Abstract

Description

本发明涉及一种高速大的热气流,尤其是用于航空发动机噪音的防护装置,这时,在发动机后方设有一个倾斜的格栅形导向器,在导向器后面装有近似于马蹄形的消音墙,它的高度约为导向器高度的两倍。
这种防护装置由德国专利DE-PS    3023707中已知。在试车时,从航空发动机喷出的燃气流,以高噪声强度通过格栅形导向器向上偏转,而不会有回流到发动机上去的危险,而声音则或多或少不间断地通过导向器,直至被吸音墙吸收。
这种吸音墙设计成马蹄形,所以能充分吸收向后和向两侧的声音。
然而,这种形式的吸音墙不能降低发动机进气区所产生的噪音,此外,也不能减少在一定情况下会妨碍发动机试车而产生的紊乱的风干扰。
本发明的目的是,将先有的声音防护装置设计成能充分减小向所有方向的声辐射,从而可以大大减少对周围环境的损害。
为了达到此目的,按本发明,在马蹄形吸音墙直臂段的前端,铰接两个铺设有吸音材料的可回转门扇,它们可以向内大约转60°,门扇所具有一个为飞机机头所需的开口。
对吸音墙作上述改造,使之在回转状态也能复盖住发动机的进气区,从而可以保证当发动机试车时,所有在周围地区的居民,实际上只受到一些已降低了的噪声的影响。
门扇可以在多个对回转点同心的弧形导轨上绕回转点移动。
从上面看下去,门扇最好具有盒形的横剖面,并在其后端带有一个三角形的部分,三角形的顶部作为旋转点,并要这样地支承在马蹄形吸音墙的前端面上,即要使门扇的吸音墙在回转状态时无间隙地紧靠在其余的吸音墙上。
门扇可由装在每一根导轨处的彼此同步的马达驱动,它们通过万向轴和伞齿轮传动装置驱动在导轨上行驶的滚轮。
借助示意图来详细说明按本发明的一个实施例的结构和工作方式。图中表示的是停留在地面上的飞机进行发动机试车时全部设备的俯视图。
如图所示,在例如有四台发动机2、3、4和5的飞机1的后方,先是安放了一个格栅形的导向器,它做成不隔音的板网6的形式,而且倾斜地迎着气流方向,所以从发动机2-5出口的燃气流向上转弯,而音波或多或少无阻碍地到达设在其后面的吸音墙7,并在那里被吸收掉相当大的部分。飞机两侧各有一个吸音墙8和9,它们的后端,在保持具有复盖声音效果的开口10和11的情况下,通过倾斜的向内回转的两个部分12和13,使其整体形成了一个马蹄形的包围飞机的吸音墙。
因此,发动机所发出的噪音大部分被消除。但发动机进气区所排出的噪声,在这种结构形式下可自由地向前传递,并因而导致严重的噪声损害。由此原因,按本发明,在侧面吸音墙8和9的前端14和15上,铰接着可回转的门扇16和17,它们至少在内侧铺有吸音材料。从俯视图看门扇16和17,它们具有矩形横截面,并在其后端是以三角形部分18和19,它们的三角形顶点构成了门扇16和17的旋转支点20和21。三角形部分18和19的顶角大小和旋转支点20和21在吸音墙8和9上靠外的距离,应使门扇16和17能大约向内回转60°,并使门扇16和17的竖立于中间的吸音墙22和23,无间隙地靠在吸音墙8和9上。
门扇16和17例如可在三根导轨30、31和32或33、34和35上移动,导轨30-35均是圆弧形的,并对旋转点20或21同心。
例如在导轨32上运行的滚轮36和37,由马达38、万向轴39和伞齿轮传动装置驱动,装在每一根导轨上的滚轮都可以有自己的传动装置,所有的传动装置均同步工作,并保证在不同半径的导轨上的滚轮有所要求的分级的转速。
门扇16和17的长度设计为,当它们处于回转状态时,仍有一个用于飞机的机头的足够大的开口(a)。
在图上用点划线轮廓16′和17′表示门扇16和17打开时的位置,门扇16和17的回转运动以相应的终端开关42和43为界。
当然,门扇16和17也可以用手工操作打开,为此,为了与牵引车连接而设置挂钩44和45。
上述结构在门扇回转后至少可使噪声对周围地区居民的干扰减少到可容许的程度。此外,由于飞机和发动机实际上在各个侧面均被封闭和遮掩,所以还可以在相当大的程度上,消除紊乱的风干扰,这种干扰有时会障碍进行发动机的试车。
通过在飞机后方较短的距离处设置使排气流转弯的导向器,可使在它后面的防噪音墙有效地工作,而不会使之直接遇到排气射流。

Claims (4)

1、一种航空发动机噪音的防护装置,它在与发动机相隔一定的距离处设置一个倾斜的格栅形导向器,导向器后面装有近似于马蹄形的吸音墙,它的高度约为导向器高度的两倍,其特征为:在马蹄形吸音墙(7-13)的直臂段(8、9)的前端(14、15),铰接着两个铺设吸音材料(22、23)的可回转门扇(16、17),它们可以向内大约转60°,门扇的长度设计成当它们处于全回转状态时仍留有一个为飞机(1)的机头所需的开口(a)。
2、按照权利要求1所述之防护装置,其特征为:门扇(16、17)可以在多个对旋转点(20、21)同心的圆弧导轨(30-35)上绕旋转点(20、21)移动。
3、按照权利要求1和2所述之防护装置,其特征为:从上面看下去,门扇(16、17)具有盒形横截面,在它的后端连有一个三角形部分(18、19),三角形的顶部作为旋转点(20、21)应这样支承在马蹄形吸音墙(8、9)的前端面(14、15)上,即要使门扇(16、17)的吸音墙(22、23)在回转状态时无间隙地紧靠在其余两个吸音墙(8、9)上。
4、按照权利要求2所述之防护装置,其特征为:门扇(16、17)由设在每一根导轨(30-35)处的彼此分级同步的马达(38)驱动,它们通过万向轴(39)和伞齿轮传动装置(40)驱动在导轨上行驶的滚轮(36、37)。
