Abstract
本发明提供电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜的贴合用胶粘剂和显示板滤波元件,其中贴合用胶粘剂在70℃的存储弹性模量为7.00×104Pa以上;显示板滤波元件包含:(1)电磁波屏蔽薄膜,它是透明基底薄膜、设置在该透明基底薄膜一侧表面上的金属箔用粘合剂层和在该金属箔用粘合剂层表面上形成的网状金属箔的层合体;(2)权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的贴合用胶粘剂层,其设计成覆盖上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔;和(3)在上述胶粘剂层表面上设置的光学功能性薄膜。上述贴合用胶粘剂在电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜的贴合中显示充分的粘着力,并且可以填充到网状金属箔开口的内部,在加热处理过程中也不会产生气泡。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及电磁波屏蔽薄膜与光学功能性薄膜贴合用胶粘剂以及含有上述贴合用胶粘剂的显示板滤波元件(デイスプレイパネルフイルタ一要素)。本发明的贴合用胶粘剂可用于制造例如构成等离子显示板等的显示板滤波元件。
背景技术
人们认为由等离子显示器等电磁装置产生的电磁波,不仅会给其它的电磁装置带来不良影响,而且也会给人带来不良影响。特别是等离子显示板产生30MHz~130MHz频率的电磁波,有时会对存在于周围的电脑和利用电脑的机器造成影响,所以迫切希望尽可能使发生的电磁波不泄露到外部。作为屏蔽电磁波的方法,有使用由高导电性材料构成的壳体进行覆盖的方法,还有用导电性网进行覆盖的方法。在像等离子显示器这样必须进行观察的装置中,要求具有透视性,所以不能采用前面的方法。
因此,在等离子显示器等中,作为同时具有电磁波屏蔽性和透视性的元件,使用对在透明基底薄膜上通过粘合剂层层合的金属箔进行蚀刻形成开口部,并具有网状金属箔的电磁波屏蔽片材。在为透明基底薄膜和粘合剂层以及网状金属箔的层合体的电磁波屏蔽薄膜中,通过适当调整金属箔的层厚和网格开口部的尺寸,即使放出电磁波的强度是像等离子显示器那要的强电磁波水平,也能够显示足够的屏蔽能力,并且兼有不损坏显示图象可视性的透明性(例如参照专利文献1)。
上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜中,从其表面上的网状金属箔上施用胶粘剂,贴合各种光学功能性薄膜(例如近红外线吸收薄膜、紫外线吸收薄膜或防反射薄膜)。这样的电磁波屏蔽薄膜与光学功能性薄膜的贴合处理,一般是贴合后在0.3~1.5MPa左右的加压以及40~80℃左右的加热下实施热压处理。上述热压处理中必须通过加压使胶粘剂完全填充到具有微细凹凸表面结构的网状金属箔的开口部的内部,并完全排除气泡(以下有时称之为“填入性”)。另外,为了防止贴合的电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜发生剥离,对用于上述贴合时所用的胶粘剂,要求电磁波屏蔽薄膜表面上的网状金属箔和光学功能性薄膜的充分的粘着力、以及暴露于网状金属箔开口部的粘合剂层与光学功能性薄膜的充分的粘着力。

发明内容
但是,以往用于贴合上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜与各种光学功能性薄膜的胶粘剂,具有粘着力不充分,或者即使加压也不能充分填充到网状金属箔开口部的内部,或者在加热处理时会产生气泡等缺点。
本发明者发现在贴合电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜这一特殊用途之中,通过把胶粘剂的粘弹性参数设定在特定范围内,可以实现高粘着力。
因此本发明的课题在于提供在上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜和各种光学功能性薄膜的贴合中显示充分的粘着力,通过加压可以充分填充到网状金属箔开口部的内部,并且在加热处理时不会产生气泡的胶粘剂。
上述课题可以通过本发明,由电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜的贴合用胶粘剂解决,该胶粘剂的特征是在70℃的存储弹性模量(貯藏弹性率)为7.00×104Pa或以上。
本发明的上述贴合用胶粘剂的优选方案的特征是在23℃的存储弹性模量为1.00×105Pa或以上。
本发明的上述贴合用胶粘剂的另一个优选方案中,损耗角正切值(损失正接)(tanδ)的峰值温度(ピ一ク温度)为-15℃或以上。
本发明的上述贴合用胶粘剂的另一个优选方案中,作为构成成分包含具有(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体的丙烯酸类共聚物,优选作为构成成分包含进一步具有含氮乙烯基单体的丙烯酸类共聚物,更优选丙烯酸类共聚物不含酸成分。
本发明还涉及显示板滤波元件,其特征是包含:
(1)电磁波屏蔽薄膜,它是透明基底薄膜、设置在该透明基底薄膜一侧表面上的金属箔用粘合剂层以及在该金属箔用粘合剂层表面上形成的网状金属箔的层合体;
