Claims (39)
1. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства, содержащее:
первую подложку, содержащую внешнюю поверхность и внутреннюю поверхность с керамической маской вдоль периферии;
один или несколько промежуточных слоев, расположенных на внутренней поверхности первой подложки;
вторую подложку, расположенную на промежуточном слое; и характеризующееся одним или несколькими электролюминесцентными устройствами, соединенными с соединительным элементом и обеспеченными во внутренней поверхности с керамической маской первой подложки и второй подложке между одним или несколькими промежуточными слоями; причем электролюминесцентные устройства соединены с электронными схемами, которые позволяют отображать светящиеся индикаторы и рисунки на ветровом стекле.
2. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором одна или обе из первой подложки и второй подложки являются стеклом или полимером.
3. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 2, в котором полимер является поликарбонатом (PC) или полипропиленом (PP).
4. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором один или несколько промежуточных слоев содержат полимер, выбранный из группы, состоящей из: поливинилбутираля (PVB), поликарбоната, акустического PVB, этиленвинилацетата (EVA), термопластичного полиуретана (TPU), иономера, термопластичного материала, и их комбинаций.
5. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором один или несколько промежуточных слоев имеют толщину, составляющую по меньшей мере 0,38 мм.
6. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором один или несколько промежуточных слоев модифицированы способом, выбранным из группы, состоящей из резания, прессования, шлифования, нагревания, или их комбинации.
7. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором одно или несколько электролюминесцентных устройств являются либо оптически прозрачными, либо непрозрачными, либо полупрозрачными.
8. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором одно или несколько электролюминесцентных устройств и соединительный элемент встроены в многослойное стекло посредством печати, осаждения или других пригодных способов.
9. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором одно или несколько электролюминесцентных устройств имеют толщину, составляющую по меньшей мере от 50 мкм до 500 мкм.
10. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором электролюминесцентные устройства содержат диэлектрический слой, расположенный на люминесцентном слое, причем как диэлектрический слой, так и люминесцентный слой прослоены с набором слоев, состоящим из проводящего слоя, изолирующего слоя и защитного слоя.
11. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором защитный слой и изолирующий слой содержат материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из полиэтилентерефталата (PET), полиэфира, полиимида, эпоксидной смолы или полиэтиленнафталата (PEN).
12. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором проводящий слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из металла, проводящих полимеров, металлических сеток, слоя углеродных нанотрубок (CNT), графена, прозрачных проводящих оксидов или проводящих оксидов.
13. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 12, в котором прозрачные проводящие оксиды выбраны из группы, состоящей из оксида цинка или оксида индия-олова.
14. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 12, в котором проводящие полимеры выбраны из группы, состоящей из полианилина или полииндолов.
15. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором диэлектрический слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из диоксида кремния, титаната бария, титаната свинца или диоксида олова.
16. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором люминесцентный слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из люминофора, сульфида цинка или сульфида кадмия.
17. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором по меньшей мере один проводящий слой является по существу прозрачным.
18. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором, необязательно, проводящий слой, диэлектрический слой и/или люминесцентный слой являются легированными.
19. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором, необязательно, слой усилителя адгезии расположен на одном или нескольких электролюминесцентных устройствах.
20. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, в котором соединительный элемент прослоен экранирующим слоем.
21. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 22, в котором экранирующий слой содержит материал, выбранный из группы, состоящей из этиленпропиленового каучука, полиимида и/или сетчатого полиэтилена.
22. Многослойное стекло для ветрового стекла транспортного средства по п. 1, которое связывается с одним или несколькими датчиками, установленными на транспортном средстве для приема от них данных.
23. Система отображения для отображения данных на ветровом стекле транспортного средства, содержащая:
многослойное стекло;
одно или несколько электролюминесцентных устройств, встроенных в многослойное стекло; и
электронные схемы, содержащие блок контроллера, блок драйвера и блок питания,
причем электронные схемы соединены с одним или несколькими электролюминесцентными устройствами через один или несколько соединительных элементов для приема данных от одного или нескольких датчиков, и причем электронные схемы выполнены с возможностью управлять одним или несколькими электролюминесцентными устройствами для отображения данных на многослойном стекле.
24. Способ изготовления многослойного стекла по п. 1, содержащий этапы, на которых:
изгибают первую и вторую подложку до криволинейной формы;
собирают криволинейные первую и вторую подложки с одним или несколькими промежуточными слоями и одним или несколькими электролюминесцентными устройствами, соединенными с соединительным элементом, для образования сборочной единицы;
деаэрируют сборочную единицу для образования деаэрированной сборочной единицы; и
автоклавируют деаэрированную сборочную единицу для образования электролюминесцентного объединенного многослойного криволинейного изделия.
25. Способ изготовления многослойного стекла по п. 24, содержащий, необязательно, этап, на котором располагают одно или несколько электролюминесцентных устройств на первой подложке, второй подложке или одном или нескольких промежуточных слоях перед этапом изгибания.
26. Способ изготовления многослойного стекла по п. 24, содержащий, необязательно, этап, на котором модифицируют один или несколько промежуточных слоев для размещения одного или нескольких электролюминесцентных устройств.
27. Способ изготовления многослойного стекла по п. 24, в котором этап деаэрации выполняют при температуре, составляющей по меньшей мере 90°С, и отрицательном давлении, составляющем по меньшей мере 1 бар, в течение интервала времени, составляющего по меньшей мере 30 минут.
28. Способ изготовления многослойного стекла по п. 24, в котором этап автоклавирования выполняют при температуре, составляющей по меньшей мере 90°С, и давлении, составляющем по меньшей мере 3 бара, в течение интервала времени, составляющего по меньшей мере 30 минут.
