Abstract

Description
本发明涉及层压嵌装玻璃,特别是涉及结合了电子部件的层压嵌装玻璃。
本发明更具体地涉及一种为这种层压嵌装玻璃的电子部件提供电力的方法以及一种具体地适配于实施这种方法的层压嵌装玻璃。
在汽车工业中通常使用层压嵌装玻璃来制造机动车辆的挡风玻璃,并且尤其是在建筑工业中制造安全嵌装玻璃、中庭窗户以及用于阳台或平坦屋顶的护罩。
层压嵌装玻璃单元是复合层压组件。它们通常包括叠置的玻璃板,在玻璃板之间插入了热塑性中间层。热塑性中间层是一种粘性膜,其功能是将两块玻璃板紧固在一起。通常使用聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)或乙烯与乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)的共聚物,尽管其他粘合剂材料可能是合适的。
文献WO 2004/062908(GLAVERBEL)公开了层压嵌装玻璃,电子部件和用于将所述电子部件连接至电流源的导电电路一起已被结合在所述层压嵌装玻璃中。
电子部件(例如发光二极管)和导电电路被容纳在所述玻璃板之间或所述板之一与热塑性中间层之间。
已经观察到,在某些使用条件下,这些已知的嵌装玻璃单元遭受了以导电电路的逐渐腐蚀为特征的老化。这种腐蚀通过形成呈褐色的颜色而影响美观质量,而且还影响导电电路的电特性。因此,当这些嵌装玻璃通电时,它们可以达到85℃的温度,则这种腐蚀可以较早地并且仅仅在3天之后就出现。
现在已经发现,上述已知的嵌装玻璃单元的腐蚀可以通过适当地选择其电子部件的电源而显著减慢、甚至彻底消除。
因此,本发明的目的是提供一种新颖的且原创的用于为上述已知的嵌装玻璃单元的电子部件提供电力的方法,这种方法避免了嵌装玻璃的导电电路在其使用过程中的腐蚀。
因此,本发明的目的还在于提供一种用于为层压嵌装玻璃的电子部件提供电力的方法,所述方法减缓或甚至彻底消除这些嵌装玻璃单元的老化。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种尤其适用于实施上述方法的新型嵌装玻璃。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种设施,所述设施一方面包括结合了电子部件的层压嵌装玻璃,另一方面包括联接到所述电子部件的电流源,所述设施被设计成减缓、甚至彻底消除如上定义的嵌装玻璃的老化。
因此,本发明的主题是一种用于为层压嵌装玻璃的电子部件提供电力的方法,所述层压嵌装玻璃包括至少两块叠置的玻璃板,在所述玻璃板之间插入了至少一个热塑性中间层,并且所述电子部件被容纳在所述两块玻璃板之间,由此所述电子部件通过容纳在所述玻璃板之间的导电电路联接到电流源上;根据本发明,所述方法的特征在于所述电流源在时间上由微控制器进行控制。
在根据本发明的方法中使用的层压嵌装玻璃是如上定义的技术应用中通常使用的类型。它通常包括至少一对玻璃板,在所述玻璃板之间夹有由热塑性材料制成的中间层。嵌装玻璃的尺寸和形状对于本发明的定义而言不是关键性的。嵌装玻璃也可以是平坦的或碟形的,或者具有与其目的地相适应的任何形状。
根据所寻求的应用,可以非实质性地使用平面的、有色的、无光泽的、喷砂的、丝网印刷的玻璃或任何其他合适的玻璃类型的板材。
热塑性中间层的功能是将两块玻璃板结合在一起。它通常包括由聚酯制成的膜,所述聚酯能够有利地选自聚乙烯醇缩丁醛(PVB)、乙烯与乙酸乙烯酯(EVA)的共聚物以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)。中间层可以包括由聚酯制成的单层膜。作为变体,中间层可以包括由上文中描述的类型的聚酯制成的若干膜的堆叠体。热塑性中间层的厚度对于本发明的定义而言不是关键性的。根据各种参数,尤其是嵌装玻璃的尺寸、其目的地以及中间层的组成,本领域技术人员必须在各种具体的情况下确定最佳厚度。热塑性中间层的厚度通常小于3.5mm,但是这种尺寸纯粹是作为实例给出的,并且对于本发明的范围是非限制性的。

在第二种方法中,通过在真空中进行阴极磁控管喷射(更被称为“磁控管溅射”)而获得导电层。这种导电层例如可以是由以下单独层的堆叠体组成的精细层:
TiO2/ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/SnO2。
这些精细层的表面电阻通常是从1Ω/平方至20Ω/平方,优选地是从1Ω/平方至10Ω/平方。5Ω/平方的表面电阻值已给出优异的结果。
磁控管导电层也可由包括铝掺杂的锌导电层或甚至锡掺杂的铟层(“ITO”层)的堆叠体组成。这些层的表面电阻是大约4-50Ω/平方,优选地是大约4-15Ω/平方。
热解层通常比磁控管层更优选,因为它们具有更高的抗机械刮伤性。
在文献WO 2004/062908(GLAVERBEL)中可以找到关于在根据本发明的方法中使用的层压嵌装玻璃的附加信息。
根据本发明,用于电子部件的电力供应是通过由微控制器控制的电流源来提供的。
电流源的电气规格将取决于电子部件,并且必须由本领域技术人员在各种具体的情况下来确定。通常,在发光二极管(LED)的情况下,推荐使用峰值电压位于1V与5V之间、理想地2V与4V之间的电流源。