(2)以覆盖上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔的方式设置的上述贴合用粘合剂的层;以及
(3)在上述贴合用胶粘剂层表面上设置的光学功能性薄膜。
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂,通过将热压处理(オ一トクレ一ブ処理)温度(70℃)下的存储弹性模量控制在特定范围,由此可以通过加热以及加压充分填充到网状金属箔开口部的内部,并且在高温高湿条件下具有耐久性。
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂在常温(23℃)下的存储弹性模量也高于通常的胶粘剂,所以与电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔一侧的面具有良好的密合性。
另外,本发明的贴合用胶粘剂耐腐蚀性也优异,所以即使施用于电磁波屏蔽薄膜时,也不会腐蚀网状金属箔。
具体实施方案
胶粘剂是显示弹性和粘性两方面行为的粘弹性物质。作为定量表示粘弹性的粘弹性参数,广泛采用存储弹性模量(G’)、损失弹性量(G”)以及损耗角正切值(tanδ)。存储弹性模量定义为形变和同位相的弹性应力的比率,与材料储存弹性能量的能力相关。另外,损失弹性模量是形变和不同相位的比率,相当于材料将应力以热形式散逸的能力。另外,这些弹性模量之比(G”/G’)定义损耗角正切值,表示材料的粘性成分与弹性成分之比。这些粘弹性参数,可以通过动态粘弹性测定装置进行测定。
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂在70℃的存储弹性模量为7.00×104Pa以上,优选为8.00×104Pa以上,更优选为9.00×104Pa以上。70℃是电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜的热压贴合处理的代表温度。如果在70℃的存储弹性模量(G’)低于7.00×104Pa,则在本发明的用途中有时在高温高湿条件下的耐久性差。另一方面,对于70℃的存储弹性模量(G’)的上限没有特别限定,但是在本发明的用途中如果贴合用胶粘剂太硬,从电磁波屏蔽薄膜表面上的网状金属箔的上面施用贴合用胶粘剂,为了使贴合用胶粘剂完全填充到具有微细凹凸表面结构的网状金属箔的开口部的内部,有时必须提高热压处理的压力。从这一点考虑,作为70℃的存储弹性模量的上限,优选为1.00×106Pa。
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂在23℃(室温)的存储弹性模量(G’)优选为1.00×105Pa以上,更优选为1.50×105Pa以上,最优选为2.00×105Pa以上。如果在23℃(室温)的存储弹性模量(G’)低于1.00×105Pa,则在本发明的用途中有时电磁波屏蔽薄膜与光学功能性薄膜的粘着力不足。另一方面,对于在23℃(室温)的存储弹性模量(G’)的上限没有特别限定,但是在本发明的用途中如果23℃的存储弹性模量(G’)太高,则贴合适应性降低,所以作为23℃的存储弹性模量上限,优选为1.00×106Pa。
本发明贴合用胶粘剂的损耗角正切值(tanδ)的峰值温度优选为-15℃以上,更优选为-12℃以上。如果峰值温度低于-15℃,则有可能难以得到所需要的粘着力。对于损耗角正切值(tanδ)的峰值温度上限没有特别限定,但是如果损耗角正切值的峰值温度太高,则贴合适应性降低,所以作为损耗角正切值的峰值温度上限,优选为30℃。
根据本发明的贴合用胶粘剂,在后述实施例中所示的条件下,其粘着力优选为20~50N/25mm、更优选为22~45N/25mm。
作为本发明贴合用胶粘剂的优选例,可以列举以(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体为构成成分的丙烯酸类共聚物,特别优选以(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体以及含氮乙烯基单体作为构成成分的丙烯酸类共聚物。另外,含氮乙烯基单体相对于构成上述丙烯酸类共聚物的全部单体的比率优选为0.1~30.0质量%,更优选为3~30质量%,最优选为4~25质量%。另外,后文有时把构成丙烯酸类共聚物的单体混合物称为“单体混合物”。上述含氮乙烯基单体的用量如果低于0.1质量%,则有时粘着力将变得太低;如果超过30质量%,则有时填入性将变差。
上述的(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体,例如是具有碳原子数为1~20(优选碳原子数为1~12)的烷基酯部分的丙烯酸烷基酯或甲基丙烯酸烷基酯。具体可以列举(甲基)丙烯酸甲酯、(甲基)丙烯酸乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸正丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸叔丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸戊酯、(甲基)丙烯酸己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸环己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、(甲基)丙烯酸异辛酯、(甲基)丙烯酸癸酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十二烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十四烷基酯、(甲基)丙烯酸十六烷基酯或(甲基)丙烯酸十八烷基酯等。这些烷基酯既可以单独使用,也可以组合2种以上使用。
