【技术领域】
本公开总体上涉及用于车辆挡风玻璃的层压玻璃,尤其涉及用于车辆的挡风玻璃的层压玻璃上的显示器。
【背景技术】

包括两片刚性材料(例如,玻璃片)的汽车层压玻璃或者挡风玻璃是已知的。所述玻璃片通过热塑性层间薄片连接到一起,其中,所述热塑性层间薄片通常由聚乙烯缩丁醛(PVB)构成。汽车层压玻璃是指挡风玻璃、后窗、侧窗、可开启天窗和不可开启天窗、后视镜或者前照灯的保护玻璃。
汽车层压玻璃尤其被设计成在行驶期间为驾驶员提供车辆前方区域的视野,并且在倒车和其他操纵期间为驾驶员提供车辆后方区域的视野。最近,汽车层压玻璃已经表现出了结合全新功能的趋势,例如,将发光二极管(LED)插入到层压玻璃内以用作照明装置、指示灯等。一般而言,将发光二极管(LED)插入到汽车层压玻璃内允许实现为车辆驾驶员或乘客设计的或者为了车辆美观设计的或者为了内部照明设计的指示灯显示。然而,LED对温度和湿度都敏感,而且其局部环境的性质会对性能造成不利影响。
结合了电器件(尤其具有电致发光器件的形式)的层压玻璃制品是合乎需要的,因为其工作寿命比常规的白炽光灯泡或LED长。电致发光器件显示器比LED亮,而且在所有角度上都提供类似表面亮度。电致发光器件显示器是单色、窄带宽的,而且可以从长距离看到。此外,电致发光器件的功耗非常低,因而是节省电池装置的电量的理想解决方案。结合了电致发光器件的层压玻璃制品还能够承受升高的温度和湿度。此外,电致发光器件提供的光往往比来自白炽灯或LED的光更加散射,并提供更美观的照明效果。WO2007122426提供了这样的汽车玻璃制品的一个示例。其公开了具有天窗的形式的层压玻璃制品,该玻璃窗包括集成在层叠构造当中的电致发光灯形式的电气装置。此外,US20160159282提供了层叠设置到层压玻璃当中的多个矩形有机电致发光显示器。然而,如上文在现有技术当中所提及的,集成在层压玻璃制品内的电致发光器件仅用于照明和/或美观目的。此外,上文提及的现有技术未能公开所述电致发光器件的细节。典型的电致发光器件包括插入到两个导电层之间的发光层。然而,使用这样的常规电致发光器件具有一个主要的安全相关缺陷。每当集成有电致发光器件的层压玻璃制品遭受外部冲击时,所述玻璃制品可能遭受破坏,并且碎裂成尖锐的细碎玻璃碴,而且还可能使驾驶员和乘客触电,由此提高了对驾驶员和乘客造成伤害的可能性。这样的外部冲击发生的原因可能是外来物体,例如,小石子、冰雹或者风载碎屑。
因而,将希望提供一种集成有电致发光器件的层压玻璃制品,其除了执行驾驶员、乘客或他人看路的通常功能之外还用于显示感兴趣的信息。此外,有必要提出一种在汽车玻璃制品上的车辆显示系统,以便于观看所需信息。此外,还需要以更少的加工步骤集成了电致发光层的具有提高的美观度的汽车玻璃制品。此外,需要提供一种集成了电致发光器件的层压玻璃制品,这种层压玻璃制品一旦发生任何断裂或破碎,对驾驶员和乘客都更加安全。
【发明内容】
本公开的一个方面提供了一种层压弯曲制品,其包括:包含外面以及沿周边被陶瓷遮盖的内面的第一基板;设置在所述第一基板的内面上的一个或多个夹层;设置在所述夹层上的第二基板;以及连接至连接器元件并且被提供到所述第一基板的陶瓷遮盖的内面和所述第二基板内的一个或多个电致发光器件。所述一个或多个电致发光器件包括设置在发光层上的电介质层,其中,所述电介质层和所述发光层通过由导电层、绝缘层和保护层构成的多层被夹在一起。
本公开的另一方面将提供一种用于车辆的显示系统,其包括用以检测一个或多个状况的一个或多个传感器。集成有一个或多个电致发光器件的层压弯曲制品将显示一个或多个传感器检测到的一个或多个状况。电子电路通过一个或多个连接器元件连接至一个或多个电致发光器件,以生成、俘获和传输一个或多个状况的信号。
本公开的另一方面将提供一种制造层压弯曲制品的方法,其包括首先使第一基板和第二基板弯曲成曲面形状。其次,将曲面的第一基板和第二基板组装到一个或多个夹层以及与连接器元件附连的一个或多个电致发光器件,以形成组件。再次,对所述组件进行去除空气,以形成去除空气的组件。最后,对去除空气的组件进行高压灭菌,以形成集成了电致发光器件的层压弯曲制品。

在任何可能的情况下,在所有附图中使用相同的附图标记指示相同或相似部件。本公开将提供一种用于车辆的挡风玻璃的层压玻璃,其除了通常意义上的功能之外还结合了其他功能。本公开还提供了具有新功能的改进的用于车辆的挡风玻璃的层压玻璃的简单并且低成本制造和构造方法。此外,本公开还涉及一种作为层叠结构内包含的显示用照明装置的固定器的用于车辆挡风玻璃的层压玻璃。

