Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于沿着玻璃片的周边布置诸如密封胶隔条的粘合带的装置,在该边缘处定位这种条带是装配绝缘玻璃单元的一个步骤。
背景技术
一般说来,用于装配绝缘窗体结构的步骤包括将诸如玻璃的釉面结构片以固定的、隔开的关系布置在另一个釉面结构片上,同时一隔开的和密封的装置布置在上述两个结构的周边处且沿着该周边布置,从而形成在上述结构之间具有密封气隙的夹层式结构。该密封的气隙可提供改进的绝缘性能。然而,在制造该窗体的过程中存在许多困难,特别是密封胶隔条的布置和定位方面。
为了保持该釉面结构适当地间隔开,使一刚性的间隔物条形成为一个框架,并被布置在两个结构之间,以便保持合适的间隔,之后将密封胶组合物注入到由隔条框架和釉面结构的边缘形成的槽中。或者,该刚性的间隔物可以预先涂有密封胶并被放入到釉面结构之间的空间中,从而形成绝缘的窗体结构。
密封胶隔条可以是连续的,由此可使用单一的条带而不会沿着玻璃片的整个周边中断,且其具有柔韧性,从而可被弯曲成转角。当使用韧性的间隔物时,其柔韧度应该足够,以便允许间隔物围绕一转角弯曲。如果其韧性不够,就必须裁切间隔物或给间隔物开槽以便易于弯曲。然而,就安装者而言,这种连续条带的手动施加可能需要相当的能力来适当地布置槽口,特别是为了形成一致的转角并且如果转角需要开槽时。此外,如果没有正确地在玻璃片上布置隔条,可能需要移走和再定位连续的隔条。
一种装配或制造绝缘窗体单元的常规方法包括在一个转角开始沿着釉面结构的周边施加粘性带,通常是一个密封胶隔条,在需要的地方形成转角,在形成最后一个转角之后将条带裁切成一定长度,然后在该釉面结构上定位第二釉面结构,从而形成一面板,同时密封胶隔条保持两釉面结构彼此隔开。
用手施加密封胶隔条可能是耗费时间的,并导致密封胶隔条的不准确或不一致的定位。此外,制造者必须用手施加压力以使密封胶隔条粘附在玻璃片上。这种压力的不一致性导致密封胶隔条不一致地粘附在玻璃片上。
为了减小一些这样的问题,已经使用施加工具在玻璃片上布置密封胶隔条。这些工具要求密封胶隔条穿过工具,并且必须保持穿在工具中直到制造出完整的组件。许多施加工具都难以对错误布置的穿过的条带进行再定位,因为在制造绝缘玻璃单元的过程中,该装置不能够容易地与密封胶隔条脱离和再布置。相反该工具必须穿过条带回到错误布置的位置上,然后再定位条带。通常要使窗户制造商抛弃错误布置的条带是不可能的。此外,许多工具不会提供为了转弯而用于确定应该在何处给密封胶隔条开槽的能力。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种工具,其可以容易地沿玻璃片的周边施加密封胶隔条。
在本发明的一个实施例中,提供一种手动施加工具,用于将材料条带施加到玻璃片表面或与玻璃片周边相邻的其它构件上,其中如果需要时材料条带可以再定位。
在本发明的另一个实施例中,提供一种手动施加工具,其具有一由许多销和滚轮形成的导槽,从而能够沿玻璃片周边进行精确的布置,并在密封胶隔条中形成转角,以及提供一致的向下的压力,用于使条带与玻璃片接触和提供一种易于再定位被错误布置在玻璃片上的密封胶隔条的装置。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种导向板和相联的导向滚轮,用于改变玻璃构件边缘和密封胶隔条之间的距离。

现在参考附图,如图1所示,其示出了一个在其上布置有玻璃片12的工作台10,使得可以使用本发明的手动施加工具16沿玻璃片12的周边布置密封胶隔条14。然后将第二玻璃片布置在密封胶隔条14的顶面,以形成一绝缘的玻璃单元(“IGU”)。
本发明的手动施加工具16一般用16表示,它具有一个在一端与外壳20连接、在相对端与手柄支承22连接的手柄18。该手柄支承22又与基板24连接。在图2、3和4中可以清楚地看出,在基板24的与手柄支承22相对的端部,基板具有一基板支架26。

正如还可以从图5中看出的是本发明的一个切割机构的实施例。在一个实施例中,切割机构包括一刀片44,该刀片通常能够平行于玻璃片12在狭槽或刀片导槽46中前后移动,并与砧座48接触。该切割机构可以由使用气源或任何其它熟知的方式提供动力的刀片触发旋钮或按钮(图中未示)触发,用于使刀片往复运动,该切割机构也可以具有不同的切割深度触发按钮。在该实施例中,例如通过触发第一触发按钮,给密封胶隔条14开槽,使得它能够弯曲形成一个转角。通过局部地裁切密封胶隔条14进行开槽。在这种情况下,切割刀片44还未到砧座48处就停住了。如果触发了第二触发按钮,切割刀片44将进一步延伸,从而整个地切下密封胶隔条14。这种切割是在绝缘的玻璃单元的最后转角处进行的,从而完成密封胶隔条14的布置。