上述(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体(1种或2种以上)在上述单体混合物中可以优选以70~97质量%,更选以75~95质量%的量使用。如果(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体的量低于70质量%,则有时填入性会变差;如果超过97质量%,则有时粘着力会变得太低。
作为丙烯酸类共聚物的构成成分的上述单体混合物更优选含有在分子内具有1个或1个以上交联性官能团的单体。作为交联性官能团,例如可以列举羟基、酰氨基、氨基、羧基或碳-碳不饱和键等。羟基、酰氨基、氨基或羧基是与交联剂反应进行交联的官能团,碳-碳不饱和键是通过其相互之间进行加成反应而进行交联的官能团。作为分子内具有交联性官能团的单体的例子,例如可以列举(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸3-羟基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸2-羟基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸3-羟基丁酯、(甲基)丙烯酸4-羟基丁酯等甲基丙烯酸羟基烷基酯;丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基丙烯酰胺、N-甲基-甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、N-羟甲基-甲基丙烯酰胺等丙烯酰胺类;(甲基)丙烯酸一甲基氨基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸一乙基氨基乙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸一甲基氨基丙酯、(甲基)丙烯酸一乙基氨基丙酯等(甲基)丙烯酸单烷基氨基烷基酯;丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸、巴豆酸、马来酸、衣康酸、柠康酸等烯属不饱和羧酸等。这些单体既可以单独使用,也可以组合2种以上使用。作为具有1个或1个以上碳-碳不饱和键的基团的例子,可以列举(甲基)丙烯酰基。从抑制网状金属箔腐蚀的观点考虑,优选具有交联性官能团的单体不含酸成分,特别优选(甲基)丙烯酸羟基烷基酯。
具有上述交联性官能团的单体,在上述单体混合物中优选以0~10质量%,更优选为0.2~5质量%的量使用。
作为上述含氮乙烯基单体,可以列举(甲基)丙烯酰胺、N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基吡咯烷酮、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二乙基丙烯酰胺、N,N-二甲基氨基丙基丙烯酰胺、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺、N-苯基丙烯酰胺、二甲基氨基丙基丙烯酰胺、N-乙烯基己内酰胺、丙烯酰基吗啉、丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯、或丙烯酰基哌啶等。
这些单体之中,优选均聚物的玻璃化转变温度(Tg)为80℃以上、更优选为110℃以上的含氮乙烯基单体。这样的含氮乙烯基单体可以列举丙烯酰胺(119℃)、甲基丙烯酰胺(171℃)、N-叔丁基丙烯酰胺(135℃)、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺(119℃)、N,N-二甲基氨基丙基丙烯酰胺(119℃)、N-异丙基丙烯酰胺(134℃)、N-苯基丙烯酰胺(160℃)、丙烯酰基吗啉(145℃)、丙烯酰基哌啶(116℃)。特别优选丙烯酰基吗啉、N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺。()内是均聚物的玻璃化转变温度。
含氮乙烯基单体可以是具有上述交联性官能团的单体。
上述丙烯酸类共聚物根据情况可以含有其它单体作为构成成分。作为该其它单体,可以列举如醋酸乙烯或苯乙烯等。
上述丙烯酸类共聚物,例如可以通过用含有(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体以及含氮乙烯基单体的单体混合物通过溶液聚合或本体聚合等任意公知的聚合方法获得。重均分子量优选为20万~180万左右,更优选50万~150万。