在一实施例中,一个或多个夹层102c包括聚合物。夹层102c包括选自由聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、聚碳酸酯、声学PVB、乙烯乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)、热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)、离聚物、热塑性材料及其组合构成的集合的聚合物。所述夹层具有至少0.38mm的厚度。任选地,夹层102c被修改为容纳一个或多个电致发光器件116。一般而言,夹层102c被修改为将较厚的电致发光器件116组装到层压弯曲制品102内。在一些情况下,夹层102c被修改为包括两个被置于彼此的顶部的电致发光器件116,从而在层压弯曲制品102的两侧进行显示。夹层102c可以通过切割、压制、研磨、加热或其组合而被修改。夹层102c的切割是通过切割夹具人工或自动完成的。对夹层102c的磨削是通过砂轮或铅笔磨床完成的,所述砂轮或铅笔磨床通过电动或气动方式工作。此外,可以通过加热对夹层102c加以修改。在这种情况下,电致发光器件116被通过热冲压工具设置到夹层102c上,其中,在所定义的温度上通过物理压力完成冲压。在一些情况下,通过加热方法对夹层102c实施的修改还通过在电致发光器件116内设置粘合剂背衬连同热冲压一起来完成,以确保夹层102c与电致发光层116之间的高得多的结合。
在一实施例中,电致发光器件116被设置到第一基板102a与第二基板102b之间,或者与第一基板102a和第二基板102b之一或两者集成,或者被设置到一个或多个夹层102c之间,或者与一个或多个夹层102c集成。图1示出了夹在两个夹层102c之间的电致发光器件116。电致发光器件116是光学透明的、或者光学不透明的或光学半透明的。电致发光器件116包括选自由有机材料和无机材料构成的集合的材料。电致发光器件116具有至少1Cd/m2的亮度值。通过印刷、沉积或修补将电致发光器件116集成到层压弯曲制品102内。可以通过丝网印刷将电致发光器件116直接印刷到第一基板102a或第二基板102b或者所述夹层上,其中,多个层一个叠一个地设置。还可以直接通过物理气相沉积涂覆或者化学气相沉积涂覆将电致发光器件116沉积到第一基板102a或第二基板102b上。在一些情况下,电致发光器件116可以是单独的薄膜补片,其可以通过粘合剂固定在第一基板102a或第二基板102b上或者固定在夹层102c上。电致发光器件116至少具有夹层102c的厚度的5%的厚度。电致发光器件116具有至少50μm到500μm的厚度。所述一个或多个电致发光器件116可以具有不同颜色。
可以根据所需的厚度和应用以各种组合制备层压弯曲制品102。在一实施例中,一个或多个夹层102c可以如图1所示位于电致发光器件116的两侧,或者单个夹层102c可以位于电致发光器件116的单侧上。
在一实施例中,连接器元件126夹在两个屏蔽层之间。所述屏蔽层由柔性聚合物构成。所述屏蔽层包括选自由乙丙橡胶、聚酰亚胺和/或交联聚乙烯构成的集合的材料。提供所述屏蔽层用于在发生对层压弯曲制品102的任何外部冲击(例如,石子撞击、撞车或碰撞)的情况下,保持连接器元件126的电、热和机械完整性。连接器元件126完全或部分地嵌入到层压弯曲制品102内。连接器元件126是通过印刷、沉积或修补而集成的。可以通过丝网印刷将连接器元件126直接印刷到第一基板102a或第二基板102b或者所述夹层上,其中,多个层一个叠一个地设置。还可以通过物理气相沉积涂覆或者化学气相沉积涂覆将连接器元件126直接沉积到第一基板102a或第二基板102b上。连接器元件126可以是单独的薄膜补片,其可以通过粘合剂固定在第一基板102a或第二基板102b上或者固定在夹层102c上。
图2是电致发光器件116的截面图。电致发光器件116包括设置在发光层116b上的电介质层116a。电介质层116a和发光层116b通过由导电层116c、绝缘层116d和保护层116e构成的多层被夹在一起。

