至不同角度时，所述阀芯可控制流过所述花洒手柄的水流大小。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：当旋转所述旋纽至第一角度时，流过所述花洒手柄的水流最大。
3、根据权利要求2所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：当旋转所述旋纽至第二角度时，流过所述花洒手柄的水流减小。
4、根据权利要求3所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：当旋转所述旋纽至第三角度时，所述花洒手柄变成停水或滴水功能。
5、根据权利要求4所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：所述阀芯设为中空的鼓状或桶状。
6、根据权利要求5所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：所述阀芯上设置大小不同的孔状通道。
7、根据权利要求6所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：所述旋纽与所述阀芯通过螺钉固定连接。
8、根据权利要求7所述的可调节水流的花洒装置，其特征在于：所述阀芯上套有至少一个封水圈。