另外,优选使用交联剂使上述丙烯酸类共聚物进行交联。作为交联剂,例如可以列举多异氰酸酯化合物、金属螯合化合物、环氧化合物等。优选多异氰酸酯化合物。作为多异氰酸酯化合物,例如可以列举亚苄基二异氰酸酯或其氢化物、亚苄基二异氰酸酯与三羟甲基丙烷的加成化合物、三苯基甲烷三异氰酸酯、亚甲基双-二-苯基异氰酸酯或其氢化物、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、六亚甲基二异氢酸酯与三羟甲基丙烷的加成化合物、苯二甲基二异氰酸酯、二甲苯二异氰酸酯与三羟甲基丙烷的加成化合物、4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯或如它们的聚合物一样在分子内具有2个以上异氰酸酯基的化合物。对于交联剂的用量没有特别限定,通常相对于丙烯酸类聚合物100质量份的用量为0.01~10重量份。
根据本发明的贴合用胶粘剂,除了上述丙烯酸类共聚物以外,在不妨碍本发明目的的范围内还可以配合如石油树脂、萜烯树脂、松香树脂、香豆酮-茚树脂或酚醛树脂等赋予粘着性的树脂,抗氧剂,紫外线吸收剂,光稳定剂,软化剂,防锈剂或硅烷偶联剂或填充剂等适当的添加剂。
还可以通过使本发明的贴合用胶粘剂含有近红外线吸收剂、切断氖光的添加剂、染料或颜料等防止或减轻由等离子显示器放出的各种光线,例如近红外线或氖光。
作为近红外线吸收剂,可以列举花青素系、硫醇系、金属络合物系、偶氮化合物、聚甲炔(ポリメチソ)类、二苯基甲烷系、三苯基甲烷系、苯醌系、或ヅイモニウム盐系等色素,针对由等离子显示器放出的近紫外线波长,通常可以使用2种以上的此类吸收剂。作为切断氖光的添加剂,例如可以使用花青素类、スクアリウム系、甲亚胺系、氧杂蒽系或氧杂菁(オキソノ一ル)系的化合物。
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂,如前所述是电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜的贴合用胶粘剂。作为电磁波屏蔽薄膜,可以列举下述(1)~(3)的层合体:
(1)透明基底薄膜;
(2)在该透明基底薄膜的一侧表面上设置的金属箔用粘合剂层;和
(3)在该金属箔用粘合剂层表面上形成的网状金属箔。
作为透明基底薄膜,可以使用丙烯酸树脂、聚碳酸酯树脂、聚丙烯树脂、聚乙烯树脂、聚苯乙烯树脂、聚酯树脂、纤维素系树脂、聚砜树脂或聚氯乙烯树脂等的薄膜。通常优选使用机械强度优异、透明性高的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯树脂等聚酯树脂的薄膜。对于透明基底薄膜的厚度没有特别限定,从具有机械强度并提高对折弯的耐性角度考虑,优选50μm~200μm左右。根据需要还可以对透明基底薄膜的一面或两面实施电晕放电处理、或设置易粘合层。
作为形成电磁波屏蔽薄膜的方法,例如可以列举通过金属箔用粘合剂在透明基底薄膜的一侧表面上设置金属箔,并进行蚀刻处理的方法。作为金属箔,可以使用铜、铁、镍或铬等金属,或这些金属的合金、或以这些金属中的1种以上为主体的合金箔,并没有特别限定,其中从电磁波屏蔽性高、容易蚀刻、便于操作的角度考虑,优选使用铜箔。
金属箔的厚度优选为1μm~100μm,更优选为5μm~20μm。如果金属箔的厚度低于1μm,则电磁波的屏蔽性不充分;如果超过100μm,则不能忽视侧面蚀刻的进行,所以通过蚀刻难以形成预定精度的开口部。另外,金属箔可以在透明基底薄膜侧具有经黑化处理(黑化処理)的黑化层,除了防锈效果以外,还可以赋予防反射性。在黑化层上面作为防锈处理还可以进行铬酸盐处理。当不使用预先经过黑化处理的金属箔时,可以在后面的适当工序中进行黑化处理。黑化层既可以对能够形成抗蚀剂层的感光性树脂着黑色,使用着黑色的树脂组合物形成,并且在蚀刻结束后不除去抗蚀剂层而使其残留形成,也可以通过赋予黑色系被膜的镀膜法形成。
透明基底薄膜与金属箔的层合,当作为透明基底薄膜单独使用或与其与其它树脂薄膜层合使用热熔粘合性高的乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂或离子交联聚合物树脂等热熔粘合性树脂的薄膜时,可以不设置粘合剂层而进行层合,但通常通过使用金属箔用粘合剂层的干式层叠法等进行层合。作为构成金属箔用粘合剂层的金属箔用粘合剂,可以列举丙烯酸树脂、聚酯树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯共聚树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚树脂等粘合剂,除此之外,还可以使用热固性树脂或电离射线固化性树脂(紫外线固化性树脂、电子射线固化性树脂等)。
对这样得到的层压体的金属箔进行蚀刻集密形成开口部,并形成网状,由此可以得到透明基底薄膜和金属箔用粘合剂层以及网状金属箔的层合体——电磁波屏蔽薄膜。
作为本发明贴合用胶粘剂的被附着物一方的电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔,由于必须具有透光性,所以通常使用开口率为65~95%的金属箔。开口率用透光部分(无金属箔处)与网状金属箔面积的面积比表示。另外,网状金属箔的厚度优选为1μm~100μm,更优选为5μm~20μm。