电流源使得有可能在接通电子部件时向电子部件提供正向电压,并且在关闭电子部件时向电子部件提供反向电压。
与这种电流源相关联的微控制器能够测量电子部件保持接通的时间。当电子部件被关闭时,微控制器在反偏压模式下激活电流源持续与正偏压模式相同的时间量。
在85℃的温度下,即例如当某种类型的电子部件被激活时所达到的温度,为了避免嵌装玻璃的不可逆损坏,建议将正偏压模式下的激活时间限制为36h,并且优选地是12小时。对于在低于85℃的温度下使用嵌装玻璃,正偏压模式下的激活时间将会大大增加。激活时间自然将能够适配于电子部件的类型和所需的最高温度。
根据本发明的方法可有利地应用于其中导电电路含有金属氧化物(特别是二氧化锡)、并且热塑性中间层含有金属离子(特别是碱金属和/或碱土金属的离子)的嵌装玻璃。通过从直流电源供应这种嵌装玻璃,在电子部件附近观察到导电电路的逐渐腐蚀,这种腐蚀表现为导电电路的呈褐色的着色。当嵌装玻璃的温度较高时,这种腐蚀更快。在根据本发明的电流源是由微控制器控制的电流源的情况下,没有观察到这种腐蚀。

根据本发明的设施例如包括公共或私人建筑物,所述嵌装玻璃可以装配在窗户中或用作内部隔断或装饰隔断。根据本发明的设施还可以包括陆地、海上或空中机动运载工具,其中所述嵌装玻璃构成窗户或舷窗,给予外观或内部隔断,可能是装饰性的。
根据本发明的设施的层压嵌装玻璃通常是在文献WO 2004/062908(GLAVERBEL)中描述的类型。
在根据本发明的设施的一个具体实施例中,所述设施的层压嵌装玻璃是如上定义的根据本发明的嵌装玻璃。
根据本发明的设施可以包括单个嵌装玻璃。作为变体,根据本发明的设施可以包括若干相同或不同的结合了电子部件的层压嵌装玻璃单元。在根据本发明的设施包括若干层压嵌装玻璃单元(每个层压嵌装玻璃单元都结合了电子部件)的情况下,所述设施可以包括连接至所有嵌装玻璃单元的单个电流源或者各自连接至单独的嵌装玻璃单元的若干电流源。
本发明的特定特征和细节将从以下对附图的描述中显现,所述附图代表了本发明的一些具体实施例。
图1图解地示出了根据本发明的设施的具体实施例;
图2是根据本发明的嵌装玻璃的细节图;
图3示出了根据本发明的另一种嵌装玻璃的细节。
在这些图中,相同的参考号表示相同的项。
在图1中图解地表示的设施包括已如下制造的层压嵌装玻璃。导电层6(导电率为大约2Ω/平方)已经沉积在2.1mm厚的透明钠钙玻璃板2上,所述板旨在是嵌装玻璃的外玻璃板。通过激光在大约0.15mm宽的薄条带或凹槽4上去除导电层6,以界定导电迹线6a、6b。用导电胶将电子部件(在这种情况下是LED)胶合在薄条带4的任一侧上,使得其电极与导电条带6a和6b处于电接触。典型的导电胶例如是带有银的胶。
然后通过在玻璃板之间插入双层热塑性板12,对玻璃板2进行层压,用第二块透明钠钙玻璃板10以常规方式覆盖最内层面。
必须选择用于将LED 8紧固到条带6a和6b的胶,根据其对制造层压嵌装玻璃所需的高温和高压的耐受性。必须根据其粘度来进行选择,以避免其在层压过程中扩散到绝缘条带4中。
导电条带6a和6b连接至电流源11,根据本发明,所述电流源由微控制器进行控制。
通过箭头表示由LED 8发出的光通量。其取向朝向嵌装玻璃的内玻璃板10。
在图2的嵌装玻璃中,嵌装玻璃包括由2个二极管8a和8b组成的LED,所述二极管与两个导电条带6a和6b并联连接。根据本发明,两个二极管8a和8b头尾相接地定位在LED 8内,使得二极管8a的阳极和二极管8b的阴极连接至导电条带6a,而二极管8b的阳极和二极管8a的阴极连接至导电条带6b。
当条带6a和6b连接至电流源时,二极管8a和8b交替地使电流通过,与电流源同相。
在图3的嵌装玻璃中,嵌装玻璃包括3个串联布置的LED。根据本发明,每个LED具有头尾相接地布置的二极管8a和8b。当条带6a和6b连接至电流源时,二极管8a和二极管8b交替地使电流通过,与电流源同相。
以下两个实例示出了由本发明提供的进步。
在两个实例中的每一个中,使用通过进行如下步骤获得的层压嵌装玻璃:
-在2.1mm厚的玻璃板上已经沉积300nm厚并且大约2Ω/平方的基于氟掺杂的氧化锡的导电层;
-使用激光线,已经在导电层中界定由非导电凹槽隔开的两个不同的导电区;
-在非导电凹槽的任一侧,已经胶合足够数量的发光二极管(LED)以获得所需的光效应,每个LED的阳极与上述两个导电区之一接触,并且每个LED的阴极与另一个导电区接触;
-在适当地获得的组件上,已经放置了总厚度为1.14mm的三块透明PVB板,然后放置2.1mm厚的透明玻璃板。
将适当地形成的组件进行高压灭菌持续一个120分钟周期,包括在高温和高压(125℃和8巴)下至少35分钟。
在本实施例中,将LED串联布置。本实施例具有以下优点:提供了一种即使使用两块透明玻璃板也完全不可见的单一连接电路。
实例1(不根据本发明):
在这个实例中,上述两个导电区分别连接至直流电源的两个端子,使得LED的阳极联接到电流源的正极端子上,阴极联接到电流源的负极端子上。
在以下条件下对嵌装玻璃进行老化测试:
-LED中的电流:25mA;
-环境温度:85℃;
-测试持续时间:72小时。
在完成测试时,在嵌装玻璃的与直流电源的负极端子连接的导电区中观察到褐色着色。这种着色呈现为在LED附近的沿着非导电凹槽的呈褐色的线的形式,并且呈现为距离LED几毫米的呈褐色的半环的形式。
