Description
TiO2/ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/SnO2
のスタックからなる精密な層であってよい。
− 厚さ2.1mmのガラス板上に、厚さ300nmおよび約2Ω/□のフッ素がドープされた酸化スズを主成分とする導電層を堆積した;
− レーザー光線を使用して、非導電性の溝によって分離された2つの別個の導電性領域を導電層中に画定した;
− 非導電性の溝のいずれかの側に、所望の照明効果を得るために十分な数の発光ダイオード(LED)を接着し、各LEDのアノードを2つの前述の導電性領域の一方に接触させ、各LEDのカソードを他方の導電性領域と接触させた;
− 適切に得られた組立体上に、合計の厚さが1.14mmとなる3枚の透明PVBのシートを配置し、続いて厚さ2.1mmの透明ガラスを配置した。
この実施例では、前述の2つの導電性領域を直流源の2つの端子にそれぞれ接続し、それによってLEDのアノードが電流源の正端子に連結され、カソードが前記電流源の負端子に連結された。
− LED中の電流:25mA;
− 周囲温度:85℃;
− 試験時間:72時間。
マイクロコントローラによって制御される電流源を用いて実施例1の試験を繰り返した。
Claims (19)
- 積層グレージングの電子部品に電力を供給する方法であって、前記積層グレージングが、少なくとも2枚の重ね合わされるガラス板(2、10)とそれらの間に挿入される少なくとも1つの熱可塑性中間層(12)とを含み、前記電子部品(8)が、前記2枚のガラス板の間に収容され、それによって前記電子部品は、前記ガラス板の間に収容される導電性回路(6a、6b)によって電流源(11)に連結される方法において、前記電流源(11)がマイクロコントローラによって時間的に制御されることを特徴とする方法。
- 前記導電性回路(6a、6b)が少なくとも1種類の金属酸化物を含有し、前記熱可塑性中間層(12)が金属イオンを含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層(12)の前記金属イオンが、アルカリ金属および/またはアルカリ土類金属のイオンを含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層(12)の前記金属イオンが、ナトリウムイオンおよび/またはカリウムイオンおよび/またはリチウムイオンおよび/またはマグネシウムイオンおよび/またはカルシウムイオンを含むことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性回路(6a、6b)の前記金属酸化物が二酸化スズを含むことを特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- フッ素および/またはアンチモンでドーピングされることによって、前記二酸化スズが導電性となることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性回路(6a、6b)がスズおよび酸化インジウムの導電性混合物を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性回路(6a、6b)が、少なくとも1つの層が導電性である層のスタックを含むことを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれかいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性回路(6a、6b)の前記導電層が導電性金属の層であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記導電性回路(6a、6b)が層TiO2/ZnO/Ag/Ti/ZnO/SnO2のスタックを含むことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層(12)がポリエステルのフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれかいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層(12)の前記ポリエステルが、ポリビニルブチラール、エチレンと酢酸ビニルとのコポリマー、およびポリエチレンテレフタレートから選択されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記電流源(11)が、32時間の正電圧モードおよび32時間の負電圧モードの最大作動時間を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電流源(11)が、12時間の正電圧モードおよび12時間の負電圧モードの最大作動時間を有することを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記電流源(11)が矩形波型であることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記電子部品(8)がオプトエレクトロニクス部品を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記オプトエレクトロニクス部品が、発光ダイオード、フォトレジスタ、フォトダイオード、および視覚センサから選択されることを特徴とする請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記熱可塑性中間層(12)と前記ガラス板の一方(2、10)との間に、導電性ではないストリップ(4)によってセグメント化された導電性フィルムを挿入することによって、前記導電性回路(6a、6b)が得られることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜18のいずれか一項に記載の方法を実施するための積層グレージングであって、一方で、2枚の重ね合わされるガラス板(2、10)とそれらの間に挿入される熱可塑性中間層(12)とを含み、他方で、前記ガラス板の間に収容され、同様に前記2枚のガラス板の間に収容される導電性回路(6a、6b)に接続される発光ダイオード(8a)と保護ダイオード(8b)とで構成される電子部品を含む積層グレージングにおいて、前記2つのダイオード(8a、8b)が前記導電性回路(6a、6b)に並列でヘッドトゥテール位置で接続されることを特徴とする積層グレージング。