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂可以通过公知的任意方法施用于上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔负载表面或光学功能性薄膜的表面,由此可以得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。作为施用贴合用胶粘剂的方法,例如,用公知的涂布方法在剥离片的剥离处理面上设置本发明的贴合用胶粘剂层,使该贴合用胶粘剂层与上述网状金属箔负载表面或光学功能性薄膜表面贴合,从而使贴合用胶粘剂层转移的方法,或者使用公知方法把本发明的贴合用胶粘剂涂布在网状金属箔负载表面或光学功能性薄膜表面的方法。作为涂布方法,例如可以列举辊涂、刮板涂布(ナイフコ一タ一)、口模式涂布(ダイコ一タ一)、刮刀涂布(ブレ一ドコ一タ一)、凹版辊涂布、或丝网印刷等方法。
在上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔负载表面和光学功能性薄膜表面施用的本发明的贴合用胶粘剂,以贴合在光学功能性薄膜和网状金属箔表面上的状态实施热压处理。热压处理可以通过公知方法,例如在40~80℃,在0.3~1.5MPa的加压下实施。本发明贴合用胶粘剂优选以完全覆盖网状金属箔的厚度进行设置。这样形成的贴合用胶粘剂层的层厚,在进行热压处理后优选为20μm~100μm,更优选为20μm~40μm。
作为光学功能性薄膜,例如可以列举吸收近红外线或红外线的薄膜、吸收氖光的薄膜、吸收紫外线的薄膜、除网状金属箔以外的可以防止或减轻电磁波泄漏的薄膜、防止外部光反射的薄膜或进行色调修正的薄膜。另外,还可以对显示板的玻璃面进行保护、或贴合用于防止玻璃碎裂时飞散的薄膜。作为光学功能性薄膜的基材,可以使用聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚碳酸酯等薄膜。基材的厚度为20μm~300μm左右。
根据本发明的显示板滤波元件包含:
(1)电磁波屏蔽薄膜,它是透明基底薄膜、设置在该透明基底薄膜一侧表面上的金属箔用粘合剂层以及在该金属箔用粘合剂层表面上形成的网状金属箔的层合体;
(2)本发明贴合用胶粘剂的层,该层设置成覆盖上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔;以及
(3)在上述贴合用胶粘剂层表面上设置的光学功能性薄膜。
上述显示板滤波元件,可用作等离子显示板等的构成元件。
[实施例]
以下通过实施例具体说明本发明,但是它们不能限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
在醋酸乙酯200质量份中添加作为单体成分的丙烯酸正丁酯64.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉5质量份和作为引发剂的偶氮二异丁腈0.2质量份,通过在60℃下搅拌17小时得到重均分子量为85万的丙烯酸酯共聚物溶液。相对于所得共聚物溶液的固体成分100质量份,添加作为交联剂的二甲苯二异氰酸酯系三官能团加成化合物[综研化学(株)制:TD-75]0.5质量份,再用2-丁酮进行稀释得到浓度为25质量%的溶液,作为贴合用胶粘剂溶液。丙烯酰基吗啉均聚物的玻璃化转变温度为145℃。
通过刮板涂布把该贴合用胶粘剂溶液涂布到剥离薄膜[リソテツク(株)制,SP-PET3811]的剥离处理面上,在90℃下干燥1分钟,形成厚度为25μm的贴合用胶粘剂层。接着在贴合用胶粘剂层上层压厚度为100μm的作为光学功能性薄膜基材的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜[东洋纺织(株)制“コスモツヤイソA4300”],得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。
实施例2
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯59.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉10质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为85万。
实施例3
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯54.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉15质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为85万。
实施例4
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯49.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉20质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为85万。
实施例5
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯64.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺5质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺均聚物的玻璃化转变温度为119℃。
