Abstract

本发明涉及一种镜子。
背景技术
公知的镜子包括起反射效果的反射层,所述反射层位于远离观察者的透明玻璃载体的后侧。
还公知的是上述镜子可包括一体的电气装置例如照明装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种上述类型的镜子,所述镜子包括不同的电气功能件并尤其适用在潮湿场合。
根据本发明,有利地是所述第一玻璃板包括透明和/或半反射部分,其中所述第一玻璃板借助于透明粘结层与第二玻璃板结合在一起,形成多层玻璃板形式。电气装置被安装在所述第二玻璃板与所述第一玻璃板的透明和/或半反射部分相对的导电层的适当位置上。所述第一玻璃板由此包括被构造成窗格状缺口的透明或半反射部分,其与所述电气装置结合在一起使所述镜子实现特殊功能。
导电层最好是热解涂敷层。该涂敷层高度紧密,使得包括导电粘结层的电气元件能与所述导电和热解涂敷层的表面稳固连接。
所述涂敷层的紧密结构也可以在不产生导电层分离危险的情况下导入高电流。
这样,因为通过导电层能提供更高的电流,因此也可以在低电压下操作所述电气装置。
所述电气装置最好被布置在所述第二玻璃板与所述第一玻璃板相对的一侧。
所述导电层被布置成基本上覆盖所述第二玻璃板与所述第一玻璃板相对一侧的整个表面。
所述导电层也可被构造成是在所述第二玻璃板与所述第一玻璃板相对一侧的一部分上的加热表面。
圆环形密封元件被布置在所述第一和第二玻璃板之间的边缘区域,其在镜子边缘重新研磨过程中对由两个玻璃板组成的多层玻璃板进行防护。
所述电气装置包括例如照明和/或开关和/或显示装置。
所述照明装置可包括发光二极管,而所述开关装置可包括传感器尤其是光学照相的传感器。所述开关装置也可被构造成是发光二极管和光电管的联合。这种联合例如适于在反射表面内检测移动。
所述开光装置在特别联合了光电管时可实现控制功能,因为指针的位置被检测,使得指针位置可作为控制仪器的光标。在所述导电层上,电信号通过充当数据线或信号线的导体通道传输到镜子边缘,从那里它们可被发送到处理装置。
所述显示装置可包括平面屏幕或场致发光二极管(light-emitting diode field)。在场致发光二极管中,信息以断续形式传送。在平面屏幕上显示电视或其它视频信号。
所述由两个玻璃板和粘结层组成的多层玻璃镜子具有大约8-15mm优选是大约10-12mm的厚度。所述粘结层例如由将所述电气装置嵌在所述第二玻璃板上的铸造树脂层组成。

下面参照唯一的附图对本发明的实施方式进行详细的说明:
唯一的附图显示的镜子1包括第一透明玻璃板4和第二透明玻璃板10,借助于透明粘合层12使二者相互结合在一起。
第一玻璃板4在远离观察者一侧具有反射层2,所述反射层2由起反射效果的反射层组成。反射膜2包括在适当位置的缺口以形成透明部分8。可选择地是,所述部分8可是半反射的。例如,缺口部分8的尺寸可以是30*30mm。
第二玻璃板10在相对第一玻璃板4的一侧具有导电层14,导电层14可被分成多个导体通道16,其中导体通道16由隔离通道18相互分隔开。在被构造成多层玻璃板形式的镜子1的最外缘,尤其当镜子边缘是重新研磨的时,设置圆环形密封元件22,目的在于防止镜子或粘结层12被损坏。同时,密封元件22具有特别的紧密度以防止湿气的侵入。
导电层14是具有粗糙表面的热解涂敷层,例如发光二极管6借助于导电粘结剂被连接在导电层14上。所述导电粘结剂形成永久的电接触,同时对元件例如发光二极管进行固定。
发光二极管布置在第二玻璃板10与透明或半反射部分8相对的位置上,使得发光二极管充当照明装置。
当被关闭时,发光二极管在半反射部分8内不可见。
所示的实施方式也包括将发光二极管6与光电管24联合,二者都被布置在与透明部分8相对的位置上。
例如,发光二极管6和光电管24可一起形成开关装置。能够认识到,也可以在第二玻璃板10的导电层14上布置其它传感装置。
导电层14也可被用作加热表面20,因为由于具有电阻特性,导电层14适于通过导入电流被加热。这使得镜子1具有防雾功能。
所述的镜子因此是一种具有一体的无线照明装置和/或开关或传感装置和/或辐射式加热装置,该镜子尤其适用于潮湿场合。而且,所述镜子能与侧壁形式的陈列室结合在一起。
镜子1对于内部电气元件的相互连接来说是无线的。能够认识到,为了供电或数据和/或信号的传输,导线也可被连接到镜子1的边缘或后侧。

Claims (14)

1.一种镜子(1),包括第一透明玻璃板(4)和至少一个一体的电气装置(6),在第一透明玻璃板(4)远离观察者的后侧至少部分地具有反射层(2),
其特征在于,
所述第一透明玻璃板(4)包括透明和/或半反射部分(8),
所述第一透明玻璃板(4)借助于透明粘合层(12)与第二玻璃板(10)结合在一起,形成多层玻璃板形式,以及
所述电气装置(6)被安装在所述第二玻璃板(10)与所述第一透明玻璃板(4)的透明和/或半反射部分(8)相对的导电层(14)的适当位置上。
2.如权利要求1所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述导电层(14)是热解涂敷层。
3.如权利要求1所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述导电层(14)被分成多个导体通道(16),通过隔离通道(18)使所述导体通道(16)相互分离。
4.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述电气装置(6)被布置在所述第二玻璃板(10)与所述第一透明玻璃板(4)相对的一侧。
5.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述导电层(14)被布置成基本上覆盖所述第二玻璃板(10)与所述第一透明玻璃板(4)相对一侧的整个表面。
6.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述导电层(14)至少在所述第二玻璃板(10)的部分表面上被构造成加热表面(20)。
7.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,圆环形密封元件(22)被布置在所述第一透明玻璃板(4)和第二玻璃板(10)之间的边缘区域。
8.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述电气装置(6)由照明和/或开关和/或显示装置组成。
9.如权利要求8所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述照明装置由发光二极管(6)组成。
10.如权利要求8所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括传感器。
11.如权利要求8所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述开关装置包括光电管(24)。
12.如权利要求8所述的镜子,其特征在于,所述显示装置由至少一个平面屏幕或至少一个场致发光二极管组成。
13.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,由第一透明玻璃板(4)、第二玻璃板(10)和粘结层(12)组成的多层玻璃镜子具有8-15mm的厚度。
14.如权利要求1至3之一所述的镜子,其特征在于,由第一透明玻璃板(4)、第二玻璃板(10)和粘结层(12)组成的多层玻璃镜子具有10-12mm的厚度。
