一种电脑桌的伸缩臂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种可旋转的伸缩式柱状物。所述柱状物具有常规的用途，但尤其适用于家具，更具体地说适用于电脑桌。
背景技术
申请人在市场上出售一种电脑桌，所述电脑桌包括可以承载计算机的桌面，具体地说是承载便携式计算机，通常称作笔记本电脑。电脑桌包括一个承载桌面本身的臂。所述臂与柱状物连接，所述柱状物高度可调并且可旋转，并且依次连接于一件家具上。所述臂必须可摆入和摆出使用者的工作空间，因此易于放置在恰当的工作位置上，并且当未被使用时能够摆出工作位置。高度可调的柱状物包括夹紧联轴器，所述夹紧联轴器将柱状物锁定在期望高度，并且带有适当的摩擦力使得所述臂可以旋转。现有技术的柱状物存在的缺点在于，在使用过程中所述摩擦力不能维持恒定的状态。夹紧联轴器产生磨损，并且当接头在枢轴上来回转动时，夹紧联轴器容易松动。
因此，需要提供一种改进的伸缩套筒，在使用中更为牢固，其中摩擦力易于调整，并且伸缩套筒能够被锁定，并且设备能够持久保持。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种这样的柱状物。本发明的目的通过本发明中的伸缩式柱状物来实现。本发明的范围如权利要求书所示。具体地，本发明安排了一种可旋转的伸缩式柱状物，所述可旋转的伸缩式柱状物包括外套筒、设置于外套筒内部的伸缩式套筒、与外套筒连接的锁夹机构和轴，所述锁夹机构抓住伸缩式套筒周围，并且被设计为当伸缩式套筒处于对应外套筒的选定位置时，将伸缩式套筒锁定于外套筒，所述轴设置于伸缩式套筒的内部并且可旋转，所述旋转与伸缩式套筒有关。从而实现了长度可调节的功能和柱状物转动的功能相互分离，互不影响。因此，柱状物在使用中更加牢固。锁夹机构在使用过程中不会松动，并且由于连续的轴，转动特性更为强大。

具体实施方式
图1所示为包括桌面1的电脑桌。所述桌面与旋转接头2连接，所述接头2依次连接于上臂3。所述上臂与旋转臂或伸缩式柱状物4连接，所述旋转臂或伸缩式柱状物依次连接于下臂5和夹钳连接件6。伸缩式柱状物4长度可以变化，并且能够以适当的摩擦力围绕纵轴旋转。
所述伸缩式柱状物4包括连接于下臂5的外套筒7、转环和设置于外套筒7内部的锁夹机构。内部机构如图2所示，作为部件分解图。所述机构包括轴10，所述轴10连接于上臂3，例如螺纹连接。所述轴10在伸缩式套筒11中运转。所述轴可相对于套筒旋转并且轴与套筒之间的摩擦力是由弹簧垫圈12所决定的，所述弹簧垫圈12设置于转动轴10的螺钉头13与套筒末端之间。
伸缩式套筒11为带有外筒和内筒双壁轮廓的形式，外筒和内筒与相同的中心和若干纵向的连接桥相连。进一步地，伸缩式套筒11具有若干纵向插槽15，设计所述纵向插槽15使其插入外套筒7内部相应的凸轮。从而套筒间不能相对彼此转动。这意味着旋转运动发生于轴10与伸缩式套筒11之间，而纵向伸缩式运动发生在外套筒7与伸缩式套筒11之间。
可伸缩的柱状物还包括锁定套筒16，所述锁定套筒16被锁紧于外套筒7。为此锁定套筒包括旋钮，设计所述旋钮使其插入凹槽、插槽或外套筒7的开口。所述锁定套筒16具有内部的若干凸轮17，用于插入伸缩式套筒上的轨道15，锁定套筒16还包括外部的螺纹部分18，以及锁定旋钮19。进一步地，具有锁定环20，锁定环20向锁定套筒16和靠着伸缩式套筒11的夹紧锁定旋钮19的上面旋转，此时伸缩式柱状物被锁定于特定长度。图片中其它细节可包括管端盖板21、22，所述管端盖板用作旋转运动的轴承，同套管23、24、25。
图3所示为处于安装状态的所述机构，所述机构准备被放入外部的套管并且被锁定于外部套管。
在电脑桌的更简单的版本中，可以想到将伸缩式柱状物直接设置于夹钳连接件6与连接桌面1之间。本发明所述的伸缩式柱状物已被描述应用于电脑桌。但是，也可能发现其他应用，例如应用于椅子座位的旋转机构，或其他家具产业以外的其他一般应用。

Claims (6)

1.可旋转的伸缩式柱状物，包括：
外套筒（7），
伸缩式套筒（11），所述伸缩式套筒设置于外套筒（7）内部，
可锁定的夹钳机构，所述夹钳机构与外套筒（7）连接并且夹紧伸缩式套筒（11），目的在于当伸缩式套筒位于相对于外套筒的选定位置时，将伸缩式套筒锁定于外套筒，
轴（10），所述轴（10）设置于伸缩式套筒（11）内部并且可旋转，所述旋转与所述伸缩式套筒（11）有关，
其特征在于：外套筒带有若干内部凸轮，所述伸缩式套筒带有相应数量的外部插槽（15），设置外套筒（7）的凸轮用于插入伸缩式套筒（11）的插槽（15），从而防止伸缩式套筒相对外套筒转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转的伸缩式柱状物，其特征在于：可锁定夹钳机构包括具有若干锁定旋钮（19）的锁定套筒（16），由于所述锁定套筒（16）与外套筒（7）连接，并且设置锁定环（20）以夹紧靠着伸缩式套筒（11）的锁定旋钮（19）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转的伸缩式柱状物，其特征在于：所述伸缩式柱状物进一步包括若干弹簧垫圈（12），所述弹簧垫圈设置于轴（10）上的螺钉头（13）与伸缩式套筒（11）的一个末端之间，并且可用于决定轴与伸缩式套筒之间的摩擦力。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转的伸缩式柱状物，其特征在于：所述伸缩式柱状物进一步包括第一管端盖板（21）和第二管端盖板（22），所述管端盖板安装于伸缩式套筒（11）的末端并且用作轮轴（10）的轴承。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可旋转的伸缩式柱状物，其特征在于：所述伸缩式套筒由外部和内部管状体组成，所述外部和内部管状体通过若干纵向的连接桥连接而成。
6.包括桌面（1）和固定装置如夹钳连接件（6）的电脑桌，所述电脑桌具有权利要求1-5任一所述的可旋转伸缩式柱状物，所述可旋转伸缩式柱状物设置于所述桌面（1）与固定装置之间。
