再根据图3,相对于沿着路径A1的进给动作,在封闭站108的上游,起泡机M1包括用于张紧泡罩带102和第二带107的张紧装置114。
张紧装置114允许所述泡罩带102和第二带107以最佳的张力水平地前进,从而允许泡罩带102、第二带107在封闭站108中有效地相互接合,而不会滑动,并且通过驱动辊子112的座112a在泡罩103上实现最佳的夹紧和驱动作用,尽管泡罩带102仅可以在与接触线T对应的区域中附着于驱动辊子112。
根据图4和5,张紧装置114包括一对辊子116、117:下部辊子116是动力驱动辊子并且它的横断面具有至少两个环116a和116b,用于保持泡罩带102的边缘。
动力驱动辊子116在接收到由检测控制装置115(图4)发出的指令信号S时实际上用作泡罩带102的制动元件,其目的在于检查泡罩103和驱动辊子112上制成的容纳座112a之间的正确配合。
上部辊子117与动力驱动辊子116相配合,并且在它的旋转中,具有挤压装置118(图5),用于将受控的压力施加在动力驱动辊子116上:通过这种方式,可以改变压紧动力驱动辊子116的压力。
再根据图4,检测控制装置115被布置在与驱动辊子112对应的区域中,并且反作用在张紧装置114上,以便允许张紧装置的致动,即在检测控制装置115检测到座112a-泡罩103的错误配合时产生对泡罩带102的制动张力。
检测控制装置115优选地但非限定地包括光学传感器,其位于驱动辊子112的附近并且沿单个座112a-泡罩103的配合线T作用。
所述光学传感器优选地是激光发射器,并且所述激光仅在座112a-泡罩103的配合错误的情况下通过光电池120反射。
因此,起泡机M1通过这种方式被构造以便实现所述目的,这是因为封闭站108的简单和有效的结构。
可以仅在两个辊子的一条接触线上执行密封,其中带子在封闭站的下游以及上游呈水平地一个位于另一个之上,这使得最终的泡罩包装具有较高的质量,消除了泡罩包装的不合乎需要的弯曲,并且实时控制带子的正确通过的张紧/制动单元的存在提供了密封的可靠性。
此外,由本发明提出的具有上述封闭站的起泡机可生产带有细长泡罩的泡罩包装(例如用于容纳胶囊),而无需在封闭站使用具有多刻面外周表面的驱动辊子,所述具有多刻面的外周表面在泡罩包装上引起不希望有的沟纹和/或在产品和封闭带的那些在密封后仍然热的部分之间的损坏接触。
最后,由于带子相对于所有工作站的连续进给,并且这些工作站同样也是连续工作的,显著地改进和优化了由本发明提出的在起泡机中的产品进给,消除了对产品的损坏。
所构思的发明能容许多种改变和变化,所有这些都落在本发明的构思之内。但是,所有的细节均可通过技术等效元件来替代。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于生产泡罩包装(B1)的起泡机(M1),其具有一生产线,该生产线顺序包括:至少一个可热成形材料的第一连续带(2)的热成形站(101),以形成带有容纳产品(104)的泡罩的泡罩带(102);用于进给所述产品(104)并以所述产品填充所述泡罩带(102)的站(105);第二带(107)的进给站(106),用于在填充有所述产品(104)的所述泡罩带(102)上方连续地进给笫二带(107);封闭站(108),在这里所述泡罩带(102)由所述第二带(107)密封,以便得到泡罩包装带(NB1),所述封闭站(108)包括两个相对的辊子,所述两个相对的辊子是驱动辊子(112)和密封辊子(113);和切割站(R1),在这里所述泡罩包装带被切割成各个泡罩包装(B1);所述生产线至少从用于进给所述产品的站(105)处开始,沿基本上水平的连续进给路径(A1)延伸,所述起泡机(M1)包括张紧装置(114),所述张紧装置(114)沿所述路径(A1)位于所述封闭站(108)的上游,以便与所述封闭站(108)的所述驱动辊子和密封辊子(112,113)协作,从而至少在所述泡罩带(102)上执行确定的张力,所述起泡机(M1)的特征在于,所述张紧装置(114)包括一对辊子(116,117),所述张紧装置(114)的所述一对辊子(116,117)彼此面对并且位于至少所述泡罩带(102)的相对两侧上,所述张紧装置(114)的所述一对辊子(116,117)的至少一个辊子(116)是动力驱动辊子;所述张紧装置(114)的所述一对辊子(116,117)至少在所述泡罩带(102)上执行所述张力,以便确保沿着由所述泡罩带(102)的至少一个泡罩(103)和在所述封闭站(108)的所述驱动辊子(112)上制成的相应的座(112a)确定的线(T)的正确的和完全的配合,并且所述起泡机包括用于检测和控制所述泡罩(103)和在所述封闭站(108)的所述驱动辊子(112)上制成的所述座(112a)之间的配合的检测控制装置(115);所述检测控制装置(115)反作用在所述张紧装置(114)的所述一对辊子(116,117)上,以便致动所述张紧装置的所述一对辊子,即在所述检测控制装置(115)检测到所述座(112a)和所述泡罩(103)的错误配合时在所述泡罩带(102)上产生制动张力。
2、根据权利要求1所述的起泡机,其特征在于,所述张紧装置(114)的所述动力驱动辊子(116)的横断面具有至少两个环(116a,116b),所述至少两个环(116a,116b)用于保持所述泡罩带(102)的边缘,以便响应所述检测控制装置(115)发出的指令信号(S)而产生制动张力。
