Abstract

本发明涉及一种用于特别是运动用杆的相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子的夹紧装置,它具有一可径向扩张的夹紧件。
背景技术
这种夹紧装置用来固定相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子的相对位置。
这种装置例如在长度可调的运动用杆如滑雪杆、步行仗等等方面是公知的。例如参看AT 397355B和AT 404324B。
已知的夹紧装置在内部管子上具有一不可旋转地固定的螺纹杆。在该螺纹杆上插接一夹紧件。夹紧件和一拧在螺纹杆上的锥体(“扩张体”)共同作用。锥体紧贴在外部管子内侧上,内部管子可套筒式伸缩地插入外部管子内,使得在管子相互旋转时根据旋转方向的不同锥体分别向可扩张的夹紧件方向或背离夹紧件方向运动。通过相应的旋转,夹紧件可以胀开,从而使管子相互的位置固定。如果应该改变位置,则反方向旋转,使夹紧装置松开,从而可以调整到一个新的位置。
这种已知结构形式的缺点是,扩张体只能从一侧作用在夹紧件上,因此只能花费比较大的力才能达到对于固定两个例如构成杆件的管子相互的相对位置足够的夹紧作用。
由EP 0314357A已知一种开头所述类型的夹紧装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,设置一种用可扩张的夹紧件工作的用于相互套接的管子特别是杆等等的夹紧装置,用这种装置可以用比迄今为止小的力达到所要求的夹紧效果。
为此,本发明提供一种用于特别是运动用杆的相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子的夹紧装置,具有一可径向胀开的夹紧件,所述夹紧件是一空心圆柱体,它具有一贯通的纵向槽,其中夹紧件的两末端配设有圆锥形的扩张体,其特征为:两个扩张体可相对于夹紧件移动,扩张体用螺纹拧在一个具有相反方向的螺纹的螺纹杆的各螺纹段上,并且,一个具有螺纹杆的螺纹件固定在相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子的内部管子上。
由于在本发明的装置中通过相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子之间的力锁合起夹紧作用的、可扩张的夹紧件从两侧分别用一锥体(扩张体)加力,而得到显著改善的夹紧效果。
在本发明的范围内设想,与夹紧件共同作用的两个扩张体套在以及用螺纹拧在螺纹杆的具有相反方向的螺纹线(一个左螺纹和一个右螺纹)上。因此在小的旋转运动时两个锥形扩张体相对于夹紧件便已经达到足够大的轴向运动。在这种实施形式中,用小的旋转便已经提供必要的夹紧力,以便将两根管子例如杆件固定在其所选择的相互的相对位置上(根据所希望的杆长度)。

具体实施方式
本发明的夹紧装置1装在一根管子3(或杆)的末端上,它尤其是以小的间隙插入一外部管子5内。通过管子3和5相互的移动可以改变管子3、5相互的相对位置,并例如将运动用杆(滑雪杆、步行仗等等)的长度调整到所希望的相应数值。
夹紧装置1具体包括一通过槽口(Kerbung)9固定在管子3上的螺纹件7,其伸出于管子3的螺纹杆11具有两个带相反方向螺纹的段13和15。其中与管子3相邻的段13的螺纹具有比在螺纹杆11的自由端区域内的螺纹段15的螺纹大的直径。
夹紧装置1具有两个圆锥形扩张体17和19。扩张体17具有一内螺纹,它相应于在螺纹杆11根部处的较粗的螺纹13。扩张体19具有一相应于螺纹杆11自由端上的较细的螺纹15的内螺纹。
在扩张体17和19之间设置一可径向扩张的(可胀开的)夹紧件21,圆锥形扩张体17和19以其直径较小的末端嵌入此夹紧件内。夹紧件21是一圆柱形管,它具有从两端大致一直伸展到长度中心的切口23。在夹紧件21一端上的切口23最好相对于夹紧件21另一端上的切口23错开例如90°。此外构成夹紧件21的圆柱形管切开一贯通的槽(槽25)。因此夹紧件21在扩张体17和19的作用下可以径向胀开。
夹紧装置1嵌入一套在配备夹紧装置1的管子3上的外部管子5内部,其中扩张体17和19的直径较大的末端的尺寸这样选择,使它们以摩擦锁合紧贴在外部管子5的内表面上。扩张体17和19在其较粗的末端处(具有较大直径的末端)可以附加地配备提高摩擦力的结构。它们例如可以是肋条、齿或者还有例如由摩擦系数比外部管子5的材料大的(橡胶弹性的)材料组成的环形嵌件。
如果其上固定着夹紧装置1的管子3相对于另一个管子5旋转,则在相应的旋转方向时扩张体17和19相互接近,并更多地挤入夹紧件21的末端,使夹紧件在其长度上基本上均匀地径向胀开,直至它这样地牢固贴合在外部管子5的内表面上为止,即,使外部管子5相对于另一根管子3不再能移动。
本发明夹紧装置的全部构件可以由塑料制成,其中对于扩张体17和19优选采用这样的塑料,即,它在管子(大多是金属管)内表面上具有足够大的摩擦力。

为了固定运动用杆特别是滑雪杆的相互套筒式伸缩套接管子3和5相互的相对位置,在管子3和5内设置一夹紧装置1。夹紧装置1具有一夹紧件21和扩张体17和19,扩张体配设于夹紧件21的末端。扩张体17和19拧在一具有反方向螺纹段13和15的螺纹杆11上。通过管子3和5相互的相对转动,在相应地选择旋转方向时,扩张体17和19从夹紧件21的两端挤入夹紧件21内,并使它在其整个长度上基本上均匀地径向胀开,使它在力锁合作用下紧贴在外部管子5的内表面上,从而固定杆的一种调整好的长度。

Claims (8)

1.用于相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子(3,5)的夹紧装置(1),具有一可径向胀开的夹紧件(21),所述夹紧件是一空心圆柱体,它具有一贯通的纵向槽(25),其中夹紧件(21)的两末端配设有圆锥形的扩张体(17,19),其特征为:两个扩张体(17,19)可相对于夹紧件(21)移动,扩张体(17,19)用螺纹拧在一个具有相反方向的螺纹的螺纹杆(11)的各螺纹段(13,15)上,并且,一个具有螺纹杆(11)的螺纹件(7)固定在相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子(3,5)的内部管子(3)上。

4.按权利要求3的夹紧装置,其特征为:在空心圆柱体每个末端上设置两个相互径向对置的切口(23)。
5.按权利要求3的夹紧装置,其特征为:在空心圆柱体两端上的切口(23)相互错开90度。
6.按权利要求1的夹紧装置,其特征为:扩张体(17,19)以其直径较小的一端嵌入夹紧件(21)内。
7.按权利要求1的夹紧装置,其特征为:扩张体(17,19)在其直径较大的末端上相对于外部管子(5)的材料摩擦加大。
8.按权利要求1的夹紧装置,其特征为:所述相互套筒式伸缩套接的管子是运动用杆的管子。
