本发明公开了一种自由倾斜平台,包括球体、载物板、承载机构和制动机构,球体为旋转体结构且球体上设有制动孔,载物板位于球体上方且与球体固定连接,承载机构与球体滑动连接,用于承载球体;制动机构与承载机构活动连接且能够沿球体轴线方向直线运动,制动机构压紧球体后,制动机构与制动孔卡合,限制球体转动;制动机构与球体分离后,球体恢复自由,能够自由转动。本倾斜平台采用球体作为支撑点,载物板能够沿多个方向自由倾斜,倾斜角度调整容易;同时在球体上设置制动孔,并配套设置制动机构,制动机构与制动孔配合来制动,制动力强可以确保平台的倾斜角度稳定。

一种自由倾斜平台
技术领域
本发明涉及机械技术领域,特别是设备的底座,具体为一种自由倾斜平台。
背景技术
常规油藏及非常规油藏开发过程中,通过注水、注气(天然气、CO2、N2)开采原油是提高石油采收率的重要技术,实验室通过模拟地层条件下驱油实验为实际油田开发提供参考和借鉴,在许多驱替实验过程中会涉及到倾角对石油采收率的影响,需要调整模型底座的倾斜度以便探究不同倾角下的重力分异作用。专利CN201921053965.1公开了一种分析纵向非均质厚层模型水驱油的实验装置,其利用一活动部件推动放置板绕一支点转动从而改变放置板的倾斜角度、调整厚层模拟的倾斜度,此倾斜结构相对简单,但功能也相对单一,只能沿单一方向倾斜,无法模拟沿多个方向倾斜的复杂地质情况。因此,需要一种倾斜方向相对自由,可以同时沿多个方向(如X轴和Y轴)倾斜的底座。对此,中国专利CN201920366071.1中公开的一种多角度自由台,其将平台通过万向节与支撑部件连接,即只有一个支点,可以灵活旋转、沿多个方向倾斜,调整角度非常方便,然而万向节连接导致平台一直处于活动状态、一旦受力就容易转动,难以保持固定的倾斜角度,不能用作模型的底座。因此,发明人希望能够克服上述装置的缺陷,制造出一种能够灵活调整倾斜角度,同时倾斜度调整后能够长期保持的平台,以满足模拟复杂倾斜情况的厚层模型实验需要。当然,周知的,底座是一种常见的附属设备,许多设备、仪器都有涉及并且也有调整倾斜角度的需求,对于此类底座,本平台同样适用,如汽车修理平台等。
发明内容
为解决现有技术条件的不足,本发明提供了一种自由倾斜平台,本倾斜平台采用球体作为支撑点,倾斜角度调整容易;同时在球体上设置孔,并配套设置制动机构,通过制动机构与孔配合来制动球体,制动力强可以固定平台的倾斜角度。本发明的具体方案如下:
一种自由倾斜平台,包括,球体、载物板、承载机构和制动机构;球体为旋转体结构且球体上设有制动孔;载物板位于球体上方且与球体固定连接,用于承载物品,比如设备、仪器等;承载机构与球体滑动连接,用于承载球体;制动机构与承载机构活动连接且能够沿球体轴线方向直线运动,制动机构压紧球体后,制动机构与制动孔卡合,限制球体转动;制动机构与球体分离后,球体恢复自由,能够自由转动。
作为本发明的一个优选的实施方式,制动机构包括导向壳、弹性层和限位钉;所述导向壳为圆弧旋转体结构,能够与球体贴合,优选的,导向壳圆弧机构的内径与球体外径相等,使得导向壳能够很好地与球体完全贴合;导向壳外壁设置弹性层,导向壳上设置有多个贯穿本体的导向孔,限位钉的一端穿过导向孔压紧弹性层。弹性层采用弹性材料制成,主要提供限位钉的回弹空间,当制动机构压紧球体后,部分限位钉与球体外壁压紧并沿限位孔移动挤压弹性层,部分限位钉插入制动孔中并与制动孔边沿卡合限制球体转动。
进一步,上述方案中,弹性层与导向壳外壁固定方式很多,比如通过螺钉固定连接、通过胶水粘合,但都容易脱落。作为本发明的一个优选的实施方式,在弹性层外壁设有支撑壳,支撑壳与导向壳固定连接,弹性层位于导向壳和支撑壳之间并压紧支撑壳内壁。
作为本发明的一种优选的实施方式,所述承载机构上设有滚动结构并通过该滚动结构与球体滚动接触,这样可以减少调整平台倾角时的摩擦力,当然必须至少有三个接触点在球体的下半球面上,这样才能拖起球体。
进一步,所述滚动结构包括底座、滚球和盖板;底座上设有与滚球匹配的曲面凹槽,盖板上设有与滚球匹配的通孔,该通孔孔径小于滚球直径,滚球放入曲面凹槽中并加盖盖板,从而可以将滚球定位在凹槽中、避免脱落,滚球的一部分将穿过通孔与球体滑动接触。
进一步,上述方案中,承载机构只与球体下半部分球体接触时,球体靠重力压紧承载机构,当载物板上重量分布严重不均且重心并不在球体上方时,球体容易翻越并脱离承载机构,因此有必要对球体增加限位结构。作为本发明的一种优选的实施方式,本倾斜平台还配备有拉杆,拉杆的一端与球体铰接,另一端与承载机构连接。进一步,在改变平台倾斜角度时,球体会转动,如果把拉杆与球体外壁等部位铰接,那么拉杆的长度也需要随着倾斜角度而变化,需要比较复杂的配套设置,因此我们想到了一种更为简单的方式,球体为中空球状结构,拉杆的一端穿过制动孔与球体中心铰接,这样,无论球体如何转动,其中心与固定点的距离都不便,拉杆的长度为定值。
与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:本倾斜平台采用球体作为支撑点,载物板能够沿多个方向自由倾斜,倾斜角度调整容易;同时在球体上设置制动孔,并配套设置制动机构,制动机构与制动孔配合来制动球体,制动力强可以固定平台的倾斜角度。