在一实施例中,保护层116e和绝缘层116d包括选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚酯、聚酰亚胺、环氧树脂或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)构成的集合的材料。提供保护层116e和绝缘层116d用于在发生对层压弯曲制品102的任何外部冲击(例如,石子撞击、撞车或碰撞)的情况下,保持诸如导电层116c、电介质层116a和发光层116b的其他功能层的电和机械完整性。
在一些情况下,可能由多于一个的保护层116e和/或绝缘层116d。层的数量是基于保持诸如导电层116c、电介质层116a和发光层116b的其他功能层的电和机械完整性所需的隔绝量加以选择的。
在一实施例中,导电层116c包括选自由金属、导电聚合物、金属网格、碳纳米管(CNT)层、石墨烯、透明导电氧化物或导电氧化物构成的集合的材料。所述金属选自由铜、铝、银或铂构成的集合。所述透明导电氧化物选自由氧化锌或氧化铟锡构成的集合。所述导电聚合物选自由聚苯胺或聚吲哚构成的集合。在一些情况下,至少一个导电层116c是基本透明的。

在一实施例中,任选地在一个或多个电致发光器件116上设置反射层。所述反射层用于改善电致发光器件116的光学特性。所述反射层改善来自电致发光器件116的照明的亮度以及方向控制。所述反射层包括由玻璃微球构成的反射颗粒或者具有通过银/金属涂层获得的高反射率的周向层。此外,在一些情况下,还可以在电致发光器件116上设置粘合促进剂层。所述粘合促进剂层用于增强集成在层压弯曲制品102内的电致发光器件116的机械完整性。这样做有助于防止电致发光器件116在层压弯曲制品102中分层,并且提高与第一基板102a、第二基板102b或夹层102c的粘合。
图4示出了本文的用于车辆的改进显示系统100,其被设计为执行其通常的供驾驶员观看道路的功能,此外还结合了被设计用于为车辆驾驶员或乘客显示一个或多个感兴趣的状况的新功能,例如显示环境相关参数,诸如:温度、相对空气湿度、空气质量及其他;与车辆使用有关的功能,诸如:出租车计价器、定位及其他;与驾驶员相关功能,诸如:呼出气体酒精含量检测仪(酒精测试装置)、瞌睡传感器及其他。
出于这样的目的,显示系统100基本上由传感器112、集成在层压弯曲制品102内的电致发光器件116以及电子电路114构成。传感器112检测或感测一个或多个状况。传感器112被安装到车辆的适当部件和/或机构上。传感器112被安装到车辆的外部或内部。传感器112被设计为在被安装到车辆外部的适当部件上时,对车辆外部的环境状况或刺激作出响应,并且在被安装到车辆的通常内部适当部件上时,对车辆内部的刺激(例如出租车计价器)作出响应。传感器112被设计为在被安装到车辆外部的适当部件上时,因车辆外部的环境状况或刺激而启动,在被安装到车辆内部的适当部件上时,因车辆内部的刺激而启动。
在一实施例中,电致发光器件116被集成到层压弯曲制品102内,以显示传感器112检测到的状况。电致发光器件116被设置到层压弯曲制品102的第一基板102a的被陶瓷遮盖104的内面(未示出)的后面。在层压弯曲制品102的第一基板102a的内面(未示出)当中按照预定图案、设计或其他表示106施加陶瓷遮盖104。电致发光器件116位于所述预定图案、设计或其他表示106的后面。
在一实施例中,电子电路114通过连接器元件126连接至电致发光器件116。传感器112经由电子电路114连接至电致发光器件116。在传感器112检测到一个或多个状况时,电子电路114生成以及俘获信号,并将所述信号传输至电致发光器件116,以显示检测到的一个或多个状况。电子电路114是有线的或者无线的。电致发光器件116被设计为在层压弯曲制品102内以图案、设计或其他表示106的形式显示电子电路114传输的信号。层压弯曲制品102内的图案、设计或其他表示106可以被位于玻璃制品前面的观看者108或者玻璃制品背面的观看者110看到。位于玻璃制品前面的观看者108是乘客或者驾驶员。
