技术领域
本发明涉及一种自行车的轮毂,尤其适用于竞赛自行车。
背景技术
竞赛自行车制造商的主要目的是尽可能地减轻单个零件的重量。对于轮毂,传统技术采用轻金属合金制造,例如铝合金等。已经提出了多种方法来减轻轮毂重量,其中用含有碳纤维的塑料材料树脂来制造轮毂的管状中心件,和将一对用铝合金制成的侧帽紧固在碳纤维中心部分的端部。侧帽上设有支撑滚动轴承的壳体,以及固定轮辐的孔。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种相对于上述现有方法更轻、刚度上更强的轮毂。
本发明公开了一种包括一整体部件的轮毂,该整体部件包括一管状中心部分和分别从该管状中心部分的第一和第二端伸出的一对侧帽,所述侧帽直径大于所述中心部分直径,其特征在于,所述整体部件由纤维增强塑料材料制成,且所述侧帽中的至少一个具有一组孔,相应的轮辐能够直接固定在这组孔中,且所述侧帽中的所述至少一个在所述轮毂的径向上具有相当大的刚度,由所述轮辐的拉力引起的所述侧帽中的所述至少一个的径向变形可忽略不计。
从后文中的介绍可以更清楚地了解,根据本发明的轮毂比现有方法的轮毂更轻,刚度更强。在侧帽内形成的更强刚度的滚动轴承壳体,减小了轴承的径隙,使得车轮的组装和定心操作更容易,对于轮辋是由纤维增强塑料材料制成,尤其是碳纤维制成的情况更是如此。

具体实施方式
在图1中,标号10指的是包括轮辋12和轮毂14的自行车车轮,所述轮毂通过多个轮辐16和所述轮辋相连。
根据本发明的轮毂包括一由增强纤维塑料材料制成的整体部件18。最好塑料材料为热固性树脂,而增强纤维为碳纤维。部件18包括一管状中心部分20,以及与中心部分20整体形成的一对侧帽22,所述侧帽的直径比所述中心部分的直径大。
图2显示了根据本发明的轮毂的第一种形式的实施例,此轮毂用在前轮上。在这第一种形式的实施例中,每一侧帽22都有一基层壳体24,用于设置滚动轴承26的外座圈。每一侧帽22上设有多个孔28,用来固定各个轮辐16的端部30。
一般来说,滚动轴承26支撑了部件18绕轴32的旋转。
图3显示了根据本发明的轮毂的第二种形式的实施例,图中相应于上述第一种形式的实施例中的部件使用了相同的标号。图3所示的轮毂用在后轮上。一个侧帽22(图中右边的那个)的外形加工成可以容纳飞轮装置的链轮齿圈34的形状。链轮齿圈34由轻金属合金制成,例如铝合金等。链轮齿圈34上设有孔36,用来固定轮辐16,并设有基层壳体38用来放置滚动轴承26的外座圈。链轮齿圈34用现有方法连接到飞轮装置40上。飞轮连接在有槽轮毂42上与换档系统的小齿轮相连的位置上(图中未表明)。链轮齿圈34紧固在形成于各侧帽22内的相应壳体44上。另一侧帽22(图中左边的那个)和前轮轮毂中所述的侧帽相同。
由碳纤维制成的侧帽22在轮毂18的径向上具有相当大的刚度。相对于轻合金制成的侧帽,由轮辐16的拉力引起的侧帽22的径向变形实际上可以忽略不计。根据本发明的轮毂,由于其轮辐16的拉力在滚动轴承壳体26上并不产生径隙增大,因此这个特性非常有利。
采用本发明的轮毂在连同由碳纤维增强塑料材料制成的轮辋一起使用时尤其有利。在这种情况下,轮毂和轮辋实际上都没有变形,只有轮辐16有弹性变形。这就使车轮的定心更容易,防止轮辋变成椭圆形,并避免轮毂轴承产生不希望的径隙增大。
很自然地,可以对所述实施例的结构和形式进行许多改动。所有改动如后文中的权利要求所限定的一样,都包括在本发明的特征概念中。
Claims (8)
1. 一种包括一整体部件(18)的轮毂,该整体部件(18)包括一管状中心部分(20)和分别从该管状中心部分的第一和第二端伸出的一对侧帽(22),所述侧帽直径大于所述中心部分直径,其特征在于,所述整体部件(18)由纤维增强塑料材料制成,且所述侧帽(22)中的至少一个的厚度从该管状中心部分(20)朝着端部增加,该至少一个侧帽(22)在其较厚部分包括一组孔(28),相应的轮辐能够直接固定在这组孔(28)中。
2. 根据权利要求1所述轮毂,其特征在于,至少一个所述侧帽(22)上设有用于容纳滚动轴承(26)外座圈的壳体(24)。
3. 根据权利要求1所述轮毂,其特征在于,一个所述侧帽(22)上设有用于容纳链轮齿圈(34)的壳体(44),所述链轮齿圈上设有用于固定轮辐(16)的孔(36),以及用于安装滚动轴承(26)的壳体(38)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述轮毂,其特征在于,所述塑料材料是热固性树脂。
5. 根据权利要求1所述轮毂,其特征在于,所述增强纤维是碳纤维。
6. 一种自行车车轮,其特征在于,所述车轮包括根据上述一项或多项权利要求的轮毂。
7. 根据权利要求6所述车轮,其特征在于,所述车轮包括由纤维增强塑料材料制成的轮辋。
8. 根据权利要求6所述车轮,其特征在于,所述车轮包括由轻金属合金制成的轮辋。
