Abstract
本发明公开了一种诸如合成树脂瓶的容器。这种容器通过拉伸吹塑一个注塑的型坯而成。该容器包括一个容器体,其侧面有一个二次模塑的把手。本发明还公开了一种模制带把手的中空容器的方法。
Description
本发明涉及合成树脂瓶一类的中空容器及其它的模塑成型方法,这种容器有一个吹塑法制成的容器体,其侧面有一个二次模塑成型的把手。
带把中空容器有两种传统的模塑成型方法,一种方法包括如下步骤;将一个用挤压模塑法制成的型坯吹塑成型为中空容器时,充气使型坯的一部分向容器体的侧面膨胀形成容器把手。
在吹塑成型容器的同时整体模塑出把手的方法被广泛应用于一般称之为吹塑法的容器模塑成型方法中。然而,在一种拉伸吹塑法中,型坯在一个吹塑模中被轴向拉伸,与吹塑法形成的容器相比,用这种方法形成的容器器壁极薄,这就使得模塑把手成为困难,故不采用这种模塑成型方法。
另一种方法包括:当一个一端封口的型坯被注塑成型时,在不需要吹塑成型的口部的一侧预先整体模塑成型一个把手。这种在用来形成容器口部的型坯口上预先模塑一个把手的方法也可用于拉伸吹塑法。但是,由于要模塑一个把手,口部就必须长于一般的容器,故容器形状或外形成为长颈瓶那样的特殊形状。这种方法存在一个问题,即很难用于制造常用的容器。
本发明是为解决前面在对现有技术的描述中提到的问题而完成的。本发明的一个目的是提供一种新的中空容器,进一步说,一种通过拉伸吹塑一个注塑型坯而制成的合成树脂容器,容器体在其侧面有一个把手。
本发明进一步的目的是提供一种带把手的中空容器的模塑方法,采用这种方法,无论中空容器体以什么方法模塑成型,容器侧面都可以二次模制一个把手,而不受上述模塑成型方法的影响,而且,尽管把手是在吹塑法或拉伸吹塑法制成的容器体上二次成型的,但不会从容器体上脱落。
为达到上述目的,在用吹塑法成型合成树脂瓶一类中空容器的同时,将容器体的环形槽模制在吹塑模内中空容器体的外侧。根据本发明这种带把手中空容器包括所述由拉伸吹塑成型的壳体双轴定向的容器体,其外表面有环形槽,并有一个相对于容器体注塑成型的合成树脂把手,该把手与位于环形槽内的连接环注塑在一起,并通过连接环与环形槽之间的结合安装在容器体的一侧。在容器体从吹塑模中取出后,将其嵌入一个组合模形式的模具内进行把手的模制,该模具有一个把手模塑腔,该腔连接着容器接收部分和环形槽。模塑是这样进行的;先向容器施加内压力,然后向模内注入熔融的树脂,使所述环形槽和把手模塑腔充满树脂,这样把手连同嵌在环形槽内的连接环一起在容器体的侧面形成。
通过上述方法模制成的这种带把手的中空容器,由于连接环嵌在壳体上的环形槽内,并且与把手整体连接,既使握住把手提取容器,容器体也不会由于内装物的重量而脱出把手。进一步,因为是将树脂注入吹塑法制成的中空容器来模制把手,带把手容器的模制不会受到容器体的模制方法及其形状的影响。
附图显示了本发明所述的带把手中空容器、容器的模塑成型步骤和一个带有容器主体的模塑装置的纵剖面图。其中图1是半个带把手的中空容器纵剖面前视图;图2是另一实施例的前视图;图3是一个
容器在模塑成型时的纵剖面前视图;图4是一个容器的前视图;图5是半个把手模塑模具的前视图;图6是把手被模制时半个模具的前视图;图7是用于模制把手的多腔模制装置的俯视图。
在附图中,标号1表示一个瓶状容器体,它是通过拉伸吹塑法吹塑位于吹塑模内的一个注塑成型的一端封口型坯而制成的。其中除了颈2外,壳3和底4都是双轴定向的。
在模制容器体的同时形成的两个环形槽5,5在壳3的外侧表面上相间分布。
以标号6表示的把手与位于环形槽5,5内的两个连接环7,7整体形成。
图2显示了另一实施例,其中一个连接环7位于颈2的下面。
下面将对图3显示的中空容器模塑方法进行描述。