体结构,圆弧直径与球体2直径相同,使得导向壳301能够很好地与球体2贴合;导向壳301中心沿其轴线方向设置导向管3011,该导向管3011为中空结构,中空部位为方形,与拉杆5契合、滑动连接;支撑壳303设置于导向壳301外壁并与导向壳301形成一个夹套结构,弹性层302位于支撑壳303和导向壳301之间,即位于此夹套结构内;导向壳301上环形阵列布置有多个贯穿本体的导向孔3012,每个导向孔3012都配套设置有限位钉304,限位钉304的一端穿过导向孔3012压紧弹性层302。当制动机构3压紧球体2后,部分限位钉304与球体2外壁压紧并沿导向孔3012移动压紧弹性层302,部分限位钉304插入制动孔101中并与制动孔101边沿卡合限制球体2转动。

请参考图8,图8是滚动结构的装配示意图。所述滚动结构6包括底座601、滚球602和盖板603;底座601上设有与滚球602匹配的曲面凹槽6011,盖板603上设有与滚球602匹配的通孔6031,该通孔6031孔径小于滚球602直径,滚球602放入曲面凹槽6011中并加盖盖板603,从而可以将滚球602定位在曲面凹槽6011中、避免脱落,滚球602的一部分将穿过通孔6031与球体2滑动接触。
此外,在制动机构3的导向管3011与圆盘体401之间设置有弹簧7,弹簧7用于压紧导向壳301和球体2,使得制动机构3制动球体2,保持载物台1的倾斜角度;当人工压缩弹簧7后,导向管3011下移,球体2恢复自由,则可以调整载物台1的倾斜度。

1.一种自由倾斜平台,其特征在于,包括球体、载物板、承载机构和制动机构;所述球体为旋转体结构且球体上设有制动孔;所述载物板位于球体上方且与球体固定连接;所述承载机构与球体外壁滑动连接,用于承载球体;所述制动机构与承载机构活动连接且能够沿球体轴线方向直线运动,用于与制动孔配合对球体制动;当制动机构压紧球体后,制动机构与制动孔卡合,限制球体转动;当制动机构与球体分离后,球体恢复自由转动状态;
所述制动机构包括导向壳和限位钉;所述导向壳为圆弧旋转体结构;导向壳外壁设置弹性层,导向壳上设置有多个贯穿本体的导向孔,限位钉的一端穿过导向孔压紧弹性层、另一端伸出导向孔;当制动机构压紧球体后,部分限位钉与球体外壁压紧并沿限位孔移动挤压弹性层,部分限位钉插入制动孔中并与制动孔边沿卡合、限制球体转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自由倾斜平台,其特征在于,所述导向壳内壁的圆弧直径与所述球体的外径相等。
