Abstract
【解決手段】断熱ガラスユニットを形成するために板ガラス(12)に沿って帯状スペーサシーリング材(14)を布設するための手動取付工具(16)であって、第1及び第2の端部を有する取っ手(18)と、取っ手の第1の端部に接続する回転自在なローラを有するベース(24)と、前記取っ手の第1の端部とベースに接続する筐体(2)を備える。筐体は位置決めローラと少なくとも一つの案内ピンと筐体ローラを有し、少なくとも一つの案内ピンと筐体ローラは粘着帯状材を布設するための案内路を形成し、筐体ローラは帯状スペーサシーリング材を板ガラス上に取り付けるための圧力を加える。

Claims (9)
- 板ガラスに沿って帯状スペーサシーリング材を布設するための装置であって、
第1及び第2の端部を有する取っ手と、
前記取っ手の前記第1の端部に結合されており、回転自在なベースプレートローラを有するベースプレートと、
前記取っ手の第2の端部と前記ベースプレートとに結合されており、正面位置決めローラと少なくとも一つの案内ピンと圧下ローラとを有する筐体と、を備え、
前記少なくとも一つの案内ピンと前記筐体ローラとは、粘着帯状材を布設するための案内路を形成し、前記圧下ローラは帯状スペーサシーリング材を板ガラス上に取り付けるための圧力を与える、装置。 - 前記筐体の内部に配置されるか又はこれに取付けられており、少なくとも一つの照準ポートと、少なくとも一つの指示光を投光することができる光源発生器とを有する照準システムを備える請求項1に記載の装置。
- 少なくとも一つの案内ピンから横方向にずらして配置されており、前記筐体に取付けられているアンビルと、
前記アンビルの反対側に位置し、前記筐体の切断刃スロットに少なくとも部分的に収容されて往復動することができる切断刃と、
帯状スペーサシーリング材を切断するとともに前記切断刃を引込めるために、前記切断刃を前記アンビルに向けて移動させるべく前記切断刃と通信する切断刃作動手段と、
を備える請求項2に記載の装置。 - 前記ベースプレートの底面に沿った向きに配置され、少なくとも2つの案内ローラが取付けられた調節可能な案内板を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの案内ローラは前記ベースプレートローラに対して垂直向きに配置されている請求項3に記載の装置。 - 板ガラスに沿って粘着帯状材を布設するための装置であって、
第1及び第2の端部を有する取っ手と、
前記取っ手の前記第1の端部に結合されており、回転自在なベースプレートローラを有するベースプレートと、
前記取っ手の第2の端部と前記ベースプレートとに結合されており、正面位置決めローラと少なくとも一つの案内ピンと圧下ローラとを有するとともに、その内部に切断手段を有し、前記少なくとも一つの案内ピンと前記筐体ローラは帯状スペーサシーリング材を布設するための案内路を形成し、前記圧下ローラは帯状スペーサシーリング材を板ガラス上に取り付けるための圧力を与える筐体と、
前記筐体に取付けられており、少なくとも一つの照準ポートと少なくとも一つの指示光を投光することができる光源発生器とを有する照準システムと、を備える装置。 - 少なくとも一つの案内ピンから横方向にずらして配置されており、前記筐体に取付けられているアンビルと、
前記アンビルの反対側に位置し、前記筐体の切断刃ガイドに少なくとも部分的に収容されて往復動することができる切断刃と、
帯状スペーサシーリング材を切断するとともに前記切断刃を引込めるために、前記切断刃を前記アンビルに向けて往復させるべく前記切断刃と通信する切断刃作動手段と、
を備える請求項5に記載の切断手段。 - 前記ベースプレートの底面に沿った向きに配置され、少なくとも2つの案内ローラが取付けられた調節可能な案内板を備え、
前記少なくとも2つの案内ローラは前記ベースプレートローラに対して垂直向きに配置されている請求項5に記載の装置。 - 板ガラスに沿って帯状スペーサシーリング材を布設するための装置であって、
第1及び第2の端部を有する取っ手と、
前記取っ手の前記第1の端部に結合されており、回転自在なベースプレートローラを有するベースプレートと、
前記取っ手の第2の端部と前記ベースプレートとに結合されており、正面位置決めローラと少なくとも一つの案内ピンと圧下ローラとを有するとともに、その内部に切断手段を有し、前記少なくとも一つの案内ピンと前記正面位置決めローラは帯状スペーサシーリング材を布設するための案内路を形成し、前記圧下ローラは帯状スペーサシーリング材を板ガラス上に取り付けるための圧力を与える筐体と、
前記筐体に取付けられており、少なくとも一つの照準ポートと少なくとも一つの指示光を投光することができる光源発生器とを有する照準システムと、
前記ベースプレートの底面に沿った向きに配置されるとともに、前記ベースプレートローラに対して垂直向きに配置される少なくとも2つの案内ローラが取付けられた調節可能な案内板と、を備えた装置。 - 少なくとも一つの案内ピンから横方向にずらして配置されて、前記筐体に取付けられているアンビルと、
前記アンビルの反対側に位置し、前記筐体の切断刃ガイドに少なくとも部分的に収容されて往復動することができる切断刃と、
帯状スペーサシーリング材を切断するとともに前記切断刃を引込めるために、前記切断刃を前記アンビルに向けて往復させるべく前記切断刃と通信する切断刃作動手段と、
を備える請求項8に記載の切断手段。