为了进一步帮助布置密封胶隔条14,在一个实施例中手动施加工具还可以包括一下压滚轮52,用于在分配过程中施加压力给密封胶隔条14。正如在图3和5中可以清楚地看出,下压滚轮52绕一部分包含在外壳下方的狭槽中的轴旋转。该下压滚轮52形成前述的导槽的一部分。可调节的轴或轴杆最后与下压滚轮调节旋钮54连接。通过旋转该下压滚轮调节旋钮,下压滚轮52可以在下压滚轮通道52中上下移动。该下压滚轮是弹簧加载的,所以能够保持密封胶隔条高度的微小变化,同时保持作用在密封胶隔条上的下压力基本上一致。在操作中,下压滚轮施加压力给密封胶隔条14,以便将其粘附在玻璃片12上。
为了进一步帮助定位和布置密封胶隔条,手动施加工具还可以包括一可调节的导板56,以便提供一种用于布置与玻璃片边缘相隔合适距离的密封胶隔条的装置。通过保持导板56的导向滚轮36、38和40的边缘与玻璃片12之间的接触,用户能够控制密封胶隔条和玻璃片边缘或周边之间的合适间隔。
为了调节导向滚轮36、38、和40,可松开导板连接螺钉58、58a。然后旋转导板调节按钮60,以便在基板的底面上前后移动导板直到导向滚轮36、38和40以期望的距离接触玻璃片12,从而将密封胶隔条施加在玻璃片12上的期望位置。只要到达了期望的位置,就旋紧螺钉58、58a,从而将导板56固定在合适的位置,并且可以进行密封胶隔条的布置。
与外壳的前端连接的是前定位滚轮34。在一个实施例中,如图1和2所示,前定位滚轮34可以通过可调节的附件62如狭槽中的螺钉或螺栓连接于外壳上。如果松开了螺钉或螺栓,则前定位滚轮34能够可滑动地在附件62中的狭槽或凹槽中移动。只要找到了前定位滚轮34的期望高度,就旋紧螺钉或螺栓,从而利用摩擦力啮合附件的外表面。当然,本领域技术人员很容易理解可以使用其它类型的附件来调节前定位滚轮的高度。
本发明的手动施加工具16还可以具有一个瞄准系统,以便提醒用户必须在何处给密封胶隔条14开槽和在何处形成转角。该瞄准系统包括一组由一个或多个激光器66提供功率的激光口64、64a。进一步地可以看出,激光器66由激光控制开关68触发。通过触发控制开关68,打开激光器66,将灯指示光束发送到各个激光口64、64a,从而在操作员可容易看到的距离手动施加工具16一定距离处投影一个指示光斑。除了激光器,任何其它熟知的光束都可以用于该目的。
在操作中,通过把条带14插入到前定位滚轮34的下方和定位销42、42a和43之间以接触下压滚轮52,将密封胶隔条14施加到玻璃片12的顶面。然后用户沿由前滚轮30、30a和后滚轮32、32a支承的工作台滚动手动工具,同时导向滚轮36、38和40啮合玻璃片的侧面。用户拿住待布置的密封胶隔条14使其位于工具16的上面和前面,使得密封胶隔条14的顶面配合前定位滚轮34。当布置密封胶隔条14时,密封胶隔条由定位销42、42a和43在横向上以及由定位滚轮34在垂直方向上导向,并移动通过导槽和垂直地啮合下压滚轮52,该下压滚轮用于施加压力给密封胶隔条14,以便将其固定在玻璃片12上。
该瞄准系统允许用户观察从激光口64、64a投影的指示灯,以便确定手动施加工具16何时到达转角,密封胶隔条14何时需要进行开槽,以及手动施加工具16在何处需要被回转或枢转。换句话说,第一激光口64可将用户可以容易看到的指示灯光束进行投影,从而告知用户密封胶隔条14应该在何处开槽。用户可使第一指示灯与玻璃片12边缘对准(假设转角的角度是90度),然后触发切割刀片触发按钮50以给密封胶隔条开槽。然后用户沿密封胶隔条14移动手动施加工具16,直到来自第二激光口64a的第二指示灯光束与玻璃片12的边缘对准。在这一点上,下压滚轮52的中心线将正好在槽口之上。用户可使手动施加工具16绕下压滚轮52的中心线枢转,从而在密封胶隔条14中形成一转角。然后对玻璃片的另一个侧面重复该过程。
尽管根据专利法规,已经阐明了最佳方式和优选的实施例,但是本发明的范围不限于此,而是由随附的权利要求书的范围限定。尽管上面已经就特定的形式描述了本发明,但是对于本领域技术人员来说很明显的是,可以以多种方式修改和限定本发明,而不应该限制于解释,除了下面的权利要求书所限定的。