一个注塑的、一端封口的型坯11被安放在吹塑模14的腔中进行拉伸吹塑,其颈13容纳在颈模12中,吹塑模14是组合模,在模制过程中,轴向拉伸由位于吹芯15中心部分的长杆16进行,吹芯15通过颈模12配置在颈13里,空气通过吹芯15吹入型坯11使得型坯11在腔内充分膨胀。通过这种方法模制成的容器体1的壳3是双轴定向的。型坯11的颈13构成容器体1的颈2而无任何变形。
在模制容器体1的过程中,吹塑模14的腔体表面上,一高一低地分布着两个互相平行隔开的环形凸起17,17,在模制容器体的同时,环形凸起17,17在容器体1的壳3的外侧面上形成环形槽5,5。

下一步,将容器体1从吹塑模14中移出并放入把手模具18中,如果容器体和把手连续地在同一机器上模制,容器体1可以通过颈模12进行移动。但如果把手是在另外的装置的模具上进行模制,容器体1就要由一个移动装置夹持并移至把手模具的位置。

把手模具18由带有凹腔的组合模组成,凹腔形成了与容器体1尺寸相同的接收部分19,凹腔的表面上,在与环形槽5,5相应的位置设有模塑槽20,20,在模具的分型面上模塑槽20,20的一端有一个与环形槽5,5相连的腔21。

将容器1嵌入接收腔19,关闭把手模具18并将其夹紧,通过置于颈模12内的气嘴22向容器体1吹入大约5~10公斤压力的气体,然后在低压下从通过喷嘴与模具接触的注射缸23中将熔融的树脂注入模中,树脂充满环形槽5和模塑槽20构成的环形腔及把手模塑腔,这样,把手6与连接环7,7一体形成。
由于连接环7,7和把手6是低压充填模塑成型的,冷却时易产生凹痕,因此在注射和充填完毕后向容器内施加20~30公斤气压以增加压力。
用上述方法模塑把手后,除去容器体内的空气压力,打开模具,取出容器体1,模塑成型的容器体1现在带有通过嵌在环形槽5,5内的连接环7,7与其连成整体的把手6。
图7显示了一个模制把手的多腔模制装置的实施例。组合模32,32安装在一个静平板和一个动平板34上,模上的三个接收部分形成凹腔31,31,在组合模具的静平板33一边,有一个与分型面
上每个把手模塑腔35,35相通的树脂通路36。
容器可以从侧面,也可以从顶部嵌入把手模塑装置,模具的打开或夹紧可以通过液压缸38和顶杆用通常的方法进行,标号39表示一个注射缸。
在本发明中,用来模塑容器体和把手6的树脂可以是相同的,也可以是不同的,例如容器主体可以由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯制成,而把手由聚丙烯制成,从模塑方面考虑,用于把手的树脂应比用于容器体的树脂熔点低,例如,最好容器体1由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯模塑,把手由聚乙烯模塑。
Claims (4)
1、一种带把手的合成树脂中空容器,该容器具有一个合成树脂的容器体,其中,一个注塑的型坯被轴向拉伸,至少一个由空气压力而膨胀以形成空心外形的壳体是双轴定向的,所述壳体的外表面上具有与所述容器体同时模塑成型的环形槽,连接环位于所述环形槽内,其特征为,通过所述连接环和环形槽之间的连接配合整体地安装在所述容器体侧面的该合成树脂把手与所述连接环一起相对于容器体注塑成型。
2、如权利要求1所述的带把手的合成树脂中空容器,其中形成所述把手的合成树脂其熔点低于形成所述容器体的合成树脂的熔点。
3、如权利要求1所述的带把手的合成树脂中空容器,其中所述容器体由聚对苯二甲酸乙酯构成,所述把手由聚丙烯或聚乙烯构成。
4、一种模制带把手的合成树脂中空容器的方法,包括如下步骤:将一注塑的型坯用拉伸吹塑法形成诸如瓶子等的中空容器,同时通过吹塑模腔面上的环形凸起,在容器体壳体的外面形成环形槽;使与环形槽连接的把手模塑腔定位于容器接收部分的外侧,以便将容器体嵌入一个由位于分型面上的组合模具构成的把手模具;用气压向模具中的容器体内施加内压;保持所述内压并向把手模塑腔和所述环形槽注射充填熔融树脂,以形成与嵌在容器体表面环形槽内的连接环连为一体的把手。