实施例6
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯59.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺10质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
实施例7
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯54.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺15质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
实施例8
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯49.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份以及N,N-二甲基丙烯酰胺20质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
实施例9
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯59质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯1质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉10质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
实施例10
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯58质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯2质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉10质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
实施例11
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯57质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯3质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉10质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
实施例12
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯54质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯1质量份以及丙烯酰基吗啉10质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
比较例1
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯49.5质量份、丙烯酸甲酯30质量份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯20质量份以及丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯0.5质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为80万。
比较例2
作为单体成分使用丙烯酸正丁酯79质量份、丙烯酸甲酯20质量份以及丙烯酸2-羟基乙酯1质量份,除此之外,进行与实施例1相同的操作,得到负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜。得到的丙烯酸酯共聚物的重均分子量为90万。
物性评价
(1)铜网层合薄膜的制造
用以下方法制造作为用于以下物性评价的电磁波屏蔽薄膜的铜网层合薄膜。
准备厚度为100μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜[东洋纺织(株)制“コスモツヤイソA4100”]和对单面进行黑化处理后厚度为10μm的铜箔[古河サ一キツトフオイル(株)制,编号:BW-S]。用含有聚氨酯树脂的金属箔用粘合剂[武田药品工业(株)制,以タケヲツクA310(主成分)/タケネ一トA10(固化剂)/醋酸乙酯=12/1/21的质量比混合]将上述铜箔黑化处理面相反侧的表面和上述聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜贴合,得到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜/金属箔用粘合剂层/铜箔构成的层合体。