图5示出了用作车辆挡风玻璃的层压弯曲制品102,其显示以图案、设计或其他表示106的形式指示的一个或多个状况。层压弯曲制品102还显示对应于驾驶员、乘客或他人感兴趣的一个或多个状况的图案、设计或其他表示106a到106j。一个或多个传感器112(未示出)检测一个或多个状况。一个或多个传感器112(未示出)专用于它们所期望的功能:对环境温度传感器、相对空气湿度传感器、Wi-Fi强度、定位、呼气分析仪(酒精测试装置)、发光传感器、声学传感器、用于出租车计价器的功能的传感器、乘坐水平传感器、空气质量传感器及其他做出响应的传感器。层压弯曲制品102指示一个或多个传感器112检测到并且由一个或多个电致发光器件116以字符或设计的形式显示的一个或多个状况,例如,温度106a、相对湿度106b、Wi-Fi强度106c、定位106d、酒精水平106e、亮度106f、噪声水平106g、出租车计价器106h、乘员数量106i以及空气质量106j。
图6示出了由控制器单元124、驱动器单元122和电源单元120构成的电子电路114。控制器单元124接收并处理传感器112检测到的一个或多个状况的信号。控制器单元124还使电压发生从高达120伏到低达20伏的变动。驱动器单元122将自控制器单元124接收的信号输入到电致发光器件116。电源单元120向电致发光器件116和传感器112提供电力。电子电路114将传感器112连接至电致发光器件116。此外,电子电路114还对传感器112和电致发光器件116供电。控制器单元124接收并处理来自传感器112的信号,并将其发送至驱动器单元122,驱动器单元122对电致发光器件116供电,从而在车辆的层压弯曲制品102内显示一个或多个状况。所述电力单元120为电池。在一些情况下,DC电源通过连接至电源单元120的转换器被转换为AC输出。在DC类型电致发光器件116的情况下,能够消除对转换器的需求,并且能够直接连接至电源单元120。
在一实施例中,电子电路114通过车辆点火开关被接通/断开。传感器112连同电子电路114可以通过置于车辆内的额外开关单独地被接通/断开,以降低功耗并且基于实时监控要求。电子电路114位于车辆的任何适当部件或机构内,并且不限于车辆的仪表板。
在一实施例中,一种显示一个或多个状况的方法包括首先通过传感器112感测一个或多个状况。其次,由电子电路114接收和处理所述信号。最后,电子电路114将所述信号输入到集成在层压弯曲制品102内的电致发光器件116。
图7示出了集成有电致发光器件116的层压弯曲制品102的制造方法的流程图。步骤201包括将第一基板102a和第二基板102b弯曲成曲面形状。步骤202包括将曲面的第一基板102a和第二基板102b组装到一个或多个夹层102c以及与连接器元件126附连的一个或多个电致发光器件116上,以形成组件。步骤203包括对所述组件去除空气,以形成去除空气的组件。在层压弯曲制品102的形成当中,去除空气是一个关键步骤。使所述组件保持在真空下,并且对其进行热处理,以去除被捕集到组件中间的空气。在去除空气过程中,去除被捕集到基板102a、基板102b、夹层102c和电致发光器件116连同连接器元件126之间的空气,以创建初步粘合。去除空气是通过具有密封所述组件的全部边缘的橡胶环或真空橡胶袋来完成的。所述环被设计成达到实际组件周长的95%,并且在连接器元件126被部分地延伸部分的情况下要对其做进一步容纳,以避免空气泄漏。抽吸是通过去除捕集在所述组件之间的空气而发生的。所述环具有一个出口软管,空气将通过所述出口软管被去除。在去除空气步骤之后,所述组件基本是透明的。如果所述组件内存在浑浊,那么这意味着在组件中间捕集有空气。或者,为夹层102c提供用于放气的孔隙(针孔),以使空气在去除空气过程期间逸出。在至少90℃的温度上以及至少1巴的负压下进行用时至少30分钟的去除空气。步骤204包括对经过去除空气的组件进行高压灭菌,以形成集成了电致发光器件116的层压弯曲制品102。所述高压灭菌工艺产生所述组件的最终粘合,从而形成了层压弯曲制品102。在至少90℃的温度上以及至少3巴的压力下进行用时至少30分钟的高压灭菌。
在一实施例中,任选地,在弯曲之前首先将一个或多个电致发光器件116设置到第一基板102a、第二基板102b或者一个或多个夹层102c上。在一些情况下,可以任选地对一个或多个夹层102c进行修改,以容纳一个或多个电致发光器件116。
工业适用性