Claims (7)
1.一种装配绝缘玻璃组件的方法,包括以下步骤:
使用用于沿着玻璃片施加隔条的手动工具,将所述隔条施加到所述玻璃片顶面的边缘处,所述手动工具包括:具有第一端和第二端的手柄;基板,其与所述手柄的所述第一端连接,并具有自由旋转的基板滚轮,以及外壳,其与所述手柄的所述第二端以及与所述基板连接,所述外壳具有一个前定位滚轮、至少一个导向销和一个下压滚轮,其中所述至少一个导向销和所述外壳滚轮形成一导槽,用于布置粘性带,所述下压滚轮提供压力用于将隔条施加到玻璃片上;可调节导板,其具有滚轮,并与基板相连,用于增加或减少从所述玻璃片边缘到所述用于布置隔条的装置的距离;位于该手动工具内或与该手动工具相连的瞄准系统,其能投射指示灯;以及开槽装置,其用于对所述隔条进行开槽;其中使用手动工具将所述隔条施加到所述玻璃片顶面的边缘处的步骤包括把隔条插入到前定位滚轮的下方和导向销之间以接触下压滚轮;
设定离要布置所述隔条的所述玻璃片边缘的距离;
根据所述指示灯的指示来确定所述隔条何时到达所述玻璃片的转角;
当所述隔条到达所述玻璃片的转角时用所述手动工具对所述隔条进行开槽;
回转所述手动工具以在隔条中形成转角,并继续沿着玻璃片的下一边缘以离玻璃片边缘同一设定距离来布置所述隔条到所述玻璃片的顶面;以及
切割所述隔条。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述手动工具还包括位于该手动工具内或与该手动工具相连的瞄准系统,其能够投射第一和第二指示灯,且所述方法还包括以下步骤:
从所述第一指示灯识别所述隔条何时到达所述玻璃片的转角;
在对所述隔条进行开槽后,识别要使所述隔条绕所述转角枢转的枢转位置;以及
在将所述隔条施加到下一边缘之前绕所述转角枢转所述隔条。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述玻璃片的多个转角处进行所述识别转角、识别枢转位置以及枢转的步骤。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别步骤包括将所述第一指示灯与所述玻璃片的一个边缘对齐。
5.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述识别要使所述隔条绕转角枢转的枢转位置的步骤包括将所述第二指示灯与所述玻璃片的一个边缘对齐。
6.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述手动工具还包括导向滚轮,这些导向滚轮用于与所述玻璃片配合以及用于与工作台配合,并且所述方法还包括:将所述玻璃片放置到工作台上,并使所述手动工具与所述玻璃片和工作台配合。
7.一种装配绝缘玻璃组件的方法,包括以下步骤:
使用用于沿着玻璃片施加隔条的手动工具,将所述隔条施加到所述玻璃片顶面的边缘处,所述手动工具包括:具有第一端和第二端的手柄;基板,其与所述手柄的所述第一端连接,并具有自由旋转的基板滚轮,以及外壳,其与所述手柄的所述第二端以及与所述基板连接,所述外壳具有一个前定位滚轮、至少一个导向销和一个下压滚轮,其中所述至少一个导向销和所述外壳滚轮形成一导槽,用于布置粘性带,所述下压滚轮提供压力用于将隔条施加到玻璃片上;可调节导向装置,用于增加或减少从所述玻璃片边缘到所述用于布置隔条的装置的距离;以及开槽装置,其用于对所述隔条进行开槽;以及位于该手动工具内或与该手动工具相连的瞄准装置,其能够投射第一和第二指示灯,其中使用手动工具将所述隔条施加到所述玻璃片顶面的边缘处的步骤包括把隔条插入到前定位滚轮的下方和导向销之间以接触下压滚轮;
当所述隔条到达所述玻璃片的转角时用所述手动工具对所述隔条进行开槽;
将所述隔条施加到所述玻璃片的下一边缘;
施加且必要时对所述隔条进行开槽,以将所述隔条绕所述玻璃片的整个周边进行施加;以及
切割所述隔条;
所述方法还包括以下步骤:
从所述第一指示灯识别所述隔条何时到达所述玻璃片的转角;
在对所述隔条进行开槽后,识别要使所述隔条绕所述转角枢转的枢转位置;以及
在将所述隔条施加到所述下一边缘之前绕所述转角枢转所述隔条;
其中在所述玻璃片的多个转角处进行所述识别转角、识别枢转位置以及枢转的步骤;
其中所述识别步骤包括将所述第一指示灯与所述玻璃片的一个边缘对齐;以及
其中所述识别要使所述隔条绕所述转角枢转的枢转位置的步骤包括将所述第二指示灯与所述玻璃片的一个边缘对齐。
