发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提出一种用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其结构简单并且允许简单地调整与支撑臂装置连接的医疗器械。

在一些未描述的实施方式中,两个操纵臂1可以具有共同的支座部件2和共同的接纳部件25,它们可以与在图1所示的实施方式中相同或类似地构成。因此,操纵元件11和锁止器40也可以与在图1所示的实施方式中相同或类似地构成。因此,两个操纵臂1能共同地围绕枢转轴线y枢转,两个球头4能分别转动,并且两个套筒5a能分别围绕各自的支撑臂的纵轴线x转动。同一个操纵元件11可以将两个球头4的转动运动、两个套筒5a绕纵轴线x的转动运动以及两个支撑臂1绕枢转轴线y的共同的枢转运动锁止和释放。
在一些未描述的实施方式中,两个操纵臂1可以具有共同的支座部件2并且分别具有自己的接纳部件25。两个接纳部件25重叠地套装在支座部件2的杆部37上。形象地说,将图1所示的杆部37朝上延长,在图1所示的接纳部件25与操纵元件11 之间添加一个另外的接纳部件25。因此,两个操纵臂1能彼此独立地围绕枢转轴线y枢转,两个球头4能分别转动,并且两个套筒5a能分别围绕各自的支撑臂的纵轴线x转动。同一个操纵元件11可以将两个球头4的转动运动、两个套筒5a绕纵轴线x的转动运动以及两个支撑臂1绕枢转轴线y的各自的枢转运动锁止和释放。
在图2所示的实施方式中,两个支撑臂1构成180°的夹角。不言而喻,它们也可以构成其他的夹角,例如60°、90°或120°的夹角。另外,也可以设置更多个支撑臂1。例如三个支撑臂1可以围绕共同的接纳部件25彼此隔开120°的角间距。
图3是按照本发明的另外的实施方式的操纵臂装置的大大简化的俯视图。该操纵臂装置包括一个操纵臂1和一个另外的臂1a。除了所述另外的臂1a之外,按图3的操纵臂装置可以与按图1的操纵臂装置相同或类似地构成。所述另外的臂1a是一个固定在操纵臂1的接纳部件25上的杆,该杆例如可以用来悬挂物品。在图3所示的实施方式中,操纵臂1与另外的臂1a构成180°的夹角,因此臂1a可以视为操纵臂1的延伸部分,当臂1a与操纵臂1具有相同的横截面且处于一条直线上时,尤其如此。换言之,支座部件2限定了操纵臂1的第二端部的位置,操纵臂1的在背离第一端部的方向上超过支座部件2的部分,即使是操纵臂1的一体的部分,可以视为操纵臂的延续部分。
不言而喻,它们也可以构成其他的夹角,例如60°、90°或120°的夹角。在一些未示出的实施方式中,一个或多个操纵臂1与一个或多个另外的臂1a的组合也是可能的。
图4是按照本发明的另外的实施方式的操纵臂装置的大大简化的侧视图。该操纵臂装置包括操纵臂1、球铰3和支座部件2。球铰3以及接纳在操纵臂1内的部件可以与图1的实施方式相同或类似地构成。支座部件2与操纵臂1固定地连接,例如一体地制成。接纳在支撑臂1中的锁止元件12以及接纳在操纵臂1的延续部分(或者说一个另外的臂)以及接纳在支座部件2中的操纵元件11分别用虚线表示。操纵元件11包括接纳在所述延续部分中的第一部分11a和接纳在支座部件2中的第二部分11b。支座部件2可旋转地插入到医疗装置的凹座中,该凹座具有作为摩擦面的内圆周面。在所述支座部件2的壁体中接纳活动的摩擦元件(未示出)。在操纵元件11被朝锁止元件12挤压时,第一部分11a压紧锁止元件,使得球头4和套筒5a被摩擦锁止,同时,第二部分11b将活动的摩擦元件压紧在凹座的内圆周面上,使得支座部件2相对于凹座的枢转运动也被摩擦锁止。凹座可以设有按钮装置(未示出),用于防止支座 部件2从凹座中拔出。
最后要指出的是,本发明不限制于所示的和所说明的具体实施方式。本领域技术人员在这些实施方式的基础上做出的修改方案和变型方案同样落入本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述支撑臂装置包括:
    支撑臂(1),所述支撑臂具有第二端部和第一端部以及从第一端部延伸至第二端部的空腔,并且所述支撑臂限定纵轴线(x);
    球铰(3),所述球铰设置在支撑臂(1)的第一端部上,并且所述球铰包括球头(4)和球座(5);
    支座部件(2),所述支座部件设置在支撑臂(1)的第二端部上;
    连接部件(6),所述连接部件与球头(4)连接,并且构造成用于与医疗器械(10)连接;和
    锁止装置(30),所述锁止装置包括操纵元件(11)和活动地设置在所述空腔中的锁止元件(12),所述锁止元件能在将球头(4)锁止的方向上被操纵元件(11)操纵。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述球座(5)包括套筒(5a),所述套筒具有前侧的用于球头(4)的止挡(15),并且所述套筒在支撑臂(1)的第一端部上安装成,使得所述套筒相对于支撑臂(1)能围绕所述纵轴线(x)旋转并且不能轴向移动;和/或
    所述套筒相对于支撑臂(1)围绕所述纵轴线(x)的旋转能被锁止;和/或
    所述止挡(15)具有用于与球头(4)接触的摩擦面,所述球头(4)能被锁止元件(12)压紧在所述止挡(15)的摩擦面上,使得所述套筒(5a)绕支撑臂(1)的纵轴线(x)的旋转被摩擦锁止;和/或
    所述支撑臂装置包括止推元件(23),所述止推元件设置在支撑臂(1)的第一端部上并且使得所述套筒相对于支撑臂(1)不能轴向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述套筒(5a)包括第一套筒段(21)和第二套筒段(24),所述第一套筒段套装在支撑臂(1)上,所述第一套筒段(21)和第二套筒段(24)通过连接元件(22)相互连接;和/或