实例2(根据本发明)
使用由微控制器控制的电流源重复实施例1的测试。
在老化测试完成时,嵌装玻璃中没有记录到棕色着色。
Claims (19)
1.一种用于为层压嵌装玻璃的电子部件提供电力的方法,所述层压嵌装玻璃包括至少两块叠置的玻璃板(2,10),在所述玻璃板之间插入了至少一个热塑性中间层(12),并且电子部件(8)被容纳在两块玻璃板之间,根据所述方法,所述电子部件通过容纳在所述玻璃板之间的导电电路(6a,6b)联接到电流源(11)上,其特征在于,所述电流源(11)在激活时间期间由微控制器进行控制,当所述电子部件被关闭时,微控制器在反偏压模式下激活所述电流源持续与正偏压模式相同的时间量。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)至少含有金属氧化物,并且所述热塑性中间层(12)含有金属离子。
3.如权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性中间层(12)的所述金属离子包括碱金属和/或碱土金属的离子。
4.如权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性中间层(12)的所述金属离子包括钠离子和/或钾离子和/或锂离子和/或镁离子和/或钙离子。
5.如权利要求2至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)的所述金属氧化物包括二氧化锡。
6.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,通过用氟和/或锑掺杂而使所述二氧化锡导电。
7.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)包含锡和铟的氧化物的导电混合物。
8.如权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)包括层的堆叠体,其中至少一个层是导电的。
9.如权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)的导电的层是导电金属层。
10.如权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)包括TiO2/ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/SnO2层的堆叠体。
11.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性中间层(12)包括聚酯膜。
12.如权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述热塑性中间层(12)的聚酯选自聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙烯与乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物、以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
13.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电流源(11)在正电压模式下的最大激活时间是32h,并且在负电压模式下的最大激活时间是32h。
14.如权利要求13所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电流源(11)在正电压模式下的最大激活时间是12h,并且在负电压模式下的最大激活时间是12h。
15.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电流源(11)是方波型的。
16.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述电子部件(8)包括光电子部件。
17.如权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述光电子部件选自发光二极管、光敏电阻器、光电二极管和视觉传感器。
18.如权利要求1至4中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述导电电路(6a,6b)是通过在所述热塑性中间层(12)与所述玻璃板(2,10)之一之间插入了导电膜而获得,所述导电膜被不导电的条带(4)分段。
19.一种用于实施如权利要求1至18中任一项所述的方法的层压嵌装玻璃,所述层压嵌装玻璃一方面包括两块叠置的玻璃板(2,10),在所述玻璃板之间插入了热塑性中间层(12),并且另一方面包括由容纳在所述两块玻璃板之间并连接至导电电路(6a,6b)的发光二极管(8a)和保护二极管(8b)构成的电子部件,其特征在于,所述发光二极管(8a)和所述保护二极管(8b)以头尾相接的位置并联连接至所述导电电路(6a,6b)。