在一实施例中,公开了一种用于车辆的酒精检测显示系统。所述酒精显示系统被安装到车辆挡风玻璃内,以提供有关驾驶员的酒精消耗的实时信息。所述酒精显示系统设有传感器,其用于利用呼吸传感器检测酒精浓度以及使用嵌入到挡风玻璃的第一基板的陶瓷遮盖区内的一个或多个电致发光器件显示作为驾驶员的酒精浓度的测量结果。集成了不同颜色的电致发光器件,以便显示检测到的不同酒精水平。对所述传感器进行了校准,以检测三种不同的水平,即,无酒精(或0)、处于允许限值内的酒精浓度(<0.03%)以及超出允许限值的酒精浓度(>0.03%)。提供了一种算法,以显示与三种不同电致发光器件颜色相关的三种酒精浓度水平。电致发光器件显示各种水平,例如,表1所示的绿色(对于0而言)、橙色(允许限值以内)和红色(超过允许限值)。酒精传感器(呼吸传感器)被安装到适当的车辆部件或机构(例如,车辆钥匙保持器或仪表板)上。一旦驾驶员坐到车辆上,酒精测量呼吸传感器就测量呼吸的酒精浓度。而后,电子电路俘俘获传感器感测的酒精浓度并将其转化成电子信息,继而将其传输至电致发光器件,从而在层压弯曲制品或挡风玻璃内显示具有不同颜色的形式的浓度。从所提供的数据中,显然是驾驶员进入了车辆并且从没有酒精痕迹的位置A开始。电致发光器件在挡风玻璃内显示绿色,从而表明驾驶员在位置A上没有酒精痕迹。驾驶员停在了位置B处,并且消费了一定量的酒精。酒精传感器检测到了某一水平的酒精,然而,其处于允许水平以内,并且电致发光器件在挡风玻璃内显示橙色。在一定时间后,驾驶员停在了位置C处,并且再次消费了额外的量的酒精。呼吸传感器检测到较高的酒精水平,其超出了允许水平。电致发光器件在挡风玻璃内显示红色,从而表明驾驶员不适于从位置C继续前进。

Claims (35)

1.一种层压弯曲制品[102],包括:
包括外面以及沿周边被陶瓷遮盖[104]的内面的第一基板[102a];
设置在所述第一基板[102a]的所述内面上的一个或多个夹层[102c];
设置在所述夹层[102c]上的第二基板[102b];以及
一个或多个电致发光器件[116],其连接至连接器元件[126]并且被提供到所述第一基板[102a]的所述陶瓷遮盖[104]的内面和所述第二基板[102b]内,
其中,所述一个或多个电致发光器件[116]包括设置在发光层[116b]上的电介质层[116a],其中,所述电介质层[116a]和所述发光层[116b]两者通过由导电层[116c]、绝缘层[116d]和保护层[116e]构成的多层被夹在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述第一基板[102a]和第二基板[102b]之一或两者是玻璃或聚合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述聚合物为聚碳酸酯(PC)或聚丙烯(PP)。

5.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述一个或多个夹层[102c]具有至少0.38mm的厚度。
6.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,一个或多个夹层[102c]被修改为容纳一个或多个电致发光器件[116]。
7.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,通过选自由切割、压制、研磨、加热或其组合构成的集合的方法对一个或多个夹层[102c]进行修改。
8.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,一个或多个电致发光器件[116]是光学透明的、或者光学不透明的或者光学半透明的。
9.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,一个或多个电致发光器件[116]和连接器元件[126]通过印刷方法、沉积方法或其他适当方法被集成到层压弯曲制品[102]内。
10.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,一个或多个电致发光器件[116]具有至少50μm到500μm的厚度。
11.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述保护层[116e]和绝缘层[116d]包括选自由聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)、聚酯、聚酰亚胺、环氧树脂或聚萘二甲酸乙二醇酯(PEN)构成的集合的材料。