    在第一套筒段(21)与支撑臂(1)之间形成环形腔室,所述连接元件(22)容纳在所述环形腔室中;和/或
    第一套筒段(21)和第二套筒段(24)分别具有内螺纹,所述连接元件(22)具有外螺纹,所述第一套筒段(21)的内螺纹和第二套筒段(24)的内螺纹旋拧在连接元件(22)的外螺纹上;和/或
    所述连接元件(22)套装在支撑臂(1)上,所述支撑臂装置包括止推元件(23),所述止推元件设置在支撑臂(1)的第一端部上并且使得所述连接元件(22)连同套筒(5a)相对于支撑臂(1)不能轴向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述锁止元件(12)构造成推杆,所述推杆具有能被操纵元件(11)操纵的后端部和用于与球头(4)共同作用的前端部,所述前端部设有用于与球头(4)接触的摩擦面;和/或
    所述推杆的前端部设有面状的摩擦片(14),所述摩擦片形成所述前端部的摩擦面;和/或
    所述摩擦片(14)构造成部分球面形的,并且能全表面地贴靠在球头(4)上;和/或
    所述推杆的前端部能在支撑臂(1)的轴向方向上支撑在支撑臂(1)的第一端部上,并且所述前端部的摩擦面形成用于球头(4)的支撑面。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,在所述支撑臂(1)的空腔中设有弹簧(13),所述弹簧以其一端支撑在支撑臂(1)上并且以其另一端支撑在锁止元件(12)上,所述弹簧使得锁止元件(12)朝球头(4)预紧;和/或
    所述支撑臂(1)与支座部件(2)固定地连接,或者所述支撑臂(1)能相对于支座部件(2)运动;和/或
    所述支撑臂(1)能相对于支座部件(2)枢转,所述支座部件(2)限定枢转轴线(y);和/或
    所述枢转轴线(y)与所述纵轴线(x)正交;和/或
    所述支撑臂(1)包括在第二端部上的接纳部件(25),所述接纳部件接纳所述支座部件(2);和/或
    所述接纳部件(25)具有第一孔,所述支座部件(2)具有杆部(37),所述杆部可旋转地接纳在所述第一孔中,所述杆部的纵轴线限定所述枢转轴线(y);和/或
    所述接纳部件(25)具有第二孔,所述操纵元件(11)接纳在所述第二孔中。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述第一孔和所述第二孔彼此相邻,并且所述第二孔的直径大于所述第一孔的直径;和/或
    所述支座部件(2)的杆部(37)伸入到第二孔中;和/或
    其特征在于,所述接纳部件(25)构成为筒状部件;和/或
    所述支撑臂(1)相对于支座部件(2)的枢转运动能被锁止;和/或
    所述支撑臂(1)相对于支座部件(2)的枢转运动能被所述操纵元件(11)锁止;和/或
    所述支撑臂(1)相对于支座部件(2)的枢转运动能被所述操纵元件(11)摩擦锁止。
  7. 根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述支座部件(2)具有接头(38),所述接头构造成用于与外部的配合接头连接;
    优选地,所述支座部件(2)的接头(38)是插头,并且所述配合接头是插座;
    优选地,所述插头具有多边形横截面;
    优选地,所述支撑臂装置包括锁止器(40),所述锁止器构造成用于可松开地锁止所述插头和插座的插接连接。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述锁止器(40)构造成按钮装置,所述按钮装置包括按钮头部(41),通过按压按钮头部,所述锁止器(40)能在锁止状态与松开状态之间转换,在所述锁止器的锁止状态中,所述插头和插座的插接连接能被锁止,在所述锁止器的松开状态中,所述插头和插座的插接连接能被松开;和/或
    所述按钮装置包括与所述按钮头部(41)连接的或者具有所述按钮头部(41)的 按钮杆(42),所述按钮杆被预紧在初始位置上并且能从初始位置按压到预定的按压位置中,所述初始位置与锁止器(40)的锁止状态对应,所述按压位置与锁止器(40)的松开状态对应;和/或
    所述按钮装置包括接纳在插头的孔(44)中的活动元件,所述按钮杆(42)具有径向伸出部,在按钮杆的初始位置中,所述活动元件被所述径向伸出部挤压并且因此从插座的表面伸出,在按钮杆的按压位置中,所述径向伸出部脱离所述活动元件;和/或
    所述按钮杆(42)贯穿操纵元件(11)。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述操纵元件(11)构成为旋钮;和/或
    所述旋钮具有杆部(36),所述旋钮的杆部具有螺纹孔,所述支座部件(2)具有杆部(37),所述支座部件的杆部具有外螺纹;和/或
    所述操纵元件(11)具有台阶面(31),所述台阶面能将操纵臂(1)压紧在支座部件(2)上,并且从而能将所述支撑臂(1)相对于支座部件(2)的枢转运动摩擦锁止。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的用于支撑医疗器械的支撑臂装置,其特征在于,所述操纵元件(11)具有斜面(33),所述斜面构造成用于,与所述锁止元件(12)的后端部共同作用,所述操纵元件的操纵行程能经由所述斜面(33)转换成锁止元件(12)的移动行程;和/或
    所述操纵元件(11)具有凹槽(32),所述支撑臂(1)具有伸入到凹槽中的限位元件(34),所述限位元件构造成用于,限定操纵元件(11)的操纵行程;和/或
    所述支撑臂装置包括正好一个支撑臂(1),或者包括多个支撑臂,所述多个支撑臂具有一个共同的操纵元件(11);和/或
    所述医疗装置是血泵。