在得到的层合体的铜箔侧涂布以酪蛋白为主成分的抗蚀剂溶液,进行干燥得到感光性树脂层,使用形成有图案的掩模进行紫外线附着曝光,曝光后用水进行显影,并实施固化处理,然后在100℃的温度下进行烘烤,形成抗蚀剂图案。作为掩模的图案,使用间距300μm、线宽10μm的图案。在形成了抗蚀剂图案的上述层合体上,从抗蚀剂图案一侧,喷射氯化铁溶液(波美度:42,温度:30℃)进行蚀刻后,进行水洗,然后使用碱溶液进行抗蚀剂剥离,剥离后进行清洗和干燥,得到聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯薄膜/金属箔用粘合剂层/铜网构成的铜网层合薄膜(电磁波屏蔽薄膜)。铜网的开口率为80%,厚度为10μm。
(2)与铜网的粘着力的测定方法
从负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜上切取宽25mm以及长240mm的试样,剥去剥离薄膜,贴合到作为被附着物的铜网层合薄膜的铜网侧,然后用热压机(栗原制作所制)在0.5MPa、70℃以及30分钟的条件下进行加压。然后在23℃以及相对湿度(Rh)为50%的环境下放置24小时后,用拉伸试验机(オリエソテツク公司制テソツロソ),在剥离速度为300mm/min、以及剥离角度为180℃的条件下进行测定。实施例1~12以及比较例1的所有试样中,在贴合用胶粘剂和铜网的界面都引起剥离。
(3)与玻璃的粘着力的测定方法
把被附着物换成无碱玻璃(コ一ニソグ公司制“1727”),除此之外,与上述第(2)项的“与铜网的粘着力的测定方法”同法进行测定。
(4)存储弹性模量(G’)以及损失弹性模量(G”)的测定方法
从负载厚度为25μm的贴合用胶粘剂层的剥离薄膜将贴合用胶粘剂层一层一层层叠在剥离片上,制成直径为8mm以及厚度为3mm圆柱形的贴合用胶粘剂层构成的试验片,并通过扭力剪切法在下面的条件下进行测定存储弹性模量(G’)以及损失弹性模量(G”)。测定装置:レオメトリツク公司制动态粘弹性测定装置“DYNAMICANALYZER RDAII”;
频率:1Hz;
温度:23℃、70℃。
(5)损耗角正切值(tanδ)的计算方法
损耗角正切值(tanδ)可以用存储弹性模量(G’)以及损失弹性模量(G”)的值,根据下面的计算(式)进行计算。
损耗角正切值=损失弹性模量/存储弹性模量
(6)有无气泡
从负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜上切取宽50mm以及长120mm的试样,剥去剥离薄膜,贴合到铜网层合薄膜的铜网侧,然后用热压机(栗原制作所制)在0.5MPa、70℃以及30分钟的条件下进行加压,然后进行目视观察,根据以下标准进行评价。
○:没有观察到外观异常;
×:在贴合用胶粘剂层和铜网的界面上观察到气泡。
(7)耐久性能的评价方法
从负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜上切取宽50mm以及长120mm的试样,剥去剥离薄膜,贴合到铜网层合薄膜的铜网侧,然后用热压机(栗原制作所制)在0.9MPa、70℃以及60分钟的条件下进行加压。然后在23℃、相对湿度为90%的环境下放置24小时,再于80℃、相对湿度为50%的环境下放置24小时,然后进行目视观察,根据以下标准进行评价。
○:没有观察到最大直径在100μm以上的气泡;
×:观察到最大直径在100μm以上的气泡。
(8)耐腐蚀性的评价方法
从负载有贴合用胶粘剂的薄膜上切取宽50mm以及长120mm的试样,剥去剥离薄膜,贴合到铜网层合薄膜的铜网侧,然后用热压机(栗原制作所制)在0.5MPa、70℃以及30分钟的条件(加压条件1)下,或者在0.9MPa、70℃以及60分钟的条件(加压条件2)下进行加压,得到评价用试样.然后把评价用试样在60℃以及相对湿度为90%的环境下放置500小时,使用分光光度计[(株)岛津制作所制:MPC3100]测定放置前后在波长700nm处的透过率,计算评价用试样的透过率变化(ΔY)。
如果ΔY在1.5%以下,则耐腐蚀性良好。
(评价结果)
把上述物性评价的结果如下述表1所示。

产业实用性
本发明的贴合用胶粘剂,可以用于制造如构成等离子显示板等的显示板滤波元件,以及制造使用该元件的显示器。
Claims (8)
1.电磁波屏蔽薄膜和光学功能性薄膜的贴合用胶粘剂,其特征是在70℃的存储弹性模量为7.00×104Pa或以上。
2.权利要求1所述的贴合用胶粘剂,其在23℃的存储弹性模量为1.00×105Pa或以上。
3.权利要求1所述的贴合用胶粘剂,其损耗角正切值(tanδ)的峰值温度为-15℃或以上。
4.权利要求1所述的贴合用胶粘剂,其含有包含(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯单体的丙烯酸类共聚物作为构成成分。
5.权利要求4所述的贴合用胶粘剂,其包含进一步含有含氮乙烯基单体的丙烯酸类共聚物作为构成成分。
6.权利要求4所述的贴合用胶粘剂,其中,丙烯酸类共聚物不含酸成分。
7.权利要求5所述的贴合用胶粘剂,其中,丙烯酸类共聚物不含酸成分。
8.显示板滤波元件,其特征是包含:
(1)电磁波屏蔽薄膜,它是透明基底薄膜、设置在该透明基底薄膜一侧表面上的金属箔用粘合剂层以及在该金属箔用粘合剂层表面上形成的网状金属箔的层合体;
(2)根据权利要求1~7中任意一项所述的贴合用胶粘剂的层,该层设置成覆盖上述电磁波屏蔽薄膜的网状金属箔;以及
(3)设置在上述胶粘剂层表面上的光学功能性薄膜。