12.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述导电层[116c]包括选自由金属、导电聚合物、金属网格、碳纳米管(CNT)层、石墨烯、透明导电氧化物或导电氧化物构成的集合的材料。
13.根据权利要求12所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述金属选自由铜、铝、银或铂构成的集合。
14.根据权利要求12所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述透明导电氧化物选自由氧化锌或氧化铟锡构成的集合。
15.根据权利要求12所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述导电聚合物选自由聚苯胺或聚吲哚构成的集合。
16.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述电介质层[116a]包括选自由二氧化硅、钛酸钡、钛酸铅或二氧化锡构成的集合的材料。
17.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述发光层[116b]包括选自由磷光体、硫化锌或硫化镉构成的集合的材料。
18.根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102],其中,所述至少一个导电层[116c]是基本透明的。

其中,所述电子电路[114]通过一个或多个连接器元件[126]连接至一个或多个电致发光器件[116],以生成、俘获和传输一个或多个状况的信号。
25.根据权利要求24所述的用于车辆的显示系统[100],其中,一个或多个传感器[112]选自由温度传感器、相对空气湿度传感器、空气质量传感器、出租车计价器功能传感器、定位传感器、酒精传感器、Wi-Fi水平传感器、亮度传感器、声学传感器、接近传感器、乘坐水平传感器、瞌睡传感器、成像传感器或其组合构成的集合。
26.根据权利要求24所述的用于车辆的显示系统[100],其中,一个或多个传感器[112]被安装到所述车辆的外部部件或内部部件上。
27.根据权利要求24所述的用于车辆的显示系统[100],其中,所述电子电路[114]包括:
接收并处理由一个或多个传感器[112]检测的一个或多个状况的信号的控制器单元[124];
将自所述控制器单元[124]接收的信号输入到一个或多个电致发光器件[116]的驱动器单元[122];以及
向一个或多个电致发光器件[116]和传感器[112]两者提供电力的电源单元[120]。
28.根据权利要求24所述的用于车辆的显示系统[100],其中,所述电子电路[114]是有线的或者无线的。
29.根据权利要求24所述的用于车辆的显示系统[100],其中,所述电源单元[120]是电池。
30.一种显示[100]一个或多个状况的方法,包括:
由一个或多个传感器[112]感测一个或多个状况;
由电子电路[114]接收和处理所述信号;
由电子电路[114]将所述信号输入至集成在根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102]内的一个或个电致发光器件[116]。
31.一种制造根据权利要求1所述的层压弯曲制品[102]的方法,包括:
将第一基板[102a]和第二基板[102b]弯曲成曲面形状;
将曲面的第一基板[102a]和第二基板[102b]组装到一个或多个夹层[102c]以及与连接器元件[126]附接的一个或多个电致发光器件[116]上,以形成组件;
对所述组件去除空气,以形成去除空气的组件;以及
对经过去除空气的组件进行高压灭菌,以形成集成了电致发光器件的层压弯曲制品[102]。
32.根据权利要求31所述的制造层压弯曲制品的方法,其包括任选地在弯曲之前将一个或多个电致发光器件[116]设置到所述第一基板[102a]、第二基板[102b]或者一个或多个夹层[102c]上。
33.根据权利要求31所述的制造层压弯曲制品的方法,其任选地修改一个或多个夹层[102c],以容纳一个或多个电致发光器件[116]。
